There's Kiku, whose love for Alfred comes with baggage. Whether or not Alfred was involved with big decisions during World War II, there's the simple fact that who Alfred represents has hurt Kiku's people. Maybe they're completely over it, maybe Kiku doesn't blame Alfred, but even then, sometimes Kiku is just tired of Alfred, the differences between them not always charming.

There's Ivan, whose love could be obsession and whose obsession could be love, who looks at this Nation who never suffered like he had to and gets the urge to crush that innocence even as he wants to protect it.

Tony doesn't feel any of that towards Alfred. To him, Alfred isn't the attention he gets from others, or a singular event in time, or the differences between them, or the things he didn't suffer. He's not his government's decisions. He's the guy who helped him rebuild his spaceship, then got him so addicted to burgers and video games he eventually decided to make Earth home. He's the guy who showed him ice skating and surfing and the joys of things that aren't high tech.

Who knows, maybe Tony was an outcast in his own home planet, but I just can't help but feel a lot about the idea that Alfred, who is so affable, connects most with somebody who isn't even from the same planet as him. Never experienced an uncomplicated love until it crash lands in his country.

All of his friends constantly interrupt the two of you and drag you off to do something stupid

You'll pass out from how hot he is

He WON'T give in and eat any of the disgusting, insulting beach food.

He'll be able to completely ignore everyone but you, including the stupid, loud Germans!

The heat won't bother him. He's a Mediterranean country for god's sake, he's used to it being hot!

Hopefully, and he really prayed for this, he'll get a nice tan and not more sunburnt.

Feliciano won't interrupt his peace and relaxation. And if he does, he won't run away as Romano tries to smack him with a rolled-up magazine.

Reality

He ends up getting super insecure about his body in comparison to everyone else (Cough, cough, Ludwig and Gilbert,) and you'll have to coax him to not constantly wear his towel.

Any time not spent bothering others is spent with you while relaxing in a pool floatie.

He's so unused to exercise that he gets hungry and tired almost immediately.

He tries his best to ignore the other beachgoers in favour of you, but he can't stop getting annoyed by everyone else OR subtly flirting with others.

Was there any doubt our girl's an ice queen? Get lost Lorelai. Glaceon & Froslass were so easy, the vibe is 100% on point. Tell me she wouldn't adore those two and spend time making cute outfits for them. Jynx is sorta in the same boat too. But that's more of the "dancer" vibe. Jynx in Kabuki makeup could look really cool too or a shiny variant that made it look like a gyaru.

We're not going to embarrass Kiku by talking about why Cloyster appeals to her, it's all about the armor nod I swear! Lapras and Aurorus were the tricky ones. But I do think they fit the vibe as big and docile. Kiku's not the type to seek out battles, but I bet this team has a ton of contest accolades.
