Grindeldore Headcanon #10(more of a 9.5)

Albus actually never loved lemon cake or lemon candies that much. He liked the taste. They were fine. But he was never that obsessed over them as Gellert thought he was.

But he always got so happy when Gellert brought him some. Not because it was lemon candy, but because Gellert brought it. He felt like the candies tasted better when Gellert was the one that got it for him.

So in time, he had grown to like lemon sweets more. He loved how something sour can be yet so sweet. He also loved how Gellert always had some for him. Just because he thought Albus loved them so much.

After that summer, lemon candies never tasted that good. But Albus started to like them more. Because then, he realised what he loved about the candies.

They tasted like loving Gellert.

Sour, yet sweet.

And eating them was just like remembering all the things they did together that summer. All his memories with Gellert.

Sweet,

And yet sour.

Fine, i'm about to read le bordel patriotique. Let's see if i can handle it, i'm supposed to be preparing a final project but curiosity strangled me, so here we are. Wish me luck buddies.

Idk why i'm getting into so many long form pieces of media. First of all i am reading superhero comics (from the beginning, most of the time). I've gone through the new teen titans and superboy, and now am trying to get through like 80 issues of batman (late in dicks robin run through jasons death) so i can read tims robin run. So i can read huntress then the outsiders then teen titans 03 then a billion other team-ups. And also steph/cass as batgirl and babs as oracle. And dick grayson nightwing. (And probably a lot more that i am forgetting right now) and i am reading the 80s wonder woman run. I'm also considering getting into Green Lantern and/or the Flash. Also i want to know so much more about Kara supergirl ever since i read Woman Of Tomorrow (i love and adore her). Then with marvel i want to get into spiderman/fantastic 4/daredevil, plus possibly the xmen. I have been reading comics so much this past year and have so much to read before i even get close to my goals of being knowledgeable.

he has a hand on the back of your neck while you cup his cheek. it starts slow, but you always need more of him. you need to be closer, as far in his space as he’ll allow. you shift your weight into him, forcing him back, and he grins against your lips because he knows what you’re doing. he does the same, pushing forward until you push back. it quickly turns into desperation, like there’s something to be won, to be consumed.

the sounds get to you—heavy breaths, low hums of satisfaction, the softest hint of a whine when you pull back a bit. he lets out a protest, barely audible, before chasing you again, like he can’t stand the distance. when you tug at his hair, just a bit too hard, he groans, something that makes heat curl low in your stomach. and when you sigh into his mouth, melting against him, he swallows it down like it’s keeping him alive. the room is filled with the sound of lips meeting, of shallow, uneven breaths, of the quiet, desperate noises that slip out when you forget to hold them back.

your breath is shaky when you finally part. his lips are swollen and shiny, cheeks warm, pupils blown wide, and it only makes the ache worse. your body thrums with the heat of him, your hands still fisted in his shirt like you could pull him back in, like you should. and maybe you will.
