istg my friends keep making up people, they'll text me shit like "i saw sammie longlegs at target yesterday. he works there now" and i have to be like "WHO is sammie longlegs???" and they'll go "you know sam. you have to know sam." and i'll reiterate that i don't and have never heard of this person and they'll keep going "no no, you have to know sam. sam and i were in bio together freshman year" and i'll say "well i wasn't in your bio class" and they'll go "i know that, but you HAVE to know who sammie longlegs is, of course you know sammie longlegs" and then they'll give the most generic description of half the people in our school while and it rings no bells
