my legs are sore and i can’t tell if it’s from having been so tired yesterday or if the steroids are starting to weaken my bones
#marzi speaks#surely it’d be so gradual i wouldn’t notice right. i mean it’s. osteoporosis doesn’t just Happen you wouldn’t feel it#but also i feel Sore. in my Bones#idk. i finished my muscle relaxer yesterday too n now my guts r kinda cramping again :/#i see my doctor in a few days i can tell her abt all this and get input#i have been craving a lotttt of dairy. body’s probably trying to help me keep my calcium intake up
