My family finally managed to congregate for our family vacation! My mum insisted on a picture of the 10 of us, as she usually does, for her ever growing picture albums. She also prints and mails them to some of our older relatives along with letters. It's such a blessing that we were able to all make it this year, usually there's one or two that can't make it for whatever reason. Since there's so many of us, we split up around 3 cabins and then rented the lounge cabin so we could have a space to eat anf fellowship.

Conner & Jarrett have officially graduated from high school, meaning that our mum is officially done homeschooling! After more than 30 years of teaching she's officially retired, so we had a little party to celebrate on our first night there. I arranged for 2 cakes, one for the boys then another for mum so they could all be cut (also because there were around 30 of us that would actually be eating the cake)

When the 5 new grandkids were born, my mum was there when Sullivan (Sabrina) was born and met the two sets of twins (David & Abel, Michael & Makenna) a few weeks after they were born, but dad hadn't met them yet, so this was the official meeting for them. Jarrod & Madison were there along with the twins, but there were asleep when these pictures were taken so they did a separate meeting.

It was great having all of the sister's here, Kelsey also made the trip up with us from Brindleton bay as her first 'official' holiday with the family. It's so great that the postpartum ladies made the effort to join the trip, it's so great to be around all the babies. Can you imagine that between the 7 of us that are married, we've had a collective 19 children, an if you count the twins celeste is pregnant with that's 21! I guess the Lord decided that this year is the year of the twin, there's about to be 3 sets of twins in the family.

The happy couple were also celebrated on the trip, Kelsey is such a sweet girl and we can't wait for her to join the family. They've decided to have the wedding at the start of the winter, just a few weeks after Harvestfest. Since a few of us are local to the area, we've been able to help with the planning and will be hosting friends and family who'll be coming in to town for the wedding.
