Q:  😒 Is there anything canon about your muse that you ignore?

          The totality ofValeera’s (and everyone else’s tbh) interactions with Rehgar at the peacesummit in Theramore (and thispage in particular) is just so disturbing and inconsistent with Valeera’s personality in the remainder of the comic that it is impossible to incorporate into the ideas I have about her, so I have to ignore it.

          Rehgar purchasedValeera as a child, put her in chains and had her sleep in filthy cages with twogrown men (which could have gone verypoorly if the men hadn’t been Varian and Broll), made her fight for her lifewithout armour, then sold her on when she became too troublesome to care for. AlthoughRehgar also fed Valeera, taught her to fight, healed her injuries, andintroduced her to Varian and Broll, it was nevertheless all in service of lining his own coin purse.Rehgar could have been a worse master,but Valeera made it clear that she did not likehim when she plotted to escape and contemplated killing him on her way out. I just cannotreconcile that Valeera with the one who chats amicably with Rehgar at the summit.Even though she’s scowling at him at first, her animosity deteriorates after justa few minutes —— she starts smiling athim and reminiscing positively about being a slave. It’s just incomprehensibleto me that anyone would look back on such an experience fondly or that what they all suffered could be forgiven in a such a brief conversation. Valeera herself is too stubborn and bitter about everything else in her life to so radically change her attitude towards Rehgar and her time as a slave in such a short period.

Q:   ⌨   What’s a situation you’ve always wanted to RP with the muse?

         I can’t think of any specific situations I would like to RP with someone beyond just wanting to RP more with everyone tbh. I love all the interactions I have had on this blog so far, and there are still so many complex facets of Valeera I would like to explore with people. How she comes to work with the Uncrowned and her relationship with the other Shadows, for example, other rogue-ish and heroic things she’s out there doing that we have no idea about, how she interacts with leaders of the Alliance and other blood elves. 

          I’ve gotten to have Valeera return to Quel’Thalas and the Sunwell with @lightsblade and that’s been really cool, so having Valeera discuss that along with her developing relationship with Liadrin with someone else would be neat (except I think it would be difficult to devise a scenario where Valeera talking about her ~feelings~ is plausible lol).
