The best hug! One of my friends grew up around an iconic rock band , we were at Hollywood Bowl and my friend Jamie asked me to come hang backstage area where I saw Bruce hanging by himself chilling and like I do I went said hi and started talking to Bruce as Johnny Depp walked in with a roach in hand! My friend called me over where his wife was with there baby boy and they asked me if I’d ask Bruce to hold the baby for a picture ! Now my friend Jamie isn’t shy type so I was surprised he asked me to ask Bruce . So I walked back to Bruce and said , “So Bruce, my friends dads in the band and they are too shy to ask you but they wanted to know if you would hold their son for a picture”, “Sure” said Bruce . After the pic I said goodbye and thank you and without any thought or awkwardness we hugged ! The hug Bruce gave me was a long hug, a meaningful hug a hug that I always go back to wherever I need recall kindness and love! I wish I could do something for Bruce but he has a loving family but I will pray for him every day!
