SO I was scrolling through some random opinions on TOP’s relationship with fans (and, like, the general public), and it got me thinking WHY NOT break down his birth chart to figure it out? Does it make sense?!? Who knows, but here we go:

Scorpio Sun ➡️ Oh, yeah!! He’s got that natural magnetism and intense presence that just pulls people in like moths to a flame. The public probably sees him as mysterious, fascinating, and DEEP (or at least he wants them to)

Hi! I was wondering if you could possibly do Park Seonghwa as your late bloomer bf please?

It's also probably different than what you were expecting so DON'T come for me, this is just my opinion!!!

This is painful for me to write as Seonghwa is in my bias line but I gotta keep it real here, no putting idols on a pedestal on this blog.

This analysis is more difficult for me to write than the others b/c Seonghwa's natal chart reveals he has a rather *complicated* experience and view of romantic relationships.

His Cancer Moon/Aquarius Venus/Aries Mars/5th House Scorpio all have polarising values which clash against each other and can lead to Seonghwa being quite *messy* in relationships b/c his sexual and physical needs are very different to his emotional and romantic needs.

He has a high drive and can happily have copious amounts of sex with random people b/c he has the ability to detach emotionally and focus on the physical/biological pleasure of it.

That's why out of all the members, he is (imo) the biggest fuckboi in the group b/c he can participate in hook-up culture and be content with it, he might even prefer it if he's going through a bad stage in his life as he does lean on sex as a coping mechanism with his 8th House Venus.

BUT!!!

The constant hook-ups and meaningless sex doesn't satisfy him for long b/c it's not nurturing the emotional/romantic needs of his Cancer Moon/8th House Venus who does yearn for a exclusive, soul-tethering relationship. He wants a partner to give him the same level of love and care he gives to everyone else.

I think it's likely because he's a guy in his 20s that he goes through the painful cycle of abstaining whilst he waits for 'the one', becoming impatient, horny and lonely, pursues casual hook-ups and is happy for awhile, then leaves feeling empty and hollow, goes back to abstaining and then it repeats all over again.

If you are a late bloomer and are happy for Seonghwa to be your first 'serious' boyfriend, you'll have to accept that he:

a) Has A LOT (probably higher than average) of experience AND with many people and is knowing that about him going to affect your self-esteem? (particularly, your self-esteem and confidence during sex and physical intimacy)

b) Has a lot of emotional baggage from his past experiences that could be overwhelming to witness and handle b/c you're navigating your first serious relationship which is already a lot to experience emotionally.

Now, moving on a more positive level. Seonghwa has an Aquarius Venus which embodies the 'friends to lovers' trope for their love life so for Seonghwa to desire a romantic attraction towards you, you probably have been friends with him for a LONG time and he feels safe enough in revealing his feelings and background to you before he even contemplates looking for more.

This makes the relationship begin more smoothly b/c ideally, you would have told him you are a late bloomer before you become a couple and he would accept it, even be proud that he's your first boyfriend b/c it's something that ties him to you.

Even if the relationship ends, he will be in your heart permanently b/c he's your first and that gets his heart soaring, his eyes glistening, maybe even slightly turned on b/c it means he's claimed a piece of you in some way.

Yes, he's an Aquarius Venus but it is in the 8th House nonetheless so there's a strong Pluto influence in the way he loves and desires you.

He is an Aries stellium so he does bottle up all of his emotions and I feel he'd pine for awhile before he makes a decision, weighing up between whether sabotaging the friendship is worth it for something more.

I'll be honest and say the 'fwb to exclusive' pipeline is very Seonghwa coded in my mind, if I wasn't trying to be romantic here I'd say if you revealed you were a virgin to Seonghwa, he'd offer to be your first and give you the safest, most caring experience of your life and then you'd regularly have sex so he can 'teach and show you' the dynamics of it and then you both get too emotionally invested and end up together (very much like my Arrangement fic, *wink wink*).

Could you tell us what indicates no marriage or yes marriage in a birth chart?

I rarely see charts that are very troubled in regards to long-term relationships/marriage. You have to have multiple aspects that show difficulty and even then people are still able to find love, marry, etc.

The "Challenging" marriage aspects in the Natal Chart:

I would say that Uranus in the 7th House (natal) could be a bit difficult - it could show commitment issues, attracting on and off relationships, right person/wrong time - timing could be a bit problem for people with this aspect. This includes having Transit Uranus in your 7th house as well. The positive is that when the timing is right you can find love very unexpectedly and the relationships could be very freeing. I have observed that people with Uranus in 7th also like unusual relationship dynamics/non-standard dating.

Saturn in 7th house could be interpreted in different ways - marrying later in life, feeling dissatisfied about the thought of marriage, high standards/expectations, prioritizing other areas of life over marriage/relationships.

Pluto in 7th shows that any traumas/insecurities could manifest in relationships and marriage so the person has to heal, really wait for the right person in order to avoid jumping into unhealthy relationships.

Aspects between Juno and Uranus (square, conjunct, opposite), Juno-Saturn and Juno-Pluto could have a similar effect as the descriptions above.

Neptune in 7th, Juno in 12th could show someone that idolizes marriage/has an unrealistic idea about marriage. So that could lead to disappointment in committed relationships or once the honeymoon phase is over in marriage.

I will also add the ruler of the 7th house conjunct Uranus/Pluto/Saturn. For example: Cancer on your 7th house cusp, Cancer is ruled by the Moon and the Moon is conjunct Saturn/Pluto/Uranus.

2. The "Good" marriage aspects in the Natal Chart:

Venus in 7th, Venus trine Juno/Venus conjunct Juno is the one that is usually associated with good, lasting marriage, supportive spouse, equality in marriage. Committed relationships could be easy for these people.

The 7th House ruler conjunct Venus has a similar effect.

Juno conjunct/trine Jupiter or Jupiter in the 7th House is great for a happy marriage. Your partner usually inspired you, teaches you a lot of things, helps you go out of your comfort zone.

Juno in the 7th House is also really favorable for commitment, attracting a spouse who has the characteristics you want in a partner, commitment could happen easily.

Libra or Taurus on the 7th House cusp also tend to have good marriages.

My advice is to wait for the right timing and the right person/not rush into it. There is always someone you are FULLY compatible with so don't waste your energy on bad relationships!

'hurry up, slow pants!' he shouts back, laughing. 'or i'll go without you!'

you roll your eyes at his dramatics, but inside fondness blooms at his spontenous nature. just few minutes ago you both were content with a nice picnic next to the river and now here you are, running to catch a ferry because he suddenly thought that it'd be a great idea. you stop to tie up your shoes and when a shadow looms over you, you look up, smiling. 'thought you said you'd go without me, huh?'

jeonghan huffs and kneels, batting your hands away and tying your shoes himself. 'what i'm going to do with you? you can't even tie your shoes properly,' he teases good-naturedly.

pouting, you snark back: 'you can leave me here, then.'

he stands up, looking at you with a gleam in his eyes. for all of his playful banter, jeonghan knows when to be serious to soothe your worries and can tell when you're not taking the joke lightly: 'not a chance, babe. it's only fun if i'm doing it with you.'

you smile, reaching out to poke his cheek. 'sweet talker. let's go now.'

he nods and takes your hand in his. 'or we can go to amusement park instead of a ferry? or no, we can go to ferry and then from there we can-'

'let's just get to the ferry first,' you interrupt him gently. 'and then we can decide what to do afterwards, okay?'

jeonghan looks at you at this, giving your hand a light squeeze. sometimes his mind runs too far ahead and he is thankful that you are always there to calm him down even in the smallest stuff like this one. 'you do know that i'd never actually go without you, right?' he suddenly asks, nervous. he knows that his jokes can go too far, so it's always good to check; he can close his eyes on many things but not on making you feel insecure in this relationship.

you chuckle, nodding. 'i know, hannie. i know.'

because you do know - for all of his bravado, jeonghan is actually much more sensitive than he lets on and he cares for your feelings even more than he realizes.

idolizes relationships, a best fit for him would be someone with motherly tendencies due to his childish nature; while concept of relationships intrigues him, he doesn't jump into them quickly, takes his time to decide whether his partner can give any additional meaning to his life or not. relationships just for the sake of it do not interest him, he values his independence and freedom too much for that.

jeonghan stares at the chicken soup in front of him and something in his chest squeezes uncomfortably. you are so nonchalant about it and this is what gets him the most, because making chicken soup for someone who's ill is such a small thing for you, you don't even give it any meaning. it's obvious for you, something like breathing. and you have no idea how you shatter his world with such a simple act, how your caring sides makes him want to hold you tight and never let go. with small acts like this one you pull him closer and closer to you, make him think of things like future together and it's too much. because then he starts thinking of what you mean to him and what you bring to his life and then he starts thinking of how life without you would be incredibly dull and then-

'that soup is not going to eat itself,' you remind him, stepping closer. you check whether he has a fever or not with a hand on his forehead. 'hm, i think you're starting to burn up. how are you feeling?'

'okay,' jeonghan croaks, wincing at his voice.

'yeah, that sounded very okay,' you sigh, leaning in. 'i know you're not hungry, but soup will make you feel better.'

you make me feel better, you and your care and your love is on the tip of his tongue but he says nothing. being cared of is something that he needs 24/7 and something that he so afraid of asking for. he doesn't want to seem weak or needy, but you somehow guess his desires right away, giving him what he needs without him having to ask for it. jeonghan thinks he might be more than just 'a little' in love with you. 'thank you for the soup,' he says sincerely, smiling at the way your entire face lights up. 'it's delicious.'

'you haven't tried it yet,' you point out, smiling.

'when it's cooked with so much care for me, of course it's going to be delicious. i'll eat it even if it's bad.'

it's the 'thank you for taking care of me and always being there for me' wrapped into one and you smile at this, nodding. confessions from jeonghan sound exactly like 'i'll eat it even if it's bad' and there's a certain charm in them, too. 'i promise i didn't poison it,' you respond, attuning to his teasing side.

jeonghan chuckles, pulling you closer. 'you come here and eat it with me.'

he doesn't listen to your protests and forces you to sit on his lap, tucking his chin on your shoulder and making you feed him. 'you're such a baby,' you mutter affectionately, patting his hands on your waist.

'your baby,' he replies easily and yes, he is. and you wouldn't trade him for the world.
