Locaweb tem lucro ajustado de R$25,6 mi no 3º tri, mas aquisições pressionam margem

(Reuters) – A Locaweb (SA:LWSA3) reportou nesta quarta-feira lucro líquido ajustado de 25,6 milhões de reais, quase o dobro do resultado registrado um ano antes, com forte crescimento da receita, enquanto aquisições pressionaram as margens da empresa especializada em hospedagem de sites e computação em nuvem.

A receita operacional líquida da companhia saltou 65,7%, para 209,1 milhões de reais, com o segmento Commerce – que considera as receitas de Tray, Tray Corp, Melhor Envio, Vindi, Ideris, Samurai, Dooca, Credisfera, Bling,Bagy e Octadesk – disparando 162,2%, para 105,6 milhões de reais.

Os custos e despesas operacionais da Locaweb, por sua vez, subiram 89,6% ano a ano, com parte dessa evolução relacionada à aquisições feitas pela companhia, além das despesas com marketing principalmente na Tray.

O resultado medido pelo Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, depreciação e amortização) ajustado encolheu 6,1%, para 33,6 milhões de reais, com queda de 12,3 pontos percentuais na margem, para 16%.

A empresa atrelou o desempenho da margem "à consolidação dos resultados das empresas adquiridas, que possuem margem Ebitda inferior às apresentadas no grupo".
