Hello, guys! Just a quick life update - I was on vacations for 2 weeks, came back on Monday and... started building my new husband! I still can't believe I managed to do it myself and that everything works. Today I FINALLY installed Sims 3 and made it work. My old hubby served me well for 9 years and it was sad to say goodbye to him but at the same time I'm so excited for my new monster! I love him already, haha :D I hope we have a bright future ahead!

Latest in bookbinding: THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE THE TIME WAR, by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone.

I’ve been wanting to fancy-up a copy of this book since I got my hands on the ARC, way back in 2019, and finally felt brave enough to try it. And I am PLEASED.

All the items on the back cover are things Red and Blue made letters out of. I found the most perfect marble paper for the endpapers. It took me a solid week to design and draw up all the details. And I love it so much (even the lil imperfection on the spine).

Anyway, I'm having fun, I hope you enjoy this, too!

The Fixing of the Blåhaj

or : what to do when your Blåhaj is all flat and pancake-y.

This happened to my gf's Blåhaj (who wears the sweet name of Ivan) (the Blåhaj, not the gf who's @crow-songs-at-dawn). Since she sleeps on her Blåhaj, it was all flat.

So for her birthday, I decided to fix Ivan and make him all nice and fluffy again !

First step : empty the Blåhaj.

Oh no, poor Blåhaj !!

Would make a nice sweater, isn't it ?

This is all the stuffing that goes in a Blåhaj. Wolf not included.

Second step : sew a zipper in the tail so we can take the flat stuffing out and put in some new one regularly, without cutting into poor Ivan.

And then, restuff the beast, with all good, new stuffing !!

Halfway there....

And there he is ! All round now !

THE CHONK IS HERE !!

Here is the zipper, ready to be open to change the stuffing (I put it here and not, say, under it, because he's still supposed to be a pillow.)
