Yep it’s called ncis: origins and saw an article talking good casting choices to portray Gibbs and mostly want Lucas till to helm Mark Harmon’s iconic role and I’m like what 👁️👄👁️

This is going to be so whack. They are 100% going to destroy all canon set in NCIS.

1) Gibbs joins NIS which later changed to NCIS. However, they WONT call it that bc that will confuse fans.

2) According to early seasons of NCIS, “probie” Gibbs was a lot like Tony — in fact I’m pretty sure it’s canon that he’s like Tony archetype until Mike leaves and maybe even after that.

3) Gibbs will be marrying three women in toxic relationships* trying to fill the void of Shanon and Kelly being gone. Part of the NCIS franchises magic formula is having partners with good chemistry that ppl ship. Although arguably Gibbs was not apart of the “main” ship of NCIS, but his first set up is just him and Mike Franks working together. So no one else to make a ship dynamic from and I feel like his hot mess self of the 90s will not be the Gibbs ppl want to see.

*I know one cheated on him and was an alcoholic, if I remember correctly there were jokes of an ex wife or two trying to kill him, Diane divorcing him and taking all of his money from the bank account etc.

4) if it survives more than one season, they will probably include Gibbs’ dad but in canon they haven’t spoken since Shanon and Kelly’s funeral bc he brought a date to the wedding so….

dustin and bug fighting ,,, it hurts me too. but dustins character changes so much in season 4 and i had to include it because i want my own explanation for it tbh. he becomes so much more aggressive :((( my baby. and it was SO refreshing writing bug as more angry this season. she does deserve to lose it, i support her. so having her yell at dustin, defend herself against steve, and hang up on jon is GROWTH !!!

steves abandonment issues vs bugs is sooooo funny to me like guys u both hate being left alone pls recognize this and get married smh. and i wanted the argument to be slightly abrupt because theyre nearing graduation and never once discussed what would come next. the consequences of that speak for itself with the fight. steve just assumed hed move in with bug (which is a HUGE leap) while bug just ... didnt think about it (which is also a huge leap). both of them are upset and hurt and have the right ideas, just horrible ways of communicating them.

5. should eddie have died in s4 or should it have been steve?

eddie fulfilled his purpose. he absolutely should have died in s4 (as in, the options are eddie never existed and steve dies or what we got in the show, that bitch was not living till s5) and im happy with the choice. i think steve dying in season 5 is a much better choice, because we've bonded with him, we like him (despite his fans), and he means so much to the kids. it'll hit harder in s5. from a screenwriting perspective, i think steve dying in s5 is better than in s4.

but on the other hand, i dont think they should have emphasised dustin and eddie's relationship that much. it should have been like a 'he was innocent, he didn't deserve this' death and not a 'oh no my best friend/older brother figure' death. bc the second one is steve.

so yes, i like eddie dying in s4 as long as steve dies in s5

oh. haha. steve. he's a fucking goner. for sure. i think steve confesses his uNdYiNg LoVe to nance, dies, and then everyone freaks out bc 'omg st3ddie are in heaven together.'

i do think all of the kids are safe, re: will, mike, lucas, dustin, el and max. they have specifically said its ending happy, and any of the main party dying is not happy. that said im a little scared for dustin. just like. 1%. if you told me one of the kids was out, i think its him. but im pretty sure they're all good.

well everyone's life time is different

I think in general people are not really paying attention much because till 2019 nothing had entered the public domain for 20 years so people got used to it not expanding and also the first few years while exciting didn't offer up any cultural icons

I think we saw with The Great Gatsby and how a prequel work (Nick) was published literally with-in days of the book becoming public domain (January 5th)

or Winnie-the-Pooh leading to "Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey" this year as kinda the first cultural effects of public domain

but I think people aren't really thinking about it, Sherlock Holmes finally entering the public domain (fully that is) is the first time I really saw wide spread interest in the lead up to Public Domain Day

I think you'll see BIG interest in the lead up to Mickey Mouse at the end of this year that one I think will really bring the idea into the mainstream

which I think (should) bring us to think about how like Superheroes, Superhero movies ARE! the mainstream movie industry rn and like DC has... 10 years? left on it's major characters. Marvel is in better shape since they basically weren't around in the 40s (long story) and most of their characters are from the 60s, but Captain America and Namor the Sub-Mariner are both legacy characters from the Golden Age

Lucas jumps 20 ft without hesitation and the ships guns track him to the end of their range of motion, trailing blasts of superheated plasma. 

"Ship can't shoot straight up."

"Should I get on top of it?"

"No! You're prime target. Would scuttle the ship to kill you."

Luke lands and is set upon again. The exosuit moves to fast for even his brother's inhanced senses to fallow. 

"Eliminate the head-spikes."

Luk takes another stab to the chest to make the opening he needs, but he breaks off two of the three antennai. 

It will have to be enough. 

"Ready, land flat, drop body temp. Heart rate to zero. Two seconds."

He rips his mind away from his brother's and into the dripping greasy *mind*/ control system of the ship.

He navigates through its verifications. It wants to let him in. It craves the signal he's giving it. The creature is doing the equivalent of clicking every icon when the computer freezes. He just has to switch a single value [target found = true.]

Every gun on the ship fires at once and it drills holes through the only heat signature it can find. The creature's exosuit and the meat of its body look like swiss cheese.

Has Pixar Lost Its Creative Touch?

Toy Story. Monsters Inc. The Incredibles. Finding Nemo. Those are only a few names of many critically acclaimed timeless classics that have remained popular with kids and adults throughout the many years, coming from the legendary studio that revolutionized the medium of animation as we know it - Pixar Animation Studios. I adored this studio and have been a fan of its works since my childhood, and their movies have only gotten better for me the older I got, to the point where these movies, in my eyes, have become more than movies that I could look back at as an adult to relive that feeling of childhood nostalgia - they are works of art that mean a lot to me on a personal level and have defined a big part of my character.

But despite my relentless love and reverence for this studio and despite how much I wish that’s how the rest of the world would see it, a lot of fans have lost hope in Pixar nowadays. Modern Pixar movies such as Onward, Luca and Elemental may have some few fans here and there, but in general, these movies aren't talked about as much as some of the older Pixar classics. And what makes it even worse in this case is that this apparent decline in people's faith in Pixar as a studio isn't only reinforced critically, but financially as well. As he was talking about Elemental, Pixar’s latest movie, New York Times reporter Brooks Barnes said: “The original animated film took in $29.5 million at the box office, by far the worst opening in Pixar’s three-decade history.” The same can be said about Pixar movies that came before it such as Lightyear and Turning Red. But why is this the case? Why have people lost faith in Pixar critically and financially? Is this a new low for Pixar? What is to be the future of this studio? Well, in order to answer all of these questions, we must take a look at three different segments in the timeline of this studio’s works, from 1995 all the way up till 2023.

First Segment: Post Cars 2 Era (1995 - 2010)

As a lot of Pixar fans are aware off, the glory days of Pixar Animation Studios date all the way back to when they first entered the animation game with Toy Story in 1995. Being the first ever CGI animated film, it took the world by shock with a brand new animation style that perfectly complemented a thought-provoking story, introducing characters that would become popular with children, teens and adults of all ages, mainly the iconic dynamic duo of Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

Since the release of Toy Story, the hits just kept on coming. Worldwide hit after worldwide hit. In fact, if you take away A Bug’s Life and Cars out of the equation, every other Pixar movie in the Post Cars 2 era has been praised by critics and worldwide audiences. I understand the hype between movies such as Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Wall-E, Ratatouille and Up. With the exception of A Bug’s Life which I truly dislike (but that’s a topic for another day), I can make the following assumption: these classics were popular (well, popular except for Cars) for their ability to tell thought-provoking stories with emotional beats and compelling messages that touch the hearts and minds of kids and adults of all ages, thus challenging the “animation is stupid and only for kids” mentality that a lot of people seem to have. In fact, movies such as The Incredibles and Up manage to take a much more mature approach to making an animated film than usual. Everything was going fine for Pixar.
