Hello. I'm glad I found your blog! Do you know about finch and jay here on tumblr? You are similar to them, unfortunately they've been inactive since 2020, so I appreciate your blog since I personally believe jkk are a thing but it doesn't hurt to question my stance time and again especially now that it does seem majority of jkkrs stick to one opinion of jkk's relationship and sort of exaggerate every bit of jkk moment we get. Sure, people are allowed to have and express opinions but I feel (1)
like we're becoming too immersed in viewing jkk with our shipping lenses or in our tinfoil hats lately. Or perhaps I'm just deep into the shipper spaces online esp twitter so it kinda feels tiring, iykwim? With that said, I'm curious about your thoughts on some hyped (sorry I'm not articulate) jkk moments (well, they all are hyped tbh) and I hope you don't mind me asking about random moments from time to time. Like, now I'm curious about your thoughts on JK's BV4 snow gift to Jimin? (2)
I always see jkkrs implying or claiming JK woke up early with the purpose of bringing Jimin the snow as gift? We could say that JK did gift it to JM specifically, likely because he knows JM loves snow but I just don't think JK purposely woke up thinking of gifting JM? I always thought he just wanted to hike then when he saw snow and remembered JM likes it, that's when he decided to  bring some for him. Idk, just one among the moments I think are hyped by jkkrs but I don't regard as much? (3)
Hello, and thank you!
You’re the third person who’s brought up that comparison, which is the only reason why I know about them, but I was never around when they were. From what little I gathered, Finch seemed like a much nicer person. 😂 I can kind of see where people are seeing some similarities, I suppose, but I think we also differ greatly on some things (the subject of tattoos being one of them, of which I’ve candidly spoken about with moderate irritation). Other than such differing viewpoints, however, they seemed like an interesting person, and I probably would’ve followed them if they were still active.
With regards to the snow gift, it’s really hard to say what the motivation was without getting into Jungkook’s head. So while I wouldn’t necessarily say he woke up with the express purpose of getting a chunk of snow for Jimin–not that it wasn’t the intent but because we just don’t know–we can glean some information that hints at something to that effect.
If it had been something he decided to pick up randomly, it wouldn’t really matter who the recipient was. He could’ve given it to Taehyung as soon as they linked up or he could’ve left it on the bench.
Whether or not his initial goal was to bring snow back to Jimin, the end result is the same: he gives the chunk of snow to Jimin only. Re-watching that scene, you can see Jimin wave at Jungkook from inside the cabin and, without any prompting whatsoever, Jungkook says, “I brought snow from the top.”
Jimin greets the staff, and Jungkook offers the ice block to him: “Here, Jimin.” Jimin thanks him, which is overlaid by the editors’ caption, “Jungkook gives Jimin a chunk of snow as a gift!”
Tumblr media
I think there’s some controversy because of the editors’ caption, and some people like to focus on the fact that had there not been any commentary to that effect, it’s Jungkook just casually giving Jimin snow, not that it was a gift per se. But that’s just splitting hairs to be petty.
Technically, from an observer’s standpoint, that’s what happening. Jimin loves snow, Jungkook gives him snow; ergo, gift. It’s a funny little gesture that even takes Jimin aback, sure, but it’s endearing nonetheless because the context so far indicates that Jimin was the intended recipient, gift or not.
I think the underlying issue that people have with this is that shippers automatically use this as proof that they’re dating/in love/whatever. I personally don’t see it that way, but I do think it’s sweet. What the scene tells me about Jungkook is that he’s spontaneously thoughtful, maybe Jimin was a source of comfort to him when the scandals about him were happening and he wanted to do something nice (if not a little “out there”), etc. I’m pulling possibilities out of my ass but my point is, we’ll never actually know. Still, it’s +1 for Jikook.
(I’m not saying +1 like this is a game and we’re winning, but I’m saying this like all shippers get moments, and this was ours. Read into it or not, it’s still Jikook-centric.)

I must admit, sometimes I do feel like a ye olden solider, sending letters to my beloved across the waves during wartime. Oh my dearest Lydia, I hope the kudos and comments crops have been plentiful this season. Your last letter left me weeping. Why must you put poor Reginald through such pain?
(I gotta admit, I still can't believe that I'm talking to you. I've been looking up to your work for so long...it just feels a bit surreal, even now! Glad you like hearing my ramblings! And that you liked my vampire prompt! Did not realize you'd write back when I sent that in. Look at us now, huh?)
(Speaking of prompts, I sent those jukebox and willex ones too. And I loved them both so so much, I shall scream about them more when it is not 2 am because I need sleep)
(Oh and the update of If I Was You!!! Amazing, Stellar, Incredible, Reggie, Carrie, Julie shenanigans is my new favorite thing, DID YOU JUST DOUBLE THE CHAPTER COUNT, and I'm like 90% sure Trevor is in deep trouble with a certain angry jazz ghost. Seriously loving it)
I actually do not remember what it was like to send in 1/5 asks, because I did not get a Tumblr until very reccently! I've always been a nerdy person, but Jatp is my first time being really in a fandom. You gotta do something new in quarantine, right?
Ah yes. Luke and Emily. To me, it just seems obvious that there's so much love between them. Even with all the pain. You get it. You put it down so eloquently.
As for what kind of stories I like to read...it seriously depends on my mood.
I like niche aus, passion projects. Stories where you can just feel the author's love for the world they're inventing. But I tend to lean towards cannonverse. I like ghost stories, it's what drew me to this show in the first place. And I love exploring that concept. (Being forever gone, and always the same...it's just fascinating to me)
Platonic goodness is just WONDERFUL for this show. I will read anything with cuddles. I am touched starved and these kiddos are too, and I will cry about them puppy piling every damn day. Plus there's just some much POTENTIAL for future friendships! I love ones where Flynn and Carrie get to interact with the boys as well. And 90s content, from before and after the orpheum, just hits hard.
I really wasn't expecting to get invested in the couples on this show, but something about them is moving to me. So I do love to read about them. Watching two queer kids who lived during incredibly important areas of queer history find love together after death really hit hard for me, and there's just something so bittersweet about a girl and ghost deciding to love each other for the little time they're given.
I love family dynamics too. Anything with Ray and his seven disaster children, the band and Trevor.... I think Julie and Emily is one of my favorite dynamics to explore. A girl who lost her mother and a mother who lost her son, both grieving but with one able to speak to the dead...it's just very powerful to me.
(And of course, Luke and Emily, but I figured you already knew that)
Mostly...I like seeing the messy stuff. The unexpected consequences, the baggage. I want to see the messy emotions, the grief and anger, the jealously, the disorientation. I look for those glass shards, that might be too sharp to ever be addressed on the show. Not even the big, monumental plot lines just... the harder pieces of life, the little moments that don't fit neatly into a nine episode arc.
I just want to see them live you know? Love, laughter and loss all mixed together.
(One of my all time favorite tropes is "found family gets broken apart by trauma, only to find each other again and come back stronger than ever." I feel like this explains a lot of my taste in fiction)
Thank you for the writing advice. Your words were very motivating. I am trying to begin! I got up the nerve to start working on a little piece. Who knows if it will go anywhere. But it's been nice, to finally put some words on the page.
The POTC au is so freaking good man. The character dynamics are just on FIRE. Everything is broken and messy and the relationships genuinely tug at my heartstrings. It's such a fascinating story. Highly recommend, even with the cliff hangers.
OH HOW COULD I FORGET PAWPRINTER? Man oh man I love all her work. The wheelies art and steals universe is freaking amazing, not an avacado had me in tears (of laughter, till things got surprisingly sad). And All that Remains...slow burn Willex perfection. Jedi Alex and Pilot Willie have my HEART.
I don't think I've read firefall and weneedglitter (or if I have, I'm just not connecting the names to their pieces. I don't always remember author names. it's a problem). I will go look for them though! Cannot wait!
For more recs, I recently binge read We Found Wonderland. I was not mentally prepared for the sheer amount of feelings that gave me. Highly recommend, if you ever want an emotional rollercoaster with an incredibly satisfying end.
Going on to more serious subjects...I'm sorry your family doesn't see your grief for what it is: honest. Better to feel everything quietly, than make it an easily understadnable performance. Fake grief is so easy to spot.
I think of that scene from "Forever," when Buffy breaks down and tells Dawn that she has to keep busy, because if she stops, it means Joyce is really gone. There's a lot of truth there.
On a tangent here but.. there was a very long period in my life when I was told the ways I expressed my emotions were "incorrect". And I found that sometimes, no matter how you show your emotions, you'll always be criticized. Numbness can be called disinterest, but sobbing can be called attention-seeking too. Too big, too small: that jury was impossible to please This may not apply in your situation but...it's okay to feel however you can. It's the only think you can do, really.
As I've said before, Grief is such an odd trickster.
Don't you ever get tired of missing people... This past year, I've been so weary of grief. Sometimes it can be so sharp, but it's that dull ache. That ball and chain, no longer cutting through your skin, but rubbing it raw, weighing you down.
And people don't like to talk about that part, because it's long and tiresome, but oh, is it there. I find it hard to talk about my grief, because sometimes there's just so much of it. I could drown in it, and that fear keeps me from looking to close. To incorrectly quote Jane Austin: "If I missed you a little less, I might be able to talk about it more."
(Sometimes it's faceable. But sometimes you just can't bear it. And that's okay.)
But what you wrote in that eulogy...the love is there. It's in every word you write. I cried reading that section. I feel honored once again to see some of your jagged pieces. You're sharing your heart, and there's just so much love.
In the wise words of an author I know, "Love is like the snow Reggie. It never goes away."
And don't worry, I'm always with you.
Sending Love,
-LydiaStan7845 (aka Vampire Anon)
So...that Reggie and Nicky prompt
my god
my GOD
OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD
I think it's safe to say congrats, you've officially destroyed me! I was not prepared for that at ALL. I should know better by now I guess.
I can't get over that even though they all take place in very different universe, all your stories just feel so connected! The way this talked about those headphones, which you mentioned in the first chapter of Kill Your Heroes...it's just so cool. All the characterization and backstory is just so well thought out, and it genuinely blows my mind.
I didn't think I could love Nicky Peters more. I was wrong. The way you write about him...even though you never go into exactly what happened to him after Reggie's death, you can just feel how much it's shapped him as a person. And the trauma around his father, and how he fears becoming like that, was just so beautifully written. He's just so lovable and flawed and trying so damn hard and you made my heart ache for him. Again.
You always take these genuinely crazy situations and...you just make them feel so real. I love you explore the strains such a revelation would put on Nicky's own life, it just makes everything so compellingly messy. It seriously feel like I was watching a real-life account of a family trying to deal with such a massive complication.
That porch scene had me in tears both times I read it. Reggie's just always a big brother, even though Nicky is more than twice his age now. My heart was shattered, and then you slowly mended it, piece by piece. And for absolutely no reason at all, you wouldn't happen to have a reference for the porch, would you?
Just wow. Hope you're doing well. Sending love and applause
-Vampire Anon
i’m not even gonna reply, but i want these documented... on my blog... for posterity.  ( for any curious onlookers, i’m dating this anon now!! )

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. "
Charlie x Reader Fic
a/n: i used a writing prompt here because there were some prompts i found on my phone. they're from creative-writing-prompts on tumblr (?) omg enjoy 💕
Tumblr media
Word on the street is all about this Charlie Dalton. All the girls in your school can't seem to shut up about him, this guy from Wellton who pulled an infamous stunt in front of everybody.
"Have you heard about what happened at Wellton?"
"God, that Charlie has guts."
"He's single right?"
All this gossip annoyed you. Either they applaud his not-so-daring feat, or they suddenly fancy him. Apparently, this boy has become popular here and you never understood why he would do something so stupid.
You're a real stickler for the rules, future mapped out and planned for, and you always had this thing where everything should be in order. Charles Dalton, that jerk, just disrupted the peace and order you have been accustomed to by turning these girls into boy crazy and lovestruck little girls. His name made your blood boil and it made you lose focus. They never seem to get enough of him, and that's probably because there aren't really a lot of options in boarding school.
Wherever you went, his name would always pop up. Whoever you talked to would ask if you knew. You would roll your eyes and tell them they're wasting time on someone who isn't even worth it. This boy was getting into your nerves, and (rumor has it) another girl's knickers.
There came a time you just couldn't take it anymore. Even your best friend was talking about him with a mix of amusement and disappointment. She thought this boy had potential but wasted it on a foolish prank. Both of you shared the same sentiments, although your friend was obviously intrigued.
You had a lot of homework to do, and with everything that was going on, you decided you didn't have time for this. You sigh loudly and throw a pillow at your friend, exasperated. "Hey!" she said as the pillow hit her face. "What was that for?"
You turned to her, annoyed and stressed from all the homework and drama. Your roommate raises an eyebrow, waiting for an answer. "I'm getting tired of this— this boy!" you tell her and she stifles a laugh.
It wasn't funny, and then she replied, "Who knew that the great y/n would lose focus over a boy?" You ignored her and went back to your homework. There was still so much to do with calculus, and you haven't checked on your science project yet. Your French essay is due tomorrow and it isn't near perfect. You didn't let the idea of Charlie Dalton get to you.
Days went by and the chatter started to lessen. You smiled to yourself, everything was slowly going back to normal. Your focus was back, and nothing else seemed to interrupt it. Right now, everything is perfect for you. Back on the right track to be one of the country's most esteemed lawyers.
Everything was almost back to normal, you hardly even thought about him, and no one
had any more stories to tell about the infamous little pick who caught St. Agnes' by storm. One fateful day, he was once again the talk of the town. Rumour has it, he went out with one of the girls from her class. People kept on talking, asking this girl to tell him about Charlie. All of them would pile around her, and ask if he was what they dreamed he would be like.
You thought it was all rubbish. Charles Dalton? You bet he got under her skirt. Your classmate's story about him being the perfect gentleman was too good to be true. There's no such thing as a gentleman, and you believed Charlie was far from that. People see what they want to see, and you thought this girl just let heard what he wanted her to hear. Quite stupid, you thought.
One day as you were walking around the courtyard, book in hand, you caught sight of him. The infamous Charlie Dalton, in the flesh. You couldn't deny he was handsome. There was an air of arrogance around him, and a hint of brilliance to which you were so. curious about. He was with a different girl, and he gave a smirk you knew all too well that he was up to no good. He dropped her off at the dorms, and you shook your head in disappointment. You saw this coming, but in the back of your mind you always hoped it wasn't true.
He passed by you, and smiled. His brown hair all messed up, with eyes that always twinkled with mischief and chaos. "Hi," he said to you. You gripped your book tighter and ignored him, walking away. Charlie always liked girls who played hard to get. He found the chase to be rewarding. He turned around, "I didn't catch your name."
You muttered something, and continued to walk towards the dorms. There were footsteps following you, and you tried your best to ignore him as he tried to get your attention. "Did you just say your name? I didn't get it the first time." He caught up to you and went ahead. There he was, facing you: Charlie Dalton of Wellton Academy.
You decided to be blunt and said, "I didn't, and no, I'm not telling you." You sighed, "I was asking you to leave me alone." He wasn't taken aback by this comment, after all, it was part of the chase, and Charlie enjoyed every second of it.
"If you say so," he said sarcastically. He is so infuriating, you thought. You looked him in the eyes and you were inwardly fazed by how beautiful he really was up close. You always hid your emotions well, and you certainly didn't want to break that wall in front of this jerk.
"Did I stutter?" you replied coldly. You took a deep breath and once again told him to leave you alone. He chuckled and told you, mocking defeat, "Whatever you say, sweetheart." He waved at you and went on his way. Charlie was amazed, and decided he was gonna try harder than usual. That meant he absolutely had to, because most of the time they just came onto him.
You thought about this encounter for a considerable amount of time, and sometimes wondered if you were to see him again. You were working on your english homework until someone on the phone asked for you. You hate being interrupted, and it annoyed you to drop whatever you've been doing for something so irrelevant. Begrudgingly, you grab the phone and put it to your ear, rolling your eyes. "Hello?"
"Hello to you too, y/n," the sound of his voice made you mad. You tried to keep it together, your friends were watching. You couldn't lose control now, it would guarantee him victory. You whispered, "You're not supposed to call."
"Well sweetheart I did, now y/n, tell me, what are you doing Saturday night?" You ignored the question and said, "How did you get my name you jerk?" You heard people laughing from the other line, who were teasing Charlie. "I asked for a pretty girl and they led me to you," he slurred. For a moment, you felt flattered, but mostly embarrassed. That was officially the worst line you have ever heard.
"Shut up. Now if you don't have anything important to say, I'm hanging up now." You put down the phone and went back to your schoolwork. You can't afford to have any more distractions, especially a Dalton-shaped distraction.
Almost every night, he would call, and like always you would give the phone back, telling everyone you absolutely had no time for this. This boy was persistent. You tried your best not to lose your temper in front of your friends and classmates. That rarely happened. You're y/n, and he isn't your Waterloo.
The day you've been waiting for came. Charlie stopped calling. You thought he got bored and latched himself onto another pretty thing. You were a bit hurt, to know he was exactly what you thought he was but it worked best that way, and you were starting to feel normal again. He wasn't the talk of the town anymore, and that alone gave you the motivation to do everything on your to-do list.
You went out to the courtyard for a stroll and brought your favorite book along. Your eyes widened when you saw him. Messy brown hair with everything undone. There he was again, and he looked like he was waiting. You continued to walk towards your favorite spot in the courtyard, made yourselg comfortable and started to read. "Hey y/n," Charlie said. At that moment, you wanted your soul to leave your body. You closed your book and looked up, "To what do I owe this unwanted encounter?" There was sarcasm dripping in your voice and Charlie raised an eyebrow in amusement. He ignored your comment and asked, "What are you doing tomorrow night?"
You didn't answer. He sat down next to you and looked at what you were reading. "Shakespeare, huh? You've got good taste," he commented. You smiled a little, and felt better that this boy, even for a moment, stopped pestering you. You were a bit glad you at least had something in common, and relieved he wasn't just a prick. He was a brilliant prick who knew his stuff, and you were somehow attracted by this.
You just sat there in silence for the whole afternoon. You were immersed in your book, and all Charlie did was stare at you. The silence was endearing, and you stopped only to find him sleeping. You swore he became more attractive. This boy is beautiful, and when it hit you, you started to think about everything you worked for only to be disrupted by him. You pat his arm gently, trying to wake him up. It was getting late and you had to catch up on your study group tonight.
He blinked a few times and stood up, offering you his hand. You took it and he smiled, looking away. He earned it, you thought. "My friend Neil's performing tomorrow at Henley Hall, and since you love Shakespeare so much, bet you'd try to take a look at it," he said finally.
Shakespeare was your favorite poet, and it's been so long since you've watched a Shakespearean play. It was a hard offer to consider. If you accepted, you would be going with him, and that would make it seem like a date. "I guess you can call it a date," he drawled.
You pondered over it as he walked you back to the dorms. Annoying as he was, he knew how to get a girl's attention, and you were no exception. You didn't answer him, and told him how you were running late instead. You felt his hand on your shoulder, turned you around, and once again there you were: face to face with Charlie Dalton. This time, you couldn't help but feel flustered, and it was evident. He smirked a little bit, and that alone shifted your mood. One moment he was charming, the next one a jerk. You moved away and muttered a curse under your breath. "Come on, I saw that, y/n," he pointed out. "Admit it, you like me."
Once again he was this conceited bastard. You didn't know which was more annoying: his behavior or the fact you were attracted to this boy. You pursed your lips and tried not to lose your temper. Charlie just stood there, waiting.
"Silence means yes, you know," he smiled. You rolled your eyes, and started to lose the cool façade you had going on. "You know what, Dalton? Do whatever you want."
"You're insufferable, and I can't believe I spent an afternoon with you! You're a jerk, and you're too conceited for your own good," you said with so much frustration. "I'm not someone you just plan to fool around with, and I'm sure there's another girl waiting for you to sweep her off her feet. And just so it's clear, I'm not that girl, and I don't want to be that girl." Charlie just stood there, listening.
"You know it's a shame. You've wasted so much time and energy on me, and it's endearing and flattering, and I'll admit you're quite attractive, but you're so goddamn infuriating! And guess what? I could kiss you right now." You ran your hands through your hair, frustration and annoyance rushing through you. His eyes widened as he heard the last thing you said. You realized it was too late, and it's undeniable. Charlie Dalton was so damn attractive and you can't believe it worked on you.
He put his hands in his pockets, and smiled at his feet. You were a blushing mess, and his smile wasn't helping at all. He pulled you in and finally replied, "You're very welcome to do it."

Can I get a Harry Potter ship please (I don't know what eras you do but any works). I'm 5'8, have hazel eyes, and medium dark brown hair. I'm super sarcastic and can be sassy sometimes, I also have a dark sense of humor. I'm really introverted, and shy. I hate crowds. It takes a while to get to know me but once you do I'm really talkative, and love to talk. I love reading, writing, animals, science, art, and music. I'm super geeky and I love comics, and comic book movies. Thank you
Hello! Sorry that this took me so long but you sure can! Just letting you know right now that this ship will be based on the movie because I watched it last night. It’s much fresher in my memory. Anyways, I’d ship you with Newt Scamander! Even though your love for animals differs slightly from his love for magical creatures, the two of you can relate to each other. He’s a little awkward sometimes but he enjoys listening and talking to you because he gets a glimpse into muggle life whenever you talk about music or the things you read. At first, he was a bit hesitant when it came to your sense of humor but he warmed up to it later on. He also hates crowds so he has no problem with your introversion.
How you two met:
You were walking along the streets of New York at night, even though you had been told it was dangerous you still walked around every night because it was the only time the city was remotely empty. You weren’t sure why you lived in such a busy city, knowing that you didn’t really like crowds, but at this point it felt like home so you couldn’t bring yourself to leave. While you were lost in your thoughts, you heard a strange crashing sound coming from down the street.
You jogged over to the source of the sound and were subsequently shocked by the scene you witnessed. You saw some small, strange animal balancing on one foot behind where a pane of glass should be. You looked over at the back of one of the men’s head that was standing in front of the shop, questioning, “What exactly is happening?” The man muttered something before grabbing the creature and turning around to look at you and speaking in a British accent, “Would you believe me if I said nothing?” You simply shook your head. He sighed, “I’m sorry, I was trying to find them before anything went wrong. I can fix this.” You raised an eyebrow, “Really? I would think it would take more than one person and one night to fix this,” you gestured to the destroyed jewelry store.“ He shrugged and smiled a lopsided smile before pulling a stick out.
You were even more confused when he started waving it around. As you were about to start laughing, the store began to fix itself. You looked at the strange man, “How did you do that?” He chuckled slightly, “A bit of magic.” You furrowed your eyebrows, “Who even are you? You don’t seem like you’re from around here…” Before answering you, he put the strange creature in what appeared to be a normal suitcase, walking over to his friend, and said, “Newt. Newt Scamander.”
Before even asking your name, he seemed to just disappear with his friend. You pondered what you witnessed mere moments ago and decided it was time to get more sleep and see if this ‘Newt Scamander’ showed up again.
Your first date:
The next time you saw Newt, you were sitting in your room reading the next morning. He appeared as quickly as he had disappeared the night before. You froze mid-page turn, staring at the man you thought had been a dream. He smiled at you, “Sorry to interrupt. I realized I never asked your name.” You were still frozen, “It’s…it’s (Y/N).” He nodded, “Well it was nice to meet you (Y/N).”
Worried that he was going to disappear again, you held a hand up, “Wait! What’s in that suitcase?” He chuckled, “I can show you. If you’d like.” You nodded and he set it down on the floor, opening it up. You looked at it curiously, trying to see what was inside before he started getting inside it. This man just kept getting stranger. He looked at you, “You coming?”
He seemed to go down some stairs before disappearing into the suitcase that appeared far too small for any person to fit inside. You hesitantly followed him and, once reaching the ground, you glanced around. “How is this possible…” He smiled, a little embarrassed, “Some simple magic. It’s not much really…” You saw a window and glanced out of it, curious what you would see.
You were shocked to find an endless expanse of land, “Not much? This is bigger than New York City and it’s inside of a suitcase!” He awkwardly scratched the back of his neck, looking at you curiously. “Do you happen to like animals?” He questioned. You looked at him, eyebrow raised, and nodded slightly. He smiled slightly, “Wonderful. I want to show you something then, follow me.” He walked outside and appeared to be walking towards a forest-type landscape.
You followed him hesitantly prior to seeing some adorable green stick creatures on a tree near you. You grinned and walked closer to the tree they were on, “I’ve never seen these before! What are they?” He glanced over and walked to you, “They’re called Bowtruckles. I’ve been studying them for a book I’m writing.” You giggled as one walked around on your hand, “You’re a writer? I love to write.”
He smiled and muttered, “Amazing..” You looked over at him, “Did you say something?” He shook his head, “No.” You shrugged, “If you say so.”
Who ships you:
Jacob Kowalski ships you two! After seeing you two together in front of the jewelry shop the night you met, he knew that you two were meant to be. Your sense of humour and Newt’s awkward demeanor was a hilarious combination in his opinion and he hoped you two would end up together. He had told Newt to go ask your name after they left the jewelry shop. Thus, he was very invested in you two getting together prior to his memory getting erased. You weren’t sure why Newt would tell Jacob to go out into the rain and not you but he never told you. Before Jacob walked into the rain, he knew it was because Newt didn’t want to see you leave him so soon.
There you have it! I hope you enjoy this. Sorry it took so long but the combination of tumblr breaking and my keyboard breaking made this take a while to write. This ship gave me an excuse to use this gif so thank you! Sorry again for taking so long, thanks for the request!
