#i remember i was doing smth this morning (forgot what exactly tho) n my brain was like hmm#tht's usually a sign im not really myself#idk it was some unintentional stim behaviour i think#but also my uncle might hv been in contact w/ someone who might hv covid so idk#not tht i was necessarily in contact with my uncle#but i mean he is in the vicinity#tho he has been taking precautions idk sigh#cloud nonsense#also had tinnitus ringing today which is also usually an omen
