THE ONE WHERE . . . I INTRODUCE Y'ALL TO LEO!

SOOOO…i have mentioned leo in like, 90 different posts atp and never actually made a "leo intro" (mainly bc i have weird feelings ab sharing him heavily to the rest of the world lol) but! i figured now would be the best time to get into explaining him to y'all.

LEO , commonly given the last name SCOTT (depends on the dr!) is actually originally the main character's love interest in a hockey romance book i've been in the process of writing. after getting #sickandtired of annoying ass book men i gave up and began drafting one of my own. the main character is literally me (i mean, for christ's sake her name is sloane mackintosh,) and eventually, i began thinking of him in other "au"s (i used to do this a lot on wattpad - i mean DRs but the term AU is usually more digestible to ppl that may not be aware of reality shifting. Anyways.) and began kind of placing him in everything. a list of the drs he is my love interest in is follows;

BETTER CR : (fc silasj2004*) the hockey romance book pretty much as a dr. small changes occur but basically he's the exact same as leo in the book lol

PARENT DR : (fc jack schlossberg. yes. i am one of those girlies. i am not ashamed! at least he has morals + a backbone y'all this could be much worse) the "backstory" is my better cr dr. i'm now a mother of 3 (amelia or mimi, aged 5, giselle or gigi, aged 4 and i'm pregnant with vincenzo, our final kid,) and it follows our life after what would be the events of the book. i sort-of made it also as like a WAG dr in a sense bc leo is a professional hockey player! (but he retires 2 years before this point in time so idk where my thought process is w this lol)

FORMULA 1 DRIVER DR : (fc pato o'ward MY!!!! mclaren man ln4 U ARE NOTHINGGGGGGG) leonardo dempsey, son of actor patrick dempsey (my forever celebrity crush ugh he's so fine) and driver for aston martin aramco f1 team under #99. i essentially took l*nce str*ll's daddy's boy backstory and gave it to leo bc he is indeed a daddy's boy. the only dr leo and i are enemies to lovers bc i'm too obsessed w him otherwise LMFAO

MARVEL DR : (fc marcello hernandez (MY MAAANNNN)) leo scott, secretly the speedster superhero 'comet'. hired by my dad as essentially a bodyguard (leo's not intimidating AT ALL idek how the hell this is supposed to work LMFAO) as comet and knows me out of costume as his sister's roommate (mj is also in every dr ever and actually is here in this cr. i can never leave her out i love her DOWN) basically marichat vibes (god i miss marichat)

POP STAR DR : (fc marcello hernandez, again) leo sinatra, nepo baby great-grandson of frank sinatra (there's a whole, incredibly large bit of lore ab this LMFAO + he's also a great-grandson in my better cr dr too bc i need my man RICH!) and Saturday Night Live cast member. basically i go on snl and immediately fall in love. i've stolen the 'unlikely couple' weekend update sketch for us & he does domingo, which is my song lol we're funny for it idk

i'm missing like, 18 other drs that i can think of but some important info about him;

he's half oaxacan mexican. i've tried my damnedness to find a way to make it obvious but when i was 'designing' him (aka drawing him out) i used jack, silas (*NOTE: he is leo's typical fc if i don't have an designated one for him) and marcello as references to make him look the most like him as i can. the fcs are kind of loose for him but i need a way to like fully visualize him. so. yeah. his 'color palette' (weird way to put it but idk how else) makes him tanner than all three of them i fear. all of the fcs i use (other than jack schlossberg but like. idk his main celebrity lookalike in the better cr is him so i kind of had to) are latino, but i feel like it never ever properly translates when i talk about him bc his name is fucking leopold scott. like. huh.

he's also tall AS FUCK lol and built like a tank lowkey (think tom welling clark kent GOOD GOOGLY MOOGLY) but it's mainly bc he's a hockey player. in every vers he's like. 6'3. shortest he is is w marcello as his fc and even then he's 5'11. (note in pop star dr he gets a lot of comparisons to jacob elordi for some reason??? idk my fans are weird)

he's got big brown baby cow eyes. every. single. time. like that is this man's defining trait and you know what? i would not change that for the world lol

his position in hockey is a goalie! he uses the number #29 and plays for our college and later for the new jersey devils before being traded to the anaheim ducks. after he retires he becomes a firefighter!!!! (which is sooo hot btw)

like theres welt from hi3rd and hsr. aka originally known as joachim nokianvirtanen. whos presumably half german half finnish. but the worst fucking thing about it is that like. while joachim is a very standard german name. ""nokianvirtanen" is NOT a finnish surname. its like an amateur writer looking up random finnish words to mush together into a surname with 0 research into what finnish surnames actually sound like. now by themselves. nokia? virtanen? oh absolutely that works 100%. together? it literally sounds AI generated it makes me cry 💀💀💀

(It could also just literally be nokia-virtanen or virtanen-nokia with the hyphen and work. but nokiaN is possessive form . but NOBODY is fucking called "nokia's virtanen" WHAT. THATS NOT HOW IT WORKSSSSS or like if theres Any legit surname w a possessive form in it which there prolly are some its a Very specific thing not sth broadly applicable at all)

whereas sampo koski is like. honestly peak bc its the complete fucking opposite. this name is like. this is literally Just A Dude. Theres probably like hundreds of actual fucking sampo koskis out there whose linked ins have been permanently buried under Rail the Stars game search results on google i literallg NEED to meet one irl someday and ask them about it its so fucking funny 😭😭😭

like. okay koski is just an uhhhhhhhh. its a type of a waterfall in a river . Rapids? but yeah its a very standard surname. Except not like this SUPER common generic googled the top 10 tier name bc its genuinely an authentic name you run into that sounds natural. Like it doesnt sound like A Character surname its too normal. and then sampo refers to a mythical miracle machine in karelian and finnish folklore with 3 corners that each makes riches of the ocean (represented w salt) the soil (w grain) and the earth (w gold) freely for whoever owns it. In lore some ppl fight over it long story anyway louhi was right. which is again its not some uber common name but its a Very natural one its so weirdddd ive had a sampo for a classmate its cursed 💀💀 and have prolly known a koski at some point too

Anyway point being. Sampo koski is literally the Quintessential normie This is a person not a Space Gacha Game Character name idk HOW they just. came up w it it feels so weirdddd. this is like if boothill was just called like. Josh.

anyway my only real issue w sampo is just that he doesnt fucking act finnish. yes its true reducing nationalities to caricatures is bad but. Listen if you rep us. it HAS to be all the stereotypes actually. we arent all antisocial and depressed for half the year bc its too dark and insomniac and pissed off the other half bc its too bright just to get some fruity fucking aha follower with a name youd see on the employee list of the most mundane fucking office job . i like sampo i just cant claim him . he talks too much and dresses too flamboyant hes an impostor

anyway aalto is also an university. lowkey the students there should just do a power move and make an aalto cosplay like the secondary uniform alongside haalarit itd be funny

Another folkloric reference (ukko the sky/thunder god) . couldnt even give us a fruity guy in that one. though sitting in your bespoke isolation in a freezing hellhole and beating the shit out a random traveler disrupting your peace is way more finnish than a single sentence most of these characters have uttered so like. and suddenly i was hit with the force of how exhausted i was w this game after my first run-through... so now i'm instantly turned off from playing again jskdnjfJNSFJKN.

if i can't access half of my favs in EITHER mainline switch game, and the wild area feels this awful and overbearing to even RUN ACROSS through without catching anything, nevermind it being the core pkmn catching area... i have other games i can play instead :) and i'll just have to hope and pray that my babies show up in legends Z-A 😔

in my silly little brain there is kaiser angst and his father is the pope (thanks mitzi) -kaiser but hes more fake and more bastard than canon the setting is divine power does not do well with magic ESPECIALLY in this nation bc it is a blessed land (real not clickbait) -the royal familys defining trait?? is golden hair that never fades and every 20 years someone with this golden blood will be blessed with stigmata -stigmata in this case means the deity of this land has chosen u to be the next ruler -so breaking news!! kaiser does not have stigmata he only has social stigma bc his mother was a naive witch that fell in love with the king -he still has the golden hair but its also "tainted" with blue from the bloodline of a witch so the hair colours are all natural babie🤩🤩🤩 -anyways his mom thought they would be fine if they just lived quietly in a corner of the palace but nope she dies lol -cue evil queen who does not like the concubine so she plots an assassination -michael kaiser, age 6, motherless -idk how to go deeper into explaining his backstory but i do have an image in my head that i feel like would be better if i drew it out instead -but ofc kaisers world view is now flipped -living quietly and hoping for peace doesnt work so he will live as if he were dead while plotting his grand murder spree -and also two years before the family die kill murder -one of his half siblings received a stigmata -but kaiser kills him anyways bc how would u keep ur faith when all ur life u have been mistreated by those who call themselves children of god -and then the stigmata appears on him and hes just 😟😟 -after claiming the throne he kicks out a bunch of ppl and starts establishing diplomatic connections with the magic tower (cue ness) -bc it is very obvious that its a good thing. to establish connections. but holy kingdom vatican city here doesnt do that bc they are held back by traditions and bias -so after that hes just known as a blasphemous child sitting on the throne -but theres a party of intellectuals and new nobles who support him so like kaisers not dead YET -stuff is messy, his bad rep spreads and rumours get twisted so now hes not only known as Tyrant Who Scammed God (partly real) -hes also somehow a Sadistic Villain That Hypnotizes You With Magic (also partly real)

now in the main story hes all 🤪😏😏but thats how he acts when there is something he wants (scammer mode) -deep down hes 😐😔😠emo irritated and thinks hes a bad person (he is a bad person) -he probably does feel guilty for killing his father and not being able to protect his mother -and like tries to convince himself that what he did was right but sometimes he thinks of his mother and wonders if this is what she wouldve wanted :/ -and sometimes he doubts his ability as a ruler bc his half sibling was the chosen one and not him -being compared to and discriminated throughout ur whole life does something to a man huh -so the insecurities and jealousy issues still apply🫶 -but he is actually quite capable bc what else would u do in ur free time other than study -if u were stuck in the palace and ur mom is dead and ur father is pathetic -i want kaisers character arc to be him actually having a proper meltdown now that his life is no longer Constantly In Danger -and at the end of the arc he finally feels happy to be here something something i havent thought of this part yet

Manwha, shoujo, isekai, historical, romcom, memes are abundant here too, girl gang is so comedic, ML is sweet, FL isn’t dumb and is actually smart nor does she care about original storyline, og!fl is a cutie too and gets her own happy ending, miscommunications are mild and get spoken through, I’m super picky about shoujos but I love this one

Manhwa, josei but cute like a shoujo, modern, romcom, slide of life, MAJOR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, super sweet and natural love, they make each other better 🥹🥹🥹, their families can be annoying, her family I can’t really forgive, but his family is only initially overbearing but you def warm up to them, humble rich CEO dude, miscommunications but their handled pretty well and actually does something for the plot, ugh the story is so good

sometimes the fan service and marketing get to the best of us 😓 i do think it’s easier in prose form vs manga/anime to show that depth though?? like in polar we got to hear nagi’s every thought and although a lot of their dynamic WAS revealed through their physical interactions and whatnot having those thoughts was definitely helpful in developing the complexity of their relationship!! although with visual storytelling there’s a lot of subtleties with body language that can be utilized as substitutes for internal narration so it’s definitely POSSIBLE just tricky and sometimes hard to do when the animation isn’t top notch

KDFHDHS NOT THE MIRA GLAZING PLS 😭 i appreciate it though!! pacing is def smth tricky to balance and everyone also has different preferences for what they prefer but i think as long as you’re confident in your work and write well pacing does come pretty naturally?? at least for me i just try to think of the main scenes i NEED to happen in the story (so like with polar i NEEDED aiku to meet nagi, nagi to go to aiku’s school and play soccer with him, aiku and nagi’s friendship to be shown, aiku and nagi to join the u20s, nagi to clash with sae and shidou, and nagi to finally take initiative at the end and be the one to win the game against bllk) and then let the connections between those main beats to flow naturally as i write based on the established characterizations from canon and what i need for the plot to make sense (for example the scene with the teacher, the entire tryout scene, the scene where aiku throws out nagi’s jellies, the beef with sendou, the sae/nagi dynamic, and the advice + connection with shidou, and pretty much everything else were all improv that came to me as i worked) which i think makes the pacing feel more natural maybe

I'm 23 and it's still my favorite book series. I reread it last Nov/Dec and I have been WAITING for TCOR to be translated to English. I'm almost done with it! I've never read it before but it still feels like coming home :) I've also started watching Vox Machina (the show, not the campaign version) and ouagh. Forgot Taliesin never misses with the characters. Idr the last time I wanted to binge a show but I watched all of S1 in like three days. he's so cool and I love the way he's going to progress and develop in my au and I want everyone else to love him too but ik showing his character and development is gonna take time and honestly people might be annoyed with him at first because he is kind of gonna be an asshole to link at first

god his and link's relationship. incredible. like they both have complex emotions and they are valid and they learn to get along and appreciate each other and they care about each other and I love them. I love them so much and writing about them makes me very happy

also sheik and paya's relationship. writing about them makes me wanna cry. in my au they're siblings (adoptive but siblings nonetheless) and their bond? amazing. I am jealous because I wish my relationships with my siblings was half as good as theirs. god they just love each other and would die for each other but they also fight over the stupidest things because they're siblings and I love them

honestly my au. is just a retelling of botw but if sheik was there so there's not a whole lot of deep lore that I'm adding myself. it's really more about character relationships and dynamics since that's what I enjoy writing the most. idek why I'm putting so much effort into it, like honestly sometimes I'm like "this is a waste of time, why are you even working on this if you don't have anything big to add to the story? it's just one character" but then I'm like "I'm having fun and it brings me comfort so I can do what I want." so what if drawing comic pages purely for my own enjoyment is a waste of time? I like doing it and it's good practice and I've always wanted to make comics and now I'm finally giving it a try. if other people enjoy what I make too then that would make me incredibly happy.

I could talk about this au for hours without stopping and anytime someone asks me a simple question about it I feel like I'm going to explode from excitement because someone else is showing interest in it. someone will ask me a question that could be answered in like 2 sentences and I'll somehow figure out how to turn it into multiple paragraphs because I'm just. so invested in this??? sometimes it feels silly but I mean. like I said I'm having fun and that's what matters

I've been having more doubts about my au recently. like feeling like I shouldn't work on it because it's "stupid" and "pointless" and shit like that. and idk why I've been feeling that way so much recently because. I have put so much time into this?? like sure. I'm only adding one character to the story. but that character acts as a companion to link and helps him and they both grow as people and they learn and it's important to me because. idk?? it's my hyperfixation. and it's not stopping anytime soon.

i get your point about ahsoka but like... it really looks like a limitation they had because of practical effects not mixing with stunt work. in the concept art in the credits she had long montrails and horns appropriate for her age so like. they know what she was supposed to look like. i'm not saying that they couldn'tve done a better job (like going with cgi), her having shorter montrails is WEIRD af but i highly doubt this is some 'get money bc disney is trash' decision like you're thinking

I have beef with di.sney because of their quality control... plain and simple.

that’s why a baby yo.da doll is important - it sells.

and that’s why: who cares about ah.soka’s species lore - people will wave it off anyway.

I do not like such an approach, never did, never will. I’m really disappointed with the direction the franchise I grew up with took under this leadership.

PHASE ONE ;   

caroline  fresh out of college with a passion for becoming the next great reporter moves to new york, takes whatever jobs she can at whatever papers will hire her. while she ends up mostly writing fluff pieces ( how-to columns, sex tips, hair care / beauty tips ), she has a special passion in those born with or given specialized superpowers. even before the iron man thing comes to light and the world goes crazy for the world of “superheroes” she already has her toes slightly in the pond. the reports of the hulk and thor are what really get her interest heightened. it’s the first time she starts writing about them on her own, her voice joining the thousands in an online of community of bloggers and writers desperate to cement their name somewhere. it’s also the first time she ever hears about S.H.I.E.L.D. first as some kind of conspiracy theory, then basically confirmed by the people at roswell. and after that, she knows entirely where to devote her focus.

PHASE TWO ; 

living in a post battle of new york world wasn’t easy. there seemed to be a darkness ebbing around everything then.  S.H.I.E.L.D. is on the rise, no longer just an online conspiracy theory. desperate to sate her own curiosity and do something good, and to protect the next generation of enhanced / gifted individuals she finds herself recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D in order to build files and tease out the next generation of enhanced individuals that might be able to do something good for the world. it’s there, in the basement of headquarters that she starts building her files. scouring youtube videos, social media posts, and everything she can in order to develop well rounded, personalized, humanized files on those who might be able to help them when future threats come.

PHASE THREE ; 

civil war fucks everything up, of course. the group is split, the accords are half-signed. captain america, once a person that she swore could lead the entire country into battle if he needed to, is branded as a criminal and forced to flee ( not that she ever fully believes that he’s anything of the sort, we’re talking about a major # team cap girl here, okay? ). but even if the group is split, her alliances still lie with S.H.I.E.L.D., where she can do the most good. and even if she’s not necessarily happy with the developments, she has zero power to do anything about it. 

and then thanos happens. new york gets hit again. rumors start flying about steve rogers and the other half of  what used to be the avengers. tony stark goes missing. the world goes up in chaos, no one really knowing what’s going on. and then it’s just...over. half of everything is gone. half of everyone is gone. though she survives, her loved ones don’t. the support network that has sustained her since she got to new york has all disintegrated. her friends are dust. it’s the first time that  # eternal optimist  caroline forbes can’t seem to find the bright side. 

PHASE FOUR ;

after everyone is returned from the blip, everything caroline’s worked towards for the past five years is over. they’ve lost almost all the original avengers. the world is a mess. she feels lost, in a lot of ways, and she knows ( like she always has ) that there’s nothing she can do. so she ties herself to the closest organization that she can that she thinks is going to do some good and joins the global repatriation council to help those displaced by the blip find some meaning back in their lives. she doesn’t love it --- mostly because she can’t ignore the fact that in ways, they’re doing more harm than good. but she doesn’t know any other way to fix it, so she’s doing what she can. 

X-MEN  /  DEADPOOL ; 

literally it’s just gonna be the same timeline listed above because i am not going through the mess that is the x men universe and figuring out where things take place. for the most part, she’ll probably be just in the beginning of working along with S.H.I.E.L.D. ( or whatever counter-part organization there is, idek ), but the focus will be on her as a reporter.

MULTIVERSE ;

all things considered now that the multiverse exists, it’s logical to say that floating around somewhere out there in her own universe is a totally tvd-compliant vampire version of caroline. so, if that’s more your speed we can throw her in the mcu or your character into the tvdu and putz around with vampires !  -  lore will still be tvd centered, i don’t know enough about marvel vampire canon or what the mcu is going to do with it so i’m sticking to the tried and true confusion of tvd lore.

→  since she keeps files on potential new recruits, she’s had a file on  peter parker  since he first started documenting his symptoms of the spider bite. since then, she feels a definite sense of protection for him that only gets heightened when tony recruits him. →  she’s definitely a  captain america  fangirl and is terrible at hiding it, but also will 10/10 get hella flustered anytime  thor  is in the room  ( for obvious reasons )  →  pepper potts  and  peggy carter  are her heroes. →  she is really good at digging up dirt, mostly because she knows where to look and who to ask. →  one of her best friends growing up,  bonnie bennett,  is a mutant, she has an ability to control the elements as well as sense out other enhanced individuals, her relationship with bonnie and seeing how she got treated when people found out was a major contributor to why she cares so much about protecting the people she researches →  has a soft spot for  wanda maximoff,  mostly because she can sense that she’s just trying to do her best, during the events of  wandavision,  she’ll heavily empathize with wanda’s grief and try her best to defend her. →  will literally not ever get on board with anyone besides steve ( or anyone steve approved/approves of ) being “captain america” or wielding the shield. like will literally be vehemently against it.

during the kakuna wars i was stuck at a club event, which meant i couldn’t go on stream, but i COULD intermittently check the live updater. i got basically nothing done that day, and when charizard got released i almost started crying into a robot. that’s still basically how i feel about anniversary red

anyway. headcanons:

he’s always wanted to Do A Science–specifically, to learn something new about the world, to put it there for everyone to see. because pallet town is so small and he knew like 5 entire people, this meant he wanted to be a professor

he spent a lot of time around the lab, sometimes reading stuff, sometimes helping oak

blue actually spent a lot of time in the lab too, but that’s partly because it was the only place in pallet town with internet

oak’s computer had the outside world’s 2014 internet, and no one figured out anything was up until postgame

abe used to look up to professor oak a lot, which is…unfortunate, in retrospect

he’s pretty quiet naturally, and he’s not good at interacting with people and will generally default to doing stuff by himself, but at the same time, if you show anything remotely resembling friendship toward him, he will get Immediately attached

after AR ends that probably…contributes to why he doesn’t interact with others much

on the current point on the timeline he’s getting better about that but Everyone He Knows Fucking Dies, so. hoo

he’s pretty forgiving of people in general as long as they actually demonstrate that they’re changing. still, it’s kind of a “forgive but don’t forget” thing

abe’s a huge nerd but you already knew that

i picture him looking basically like FRLG!vanilla!red but with glasses

he has a tendency to pretend he’s doing Perfectly Fine for as long as possible which leads to the inevitable crash being like 10x worse than it would have been if he Admitted His Life Sucks

he spent the whole time between the kakuna wars and the battle tent in partial-shutdown pure-determination only-kinda-verbal pretending mode, and not even pretending well because, uh, i’ve never decided EXACTLY how old he was at the time but it can’t be more than 13

the battle tent was SO bad that leech king had to fucking telepathically confront him about it, which was the only reason he worked out that if he didn’t let himself have an emotion he was literally going to die

but it still took until way after AR, once the Voices weren’t watching, for him to sit down somewhere and have the good long cry he needed that whole time

the funny thing is that his Big Science Thing might have turned out to be the pokedex even before he got possessed and told to do the impossible?

he likes putting names to stuff, having a list of This Is How This Works. hence the whole map thing, and the dome thing, etc

after AR and until the end of anicrys he spends basically all his time tracking the glitches, seeing what forms they come in, and trying to figure out what the fuck they want

a lot of this involves sulking in a damn mountain (because mt silver in any universe is Important), which a) relatable, and b) works out pretty well for him because he’d. rather not deal with people right now anyway

 the thing about abe is that he can be oblivious about things while being scarily smart about others. he theorizes that the dokokashira glitch might be a thing before the Voices even enter a universe where it’s possible. and yet…actually i can’t think of a good example right now. i was gonna say something about time but i realized time doesn’t exist

plot stuff:

the PC was always a bit of a sentient location–the Voices thought it was specifically a murder machine but that was mostly because we suck–but there was always a world inside there, and it was always kinda alive

after bill died, oak got his hands all up in this interior world and, after fucking up a bunch of times (and with the help of the PC itself, which wanted to Be Something, had absorbed a lot of knowledge from deposited pokemon and what stuck was a lot of PC war lore shit), managed to make it into a copy of runwun kanto, from a few months before the Voices arrived.

oak designed this virtual kanto as a trap for the voices, where, once they got a Host, he’d give them an impossible task to keep them there forever

and protect all the REAL people out on this side of the PC. and it didn’t matter if anyone in the PCverse suffered, and it didn’t matter if the Voices helped create something that would rip that whole world apart–because it’s not like they’re real, right? they do a good job of pretending, almost fool him a few times, but they can’t be ALIVE, right?

oak only really feels guilty when interacting with AR!blue, and the first time he feels regret is when he realizes that somehow, AR!blue is starting to remember the “real” world (and also tpp1!blue is starting to remember the PCverse, but that doesn’t come up until way later)

oh yeah, and then it turns out that olden doesn’t just have power in the PC

even with all the ways oak miscalculated, it still takes him a long time to understand that the PCverse folks are, like, Real People Who Exist

uh i witnessed the battle tent incident and it was like a creepypasta and my favorite part is the individual parts of that glitch (especially the “no pokemon -> black out forever” part) can mostly happen in the original games

i’m still upset about the whole “char comes back as a fucked-up glitch hell ghost and probably tells abe it’s his fault because Glitch Angery” thing

ahhhh fuck that makes a lot more sense in retrospect actually. that was already my lore and then we got the reason Glitch Angery being a double serving of “pissed off because they died and everyone moved on like they didn’t give a shit” no WONDER. huh. i’m aware i made half this up but still, why does everything in tpp happen so perfectly

character stuff:

i think AR is the most i’ve ever cared about the actual pokemon instead of getting too distracted by crying over hosts, so:

kakuna was more of a symbol than anything, but then i’m generally of the opinion that the casualties of our PC wars are no one’s fault but our damn selves

(anicrys is weird because it’s post-canon and post-given-save so it’s like, schrodinger’s releases, so it messes with the mood in all my lore)

the fact that abe and alice are now in the same universe and can interact with each other is Terrifying

in my kanto fusion timeline, they were the ones who got the multiverse transfer working, since it needed one person on each side. i think alice figured out how to communicate with the PCverse too–oak had a window to the outside but he couldn’t go back and forth, and he burned pretty much every way in (but alice is Also Smart)

together they design and invent a bunch of shit that, uh, it’s cool, but i’m also afraid, although i also love them

abe was pretty sure baba died in the pc and had no clue about her situation until a random girl walked up to him and introduced herself as his fish, so it took him awhile to, like, believe that

i’m really big on tpp multiverse theory so i headcanon that a lot of our repeat-design hosts are AU selves

this doesn’t always apply–like, i usually headcanon napoleon and pepe/petrov/whatever-his-name-is as brothers. but all our male hosts from pallet town are from the same stock, is what i’m saying

abe is a lot like (but not exactly like) how red would have turned out if we hadn’t hivemind overloaded him straight to hell

their relationship is complicated. the only time red tried to kill abe was the first time they met, which all things considered is probably a good sign

abe mostly views red like a weird older brother he didn’t know about. red’s thoughts on abe vary a lot (and he still can’t believe abe’s a domist what the Fuck) but eventually he’s kinda fond of him. he Gets It in a way that most the other hosts don’t   

this isn’t a CR but i, personally, IRL, will tear a window into the tppverse and punch oak with my own bare hands
