how do you get your art to look seamless?

if you mean my recent art, i use a natural pencil brush for lining and rendering. then chuck it into photoshop to add adjustment layers to get the coloring of the og image to match up, add achromatic aberration, add some blur to give depth, and then i slap a noise filter on .u.
