¡Hello da’ everyone! Today in “Posts nobody asked for” *drum noises* Champions that I swear Twisted Wonderland characters would play if they played League of Legends (with skins included). Let’s go!

Lulu. Malleus really finds this little yordle ADORABLE, he overjoy himself whit the fae sorcerer laugh and likes to spam it, unfortunately for his teammates Lilia likes it too. He bought her dragon trainer skin cuz he find it amusing.

Galio. “OMG THIS ONE IS A GARGOYLE!!!” *instapick* That´s the history of how Malleus started playing Galio, I can bet that if Malleus could know him he would ask for his autograph and ask him a lot of things about gargoyles life while a confused Galio tries to explain the fae that hes not a gargoyle that indeed he doesn’t know what a gargoyle is. No skins cuz he ADORES Galio’s predeterminated gargoyle skin Birdio.

I think he would like to play simply because he’s just SO BAD playing. Like he, THE Malleus Draconia, finally found something he’s bad at? probably cuz it has something to do with technology, he finds that interesting. So he enjoy just playing to kill time, I think he would be ARAM main. He doesn’t get all of the toxic chat problems cuz he doesn’t know how to activate it, tho LMAO.

If MC plays to, oh lod, hes going to be a sucker for the game. They’re duo ❤️. Extra points if she’s good playing, like power couple. Also she defends him of toxic people and while she does it hes just there like 😊 1/10/5 KDA and he stole the kill LMAO

Kled. He is fond of this very eloquent yordle and plays him very often, also he is astonished by all of Kled war titles. Loves Skarl. Bought his Count Kledula skin because he loves how Skarl looks.

Lilia. He finds amusing the name coincidence and thinks the inconsistensy between her appearance and personality in her Nightbringer skin hit the jackpot.

 Silver

Leona. He really likes her gameplay, loves to protect his allies, also her voice calm him during the game he felt asleep once while playing her LOL. Lilia insisted in bought him Lunar Eclipse Leona because of their match silver hair.

Sebek Zigbolt

Poppy. He finds her SO CUTE (but you never heard me say that) also her admiration towards Garen reminds him of himself for Malleus. He got her Star Guardian skin, BUT YOU NEVER HER ME SAY THAT.

Kayle reminds Riddle of the Queen of Hearts in her (so cool) way of punish the unfair. Iron Inquisitor Kayle fits him to perfection, even so, he really likes her predeterminated skin so he plays with it often.

I could bet that Ace is that Teemo player who, regardless he win or lose, spends the whole game spaming Teemo’s laugh just to tilt his enemies… and allies. Little Devil Teemo that’s it.

Veigar. Deuce’s mad side just love Veigar… and the way he EXPLODES his enemies. Final Boss Veigar rules.

Trey Clover

Senna. Since my point of view when Trey started playing he wanted to be helpful to his teammates mother hen so he mained support for a while with Senna. Short after he started to play Twisted Fate idk they look kinda similar. He thinks that skins are not necesary so he uses predeterminated skins.

 Cater Diamond

Seraphine. I think Cater would really ADORE her in all ways. He bought her KDA skin and ALL of her merchandise; got really upset about all the hate that was trowed at her.

Sett. He really likes the whoole “criminal boss who’s known as half-beast bastard” thing, besides, he can easily identify himself in this (very sexy) vastaya, he thinks their lifes are kinda similar. Have all of his skins, but he don’t wanna admit his favourite one is Obsidian Dragon Sett because… y’a know dragon iugh.

Rakan. Leona finds very interesting how Rakan have… WAY TOO MUCH ENERGY, while he’s… well quite the complete oposite. He doesn’t play him to often tho because it drains his energy LMAO, also I think he wouldn’t like to play support cuz he’s not going to babysit some jerk, so he plays Rakan jungler anything but supp.He has IG Rakan, but also likes his predeterminated skin.

And NO he will not play Leona.

Warwick. He reaaaally hates feeling like he MUST play Warwick just because all the wolf thing he’s OTP Warwick tho.

 Ruggie Buchi

Cho’Gath. “Insatiable hunger hum? Sounds like me, I like it” I can imagine Ruggie saying that when he pick Cho’Gath as main. He have Shan Hai Scrolls Cho’Gath btw.

Ocasionally plays Warwick, but only with his hyena skin (laughs himself when Warwick does).

Are you going to tell me that Azul just dont picked an over sized demon toad who ‘helps’ other’s via WAY TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AGREEMENTS and then feed himself with their misery when they doesn’t pay their doubt to him and is known as “The River King” as main???? He have his coin emperor skin, but keeps some respect for his lore and plays with Tahm predeterminated skin often.

Pyke. Floyd instapicked Pyke the moment he saw him in the store, all the “mad ‘monster’ who hunts down dudes on a list” thing captured him, he finds it amusind. He doesn’t care for skins, his enemies explode equally regardless he has done or not. Goes duo with Jade in botlane.

Lilia. He feels just so identified with her being afraid of everyone and everything just wanting to go back to her garden, JUST LIKE HIM! But also deeply admires her courage of leaving her place for an uper good. He bought both of her skins just when they where released, even though he doesn’t like Nightbringer Lilia because of doesn’t matches her kind and cute personality.

Oriana. Just like his brother with Lilia, he feels identified with Orianna and plays her in every single lane. His big brother bought hi mall of her skins (even the legacy ones), but his favourite one is Orianna Star Guardian

Jamil Viper. Kayn Jamil thinks his backsotry and personality are just so cool! Also deeply comprehends Kayn internal fight with Rhaast. He farmed the whoole Night & Dawn evento so he could get his Prestige Nightbringer skin.

Zoe. Kamil likes her energy and trickster personality, once and again he get little bit scared by few of her interactions with another champions into the game, but then comes back to normal and its all okay. Have all of her skins, but his favourite is Pool Party Zoe Amumu Also likes to play with Amumu! He really thinks this por mumy needs a hug and he would gladly give it to him UnU

Gwen. Also likes to play with Gwen, he just loves her mixed kind-crazy self and can we just talk about her sense of mode??!! He would LOVE to use an outfit made by Gwen! Also have all of her skins but ADORES her predeterminated skin.

He finds her voice and dialogues shoothing, he would LOVE to be bow pals with her! He really likes all of her skins, but above all he ADORES her Sherwood Forest skin.

I've been with this in my mind for a loooong time so I've finally decided to voice this hcs of mine !! some characters aren't listed because I have no idea who they would play with but I'm welcome to hear your opinions <3

Heartslabyul

Riddle: mostly a mid-laner but time to time chooses to be support. mono mages and MAIN VEIGAR THERE IS NO DISCUSSIONS UPON THIS

Ace: goes mostly top and mid but sometimes go with jungle. he uses the MOST ANNOYING AND OVERY-USED CHAMPIONS. that absolutely annoying and self-centered yasuo that u wanted to kill not only in-game but irl too? yeah, it's him. he loves to play the most menace characters just to show off. but he is not even that good though. I mean, he sometimes can make really good gameplays, but if he ends up against someone who REALLY knows what is doing, ace is done for and would blame the team. very obvious but he is an average yasuo main

Deuce: main top and mono tank :)) probably main sion but plays with malphite, maokai and dr mundo. sometimes likes to play with alistar too

Cater: plays with the most aesthetic characters! I hc that he is main gwen (just like me ♡) but loves to play with characters such as ahri and xayah

Trey: doesn't know what he is fucking doing so mostly goes as sup because he thinks they are the easiest to learn (usually duo with cater). BUT I hc that he enjoys play as nunu and willump because he thinks they are adorable :) probably main soraka or sona

Leona: this mf can play every single lane perfectly. he keeps saying that he barely touched the game but give him any champion and he'll fucking SLAY. but I like to hc that he quite enjoys playing as le blanc and samira ;)

Ruggie: main twitch. main twitch. main twitch. he enjoys playing in every lane but most of the matches he always plays as twitch !! being invisible and poisoning others while shooting? he loved it !! but I think he would enjoy playing as wukong too

Floyd: doesn't have a main lane because it depends entirely on his mood. sometimes he would play normally but sometimes if he is bored he would be like "ok why not go BARD TOP??????" loves to play with the most DEVIL characters such as shaco and sett but loves funny characters such as rakan and kled

Jade: plant characters. that's it. prooobably a main teemo because of the mushrooms but I hate thinking about this because.... teemo. one of the few people who play as ivern and actually good at it and is every adc worst nightmare as zyra.

Jamil: Main mid-laner. tried cassiopeia because of the snake jokes and ended up maining her. REALLY good playing as irelia so I'm really sorry for every single player that is against him. I like to think that he is good playing as akali too.

Kalim: he enjoys every lane but is terrible at most of it. probably main fizz because he thinks the gameplay is funny. insisted in playing duo with jamil but he is the WORST sup. thought annie was really cute and sometimes plays as her. an average neeko player. plays aram

Pomefiore

Vil: doesn't play much but loves to play as the bad girls hotties characters. a nightmare as morgana and even worse as evelynn. tried elise once but didn't enjoy the gameplay. sometimes play as xayah or any adc because rook wants to be his duo.

Rook: main sup but will go jungle and play well with absolutely any jungle character. main rakan or lux because wants vil to be his xayah or jhin. but can play with any sup pretty much. he is worse than satan himself when playing as lulu. secretly considered to be shaco main. loves to play with champions that makes people suffer.

Epel: plays with any buff, strong-looking character. really. if looks strong he wil try it, no matter how hard the gameplay is. but loves playing as aatrox because of the might :) although I like to think that he is really good when playing as heirmerdinger. considered to be main poppy.

Ignihyde

Idia: he is the WORST type of lol player. he is the definition of complete nerd incel loser. knows every single possible build, uses meta and is the type to mock other people runes if they aren't what is considered "ideal". for a long time was mono seraphine because reminded him of his favorite group but he can play every single champion and knows everything about them. even the lore. I'm scared of him.

Ortho: main baby characters. without intention he mains the PUREST characters. was main braum for a long time and loves to play as kogmaw or gnar 🥺 just like his brother knows everything, but only because he is an android 💀 loves to play duo with his big brother and is an absolute menace as lillia

Diasomnia

Lilia: a nerd loser just like idia, but he is too old for this shit so he is far from being a toxic lol player. loves to play with the most "??? omg this dude still exist" champions and SLAYS. was main bard for a long time because he loved the gameplay. I feel sorry for every single enemy team that ended up against Lilia when he was playing as jax. I hc that he was also a main zoe.

Sebek: I'm just putting him here because I'd love to think that he would be main renekton because well, croc.

What I really like about Lor as a lore-lover is that every (Almost) champion having these relationships outside other champions. Does that make sense? There's rivals, work friends, casual friends, lovers, caretakers, pets, I just think it's neat getting a peek into the (forgive me for the obvious joke) World of Runeterra. On that note, who's a character you'd like to see in LOR?

Oooh yes definetly, i like that too. The way champions are not only attached to each other as if the rest of the world didnt matter but the fact that they actually do have friends/lovers/companions/family aside from champions makes the lore feel somewhat more realistic, i would find it extremely weird if they just interacted with each other. I'll say more and i even think its cute to see champions still have interactions with other champions that are outside their place of living or that they dont have any previous interaction with. I really like LOR interactions i used to watch those videos a lot since i cant play cause i suck at card games.

About the characters i dont know... There's actually a lot already implemented in LOR that my mind gets foggy, like i would say Janna but she was recently added/is about to be added and honestly i liked what they did with her in artistic design. I would say Malzahar, if he's not in the game, wich i cant remember, but im interested on that guy.

All the Bilgewater champions that are added make me feel happy. I love Nautilus being there, and you know, Pyke is there, and he has cute interactions with Rek'sai wich was heartwarming but also called Rek 'clever girl' wich made me stare at the wall for half an hour reconsidering what i heard and trying to set my mind back on earth. Fizz is a delight to hear... and Nami's polycule reveal was so nice to see and the way its casually there. I loved the Bandle champions specially Teemo and Veigar cause they made them so Looney Tuney... Veigar is so quotable i want to squish him

well, i have every sett emote, his obsidian dragon icon, and almost all skins(LOVE THE POOL PARTY ONE), so i think it's pretty safe to say who's my favorite haha. He's my most played champ with my highest mastery score :D

Although, teemo is a very close second for me and i own MUCH teemo content as well. Love yordles and vastayans! And veigar is so fun to draw...

I don't have many headcannons, per say, but i think it's really funny to picture veigar as absolutely Unscary. He just *pretends* to be evil y'know? secretly, he's a weird, lonely nerd who lives in a wizard tower only a mile from bandle city. He owns many platform shoes. Is also friends with teemo because i say so

Another one i'd say is i picture sett with an itty bitty tail. I think its silly funny and he deserves one!!! (similarly, why doesn't xayah have one??? rakan has one! cant believe the injustice.....)

Hearing Teemo call Veigar short for Yordle is probably the most daring thing to do, I wonder what kind of relationship these two have and if maybe Teemo already says these jokes to Veigar often because he doesn't seem annoyed, their interactions are ambiguous anyway

Ahh!! I'm so sorry anon, this ask got lost in the depths of my inbox for some reason. I managed to find it again though!

I always took Teemo's "aww, only for a yordle!" and "what was that?" as being pretty demeaning in Veigar's direction. Teemo basically isn't taking him seriously, which is basically pushing Veigar's number one button.

I always thought it interesting that Teemo is kind of the inverse to Veigar- Teemo portrays himself as innocent and cute so that foes underestimate him, whereas Veigar tries very hard to get himself taken seriously from the get-go. But despite the difference in strategies, both are very effective at killing people and getting the job done.

I also feel like they're similar in another way regarding their relationship with the rest of Bandle City. Bandle City is all happy sunshine and rainbows, where everybody's best friends and nobody ever has to do anything alone. . . but that doesn't leave any room for yordles like Teemo and Veigar, who sometimes prefer to be alone. Teemo's two paragraphs of lore state that other yordles even feel something "off" about him and find it scary how he prefers to go on missions alone. I can't help but feel that this isn't because Teemo's secretly some sort of psychopath, but simply because he's an introvert in a culture where everybody's expected to engage in as much social activity as possible.

Perhaps Teemo's overly bright and chipper exterior is just a façade he plays to in order to fit in with the culture he was raised in. This is the opposite of how Veigar reacted, which was to become cartoonishly evil in part as a rejection of Bandle's happy-go-lucky attitude. Them, along with Vex, are the yordles who kind of got "left behind" by Bandle's insistence on intense socializing and forbiddance of negative emotions.

I guess I think way to much about how Bandle City's "perfect" culture could leave some yordles behind because that was highlighted in Vex's short story, along with the fact that I am neurodivergent and the idea living in a town where everybody has to be hanging out and smiling 100% of the time sounds like sensory hell.

So! To actually answer your question- I definitely don't think the two are friends. Far from it, actually, given Teemo's tendency to demean Veigar and not take him seriously. Despite this, I still think Veigar has a modicum of respect or at least understanding for Teemo's position. I imagine it's kind of like the trope "we're the same, you and I"- Veigar might try and tempt him to the dark side. Whether Teemo would actually consider this proposition or reject it outright is entirely up to your interpretation of him.

Bunch of Runeterra/BNHA ideas.

1) Izuku has portal powers. Unfortunately, the portals only allow him to travel from Earth to the Bandle Wood, the Liminal Space between Dimensions where Yordles live, and back again. He is "adopted" by the entire Yordle community.

2) Such a power terrifies his mother because it means her son could disappear at any second, but she can't really do anything to stop it herself. Izuku however realizes how terrified his mother is and promises to only move there and back with her aporovalz with her, or for emergencies.

3) Carrying multiple people in a portal depletes Izuku's stamina. During the USJ Incident before Kurogiri can get to him he manages to teleport himself and as many people as he could with a random portal. He manages to get Tsuyu, Hakagure and Aoyama and is left nearly useless and almost comatose as his friends find themselves in Unfamiliar territory on the Bandlewood Prankster Coasts having to "play" with Fizz his pet Shark and the other local fauna.

4) M*neta dies at the USJ. His death is used to raise the stakes, move forward everyone's trauma and character development, especially Izuku's who blames himself for not having grabbed enough people in time, or better yet hadn't abandoned his companions temporarily to go seek help.

5) During Stain's arc Izuku manages to find Iida and before Stain can strike him down Izuku barrels onto him by acquiring momentum via several portals in a row before portaling the two of them into the Bandle Wood right during the subjugation of a Cockatrice Dragon by Poppy's party. Cue Poppy Vs Stain fight/philosophical debate over the nature of heroism as Poppy's squire Peppy and her Adventuring Party cheer on alongside Izuku. The thing ends with Stain calling Poppy a true symbol of heroism only for Poppy to go "Nah, I'm not a hero, I just swing the big hammer and do all I can to help those in need, that's just normal behaviour, nothing heroic about it" which causes a massive crisis of Faith in stain because indeed helping others for altruistic reasons should be the norm not such an incredible thing as hero society and even he himself painted it as.

6) Izuku is really stressed for the Sports Festival since he doesn't know how well his Quirk would do during the third part (since the third part of the festival is always a 1v1 series of contests) and needs some sort of trump card so he asks all his furry friends for advice: Tristana, Corki, Rumble, Teemo, Fizz, Ziggs and Veigar are suggesting incredibly illegal shit if not outright war crimes, Poppy, Kennen and Heimerdinger want him to improve by himself since otherwise it would be cheating, Gnar isn't really able to communicate his advice but Izuku assumes he just wanted him to smash someone with a large rock, Lulu almost gets him killed while trying to teach him one of her temporary transmogrification spells. In the end, Izuku has to rely on his wits to win, and still doesn't manage to get to the first place.

7) Hatsume found a white cat with a bionic eye one day when she was 4 around the same time Izuku got his quirk. It's Professor Von Yipp, a sentient Cat with a degree in robotics. Hatsume starts the third part of the Sports Festival featuring her Cat-astrophe Mecha Battle Suit for sentient Quirked Animals, piloted by Von Yipp himself, also a student in the support department of UA. Nezu immediately buys a commission on all their future work.

8) Izuku passes the entrance exam with flying colours by simply portaling to Rumble's mecha scrap heap all the Villain Bots. He attempts to do the same for the 0-Pointer but doesn't have enough energy for it only ending up teleporting the lower half, the upper half almost crashing him to death before Uraraka manages to get them both to safety in a desperate move that leaves her vomiting her guts out near his nearly comatose body.

9) In his trips Izuku brought a "Pet" back home. It's a sentient rock creature named Chip, part of a hive mind of rock creatures with child like personality, all sons of a colossal moving mountain named Malphite. Izuku accidentally summons him via a portal trying to protect himself from Kacchan fists while he was seven, and the creature hasn't abandoned him ever since.

10) Izuku doesn't have OFA but knows of it, he's kidnapped by the league for his power, but AFO realizes this is not a Quirk, Izuku is using magic, passed down from his mother's line to him by his ancestors, a Lunari woman and a Solari man who moved across the stars into Earth from Runeterra to live their live in peace, and AFO grows interested and greedy with the knowledge of the other worlds, so Izuku tricks him and portals him in the worst possible place he can, which is the Shadow Isles, where all the living perish within seconds under the power of the black mist. "Where did you bring me?!" "Exactly where you asked me to, the Craddle of every secret and power of Runeterra, the world beyond our own... Shame you won't survive long enough to experience them."

11) AFO doesn't die even as Izuku leaves him stranded there. He becomes a powerful spirit and wrestle the control of the black mist from Thresh, returning to earth for a climatic final battle. Veigar also shows up because the ONE human he tolerates is Senna and Senna asked him a favour since the Black Mist is hers to handle and also his apprentice-in-denial and future supervillain Izuku is there and in danger and what kind of evil mentor would he be if he left him to die also AFO reminds him of his abuser Mordekaiser and that's really fucking up with his mental illness and trauma. Anyway, Veigar pilots his giant mecha and has a Kaiju battle with Kaiju Black Mist OFA.

12) It ends with All Might and Izuku portaling to Targon's peak so Izuku can do the unthinkable shed his humanity and become a God, the aspect of heroism, to save his friends from both his and the other world only for an emaciated All Might to gently shake his head and take his place instead, OFA dying with Toshinori Yagi as The Hero appears, a constellation in all the skies of all the worlds, and like a torrent of Starfire immolates AFO.

That's it, the bare bones, can't think of much else for now.

//I think if Teemo ever had to deal with Veigar (without being assigned to take him out that is) I think he’d play the situation out carefully in his head first and then arrange things so that it would be a matter of mutually assured destruction. He’d set the situation up so that if Veigar kills him he either dies too, or he loses everything he has ever cared about, possibly both. That’s just how Teemo is. He’s so friendly and cute that people forget he’s also cunning.

Yordle headcanons

As the Harrowing approaches, Veigar gets really scared. The Harrowing allows Mordekaiser to get close to Runeterra, and Veigar fears Mordekaiser may find him and torment him again. He also hears Mordekaiser’s voice in his head the closer it gets to the Harrowing, keeping the fear alive in him until the Harrowing ends.

Veigar is really intelligent by yordle standards. He crafts special tools out of materials he finds sitting around Bandle City, and enchants them with his own magic. One of his favorite tools he’s crafted is a special key that can forcibly open up portals to Runeterra. The key does have a flaw and needs to be recharged with magic.

Using this specially crafted key, he travels to runeterra in search of powerful mages, warlocks and sorcerers to take down, not only to increase his own power, but to make mortals see him as more of a threat.

At night, Veigar likes to go to a meadow right outside of Bandle City and stargaze alone. The stars in the spirit realm are very different from the ones in the material realm, and they give Veigar a calm feeling. He uses this to rest his mind and to think out his plans.

Veigar is rather tall for a yordle. While he can still be classified as “short” by human standards, for yordles, he is actually on the taller side of the spectrum.

Veigar stole his gauntlet when he ran away after Mordekaiser’s death. He thinks the gauntlet makes him look more threatening, and he likes the shining gleam it has. The gauntlet also covers up all the scars on his arm that Mordekaiser gave him.

Veigar keeps a journal. He likes to write down all his evil plans in it, and jot down ideas for new trinkets he can craft to help him. This also helps him keep notes on the many different nations, and which ones would be easiest to invade.

While he prefers to spend much of his time alone, Veigar can find company to be pleasant at times. His best friend is a yordle named Fae, who happened to suffer from isolation just like he did. He understood everything she went through, and the two often hang out at his cottage and play tellstones.

Tristana combined her forces with Teemo’s scouts, to help double down on protecting the pathways to Bandle City. The Bandle Gunners and Bandle Scouts synergize extremely well together, and they form a deadly combination in protecting their homeland.

When Tristana isn’t training recruits for the Bandle Gunners, she really likes taking small trips to Runeterra. Her favorite place to visit is the everblooms of Qaelin in Ionia.

Teemo and his scouts keep themselves stealthed around secret bandlewoods in the material realm to gather information for Tristana’s Bandle Gunners. They keep low and hidden, scouting the surrounding area, in case mortals come by. If a mortal gets too close, or starts to harm a bandlewood, a scout gets sent back to Bandle City, while the rest of them keep the intruder distracted, until Tristana and the Bandle Gunners arrive.

Gnar and Yuumi are friends. The two met while Yuumi was searching for Norra in Freljord. She had been trying to take some of the fish Gnar caught, but Gnar didn’t mind. Yuumi understood his ancient language, and played with the small yordle. Gnar taught Yuumi how to catch fish effectively, and she makes sure to visit Gnar when she needs a break from looking for Norra.

Ziggs can use magic, but he doesn’t prefer it. He much prefers using his magic to make his bombs more powerful.

Kennen visits Bandle City from time to time, mostly when he goes to the spirit realm to make sure nothing is upsetting the balance of the realms. Kennen usually doesn’t stay too long, as the Kinkou keeps him very busy.

Next chapter will be postponed

I really thought I had more time, but plot inconsistencies are catching up. I knew for a while that I had to do some revisions of the earlier chapters, but I had hoped to get more chapters done before that. I had planned to finish the early game first, before I did some bigger changes. Well, it can’t wait any longer.

Let me explain my troubles to you by going a lil deeper into Lulu’s character and chapter 18. Spoilers are waiting ahead.

Lulu, oh Lulu, my child of sorrow. She’s been the character with the most inconsistencies. That is stemming from me going into this story with little thought to her character. I began with this widely accepted fanon of her being childish, naive, a little stupid and basically annoying, but as you know... the widely accepted fanon isn’t always a good idea.

I knew Veigar was to be the tiny master of bullshittery, trying to get through life as smoothly as possible and constantly being caught up by plot. Teemo has revenge written on his plate and he also tries to get his girl. Tristana has to overcome what has happened to her when she was younger and learn that Lulu is not the helpless girl she got to know her as. Rumble is there to cause trouble, Ziggs is causing trouble, as do Corki and Heimer, latter providing an important plot point later on.

Although all of them go through changes and have character development, Lulu has no clear starting point. My initial idea was “Lulu smart” & “Lulu tricks people for funsies”. Which is where the problem lies. Lulu is too smart to be doing a mistake as gravely as giving out Veigar’s phone number and she is not resentful enough to do so as payback. I had tried to fix this by having Lulu being angry at Veigar for something that happened before the story starts.

Which doesn’t work.

Right now, Lulu has shown much empathy for everyone, lots of love for her friends and some mischief. I want her to be this really emotionally intelligent person, who could be less intelligent on other aspects, but she isn’t dumb. The plot catalyst of tmob doesn’t work.

Which now brings me to chapter 18. It is called “Black is the complementary colour to purple, right?” and I believe that tells enough about its content. It was meant to be their condonation moment, they say sorry and love each other again. Well. The first draft from months ago intended Lulu as the one asking for forgiveness, but Veigar has done just as much shit and even if Lulu doesn’t know about all of it, he needs to apologize as well.

So far, so good, but how should this chapter go then? Lulu apologizes for giving out his personal data (which I’m planning to redact because implausible) and Veigar apologizes for... cursing Tristana without possibility to help? For possibly aiming Ziggs’ revenge on her? For forcing Lulu to pick a side? There is a lot that is going on. Both sides aren’t completely honest.

Another problem, I don’t know how much initial knowledge I should give Lulu about Veigar’s past. She knows about the mothership, does she know about Tristana? No, because Veigar doesn’t view it as meaningful and will be majorly baffled when he finds out that he’s the cause for her trauma. Does Lulu know about Teemo? Some stories, nothing wild. Does Lulu know about Veigar’s trauma? No, she senses it, but he doesn’t talk about it.

Does it make sense for Lulu to forgive him? I... don’t know. I think they’ve been divided for long enough. I want them to make up in chapter 18 and do mischief together or whatever, but does it make sense? A reminder: love and nonsensical hormones aren’t involved yet. They’re friends and while that is also blending, it’s not that blending.

Veigar is not able to help with the curse. There is no way. And that pisses Lulu off majorly, rightfully so.

Now, if I’m to change the phone thing, make Teemo’s and Veigar’s feud the catalyst - which it is supposed to be - then Veigar screws over Lulu and has to fight for their friendship. How in the world is he gonna make up for that? Well, it is nothing personal to Lulu. It is Veigar’s and Tristana’s business. I know better than to mess with my friends’ business unless they ask/allow me to. So, Lulu learning that resolves it..? I don’t know.

Lulu’s initial burden to overcome is her childishness, her disregarding the consequences of her actions, but I don’t want that development to be her character arc. She’s 21 or 23 in the story. She entered the current timeline at age 14 and was thrust into a situation too heavy for a child, dealing with the nowadays world, providing for herself, her magical abilities being frowned upon, etc. It would make sense that she doesn’t want to grow up, because her childhood was stolen, but would it result in this?

Ugh.

Meanwhile, she still wants to play matchmaker because Tristana and Teemo are stupid, and involves Rumble - but how?

Oh, and btw Poppy’s hatred for Veigar makes no sense anymore either. I couldn’t come up with a plausible idea, so I might just spoil what I had initially planned: Poppy is Lulu’s first matchmaking victim. Lulu convinces Veigar to help her and gets caught by Poppy in their scheme, perhaps through a counterfeited letter, and gets his collarbone broken in the process. Poppy is hurt and aims her anger for her failed relationship at Veigar, because she thinks he did everyone for a laugh. And who did they set up for Poppy?

Kennen. Which explains their behaviour in chapter 2.

So, I need a new reason for that too. Oh well, so much work lies ahead of me. My brother (a highly emotionally intelligent person) once told me how easy it is for him to read people and to move their feelings into the direction that could benefit him, the only difference between him and a psychopath is that he chooses to not abuse it. I wanted to model Lulu after this description. She successfully manipulated the Piltovian police officer and Rumble with her puppy eyes, it’s implied that she’s done that with Tristana before. Chapter 18 would have revealed that she could do the same with Veigar. At some point I thought maybe it’s a spell, she can see aura, why not manipulate that. That’s less realistic and less scary, right? It’s such a spicy idea, but it’s also so evil and what is the consequence of it?

As you can see, it’s Lulu’s fault. Ahahahaha. In all seriousness, I need to rebuild her character. The inconsistencies are driving me crazy.

GOTG Headcanons: Video Games

OVERWATCH

- They have a pretty solid teamcomp. Quill is usually a fairly reliable ADC, Rocket tanks, Groot is a support, Gamora is a sniper, and Drax is usually a second tank. Mantis can be swapped in as a second support.

- Quill’s main in Overwatch is McCree. He’s pretty spot on with the flashbangs and decent with headshots. Occasionally he’ll swap to Reaper for more guaranteed damage (and because hearing ‘DIE DIE DIE’ over his music amuses him), or Lucio if the team needs more healing. He’s probably honestly best at Lucio, but he likes being an ADC, so go figure. He can tank as well, but he only started trying after Halloween thanks to Zarya’s new skin. 

- Rocket is a tank player to the end in Overwatch. He’s familiar with all the tanks, but he’s best with D.Va. He’loves ramming into people using a giant mecha and blowing people up. Giving her missiles was just an improvement in his opinion. He can fill if needed - his ADC is 76, healer is Moira, and defense is Junkrat. If he’s particularly angry, he’ll enlist Groot....and his Junkrat paired with Groot’s Roadhog is terrifying. Rocket’s Junkrat is the definition of ‘nowhere is safe.’

- Gamora is a sniper most of the time - usually Widowmaker, though she can Ana if they need the extra heals. She’s a pain in the ass to fight against if she’s focused, and most of the time she is. If she wants to really get into the fight, however, she’ll go Doomfist. She likes hitting people head-on and that usually results in a fairly panicked Groot following after her while she stays entirely fine.

- Groot is the team healer. His Mercy is fairly honed, and he’s not half-bad at the other supports as well. If healing isn’t a big problem, he’ll probably go Symmetra. He’s pretty good at being real jumpy so people can’t stop his beam. He can probably also go as Roadhog for a tank, and Mei is his best defense.

- Drax is probably close to a one-trick Reinhardt if he didn’t also sometimes play Doomfist as well. He can try other tanks, but none are near close to his pretty terrifying Reinhardt. You know how Rein laughs sometimes when he attacks people? Drax is literally doing that at the same time as he plays.

- Mantis is another good healer, though she prefers playing Ana. She is the one that will give Drax the nanoboost and let him go wild on the opposing team. Alternatively, in some tight pinches, she’s proven to be a fairly adept Genji, though she doesn’t necessarily like it. 

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

- This teamcomp is a bit more adaptable because they tend to watch off and on, but their most solid comp is Gamora on top, Quill on mid, Rocket as ADC, and Groot as support, with Drax in the jungle.

- Quill is the most annoying Lux player you will ever meet. He will stun you. Repeatedly. His specialty in League is ‘make the opponent so annoyed that they really don’t want to bother anymore.’ His biggest problem is that he gets so into the one-on-one fighting that he really doesn’t farm minions enough. Alternatively, he can easily go top as Jayce or Garen or support as Rakan. If he goes Rakan, it’s almost guaranteed Rocket will go Xayah and they’ll win their lane.

- Gamora is usually their top, and she has a variety of champions she could pick, but Riven is her favorite. Irelia is a close second, however. She’s horrible with setting up for ganks - but she usually doesn’t need them, anyway, unless the enemy jungler is smart enough to focus her right away. She had the steepest learning curve with the game, however, because she kept getting hit by the tower and thinking it was okay until she died when she first started playing. She’s also a fairly good mid, given Katarina.

- Rocket is a pretty straightforward Twitch main as far as his ADC goes. Occasionally, he’ll bust out a pretty cruel Jinx or Kalista, but Twitch is definitely his main - unless Quill is volunteering to support, in which case they’ll both go for a Xayah/Rakan team. He’s fairly adaptable as a fill - he uses Rumble a fair bit on top, Udyr in jungle, Lulu as support, and Veigar as mid. 

- Drax is jungle. He will jungle all day every day and his Warwick and Rengar are bad news all over.  It’s safe to say that most of the Guardians will easily bounce off of his ganks fairly well, though sometimes he gets too bloodthirsty and ends up with the most deaths on the team. He can also top pretty well as Tryndamere or Pantheon. He is convinced Rocket is literally a yordle. Rocket cannot change his mind on this and has given up on the prospect of ever doing so.

- Groot is the support again.  Surprisingly, his main is Bard, and he only plays Ivern if he wants to jungle. He’s a fairly passive support when he’s given Bard and mainly focuses on making sure Rocket is okay, but if he’s given Blitzcrank, that’s when he gets vicious. His Ivern isn’t a slouch, either. The few games where he’s played top, he is the most annoying Teemo. He will poison everyone. Repeatedly. And get away scott-free. 

- Mantis is an alternative support, though she prefers playing Soraka. She’s very much focused on heals and she knows when to best use them, though she’ll occasionally switch to Sona for variety. If she has t pick another lane, she’ll likely jungle and use Amumu. She’s good at stuns - and there’s at least one time she played mid as Annie and did fairly well. 

OTHER GAMES

- Overall, Rocket is best at tactical strategy games (he plays Fire Emblem on the hardest difficulty and....his victories are pragmatic, but he still has beaten all of the ones he’s played. He’s also a fairly passionate Metal Gear fan. His secret soft spot is Harvest Moon games. He will let absolutely no one know about this (the only reason he knows Quill knows is that the second save slot on his copy of Harvest Moon DS was taken by Quill at some point, who immediately took on marrying the Witch Princess. Rocket approved, though he married Muffy on his save file.)

- Quill is more into action-adventure, though one of his new prize possessions is an original game boy with Pokemon Gold. He takes pride in being a pokemon master and it’s pretty unwise to face him. He also, of course, adores Just Dance and Dance Dance Revolution. He’s had all the Guardians try Just Dance at least once and it ended with a fairly drunk Rocket stuck doing ‘You’re The One That I Want’ with him, which was fairly nice all things considered since he was promptly dragged away by Rocket afterwards. He also learned that Drax can dance to Rasputin. And ONLY Rasputin. Anything else is out of the question.

- Gamora is the one who plays the most fighting games. It’s best to not give her Princess Zelda in Smash Bros unless you want to lose immediately, which is also why it’s a poor idea to give her Paasoul in Skullgirls. The only one able to rival hhr in Skullgirls is Rocket, and that’s when he’s playing Peacock, though Drax’s Beowulf isn’t bad either. She’s still the best, though. She’s also a big Metal Gear fan, and it’s one of the rare things she and Rocket can bond over.

- Groot plays games for the story, which is...fairly interesting for everyone else involved, because if it’s something like a Telltale game, that’s when they can really see what he’s like outside of Rocket translating for him. And he has played all of his games as lawful or at least neutral good. The one time he tried to play a game on an evil path he felt too bad and immediately started over. The time he was playing Wolf Among Us with Rocket watching, and he picked [GLASS HIM] was also a sight to behold. Rocket cracked up. Groot was distressed.

- Drax is the one who will play rage-inducing games just for the challenge, however much everyone else really doesn’t want him to. Surprisingly, he hasn’t broken any TVs or game systems. Yet. He’s jealous that Quill and Rocket are a pretty good Cuphead - Mugman team, however. He’s also the one who accidentally sends everyone invites to crappy games over Facebook. Castle Wars was a thing for a while. No one but Drax was happy and Rocket half-assed it from the start.

Dramatical Murder was the only one to weird her out enough to the point of stopping completely, and Mink’s route was...distressing to her. Rocket tried to play it afterwards and regretted his decision. The Quill tried to play it. Quill was the only one to finish it. It was a firm ‘4/10 on his list.

Anyway. Fun question for you, besides the Ruined King squad, are there any champions that you just cannot get sick of? Like, they could show up and you’d be “hell yeah, this just got even better!”

Im as fond with Bandle City as i am with Bilgewater. I just hate the way Riot wrote yordle lore and logic that i just flipped the table and gave up rambling about it.

My first ever league interaction was knowing about Teemo and he's my baby and i dont care what ugly personality people say about him... he's my cute little fella. My second ever league interaction was reading about his lore and seeing that there was kind of a fling between him and Tristana. I started shipping them i made fanart i made fanfic when i was a 12 y/o. And i still love them with all my heart! Rumble being there just spices things up and as a 12 y/o fanfic writer i made it very dramatic to the point of involuntary comedy.

I adore Lulu and Pix, she's the champion i have more points with. She's iconic! I'd be dissapointed if they ever changed her visual appereance. I know most people think her model looks outdated and icky... BUT she gives this manic pixie dream girl look and i adore her, i love her chubby face with a lot of eye separation and those BIG ol eyes... I love Pix looking like a stick figure with butterfly/fairy wings. I will admit she looked lovely in the LOR expansion cinematic. I love her in all shape and form.

I also like Veigar... Like, can relate to the thing of being tortured psycologically and physically by a bigger dude and then once you're out of it be like 'well, today i feel like setting the world on fire <3'. Overall i adore most of yordle champions, i just dont like how Riot updated their lore a couple of years ago it made me loose interest in what they had to say inside game.

Gwen! I dont know if that counts as a Ruined King champion... her little doll appears on a random corner but i like her! I was one of those poeple begging Riot to make her more doll-likely. But being completely honest, i love her human switching to tiny funny doll power. She's cheerful she's adorable she's iconic and she is the moment.

KLED i know i said i love most of the yordles but KLED he's my baby i love Kled and Skaarl they are so iconic. In game is a delight to play it made me keep my emotions on line when i was on a very rough moment. The thrill of mounting on Skaarl at 10HP and saving your ass or getting a kill.... Its great. I also love his (OLD) lore (they fucked up again making an update a couple years ago) and his short story is SO funny and emotive. I came to realize that i really like him because he reminds me of my grandpa... and my parents always say i look a lot like him cause im always grumpy and mad at something...

OK there's a lot of champions i actually like a lot im going to resume it in one line rants. Janna, sadly sexualized and outdated but she's like a Soraka but more sassy, loved her LOR look makes her look exactly like that. Karma, she's iconic, she's very pretty, not much people pay attention to her and i never actually sat down to read about her BUT im interested. Twitch, he's a rat. Jhin, he's iconic. Lillia, teheehee silly fawn girl peeposhy. Ivern, he's like my mom when she's on a good mood. MILIO he's a BABY and HE IS MY BABY i love him very much. Blitzcrank. He's silly. Kog Maw cause he's also silly. Nautilus, my husbando best friend. Renata, iconic and sapphic.

Teemo had been worrying her for a while now. Since he got into the Omega’s, he didn’t quite seem the same, though she could understand. Rigorous training, almost daily missions and the premise that he could die at any moment were, after all, a great weight on such a young boy’s shoulder. But he had opened up to her what made it all so disturbing, and now, there she sat on a hill near Bandle, waiting for Veigar to come talk.. well, ‘talk’.

The Artillery commander was certainly no sane man, but from what she heard, he was quite cruel. Bomb strikes left and right, no care for civilian casualties, a fondness for napalm and torture. Just, terrible things.. it made her sick, as much as it made the young scout. She had to put an end to it, and talking wasn’t going to work, she was sure. Poppy was more than experienced with this kind of villan, and though it didn’t please her, she’d have to play dirty aswell to stop him.As he came closer, the two threw meaningless words at each other, the otherwise renowed Keeper now going as low to agree with him, a war criminal. She felt bad, but it was for something bigger. It had to be.As they waved goodbye to each other, Veigar started to make his way to the barracks, but Poppy had other ideas. Taking the Buckler out of her back, she got it ready, and...Thump.He fell to the grass along with the shield, slightly bloodied. The back of his head was caved in, blood oozing out and wetting the dark fur. Such a sorry sight.. she hated it. An act of mercy had to be done, no matter what he did, suffering was a horrible, terrible thing, and even those like him didn’t deserve that. He’d atone in the afterlife.Grabbing the buckler, she started to smash his head in with it, until his ears stopped twitching, and the mask was barely discernable between the rest of the gore. Eugh. Thankfully, the shield also doubled as a digging tool, and she had a grave ready in no time. She even put a cross on it. Now to think of an execuse to why he disapeard so suddenly..

Could you do a list on your most to least favorite regions and the why?

Of course! I'd be happy to. I'll also use this as an excuse to list out my favorite champs from each region, aka the ones that I'm gonna blog about the most other than Veigs. (I'll be using this map. If you haven't played with it, check it out!!)

So! From most-liked region (top) to least-liked region (bottom), here goes:

Noxus. I like it's past, present, and future lore. It's such a nuanced country, one you don't see in fantasy very often. Of course, it's where a good chunk of my most beloved characters come from- Mordekaiser, Swain, Veigar (kind of?? he suffered very important character development there), and LeBlanc. I think the mystery behind the Immortal Bastion is intriguing and I enjoy seeing how the modern day country interacts with the shadow of Mordekaiser's legacy.

Demacia. Yes, unironically! As mentioned in a previous post, I greatly enjoy Demacia's aesthetic. This one also has a good chunk of my favorite characters: Lux, Garen, Senna, Lucian, and Galio. Despite everything, I do like the conflict against mages and its implications. I like the idea of deconstructing a classic "good guy" fantasy kingdom.

The Void. Does this count as a region? I do. The Void is League's best "villain" and I really hope they utilize it as such! Mostly though, I am deeply in love with Kai'sa (despite her terrible visual design) and Kassadin as characters. I just think they're neat.

Bandle City. Believe it or not, I'm not super fond of most of the Yordle champs (other than Veigs and maybe Teemo). But I do like the strange, spiritual nature of the realm and I love headcanoning how it works.

Now we're moving into the regions that I don't care nearly as much about. Most Runeterra regions I'm pretty neutral with. Ionia is probably the one I'm most fond of out of these. I think it's interesting to have a land characterized by its magic. I like a good chunk of the characters such as Karma, Akali, Shen, and Riven. I think their conflict with Noxus is interesting. I rate this one a 7/10. It runs a little too close to "generic fantasy Asia" for my tastes.

Shadow Isles. I think they're neat, and I actually do like Viego, no matter how poorly the Ruination event was written. He was never the problem with that event, in my opinion. Moreover, Thresh and Karthus are cool.

Next is probably Piltover and Zaun solely because of Arcane. I didn't like the setting much before, and even now it's far from my favorite.

Mount Targon. Pantheon and Soraka are my absolute beloveds, but the problem is, I have zero interest in the whole Lunari/Solari nonsense going on. It's not a storyline that I care about.

Bilgewater is all the way down here purely because of my apathy. It's not that I have a problem with the setting itself, it's just that I don't care about any of the champs from here. Pirates just aren't my thing. Nautilus is kinda cool though.

Shurima. Shurima's down here because I dislike the "ancient" and "lost" lore. It's boring. I don't like Nasus and co. However, I really do like the story of modern day Shurima as it rebuilds, and its relationship with the Void that's trying to consume it. It has so much potential! (Basically, Taliyah and Kai'sa are the only two keeping Shurima interesting for me. Okay and maybe a little bit of Xerath. He's cool.)

Freljord. What? The Freljord? All the way down here? Yes, and that's because it's boring as hell. I don't care about their clan wars. I don't care about any of the characters from here (except maybe Braum). The conflicts feel so petty and I have zero idea what it's older lore is about despite reading Lissandra's page a couple of times. I think it needs a facelift- all the other settings have a decent conflict that defines the stories set in them, but the Freljord is just "it's cold" and "people don't get along". It would work if the Freljord was a standalone setting apart from Runeterra, but for being a part of a truly fantastical world, it doesn't stand out at all.

But at least the Freljord is a location, compared to Ixtal, which is nothing more than a name on a map with the primary trait of "doesn't do anything".
