real shit what do i do if a (almost definitely drunk) driver came down my street last night and hit several cars Real Hard and said damaged cars are still there unmoved

#i’m like. worried the owners are on vacation #or Something. and that nobody has reported anything and then any chance at surveillance footage will be wiped…#idk hit and runs suck ass in terms of dealing w insurance i’m just like. damn #like . do i contact 311 . do i non-emergency contact the police . i know they’re useless but #one of the cars got hit so hard it is half on the sidewalk . like these are not bumps and scratches #also a drunk driver got caught last night nearish to me so…#by got caught i mean slammed into the back of a state trooper’s car which is so. akdhskhd
