Okay, I scrolled way back but I couldn’t find a particular post that made me think you’re British. I think it’s just that: a.) your English is reaally good; b.) the okidoki thing; c.) your name; d.) the times at which you’re online [this site is always open on my tabs] and e.) idk I might have mixed up being Russian and living in Russia. 🤦‍♀️ Did I mention I was “dumb of ass”? 🤫

Yeah, I should really be asleep rn, but it’s good to vent in your inbox from time to time. (I hope you’ll let me; sorry for the elaborate complaint about COVID!) About the breakdown: I’m taking it one step at a time, and it really helped to have talked to my mum about it. (1 thing about which I can’t complain: my mum, in her current form, is the best person in the world! 💚 And most importantly: she is my person, and I am so so grateful to still have her in my life…let’s say it’s not a given in our situation 🥺)

Well, in a way it’s good; it’s was high time that I definitively worked through my self image and bullying stuff. (I was already working on that ftr; tv didn’t induce me to do so!) And I still have the OST on repeat… But I really hope GMMTV know what they are doing. Because this show is going to be controversial from the start. (Never have I seen a Tumblr tag so empty after the first episode… 😶) Also, no offence, but I think you must have me mixed up with an anon bc I am not the Win stan. 😂 (He really has a nice voice, @operanon, but I definitely would not call myself a “stan”!)

For full disclosure: after five years in the Skamdom, I definitely suffer from “Be kind always” syndrome. 🤡 (Basically, a innate refusal that people can really be evil and stay bad…without any kind of explanation or excuse.)

So as for Wai, I will still be putting my noise cancelling headphones on and pretend that there must a reason if it was really Wai. Thanks for pointing out the POV thing; I feel that’s often overlooked in discussion. But that’s what makes Bad Buddy (imho) so ingenious -> the subtlety of POV. We’ll see what will become of Wai, and maybe my standard is a bit too high as far as redemption arcs are concerned (after 7 years of studying top shelf literature/ literary “classics” that tends to happen. 🤓). But I hope it will be something good (esp bc of the infamous group picture -> I meant what I said; the look on Wai’s face is…strange in that picture 🤨).

well, thank you for complimenting my english, though i usually get "are you american?" about it, i also didn't realize archer was a particularly british name (i did pick it out myself for unrelated-to-britain reasons), and moscow doesn't have too big of a time difference with anywhere in britain (3 hours) - add to that the fact that i am a night owl and usually go to bed at around 2 am and there you have it.

also listen, i was in the skam fandom as well, but noora was looking at that sign before going out with william, and he is a fucking dickhead, so maybe you should rethink it a bit /lh we will see what they do with wai in the future, though - i'm hoping it's going to be good :(
