Mykel (non canon Nokori)

The first of @yeennqueenn characters I'm drawing as nokori is Mykel!!!!

If he was a nokori, he would be very fluffy and very tall, which would be interesting because Mykel seems to be a little shy.

He didn't change much of his original design, which made me very happy, because he's one of the first Mike characters' I know and the one who started my obsession with their angels!!!

The next one I'll be doing is Iccor, and I swear, I'm so excited to see how that faceless sheep will look like as a nokori!!

5 Steps to Infograph!

Remember the 3 E’s - Engaging, Eyecatching, and Easy to understand

1.Outline the goals of your infographic. 

Solves a burning problem. A problem your target audience is facing. 

Question pyramid to help you figure out what data to look for

2. Collect data for your infographic. 

Refine your google searches such as using quotation marks, minus sign to exclude words, the word “data”, or adding data extensions to your searches. More detail here.

3. Visualize the data for your infographic. 

ICCORE method to picking charts: inform, compare, change, organize, reveal relationships, explore

Inform - Doesn’t need much context to explain.Donut chart or pictogram

Compare - Bar chart, bubble chart, pie for parts of a whole 

Change - trends over time and space, time line, line chart, choropleth map like a shaded voting map or “heat map” of population numbers.

Organize - show groups and patterns and ranks and order. Mind map, Venn diagram, tables

Reveal relationships - scatter plot, multiseries plot (line graph with multiple lines(

Explore - want reader to discover things for themselves. Something interactive usually. 

4. Layout your infographic using an infographic template. 

Create a natural flow of info. think of it like a story with a beginning, middle, and end. 

Use a grid to layout info. Just helps things stay clean and aligned. Columns and squares are easiest. 

Can always use a template or draw inspiration from others. 

The type of infographic you use will depend on what kind of data you have to share.

5. Add style to your infographic design.

Layout data first. And then spice it up! Colors, fonts, visuals charts!

Pick a decorative font for header and title and a basic font for the rest of the info.

Pick 3-5 colors. Also use color to highlight points and groups elements. 

Leave white space so your design can breath and not feel cluttered. 

Make sure things are aligned. Use that grid!

Be consistent with fonts, colors, style, etc.

Angel owl lady who used to build fancy things in the sky for angels... now she simply watches over passed on souls of humans, and she likes seeing what things Human's can create on earth. She likes to call them "ants" (affectionately, she adores humans and thinks we are so silly, funny, haha, cute)................she is....... terrifyingly large....

I also appreciate her not knowing how babies work at all... she babysat Iccor once and only once when he was little....

I don't know why it took me this long to realize the lamb doesn't have a face, I looked at it like yesterday and came back REALLY confused, but no... the lamb just doesn't have a face
