Please Please Me: A 16yo's (horrible) album review

I Saw Her Standing There 🧍: She was just 17 apparently! Honestly I reallyyyy like the song !! She's electric and vibrant. Uber catchy and is kinda adorbs ! I'm not 17 but I shall imagine that this song captures what it's like to be 17 in some way, shape, or form ( hopefully, maybe not idk ).

Misery 💧: uh, babe it's giving break up !!! If I made a song like this all I'd hear is "God stop wallowing in self pity and get yourself back up there !!" But sometimes people need a little time to rot in their feels and I think this song is great for that !!! It's not super catchy but overall I didn't hate it. Music doesn't need to be catchy to be good >:3

Anna (Go To Him) 💍: I LOVE ITTTTTT. Man, Anna's a meanie girl ! What she did was dirttyyyyyy 😭😭 but good on the guy for letting her go and be happy even tho he couldn't be,,,, it was so sweet !! Uh anyway yeah this song is so good. I love how longing and sad it sounds. It's like if Misery and I Saw Her Standing There had a baby. It totally fits the 60's I can see it playing at a dinner or something !! Also, Anna girl, give that ring back !! 😭

Chains ⛓️: Honestly I can see myself liking this song in the future (two or three weeks from now) and it's honestly a really unique take on love that I really like. His girl's got him chained down with the chains of love !!! Not in an oppressive and controlling way but she's got him locked in !!! He loves her so much, they're connected 😣

Boys 🤷: Erm. Gay Anthem?? Don't know what to think about this one I really don't know 😭😭 talks about 'em all the time I guess??

Ask Me Why ❓: It's so cute !! I can also see this one being played at an old diner. The do-wop sound is like, addictive and supperrrr catchy. Really like this song. Kinda reminds me of A World Without Love by Peter and Gordon !!

Please Please Me 🫵: Honestly kinda forgot about her ?? After the first listen it was like I just had a fever dream. But also that might have been because I was in the car with my parents talking and I could hear them through my headphones so idk you tell me :/ but now that I've relistened to the album while writing the reviews I love this one!

Love Me Do ❤️: Don't really jive with this one :/ it's not a bad sing but it just wasn't my cup of tea !! I feel bad saying that 'cause I don't wanna be the typical teen that "only listens to catchy, simple songs" but this one just wasn't there for me the way Please Please Me and Anna were 😭😭

P.S. I Love You 💌: ITS SO CUTTTEEEEE !!!!! Was this song a precursor to All My Loving like, directly ??? If it wasn't I probably look stupid saying that but whatevs. This song is like, old and faded is a really lovely way like,,, who writes letters anymore, it's so romantic!!! The simple guitar is like, really bleeding through to me for some reason idk good job George !!!

Baby It's You 💕: 60s came through with this one. She is PUNGENT. It's giving Runaround Sue !! This one just feels like a classic.

Do You Want To Know A Secret 🫠: Elementary school yard ramped up!!! I can almost hear the children playing and yelling in the background it's so cutesy. Overall a pretty good track. Wouldn't mind hearing it again !!

A Taste of Honey 🍯: Reminds me of a song i'd hear in Rango.. hmm. I don't like this song as much as I feel I should?? Didn't quite give with me, it's just another track I guess (idk this review felt mean 😭😭)

There's a Place 🏩: Its like an amalgamation of all of the songs in the album. I'm hearing baby it's you, please please me, and literally everything else idk it's so strange

Twist and Shout 🌀: This song is iconic. There's nothing I cans at that will add or take anything away. Might be a bit overrated idk it's just me . But it's uber high energy and I like it !!

Julie

First: She’s a strong independent women and I love that for her. She’s insanely talented and really pretty.

Current: Julie is hella underrated. I mean she is the main fucking character. Her outfits are amazing. Still insanely talented and really pretty. She is such a good friend but she also doesn’t let people push her around and I love that. Definitely bisexual.

Luke

First: He is adorable and hot but he’s not that great. A little annoying and pushy. I mean he’s a puppy and I love him but he’s a little overrated. I shipped him with Reggie.

Current: Luke deserves all the love he gets. Though I do think people talk to much about how hot he is. Like I get he’s hot I’ve seen him but he’s more than that too. He is a good friend and very passionate and I love that about him. His character development is *chef’s kiss*. I ship him with Julie.

Alex

First: Surprise canon queer characters are literally the best. We stan an anxious bean. We deserve more Alex dances/songs.

Current: my thoughts on Alex have probably changed the least out of everyone. He definitely has a little sister. 100% used to like and/or date Luke. Also his (Owen’s) voice is fucking incredible and he needs more songs. We still stan an anxious bean.

Reggie

First: My favorite character. I love him so much. He is an idiot. He flirts a lot with girls. Definitely bisexual. I shipped him with Luke.

Current: Still my favorite character. He is a disaster bisexual that can’t handle flirting with boys or girls. He is great with social situations but he’s actually really good at school. Literally a math genius and a straight A student. I now ship him with Nick because they are sweethearts that deserve each other, thank you to @/perfect-harmony and @/we-are-all-alex for that.

Flynn

First: She is an absolute queen. I mean really your fav could never. She’s a really good friend and I wish I had a friend like her. I shipped her with Julie.

Current: Still a fucking queen. I would marry her if she asked. She deserves more songs. I’m not sure who I ship her with because I used to ship her with Julie or Carrie but now I ship Juke and Kaylie so idk. But she deserve someone nice. I just really wish I could be friends with her.

Willie

First: I was really mad at him for introducing the boys to Caleb. I mean dude you know he owns people’s souls what about that sounds like a good thing. Like dude you could have just not told them about Caleb and not told Caleb about them. But I still really liked Willex.

Current: It wasn’t Willie’s fault. He was probably scared of what Caleb would do to him if he found that Willie knew about the boys and didn’t tell him. And you can’t really blame him for not wanting to die for a guy he just meet. Also Booboo Stewart is fucking hot and more people should talk about that. Willex is a god tier ship.

Carrie

First: I thought she was a total bitch when I first watched jatp. I didn’t like her at all.

Current: She is a queen and I love her. This is mostly due to @/dirtycandyy. Also she’s a lesbian and in love with Kayla.

Nick

First: I liked him, at least more than most people. But I didn’t really care that much about him. I could get over his hats. Also I thought he was straight.

Current: Literally my fucking child. I love him and his hats. He is the proud son of Chad and Ryan Danforth-Evans. Also I now ship him with Reggie.

Kayla

First: I did not care about her at all. I didn’t even know her name.

Current: if we don’t get more of her next season I will riot. She is in love with Carrie. She is the proud daughter of Sharpay and Taylor Evans-Mckessie.

Bobby

First: I hated him. I though he was irredeemable and selfish. That he was the Peter Pettigrew of Sunset Curve.

Current: Bobby deserves better. He was a child that went through something very traumatic and made some bad choices. Also we don’t know why he didn’t credit Luke, he could have a perfectly good reason. I am a Bobby stan now and I will defended him until the show gives me proper evidence as to why I shouldn’t.

Caleb

First: I hated him. He’s a monster and I hope he dies, again. No one hurts my boys and gets away with it. But The Other Side of Hollywood is a bop.

Current: I still don’t like him. He tried to hurt my boys and he threatened Willie and for that he deserves to suffer. But he’s definitely gay. The Other Side of Hollywood and You Got Nothing to Lose are bops.

I GOT SO MUCH TO SAYYY!! gosh pls dont find me weird okay, and these are just my personal opinions and im not hating any groups!! but my unpopular opinion is: i think kpop has become very toxic after bts and bp got famous in America. And tbh if you ask me, i wouldnt want any other kpop groups to be famous in America... i only stan exo but i think i speak for all groups when i say they are safe as they are now... of course if exo ever get even more famous i will be happy and proud for their success. But look how fame and America has changed bts and bp... not tryna hate but look theyve changed, idk if anyone else noticed but after fame hits bts, i realised how theyve start to become very...white?? like they are so westernised and like example, they start focusing on America only, they even curse (not a lot but i’d still point out) casually like for example, jungkook singing a curse word in his cover song for jason derulo savage love i think (speaking of cursing, after nct127 got famous in usa mark started getting influenced by them too and he casually cursed like “oh fuck” and everyones like 😃😆) even i curse and im not saying cursing is BADD but yeah i am, and how they sing a whole song in english, not to even mention how toxic america is but in grammys they have sold tons of albums yet they didnt win anything but when they release an english song, they won.

Some half of them americans are very toxic, racist, and just theyre basically acid, like bruh, its evident that once bts got famous there are soooo much hate thrown towards bts too cuz theyre asians, or how some would say theyre gay or look like girls...if my favs (exo) ever get these kinds of treatments (not that they dint but veryy little cuz thank god they ain exposed to the western culture) i will B R E A K, i could never handle that so i would never want that to happen to them. Also noticed how, after bts got famous, most armys are equally as toxic, whether they are just stanning bts just cuz theyre famous there, or like how their fans dont even know anything abt bts and coming after so many groups and their fans. Most of them are fake and i think its cuz of the fame for bts lmao. Kpop has become extremely toxic with the growth of international fans and the rise of 3rd/4th gen. I wasn't around to experience the previous generations, but I know damn well they weren't a mess like these newer ones are.

Gaining fame in America does seem to change idols, and idk why. The group members change and the music changes also. While I do enjoy hearing idols swear (guilty pleasure) and I am an American so I get to enjoy their English songs, I can see how it makes all the other cultures/countries feel some type of way.

I will say this, though, the Grammys are shit and I dont get why people care so much about them. They've proven time and time again the awards don't go to the best artists. However, this doesn't mean that I think BTS deserved a Grammy imo.

Americans are a very toxic and hate filled bunch (again, I am one, so I get to see this shit every day). I 100% know that some of the hate directed towards Asians is because of racism (as seen by the insane uptick in crime against Asian Americans right now) and because some see kpop male idols as too feminine.

BTS is literally everywhere, which is one of the reasons I stopped listening to them tbh. They'd be in commercials, on talk shows, late night shows, in magazines, on the radio, just everywhere. It took the joy out of watching anything from them just because they were always in my face, so I can see what you mean.

I feel like the relationship between BTS and army has changed (from an outsiders perspective). Its no longer about loving and supporting your group and being happy for them. Now, its "so-so wants this? We MUST do everything in our power and spam every possible thing ever so they get what they want". Its almost frightening. They also no longer care about the quality of the music being put out. Doesn't matter what it is, they stream the ever loving shit out of it and make it break records when, honestly, it doesn't deserve to (again imo).

Lastly, I didnt get mad or offended haha. I understand a lot of these viewpoints, and thank you so much for liking my work!! I do wonder what would happen if I made a true BBH centric fic and not just spin offs or continuations of previous works where oc ends up with BBH 🤔🤔 I think that fic would have too much power haha.

So I’m not sure if I’m alone in this thought, but I am just about obsessed with the Naruto Shippuden openings. So I thought it could be fun to tell y’all what I love about them and which ones are my favorites! Feel free to add your own thoughts and opinions too! (this might be long but I have lots of thoughts that need to be excised from my head) 

#1 First opening for the new show. It’s dramatic and the song is fun and upbeat, i love the shot of the Akatsuki because they’re always a fun time.

#2 Again great song. Bonus points for being the first opening to have my boy Sai in it. Angst is always fun between Sasuke and Naruto 

#3 I know I know blue bird is overrated, but whatever its still a good song. I really like the shadows that are being cast across the characters when they’re standing in what looks like a bunch of alleyways. Love watching Asuma fight, especially when I know it isn’t during his death arc. Always get points from me when the Akatsuki is envolved.

#4 Love when all Konoha 12 are in the opening, love them all because they’re adorable and precious. The rotating scene of Hidan and Kakazu is one of my favorite things of all time tbh, points taken off though because I know they’re going to kill Asuma and that isn’t very sexy of them ngl.  

#5 I quite enjoy the final valley because the statues of Madara and Hashirama are really cool and a nice touch. The drama of Tsunade looking longingly out the hokage building’s window with her hand on the glass kills me. 

#6 Love this ones song, kind of moody but also gets me pumped later on. makes me a little sad because I think this opening is during Itachi’s death. Huge points and i mean huge for the toad summon, they’re possibly my all time favorite summons in the show, so much so that it made my love for toads grow and I’m getting a toad tattoo next month.

#7 Again the song is great. Pain arc always lots of fun. There’s a lot of really cool battle shots that i enjoy, love when they all kick ass and get their asses kicked. Also: Gamabunta, need I say more? He could be my favorite non human character, I actually wanted to know how many episodes he was in and that’s how I spoiled Jiraiya’s death for myself. I adore Mt. Myōboku, and my fave outfit of Naruto’s is toad sage.

#8 I like how all of the people who care for Naruto are keeping him from sinking, and then at the end it looks like Sasuke is sinking and Naruto is like “oh shit I have to save my boyfriend, everyone else hates him rn”.

#9 Great song. Love all the Kage’s except interim Hokage Danzo, fuck that guy forever.

#10 Very fun song! Love how Killer B’s dancing is like inconveniencing Yamato. The dancing is extremely funny to me, and they all look so cute. Sai, Sakura, and Naruto all do this like really cool triple hand sign together while they all hold onto each other and I can’t tell you how sad I am that it never happened outside of the opening.

#11 Another song that gets me pumped and makes me want to punch someone for some reason, in a fun way. Allied Shinobi Forces always fun. The mask Obito has on is prob my favorite of the ones he wears, love the orange but idk this one is great.

#12 This one is mostly sad gotta say, but I LOVE Kushina!!!! Fighting is cool.

#13 First opening with Madara, we love a murderous old brought back to life motherfucker, and I think hes hot. Very funny to me that Naruto just fucking headbutts Obito in the mask, seeing as though it proves quite hard to just scrape. big points for the Kurama and Naruto fist bump.

#14 I think this opening is my all time favorite, my header even comes from this one. The song is one my favorites too. My favorite part might be Obito phasing through a rock, and the red freeze framing of him, Gai, and Kakashi looking like they’ll kill you without a second thought. Please don’t ask me how I know Obito’s mask has the same expression because it just does.

#15 Good song. All the moon and sun pairings are nice, cool fighting as always. Love any reference to the tailed beasts, if you ask me they weren’t in the show nearly enough.

#16 Great references to growing up and coming of age, also its nostalgic in a way. Cool that Naruto and Sasuke are being cute together and working as team. love the song

#17 I forgot this one existed for a minute, but I do quite enjoy the sage of six paths. Also Gai fighting Madara will always be gold to me.

#18 THIS ONE!!!! SO FUCKING SAD!! I love it dearly don’t get me wrong, but this shit made me cry and I will never forgive it. Really good song too, might be my third favorite opening

#20 Second favorite, makes me feel a lot of things. The war is over, they’re all a little older, living their lives together. This one also made me cry but for happier reasons. Veryyy good song. It’s the domesticity for me. I love the new vests way more than the old ones. Also the like future picture of Naruto wearing the Hokage cape has him with short hair? Was that character design Kishimoto’s? And they kept it for Boruto? (it’s still not too late to grow his hair out some)

So we watched (nay, Experienced) the BBC/Netflix Dracula series

Brought to us by everyone’s favourite team, Steve Moff and Mark Gatiss, promising to be an innovative and exciting new vision of the classic novel

Boy it was definitely something!!!

First I will say: obviously Moff is not my favourite TV writer and my fam and I did go into this with a bias. I’m happy to report, though, that it’s going to be one of these shows that haunts me forever, because if it had just been bad I could have said “bleh” and deleted it from my brain. But because parts of this were genuinely cool, interesting, and fun, and parts of it genuinely had potential, all the bits that were bad stand out as so much worse and the whole thing feels as cursed as a 500 year old undead count. 

Things that were enjoyable and well put-together:

Van Helsing has been gender-swapped into a vampire-hunting nun and her cat-and-mouse game with Dracula is rife with belligerent sexual tension. I was ready to hate this, and ready for like, Sherlock and Irene Adler 2.0, but their dynamic was actually pretty fun to watch! Their power balance is kept even throughout most of the show, and Helsing is never struck down because of ~womanly failings~ or infantilised. She’s consistently really clever and, even if there are some cringey one-liners, I found her and Draccy’s playful quest to murder each other one of the most fun parts of the show. It could’ve been better, but it was enjoyable! (I also like how Helsing isn’t Young and Hot, but is a capable older lady, and her actor and Draccy’s even seem about the same age. Amazing)

The second episode is a spooky murder mystery/horror mini-movie on a ship, with a cast full of interesting characters who all had different things going on and different relationship dynamics that were compelling to watch. There’s even an interracial gay couple! And they’re like, written pretty sympathetically and to be layered and flawed in ways that didn’t feel too stereotypical! And they don’t die first!! Wack! I understand the bar is on the ground, but it’s still worth a mention

Some fun with vampire lore: Draccy absorbs knowledge and traits from people he drinks blood from (which is how he learns languages. Get Duolingo, dude, stop eating people), leading to the intriguing suggestion that myths like “vampires will die in sunlight” and “vampires are afraid of holy symbols” have kinda become real to him even if they don’t literally work, because he’s swallowed so many people to whom these superstitions and beliefs were law. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has been done, but groundbreaking or no it was kinda neat

Things that were not enjoyable and well put-together:

EVERYTHING ELSE

Episode 1: a weird speedrun of most of the original novel, feat. weaponised nuns and a weird fixation on whether or not Jonathan Harker and Draccy boned. They did not. Dracula pops out of the body of a wolf and he’s Whole Ass Naked. Him and Van Helsing have a power play where she stands just on the threshold of a convent and calls him a little bitch, knowing he can’t come and get her. A knife is licked. 

Episode 2: aforementioned cool ship horror story. Definitely the best ep. It really makes me think about hbomb’s critique that Moff is pretty good at doing standalone stories (and pilots), but when things are tied into a bigger narrative things get zonkers. 

Episode 3: Things Get Zonkers!!

Let me just. Okay. I have the most to say about this one because this is where things really got batshit. And yet, also really boring? How does that figure? Anyway:

Dracula emerges from under the sea and finds that 123 years have passed and he’s now the star of a Modern AU. Upon setting foot on British sand he is immediately accosted by what appears to be an anti-vampire task force. There’s a helicopter. It is later explained how they knew to pounce on him at this exact moment, but holy god it was wild to watch the entire British Secret Service descend on this one wet bastard in a suit

The editing shifts aggressively in the direction of Sherlock. Mark Gattis is there playing an amazingly annoying character. There’s a fuckign.... Underground Secret Society devoted to studying vampires and they put Drac in a Designated Glass Prison for Smug Geniuses (also as seen in Sherlock). Van Helsing is dead but her great-great-grand-niece is played by the same actress and. Okay. Van Helsing, vampire hunting nun, possesses her descendent and rises through the ether to roast Drac one last time, and he’s DELIGHTED TO SEE HER AGAIN. 

And she has cancer, right, so her blood is poisonous when Draccy tries to bite her, but in the end, right, the end of the episode, right, the final shots of the show, he comes to a place where he’s willing to die, and she’s already dying, and so he drinks her blood and they die together on a table while cinematic metaphor vision shows them having sex in the middle of the sun

There was a badly CGI-ed vampire baby. Jonathan Harker falls from a tower and a scene later they flash back to this event by reversing the footage of him falling down, meaning we just see him go VWOOP up through the air, bouncing off the wall on the way. Van Helsing says the words “come boy, suckle” when she’s goading Drac into drinking her blood. The show sits in a weird middle ground where the characters talk about sex a lot (”dID yOu HaVe sExUaL iNterCOURSE with COUNT DRACULA?”) and Drac is clearly meant to be super magnetic and sexy but the characterisation and cinematography is not horny at all. People have these sexy-type dreams of their lover of choice when Drac is drinking their blood but even those are very boring and weirdly chaste, except of course for the final one where, if I  can take the chance to remind you, Van Helsing and Dracula have symbolic Mind Palace sex inside the centre of the solar system

I can’t speak too much on its quality as an adaptation since I actually haven’t read the book, but splitting the story so that some characters (the Harkers, Van Helsing) existed in the time the story is set, and some (Lucy, Dr Seward) exist in The Modern AU felt very strange. Was there any reason to set the third episode in modern times, apart from the fact that I guess they wanted to do their Sherlock thing again? Or, perhaps, because they wanted to do their Jekyll thing again?? Oh my god, that’s what the editing reminds me of - the small clips of Jekyll I’ve seen. The zooming. The slow-mo. The emphasis on The Monster Man’s weird goddamn teeth

(Also, I don’t really feel qualified to dig too deep into it, but I will say there felt something a bit uncomfortable about Lucy being black in this version, while also being written to be very promiscuous and vain. idk. Also, since it happened in an ep of Sherlock as well, “weedy white Nice Boy rescues the Very Cool woman of colour he has a tragically unrequited crush on” is now an official Moffattis trope)

Count Moffatula is an experience. Its pacing is buck wild. The speeding through the original plot and the mish-mashing of elements in the Modern AU section feels like another expression of contempt for the source material on Moff’s part. Someone says “reality is overrated” in a show set in the 1890s. Draccy quotes a Beatles song. He also makes quippy allusions to having eaten various famous figures and basically winks at the camera every time. Granted, this wasn’t as obnoxious as I was maybe expecting, but there are still too many lines of dialogue where you think “oh, the writers high-fived each other after they wrote that one, huh”. The fact that Moff has such vitriol against fan fic writers is more and more grating every day because this is so, so clearly a zany-ass fanfic that he happens to be getting paid for. The costumes are nowhere near as nice as they could have been, and Dracula’s cape looks like his mum made it for him for the school play in which he is playing Dracula. 

This show is So Much. Watch it to share in this fever dream. Or don’t, and save approximately 5 hours of your life. God. 5 hours. Who was I before Count Maffatula. Who am I now. Why was his cape so bloody ugly. Why did they bone in the centre of the sun

andi mack band au (or a story?)

Jonah, TJ and Marty form a band called the trio™.

They have been together for a ridiculously long time. Band formed when they were 15-16 (now they're around 20-21). It became popular very quickly, but since they were very young, their recording company and producer have seen the potential of having 3 cute young boys and manufactured their whole image. 

Now they're one of those typical boybands, making mostly pop music for the masses. They are like any typical disney channel band (jonah brothers in 2007 or big time rush on nickelodeon), but popular.

Jonah is a lead singer and guitarist, TJ is on the keyboard (and also sings) and Marty is on drums.  

Jonah may be a lead but TJ is most popular among fans since he has that "womanizer bad boy" persona (and Jonah isn't interacting with fans that much ever since he had to be institutionalized a few years back because stress from a tour caused him a major breakdown).

TJ doesn't realize that he is gay for a very long time since he has been in so many relationships with girls that he doesn't even get a chance to think about it. 

The GHC are all university students and childhood friends, going to the same university (they never met the dumbass trio before). 

Andi is like obsessed with the band and specifically Jonah.Cyrus and Buffy couldn't care less about them. They think that just thinks the band is fake (which they are) and that their music is overrated (which it kinda is).

So one day Andi drags Cyrus and Buffy to Amber Kippen's (famous model) birthday party because she knows that Amber's brother and his band will be there. Something serious occurs and two squads get to know each other that night. (my ideas are that either someone gets hurt, drugged or they all get kicked out of the party together - idk yet) 

TJ gets super interested in Cyrus who doesn't buy his fake ass persona and believes he is much more than that but also doesn't hesitate to drag him for his bullshit. So TJ finds every opportunity to hang out with him. (Their story is basically just Starstruck, except nobody suspects they may be into each other because the whole world is convinced TJ is extremely straight)

Major drama in their relationship starts when TJ realizes he may be non-platonically into Cyrus and his internalized homophobia can't accept it so he gets involved with Kira (fan of his) just to prove it to himself and everyone else. 

Muffy meeting is 90% the same as in AM. Buffy is like "yeah I don't know this dude from a band my BFF has been obsessing over for years" and Marty pretends to buy it. When their crews start getting close, they become banter buddies. 

Muffy relationship is a lot like Benedick and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing. They make take shots at one another, kinda think they hate each other (and around their friends act like they do) but without realizing it, they love spending time together. They become closer and ultimately start dating when major drama occurs with other characters (maybe with tyrus) and they gang up to help their mutual friends. 

Andi tries real hard to get close to Jonah (like in AM) and they get together as a pair for a little while, but it's mostly because Andi loves the unreal image of Jonah the media presents and Jonah just really wants people to love him. In the end, they realize that their relationship isn't very good for either of them and instead become great friends. Jonah helps Andi gets some more confidence in her art talent, she starts to invest more in her career (she transfers to an art college). Andi helps Jonah realize that he doesn't need to please everyone and truly become his own person.

Optionally I have ambi subplot planned out (but it's not necessary for the story since i mostly want Andi and Jonah to grow as people, but I love ambi so): Amber used to date Jonah, but they broke up because Jonah (as much as I love him) was terrible as a boyfriend. Their relationship was very similar to Amber and Jonah dating in  AM s3.  Amber comes off as a bitch from the start, kinda sabotaging Andi's attempts to get closer to Jonah. Everyone thinks it's because Amber is the evil ex who doesn't want them to be together. In the end it shows up that Amber just wanted to protect Andi from getting hurt because she knew Jonah was not ready for a real serious relationship. She probably wouldn't care if it was anyone else, but Amber has been smitten by Andi from the first moment they met. 

As all the ships get together and the story ends, the band breaks up. They realize that they lost their way and it all became a burden, something that does more harm than good. 

4 months timeskip - the dumbass trio meets again, deciding to try it again with the band because they missed playing together. This time it's entirely different - their band has a  new name and they start playing indie rock/alternative rock. After years, Jonah starts writing songs again, TJ starts mixing music to give them something new, Cyrus works as their new manager because he is freaking good at it.

Bonus:

Buffy always makes jokes about how the band is just rip off from BTVS s6 villain group with the same name.

Andi later starts an art blog and becomes really famous on instagram.

Buffy has a basketball scholaship on university.

First song Jonah Beck ever wrote was totaly “I cried”, which is a huge flop and quickly becomes a meme.

Before getting back together, all dumbass trio members try a solo career, they all fail tragically.

Jonah writes “I cried” which isn’t just unsuccesfull - that song is so embarassing it starts a very popular meme. Jonah gets over it, when his next song “Being around you” becomes no. 1 hit in american charts.

TJ tries it as rapper, but all his songs are either about his boyfriend or about food so most of his views on YT come from his strong fanbase.

Marty mixes music. He only puts few of them on YT before people start begging him to stop. One of his mixes is called Old McDonald had a farm remix and goes kinda like this: “moooo, demolition sounds, screeeeeaaachhh,,,,, badum dum dun...oik oik,,,scraasshh,,,”. Cover Design: I'm like it! The font is cool and I like how Brendon is sort of blurred/smugged in places that make me think of it being kind of a call out on how a lot of stuff seem to focus on one thing about famouse people and then forget about the rest, sort of as if someone was painting him but was so focused on making his face and general body that they forgot to put much detail into the rest of him. IDK if it's actually that deep or whatever but that's never stopped me before.

Favourite Song: Hmmmm, It's hard to say, I'm usually more a fan of the older Panic! stuff just cause reasons but I'd say probably Roaring 20's, though it's been awhile since i listened to most of the songs

1. (what book did you last finish? when was that?) Willingly? Leah on the Offbeat by Becky Albertalli, in July. For school? Of Mice And Men. I didn’t care that much, and I forgot to finish A Midsummer Night’s Dream, but I still finished my project fine without any issue whatsoever and should get at least a B, if not an A. But whatever.

2. (what are you currently reading?) The Odyssey, for school. But also I’m like ¾ of the way through What If It’s Us by Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli. (what book are you planning to read next?) Well for English it will have to be A Narrative of the Life of Fredrick Douglass by Fredrick Douglass, Night by Elie Wiesel, Farewell to Manzanar by Jeanne Wakatsuki Houston, or Lord of the Flies by William Golding. However, I really want to read The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. And I’m also trying to get a hold of the Harry Potter books because I haven’t read them since I was 7, and I was a compulsive moron so I read them out of order based on length and the title. I did that a lot.

6. (what was/were the last books you bought?) I actually bought 3 books in September (after I got all my books for English), which were Leah on the Offbeat, Simon vs. the Homosapiens Agenda, and The Song of Achilles.

7. (paperback or hardcover? why?) Paperback. The hurt less to hold while reading, and they’re cheaper so I can buy more of them. But I do love a hardcover book if the cover is really intricate and beautiful.

I really like anything that isn’t racist, sexist, super heteronormative, transphobic, or hating of any particular religion (except like if it’s vaguely poking fun at catholicism and christianity because we deserve it)

47. (what do you do to get out of a reading slump?) Well, I do one of two things. I either try to convince Kass (@eyeforaneye-toothforatooth) to write something for me, or I’ll write (because I know I have to read over it a bajillion times, and I write too much for anyone’s good)

48. (where is your favorite place to read?) In my mind palace. I have a little place in my mind palace that I go when I’m reading or writing, and it changes. Sometimes it’s in a cottage at night with the only light a fireplace that I’m sitting in front of, sometimes it’s leaned against a tree. Three of my favorites are leaning against a cherry blossom tree looking out at a river, on a beanbag in a cozy, quiet bookshop/library, and on a beach in Roatan, Honduras. Other than that, it’s curled up on my UFO couch in my front living room, in front of the gigantic window.

49. (when is your favorite time to read?) It actually depends on the season. In the summer, always because I don’t want to go outside because it’s too hot. In the winter it’s during the evening. Spring it’s early in the morning. Fall it’s around sunset.

50. (why do you love to read?) Because you’re taking yourself and delving into a different universe, where nothing you know exists and only what you’re reading does. Gore generally makes you laugh. I try not to laugh at it because I know artists spend a fuckton of time working on making it look legitimate (not related to gore but I felt bad when a bunch of fans called out Bryan Cranston’s bald cap in the El Camino movie, especially knowing that Greg Nicotero, AKA dude who works on the makeup in The Walking Dead, was in the team who made the cap. They did what they could and it highkey looks pretty good, but some fans are just brutal); but if the gore was intentionally corny or bad, then I might laugh.

You basically write down everything because you're afraid you'll forget. Yep, that’s why my Notes app is a list of the most random shit. You're a 'highschool drop-out'. - I’m straight up in love with that little cinnamon roll whenever I see him my brain just fills with serotonin and my heart begins to flutter and I get so so so happy. He’s such a little bean and I’m so glad he was in the movie because he just radiates kindness and warmness and good intentions I can’t even. Can’t even think about him without tearing up with happiness I’m such a sucker for goodhearted people and HE IS SO GOOD

- In cinemas, I saw it twice. After that? There was a week when the movie was first leaked where I watched it daily, sometimes twice a day. Now I kinda just watch it like once a week or a few times a week, but like. Yeah. I’ve seen it more than just a couple of times. Still can’t get enough of it, still cry every time, it still hits me like I’d never watched it before

Love Ray I would die for him in a heartbeat so he’s my number one, but I also really like Doug for some reason idk man him flirting with Bernie about the cowboy hat? - I see some people stanning Reid and I’m just over here like stop. Stop that. Maybe not so much overrated, more of a “fandom thinks this character deserves a redemption arc just because he’s hot and gay” and that irritates me. 

I don’t think there’s anyone I think is overrated let’s be real it was a well written movie with all the characters serving a purpose and I loved them all

18: Are there any songs that you like more than the original?

- Amoreena, hands down, and I think it’s because Taron has this natural edge to his voice that Elton had to kind of force into the song in the recording and it’s not a song that I really listen to, usually skip, when I’m only listening to Elton but I actively make sure it doesn’t get skipped when I’m listening to the soundtrack

Don’t Go Breaking My Heart is also one that I like better sung by Taron for some reason, this one I don’t have a specific explanation for, it just gives me joy
