Stephen Strange goes to work as nanny for Tony Stark, famous pianist, and newly single dad. Things are alright, though Stephen rarely sees Tony as he’s always upstairs practicing for his big come-back concert.

But then, his page turner falls ill, and Stephen offers to take their place as he can read sheet music and is quite adapt at playing piano too, before his accident. (The page turner must be very ill as they remain absent over the following months as Tony and Stephen start sharing more and more intimate moments)
