Hi obkk nation...
After 10 months of obsessing over Kakashi and Obito, I finally wrote my first fan fiction in 10 years. And one month later, I translated it to English!
It's modern and high school AU inspired by Kieta Hatsukoi. 😊

Hi, I just recently started reading Jane austen (so far finished p&p, Emma, and mp), so your rants are very very entertaining to me.
But I still can't quite get over the age gap between Emma and Mr knightley, and the fact that he's been in love with her for so long when he was almost a full grown adult at her birth. I love love LOVE Emma, its my favourite so far and their dynamic is sweet but the age gap.... just feels wrong to me.
What are your thoughts on this?
Ty <3
When the novel begins, Emma is 21 and Mr. Knightley is 38. They probably marry at 22 & 39. The gap is 17 years and it's the second largest after [redacted spoiler for Sense & Sensibility]
Anyway, to answer your question, age gaps aren't inherently problematic if both sides are legal adults: you have to look for an actual power imbalance. Emma treats Mr. Knightley as if she is his equal. She rarely listens to his advice, she fights with him as an equal, and they collaborate on managing her father. You can tell that he respects her as a house manager, her adult role, even if he does try to guide and give her advice on other matters. Other than it being the Regency and her being a woman, there is not a power imbalance in their relationship (that would happen no matter how old she was).
While Mr. Knightley acknowledges that he's loved Emma for a long time, but he wasn't exactly aware of it and he certainly wasn't acting on it. He's saying that in hindsight, he's loved her for a long time, but not consciously. What he says at the end is a bit of a joke, where he equates scolding her with love, therefore meaning he's been in love with her since 13 since that's when he started scolding her.
Like Fanny Price, I find myself wishing that Emma got more selection before she married, but the age gap doesn't bother me.
(I'm glad you enjoy my rants! Thanks 😊)

seonghwa masterlist - main masterlist
Y/n and Seonghwa had grown closer over the past few weeks. Their initial connection had blossomed into a deep, meaningful friendship. They texted all the time, sharing jokes, life updates, and random thoughts throughout the day. But they both knew they couldn't tell Yunho or Y/n's sister about it. They wouldn't understand the bond that had developed between them.
One sunny afternoon, Seonghwa texted Y/n, suggesting they meet up for coffee. Y/n eagerly agreed, happy for any excuse to see him.
Seonghwa: Hey, want to grab some coffee today? There's a new café I've been wanting to check out.
Y/n: That sounds perfect! I could use a break. 😊
They met at the cozy little café, tucked away in a quiet corner of the city. The warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted them as they walked in. They ordered their drinks—an iced Americano for Seonghwa and a caramel macchiato for Y/n—and found a small table by the window.
"This place is really nice," Y/n said, taking a sip of her drink. "I love the atmosphere."
"Yeah, it's pretty cool," Seonghwa agreed, smiling. "How have you been? How are your classes going?"
Y/n sighed, a hint of frustration in her eyes. "They're tough, but I'm managing. It helps to have distractions, like hanging out with you."
Seonghwa chuckled. "Glad I can be of service. Work has been crazy for me too. But I guess we're both just surviving the chaos, huh?"
They continued chatting, their conversation flowing effortlessly. They talked about everything from their favorite movies to their dreams for the future. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and they frequently found themselves sharing knowing looks and inside jokes.
After finishing their coffee, they decided to go for a walk. The weather was perfect, with a gentle breeze and a clear blue sky. They strolled through a nearby park, enjoying the tranquility and each other's company.
As they walked, Y/n found herself glancing at Seonghwa, admiring his profile. She appreciated how thoughtful and kind he was, always making her feel comfortable and valued.
Seonghwa, on the other hand, was captivated by Y/n's bubbly personality and the way her laughter lit up her face. He felt a connection with her that he couldn't quite explain, but he knew it was special.
They came across a food stand selling Sotteok Sotteok—skewers of rice cakes and sausages. Seonghwa's eyes lit up. "Want to grab some? I'm starving."
"Definitely," Y/n agreed, her mouth watering at the thought.
As they approached the stand, the girl working there flashed a bright smile at Seonghwa. "Hey there, what can I get for you?"
"We'll take two Sotteok Sotteok, please," Seonghwa said, returning the smile.
The girl quickly prepared the skewers and handed them over. "Here you go. You know, you have a really nice smile," she said, batting her eyelashes at Seonghwa.
Y/n felt a pang of discomfort. She knew she had no right to feel jealous—they were just friends, after all. But she couldn't help the uneasy feeling that settled in her stomach.
The girl wasn't done. "So, do you come here often? I'd remember a face like yours," she continued, leaning a bit closer to Seonghwa.
Seonghwa, completely oblivious to her intentions, smiled politely. "Not really. This is my first time here."
"Well, you should definitely come back," the girl said, her eyes twinkling. "Maybe next time, I can give you a special discount."
Y/n stood behind Seonghwa, feeling more uncomfortable with each passing moment. She tried to focus on the positive—how nice the day had been, how much fun she was having with Seonghwa—but it was hard to ignore the flutter of unease in her chest.
Seonghwa, still clueless, nodded. "That sounds nice. Thanks for the offer."
Y/n couldn't stay silent any longer. "Are we ready to go, Seonghwa?" she asked, her voice a bit sharper than intended.
Seonghwa turned to her, a bit surprised. "Oh, yeah. Let's find a place to sit and enjoy these."
As they walked away, Y/n tried to shake off her discomfort. She knew Seonghwa wasn't encouraging the girl, but it still bothered her more than she wanted to admit.
They found an empty bench and sat down, enjoying their Sotteok Sotteok and the peaceful surroundings. Y/n decided to change the subject and lighten the mood.
"So, do you get offers like that often?" she teased, trying to keep her tone light.
Seonghwa laughed, looking a bit confused. "Not really. I think she was just being friendly."
Y/n rolled her eyes playfully. "Sure, friendly."
They continued chatting, the playful banter flowing naturally. Despite her earlier discomfort, Y/n found herself relaxing and enjoying their conversation. The park was serene, with families enjoying picnics and children playing nearby.
Just as they were about to take another bite of their Sotteok Sotteok, a little girl no more than six years old approached them. Her eyes were wide with worry, and she tugged on Seonghwa's sleeve.
"Excuse me, mister," the girl said, her voice trembling slightly. "I can't find my mommy. Can you help me?"
Seonghwa and Y/n exchanged a quick glance, their playful banter giving way to concern. Y/n immediately knelt down to the girl's eye level, trying to comfort her.
"Hey, sweetie, it's okay," Y/n said gently. "Let's help you find your mommy. Can you tell us where you last saw her?"
The little girl nodded, her lower lip quivering. "Over there," she pointed towards a crowded area of the park.
Seonghwa placed a reassuring hand on the girl's shoulder. "Don't worry, we'll help you find her," he said with a reassuring smile.
Y/n and Seonghwa followed the little girl through the park, scanning the area for any signs of the girl's mother. Y/n felt a rush of empathy for the child, imagining the fear and confusion she must be experiencing.
As they approached a larger group of people, they spotted a woman frantically calling out the girl's name. Relief washed over the woman's face as she saw her daughter running towards her.
"Mama!" the little girl exclaimed, throwing herself into her mother's arms.
The woman hugged her tightly, tears of relief streaming down her face. "Oh, thank you! Thank you so much for finding her!"
Y/n smiled warmly, relieved that the situation had a happy ending. "It's no problem at all. We're just glad she's safe."
Seonghwa nodded in agreement. "She's a brave girl for finding us and asking for help."
The woman turned to Y/n and Seonghwa, her expression filled with gratitude. "Thank you both again. I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't found her."
Y/n waved off the thanks. "We're just glad everything turned out okay."
After ensuring the little girl and her mother were safely reunited, Y/n and Seonghwa started heading back home. The park had quieted down, and the sun was starting to dip lower in the sky. They walked side by side, talking and laughing about random things, the earlier tension dissolving into the background.
As they strolled along the path, Seonghwa was telling a particularly funny story about his misadventures with Legos when suddenly, the sky opened up and rain began to pour heavily.
"Oh no!" Y/n exclaimed, looking up at the darkening sky. "We don't have an umbrella!"
Seonghwa glanced around, then grabbed Y/n's hand. "Come on, let's find some shelter!" he shouted over the sound of the rain.
They sprinted down the street, dodging puddles and laughing despite the downpour. After a few moments, Seonghwa spotted a doorway of a small, closed café and pulled Y/n under the awning. They were both soaked to the skin, rainwater dripping from their hair and clothes.
Breathless and shivering slightly from the cold, they looked at each other and started laughing about the whole situation.
"This is crazy!" Y/n said between giggles, wiping water from her face.
"Yeah, it's like a scene from a movie," Seonghwa agreed, chuckling. But then he stopped laughing, his expression turning serious.
Y/n noticed the change and her laughter faded too. The air between them seemed to thicken, the playful atmosphere replaced by something more intense. Seonghwa's eyes searched hers, and she felt her heart begin to race.
He reached out slowly, gently pushing a stray strand of hair behind her ear. His fingers lingered for a moment, and Y/n felt a shiver that had nothing to do with the cold.
"How can you be this pretty even like this?" Seonghwa said softly, his eyes locked on hers.
Y/n felt her cheeks flush. She didn't know what to say. Pretty? Me? she thought. Then what about you, you're seriously so handsome. But she couldn't bring herself to say it out loud.
Instead, she stammered, "I-I... um, thank you. You're too kind."
Seonghwa noticed how Y/n was shivering, her damp clothes clinging to her and her lips slightly blue from the cold. Concern filled his eyes as he gently rubbed her arms, trying to warm her up.
"Let's get you home," Seonghwa said, his voice firm yet caring.
Y/n nodded, grateful for his thoughtfulness. They stepped back into the rain, which seemed to have no intention of letting up. Seonghwa kept a protective arm around her, guiding her through the slick streets. Their earlier playfulness had given way to a quiet, mutual understanding.
By the time they reached Y/n's apartment, they were both thoroughly drenched. Seonghwa walked her to the door, lingering for a moment.
"Thank you for today," Y/n said, looking up at him with a soft smile. "I had a great time, despite the rain."
"Me too," Seonghwa replied. "Get inside and dry off. I'll see you soon."
Y/n nodded, giving him one last smile before stepping into her apartment. Seonghwa waited until he heard the door lock behind her, ensuring she was safely inside. With a sigh, he turned and started the walk back to his own place, his thoughts swirling.
As he walked through the rain, Seonghwa replayed the day's events in his mind. The laughter, the unexpected moments, and the connection he felt with Y/n. He couldn't deny his feelings any longer; they were too strong to ignore. But what would he do about them? How would he navigate this complicated situation with Yunho and Y/n's sister?
By the time he reached his apartment, he was soaked to the bone and deep in thought. He opened the door to find Yunho lounging on the couch, scrolling through his phone. Yunho looked up, his eyes widening in surprise at the sight of his drenched friend.
"Seonghwa! What happened to you?" Yunho exclaimed, sitting up.
Seonghwa shook off some of the excess water and managed a sheepish grin. "Got caught in the rain. Long story."
Yunho chuckled, shaking his head. "You look like you swam home. Seriously, what happened?"
Seonghwa sighed, running a hand through his wet hair. "It's a bit of a story. I was with Y/n, and we ended up helping a lost little girl find her mom. Then the rain started, and we got soaked trying to get back."
Yunho raised an eyebrow, a knowing smirk on his face. "You and Y/n, huh? You two seem to be spending a lot of time together lately."
Seonghwa felt his cheeks heat up but tried to play it cool. "Yeah, she's great company. We get along really well."
"Uh-huh," Yunho said, his smirk widening. "Just friends, right?"
Seonghwa's heart skipped a beat. He wanted to tell Yunho everything, but the timing didn't feel right. "Yeah, just friends," he lied, hoping his friend would drop the subject.
Yunho's expression shifted to something more serious. "Good. Because if you had decided to mess around with my girlfriend's little sister, that would have been a whole mess. And she is my little sister too, after all. I look at her that way, and I wouldn't want to ask you to leave her alone, bro. So I'm glad you're just friends."
Seonghwa felt a lump form in his throat. He forced a smile and nodded. "Yeah, I understand."
"Great," Yunho said, clapping Seonghwa on the shoulder. "Now go get changed before you catch a cold. And next time, take an umbrella."
Seonghwa laughed weakly, grateful for the momentary reprieve. "Yeah, yeah. I'll remember that."
As he headed to his room to dry off and change, Seonghwa's thoughts returned to Y/n. He knew he had to figure out his feelings and what to do about them. But for now, he was content with the memory of their day together and the hope of what could be.

With regards to some older fic posts of yours, I have been wanting to write how much I love certain lines or sections, or just yell about how they make me feel, but I worry that too many comments on older sections of your work might be annoying if you get too many, or that I'll be replying on fics your aren't enthusiastic about at the moment and I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable. What would you suggest as the best way to let you know of my adoration for different sections without getting in the way of other things (i.e. not too often, only on Tuesdays, only on the latest post, don't do it, etc.)
(Sorry if this is silly but, I love your writing, and if I get blocked for being too annoying I wouldn't blame you but, I would be annoyed with myself haha)
. . . . . . . listen, I appreciate you asking, and I'm sure that THEORETICALLY someone could manage to comment/reply on my writing so much that I would parse it as them spamming me, but theoretically Elon Musk possesses a human heart somewhere in that black bitter soul of his, so like, the chances seem slim, hahaha.
Legit there is just about nothing I like more than people telling me what they think about ANYTHING I've written, whether I'm actively working on it or not, and frankly getting one single comment on a story I hadn't worked on in a while or had even straight-up abandoned has historically run the gamut from making me go "aw, that's nice, I'm glad people still like it 😊" to ". . . . . . I am immediately going to spend the next six months writing another 120k in this abandoned WIP and actually gd finish it this time", so like . . . BELIEVE me, I am not the guy you have to worry about hitting "too many" with, hahaha. Plus I have so many WIPs rn that I am MORE than used to getting comments on stuff I'm not actively working on and if anything it just gives me a better idea of what people wanna see more of. There are many, MANY WIPs on here that only got past the first thousand words because people repeatedly told me how much they liked them and several that I have only barely progressed in because people just weren't that responsive to 'em. I am just VERY much the type whose writing thrives on acknowledgment/feedback, that is SCREAMINGLY who I am as a writer, haha. Like I am the closest thing to "put comment coin in, get fic out!" you will get in most fandoms, I am pretty sure, lol.
( also-historically, I have only blocked I think two or three Tumblrs in my entire time ON Tumblr and they were all pornbots, so an actual person would have to get prettyyyyy nasty at me for me to decide I wanted to block 'em. like as long as you're not sending me hate speech or death threats we're pretty much good; "too many replies on old posts" is just not a thing that's gonna get me there, hah. )

One Day at a Time - Ch. 3: A Busy Day
Pairings: Dave York x Female Reader
Series Summary: A man washed ashore, with no memory, and no name, finds a home and a life in the middle of nowhere.
Author's Notes: This story has been sitting in my drafts for over a year, waiting for the perfect moment to see the light of day. It wasn't until recently that I found the inspiration to finally finish the last two chapters, thanks to the incredible Keri @absurdthirst. Her story, "Washed Up," struck a chord with me—it had such a similar plot and concept to what I had in mind, and it reignited my passion to bring this piece to life. Keri's writing has been a constant source of solace and inspiration, and I'm endlessly grateful for her creativity and the way she crafts stories that speak to the soul. If you haven’t checked out her work, you absolutely should!
Warnings: Please be aware that this story contains elements of violence, explicit sexual content, and pregnancy. Additionally, there are medical inaccuracies throughout—because I don’t work in the medical field, so please take it all with a grain of salt. Enjoy the ride, and thank you for reading! 😊

The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over Dave’s room. You stirred, nestled against his chest, the steady rhythm of his heartbeat a comforting sound in the early light. For a moment, everything felt peaceful, almost surreal, as you recalled the events of the previous night—how naturally things had unfolded between you, how right it had felt to be with him.
But the tranquility was short-lived. The distant sound of commotion from outside gradually pulled you from your reverie. You frowned, sitting up slightly, straining to hear. It was the animals—something wasn’t right.
“Do you hear that?” you asked, your voice tinged with concern as you looked over at Dave.
He was already awake, his brow furrowed as he listened. “Yeah… sounds like trouble.”
You quickly slipped out of bed, throwing on your clothes as you headed for the door. Dave was right behind you, pulling on his pants and a shirt before following you outside.
The scene that greeted you was chaotic. The chickens had somehow gotten out of their coop, scattering across the yard, while one of the cows had wandered too close to the fence, its head stuck between the slats as it tried to reach for some grass on the other side.
“Oh no,” you muttered, running a hand through your hair as you assessed the situation. “How did this happen?”
“Doesn’t matter,” Dave said, his voice calm but firm. “Let’s just get things under control.”
Together, you sprang into action. You grabbed a bucket of feed, using it to coax the chickens back into the coop while Dave worked to free the cow from the fence. It was a hectic start to the day, the two of you working side by side, but despite the stress, you couldn’t help but notice how seamlessly you and Dave functioned as a team.
“Got it,” Dave grunted, finally managing to free the cow. The animal gave a disgruntled moo before lumbering back to the pasture.
“Thanks,” you called over, catching your breath as you secured the coop door, the last of the chickens safely inside. “I don’t know what I would’ve done without you.”
He flashed you a small, tired smile, wiping the sweat from his brow. “Glad to help. Besides, I think I owe you after last night.”
You chuckled, shaking your head. “I think we’re even.”
As the morning wore on, you both found yourselves immersed in the tasks of the day. There was always something to do on the farm, whether it was tending to the animals, checking the vegetable garden, or handling the endless paperwork that came with running the place. Normally, the routine was comforting, but today felt different—busier, more intense, like there was an undercurrent of tension that neither of you could quite place.
By the time the afternoon sun was high in the sky, you noticed Dave beginning to slow down. His movements were more deliberate, his expression pinched as if he was in pain.
“You okay?” you asked, pausing in your work to look at him.
He nodded, but the slight grimace on his face told a different story. “Just a headache,” he said, trying to brush it off. “I’ll be fine.”
But as the day wore on, it became clear that this was more than just a simple headache. Dave’s condition worsened, the pain in his head growing more intense, his hand occasionally pressing against his temple as if trying to hold the pain at bay. You caught him stumbling slightly, his breath coming in short, sharp gasps as he tried to steady himself.
“Dave, you need to rest,” you insisted, concern lacing your voice. “You don’t look good.”
“I’m fine,” he tried to argue, but the strain in his voice was evident.
“No, you’re not,” you said firmly, moving closer to him. “Come on, let’s get you inside.”
Reluctantly, he let you guide him back to the house, his steps unsteady as you led him to the couch. By the time you got him to sit down, he was pale, sweat beading on his forehead as he squeezed his eyes shut against the pain.
“What’s happening?” he muttered, his voice barely above a whisper. “Why does it hurt so much?”
You didn’t have an answer, panic rising in your chest as you grabbed your phone and called for an ambulance. “It’s going to be okay,” you said, trying to keep your voice calm. “Help is on the way.”
As you waited, you sat beside him, holding him against your chest, feeling helpless as he fought against the pain. He didn’t say much, his breaths coming in shallow pants, but you could see the confusion and fear in his eyes.
When the paramedics arrived, they quickly assessed his condition, noting the severity of his symptoms. “We need to get him to the hospital,” one of them said, motioning for the stretcher.
You followed them to the hospital, your heart in your throat as they rushed him inside. The doctors took over, running tests, asking questions you didn’t have answers to. All you could do was wait, pacing the sterile hallway, praying for good news.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, a doctor approached you, his expression serious but not without hope. “He’s stable for now,” he said. “But we need to keep him for a few days to monitor his condition. He’s experiencing severe migraines, which could be a result of past trauma.”
“Past trauma?” you echoed, your voice trembling slightly.
The doctor nodded. “It’s possible that the migraines are being triggered by something in his past—memories that his brain is trying to process. We’ll need to keep him under observation to see how he responds.”
You nodded, the weight of his words sinking in. “Can I see him?”
“Of course,” the doctor said, leading you to his room.
When you entered, Dave was lying in bed, his eyes closed, a look of exhaustion etched on his face. You approached quietly, taking a seat beside him, your hand resting on the edge of the bed.
“Hey,” you said softly when he stirred, his eyes blinking open slowly.
“Hey,” he murmured, his voice hoarse. “Sorry about… all this.”
“Don’t apologize,” you said, giving him a small, reassuring smile. “The doctors say you’re going to be fine. They just need to keep you here for a few days.”
He nodded weakly, his gaze distant, as if he was lost in thought. “I keep seeing… flashes,” he said after a moment, his brow furrowing. “Like… memories. But they’re all jumbled. I don’t know what’s real and what’s not.”
“What kind of memories?” you asked gently, leaning closer.
He shook his head, wincing slightly at the motion. “It’s hard to describe. There’s… a tower, I think. And a fight. Someone was there, someone… dangerous. But it’s all blurry, like a dream that’s slipping away.”
You listened, your heart aching for him as he struggled to make sense of the images in his mind. “Do you recognize anyone in these memories?”
He hesitated, his eyes narrowing as he tried to focus. “Maybe… I don’t know. It’s like trying to grasp smoke. Every time I think I’ve got it, it just… disappears.”
You reached out, taking his hand in yours. “It’s okay. Don’t push yourself too hard.”
He looked at you, his eyes searching yours for reassurance. “What if… what if these memories are bad? What if they’re things I don’t want to remember?”
You squeezed his hand gently, offering him a comforting smile. “They’re still a part of your past that might help you remember the rest….”
He nodded slowly, his grip on your hand tightening slightly. “Thanks… for being here. I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
You stayed with him as long as the hospital allowed, but eventually, you had to leave, promising to return the next day. The ride home was a blur, your mind occupied with worry for Dave and the strange flashes of memories he’d described.
In the rush and stress of the day, with everything happening so fast, the Plan B pill slipped your mind completely. Between worrying about Dave and dealing with the chaos on the farm, it simply didn’t cross your thoughts again as you made your way home.
The next few days passed in a haze of worry and exhaustion. You visited Dave everyday, but each time you saw him, it seemed like he was slipping further away, lost in the maze of his own mind. The doctors assured you that his condition was improving, but the frustration of not knowing what was real and what wasn’t weighed heavily on both of you.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Dave was cleared to go home. The ride back to the farm was quiet, both of you lost in your own thoughts. When you finally arrived, the familiar sights and sounds of the farm seemed to have calmed the man sitting beside you in the car.
That evening, after settling back home, you both found yourselves sitting on the porch, the sky painted in hues of orange and pink as the sun dipped below the horizon. The silence between you was comfortable, but there was an undercurrent of something unspoken—something that had been lingering since Dave’s return from the hospital earlier that day.
Dave finally broke the silence, his voice low and thoughtful. “You know… I’ve been thinking. Maybe what happened between us, that night… maybe it triggered something in my head.”
You turned to him, curiosity and concern mingling in your gaze. “What do you mean?”
He hesitated, his eyes distant as they fixed on the treeline in the fading light. “When I was in the hospital, I told you that I started getting these flashes—like memories, but they were all mixed up. There was this one… a tower, a fight… It felt real, but at the same time, it was like a bad dream. And it keeps repeating…”
You bit your lip, unsure of how to respond. “Do you remember anything specific? Anyone?”
He shook his head, a flicker of frustration crossing his features. “Not really. Just… fragments. Faces I can’t place, voices that I recognize but can’t make out the words. It’s like trying to put together a puzzle with missing pieces.”
You reached out, placing your hand gently on his. “That must have been terrifying.”
He nodded, his thumb brushing over your knuckles in a soothing rhythm. “It was. But what scared me the most was that I don’t know if those are real memories, or if they’re just my mind playing tricks on me.”
You squeezed his hand a little tighter, offering him a warm, encouraging smile. “Whatever they are, they don’t define who you are now. You’re here, and you’re safe. That’s what matters.”
His gaze finally met yours, the hardness in his expression softening. “You always know what to say, don’t you?”
You chuckled softly, a hint of self-deprecation in your tone. “I try. But I’m serious, John… Whatever those flashes are—if they are really memories—good or bad, they’re just pieces of the past. They don’t have to control or define your present and your future.”
He was quiet for a moment, mulling over your words. “I guess I’m just worried,” he admitted, his voice barely a whisper. “What if remembering changes the way I feel about everything? About us?”
Your heart swelled with a mix of emotions as you held his gaze, your eyes searching his for understanding. “Then we’ll deal with it when it happens. But right now, we’re here. And I care about you… a lot.”
A small, tentative smile tugged at his lips. “I care about you too. More than I thought I could, given… well, everything.” You both chuckled, the sound lightening the mood just a bit, a shared acknowledgment of the complicated history between you.
You leaned in closer, your voice soft and tender. “Then let’s not let fear of the unknown ruin what we have right now. We’ll take it one day at a time, remember?”
He nodded, his expression relaxing as he gently pulled you into his arms. “Yeah… one day at a time.”
As you rested your head against his chest, you felt the steady, reassuring beat of his heart beneath your ear. The worries and uncertainties were still there, hovering in the background, but for now, you were content to let them be, trusting in the moment. You closed your eyes, savoring the warmth of his embrace, the feeling of being held so close, so securely.
But then, as the quiet deepened and the night settled in around you, Dave tilted your chin up, his gaze searching yours with a newfound intensity. The air between you seemed to thicken, charged with a tension that neither of you had acknowledged until now.
Slowly, he leaned in, his breath ghosting over your lips as he hesitated for just a fraction of a second, as if giving you the chance to pull away. But you didn’t. Instead, you closed the distance, pressing your lips to his in a kiss that was as tender as it was filled with unspoken promise.
When you finally parted, breathless and slightly dazed, you kept your foreheads pressed together, your eyes fluttering open to meet his. The unspoken words, the fears, the hopes—they all hung in the air between you, but the kiss had said more than words ever could.
“You know,” you began with a teasing smile, “the last time we started making out like this, you ended up in the hospital the next day. Maybe we should put a warning label on our kisses.”
Dave laughed, the sound rumbling in his chest. “Oh, so that’s how it is, huh? You’re saying kissing is bad now?”
You grinned, poking him lightly in the ribs. “I’m just saying, I’d like to keep you out of the ER for a while. Can’t have you back there… the nurses swoon over you...”
He shook his head, a playful glint in his eyes as he leaned in closer, his lips hovering just above yours. “Well, maybe I should kiss you again, and if I do end up back in the hospital, kiss me again… in front of the nurses.”
You raised an eyebrow, feigning skepticism. “Wow, that’s pretty bold!” You laughed.
His smile widened, his voice dropping to a low, teasing whisper. “Oh, that’s something I want to do.”
Before you could respond, he captured your lips in another kiss, this one filled with a light-hearted passion that made your heart skip a beat.
Any lingering tension melted away as you both laughed softly against each other’s lips, the playful banter turning into something sweeter, more intimate.

Just finished reading your Feyd Rautha fic… HOLY FUCK. I think you’re the writer who truly got Feyd down to a T. Also the way the relationship between him and the reader is explored… 😮💨 I really feel like it could be canon (and I’m not even joking). Please, please write part 2, I need to know what will happen next 🫣🥺!
P.S. I hate the harpies, kill them 😂

Aaaaaaa! Thank you so much my dear anonymous! 😊🥰🩵🖤🖤🩵
I
I'm so happy that I managed to capture Feyd's character! I was afraid that I made him a little... too soft for the reader, but I am happy that it worked out. But somehow it suits me so well that the reader can cross certain boundaries and is probably not at such risk of his... unexpected attack. And that is huge compliment for me that 'it could be canon'. 😅🤭
When it comes to part 2. I have one scene left (or two, I'm not sure yet) to write. So if all goes well, I will publish it on Monday or Tuesday. And get ready for something... long. Sorry. 🙈 (But it will be a bit fluff!! I hope that I didn't go too far and make them too sweet copule ekhem... I mean partners. Friends. Na-baron and his right hand. Clearly professional. No feelings include. xD)
P.S. I don't like harpies either, but I'll see what I can do... maybe not in the second part, but... 😈🤭
II
He was interrupted so rudely... fortunately (for him, not the reader), he will have a bit more luck in the second part... just a little bit... 🤭😇
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it! 😊🥰🖤🩵🖤🩵🖤🩵

Hi, me again! Jules/Mika please - 49 You look happy 😊
So, this turned out a little longer than expected. Guess catching up needs a few lines. 😄 Anyway, I hope you like it!
Jules & Mika - You Look Happy
She watches them from the bar, needing a moment before taking the next step: actually walking up to them. They're all there, playing darts together. Simone and Lucas are all over each other, telling her they'd made it this far. Jules and Kwan seem pretty tight, too; celebrating their lead after every round with hugs and laughter. She's not surprised. They've always been this close from becoming a thing - it was only a matter of waiting for the right time.
It's strange how normal it feels to see them again. Like she's never been away. Like nothing has really changed. The five of them hanging out like always.
Except it's not the five of them anymore. It's the four of them, and her.
It's that realization that makes her linger—for once glad that she's barely five feet tall and won't be easily noticed—and has her hesitate whether to get five beers or just one when the bartender asks for her order. She has to give it to him, he's got some endless patience when she keeps going over her options. One please... or... make it five... no wait, just one...
"Mika?!"
The familiar voice coming from behind her makes her heart skip a beat. She freezes for a second, but quickly pulls herself together and turns around, desperately hoping that she looks at least somewhat in control.
"Jules!"
"Oh my God!" her friend—or so she hopes—exclaims, her eyes wide in surprise, "You're back! You're... You're here!"
With an awkward shrug, Mika is about to confirm with a simple "Yup" when Jules already pulls her in for a short but tight embrace. She's hardly let go of her when she starts her barrage of questions. "How are you? When did you get here? Are you staying? Why didn't you call, or come see us?"
Quite overwhelmed, and not knowing where to start, Mika looks around her, hoping to find answers she suddenly can't remember. All she catches though is the bartender's wink, telling her he'll come back in a bit.
"I- I was about to come over," she says, speaking up at last. "I just thought I'd let you finish your game first."
Jules tilts her head, narrowing her eyes a little. "You were watching us?"
"Just for a moment," Mika confesses, pulling an apologetic face, "You, uh... you look happy."
The next seconds seem to occur in slow-motion, with Jules just staring at her, her smile slowly fading away. Her hard swallow before she answers her.
"I'm doing alright. Took me a while though."
Feeling shame creeping up on her, Mika fights the urge to look away. "Jules, I'm sorry..."
"I know." Jules manages to smile at her again, albeit weakly. Sad, almost. "I don't want you to be."
Mika shakes her head, not ready to accept Jules' kindness. "You've got all the reason, all the right to be mad at me."
"I was never mad," Jules answers, "Just..." She stops herself, then quietly mumbles beneath her breath, "Just heartbroken." She must have reckoned the loud music would cover her, but the subtle twitch in Mika's jaw tells her it didn't. She quickly clears her throat. "You had to go. Be with your family. Heal. I got that. I still do."
This time Mika just nods, accepting the understanding. Believing it even. After all, these words are coming from Jules. Honest and straightforward Jules. Would she think any other way, she wouldn't hesitate to tell her, too.
"So what brought you back?" Jules asks when Mika stays quiet.
The slight change of subject helps Mika to relax a little. "Bailey," she answers, an almost amused chuckle falling of her lips, "Turned out she was right. Took me a bit longer than a few weeks, or months even, but in the end, and very much against my own expectations, I did start to feel better. Do better. I'm not sure about the getting out stronger part. But yeah, after months and months of darkness, I could see some light again. A reason to move on."
Jules' eyes grow big again, showing a mixture of joy, care, hope and support. "You want to rejoin a surgical program?"
"No," Mika shakes her head, "I want to rejoin your surgical program. The more I thought about it, the more I realized I only want to, only can do this with you—"
"So what's it gonna be?" the bartender's voice cuts her off. "One beer, or five?!"
Without giving it any more thought, Mika turns towards him, raises her hand and gestures five. Worst case scenario she's got to do a lot of drinking tonight. Facing Jules again, she goes on unabated without noticing the effect the poor timed interruption left on her, "—with you guys."
"Y-Yeah, of course. We... we're here for you," Jules stammers, blinking rapidly as if in need to regain her posture. "All of us."
Mika nods again, though not looking as certain. Her gaze turns back to the group across the room.
"You're sure of that?" she asks doubtful, "You think they even wanna see me again? I let everyone down. Left without a word. While you were all there for me, supported me for weeks. If I were—"
"—if you were in our shoes, you'd be the first to understand. To still be here," Jules stops her. "These people love you. Endlessly. And even more when you bring them beer." Grinning, she nods toward the tray on the bar counter behind Mika, the five drinks waiting to be shared.
Biting her lips, Mika takes a deep breath, eyes to the ceiling, before looking at Jules again. "Okay, let's say you're right," she says, "Can I have one more minute?"
"You can have two," Jules smiles reassuring and compassionately. She crosses her arms. "So... you actually got back in? Since you're here and all?"
"I did," Mika answers, gratefully accepting the distraction Jules is offering her. "I'm ten months behind though, at least. Not sure if I can catch up with you. Which is alright, really. I'm already glad I got the chance to continue." She scrunches her nose. "I just regret teasing Skywalker about being his boss. Pretty sure that's gonna bite me in the ass at some point."
The second the burst of genuine laughter falls off Jules' lips, Mika knows it's the highlight of her night.
When Jules steps closer towards her and lightly rests her hand on Mika's shoulder, she also realizes that's not exactly a good thing; after all this time, the electricity between them is still fully there... while it obviously can't be.
As if by reflex, she tries to draw back, create some distance again, but she can't; the solid bar counter is still very much right behind her.
"I don't think you have to worry about him, as he will just be your classmate again," Jules grins, seemingly unaware, "Me, on the other hand..."
She laughs again. She really has to stop doing that.
Mika chuckles along, then swiftly turns to pick up the tray. Maybe being together like this, just the two of them, isn't the best idea?
As she starts to move towards the group, Jules—now free from the drinks she was supposed to get—follows in her trail. Despite the challenge of the quite heavy tray, Mika briefly looks over her shoulder. "So, you and Kwan, huh?"
Jules' immediate response comes with a snort. "What? No, what makes you think that?"
Mika stops in her tracks. "Because..." She falls quiet. "Because I'm an idiot," she thinks to herself, shaking her head. Turning around, her eyes find Jules' again.
"Listen, I do think I should see the others now. I- I want to, really. But do you think, one of these days, you and I could, maybe, like...?"
Jules cocks her head, a playful smirk curving her lips. "Mika Yasuda, if you're asking me to go for a run with you, I swear to God, I will end you!"

Hello hello!
Just wanted to drop in!! Don't ask me why rn I'm a bit clueless myself (I've been working all week idk whats real anymore) But I'm also in a slight rambling mood.... that's if you wanna read-
Firstly I hope your recovering from work and stress is going okay :( eat and drink plenty, and if possibly good rest!!
I've been reading CRCB again, I've been reading a few chapters each night before I sleep (Like how I used to stay up until like midnight for me for every new chapter release hehe) oh my god I forgot how good it was... you're writing never fails to impress me!! I just adore everything about it... when I finish rereading it I may have to go back to the Kyletober fics, those were just *chefs kiss* to die for. Tumblr has converted me into a big Kyle lover.
And since i FINALLY bought the games, I've played MW now, in the middle of playing MW2 and oh my god, great games (fuck graves I liked him for a bit... not anymore) BUT THEY ARE HARD? the older games were easier istg. But getting to finally play the storylines that I've read so much about feels awesome. I'm now a big AleRudy fan heh.
Also... I wanted to ask first before yapping I have a fic idea and wanted to yap abt it lol- would that be okay?! It's omegaverse and honestly I was thinking abt it... then realised wait what if some parts are too simular to yours-- I don't wanna do that at all cause I'd feel horrible but yeah I'm rlly just yappin now HELP-
Have a wonderful day/night whenever you read this, many hugs to help you feel better :3
Hi love!! I feel that idk what's real anymore so hard. This whole month has felt that way for me honestly.
Thankfully work has slowed down to a manageable pace once more so things are a lot less stressful. I get real weekends again too so that's been nice these last couple weeks.
Aww thank you!! I'm glad you've been enjoying my writing! That's super sweet of you to say.
The games are so hard. I almost rage quit MW and MW2 so many times (I refuse to play MW3 I will not acknowledge the events as canon sue me). I had to watch so many tutorials on Youtube while playing lmao. The older games 100% were easier. I totally agree.
Of course! Yap away! Just always make sure credit is given where credit is due 😊

Hi there! If possible, can I please request some Charlynch/reader cuddles after the reader gets home from a long day at work?
ALSO, I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed your writing since I found your blog a couple weeks ago 😊 you write for a lot of my favorite superstars and your fics make me so happy! I love hopping on Tumblr and seeing new posts from you, so yeah. I just want to say thank you and to let you know that I think you’re awesome and I can’t wait to see what you come out with next! 🫶
Tired and cuddly || Becky Lynch x Reader x Charlotte Flair
Summary: You get home after a long day and you just need some loving. Your girlfriends are happy to provide that for you.
A/N: Thank you so much for the sweet words! It's always a pleasure to write your requests :)
You push the door open, exhaustion radiating from every fiber of your being. The day had been relentless, and all you wanted now was to collapse into the comforting embrace of your girlfriends, Charlotte and Becky. The sight of their cozy apartment was a welcome relief, a sanctuary from the world outside.
As you step inside, you're met with the inviting scent of a home-cooked meal, and you find them both in the kitchen, finishing up the last touches on dinner. Charlotte looks up from the stove, her eyes lighting up when she sees you.
"Hey, you're home!" she greets, her smile warm.
Becky, who's setting the table, chimes in, "Perfect timing. Dinner's just about ready."
You manage a tired smile and make your way over to them. "Thanks, guys. It's been a rough one."
Charlotte steps closer, wrapping her arms around you in a soothing hug. "Well, now it's time to unwind."
Becky joins the embrace, and you feel the fatigue slowly melt away. They both lead you to the table, and as you sit down, you notice the spread they've prepared – your favorite comfort food.
Over dinner, the conversation flows effortlessly. Charlotte and Becky share funny anecdotes from their day, and you find yourself laughing despite the weariness. Their presence is a balm for your soul, and you're reminded of why coming home to them is the best part of your day.
After dinner, the three of you migrate to the living room, where a cozy atmosphere is created by dimmed lights and plush cushions. You settle on the couch, flanked by your two amazing partners.
"Alright, love?" Becky asks, her Irish accent soothing.
You nod, leaning into Charlotte's side as she wraps her arm around your shoulder. "Yeah, I'm just glad to be home."
Becky grins mischievously. "Well, we've got a plan to make sure you feel better."
Charlotte winks, and before you know it, you're sandwiched between them on the couch. They hold you close, fingers tracing soothing patterns on your arm and back. The TV is playing in the background, but it's the warmth and comfort of their presence that truly fills the room.
"You know what's even better than a good cuddle?" Charlotte murmurs, her lips brushing against your forehead.
You glance up at her, intrigued. "What?"
Becky chuckles softly. "A good cuddle with a side of kisses."
And just like that, their lips find yours – soft, tender kisses that convey their love and care. It's as if all the stress of the day is being replaced by a deep sense of connection and contentment.
Hours seem to slip away as you all snuggle up together, exchanging kisses, laughter, and whispered affection. In this moment, the world outside doesn't matter. All that matters is the love you share with Charlotte and Becky.
As the night wears on, the tiredness from the day resurfaces, but it's a different kind of exhaustion now – a pleasant one that's wrapped in the warmth of their love. You realize that coming home to them is like stepping into a haven, where you're cherished and adored.
With a contented sigh, you nestle deeper into their arms, their heartbeats a comforting rhythm against your own. In this cocoon of love, you find the peace and solace you've been longing for, knowing that you're exactly where you're meant to be.

I love your stories and you have so many ! What’s your secret tips to write good fic but also to be able to write everyday like that ? Besides your stories are nothing but short I think it’s impressive . Also, I read in an old post you wrote in Portuguese before translating it but do you still write like that or do you write in English now ? If not I can’t imagine the work you have to produce to rewrite the story in English once finished in your native tongue but thank you for your hard work.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I really appreciate it. I always make an effort to write every day, even when I'm out of ideas. Sometimes I manage to write two or three stories a day! A lot of the time, I just jot down sentences or bullet points, like "the character works as a receptionist" and build from there.
And yes, I still write everything in Portuguese first and then translate it into English using Google Translate. I also use various English spelling and grammar tools I find online to polish it up. It can be a bit of extra work, but I love doing it and I'm glad you enjoy the results! Thanks for your support! 😊
Now, here are some tips from me:
1 - Write Every Day: Even if you’re out of ideas, try to write something every day. It can be as simple as a few sentences or bullet points. Consistency is key!
2 - Keep a Notebook Handy: Inspiration can strike at any moment, so always have a notebook or a notes app ready to jot down ideas. Sometimes the best plots come from random thoughts.
3 - Read a Lot: Reading widely can help you understand different styles and techniques. It can also spark new ideas and improve your vocabulary.
4 - Outline Your Stories: Before diving into writing, create an outline. This can be a detailed plan or just bullet points. It helps to have a roadmap to keep your story on track.
5 - Don’t Fear the First Draft: Your first draft doesn’t have to be perfect. Just get your ideas down on paper and worry about polishing it later. Editing is where the magic happens.
6 - Character Development: Spend time developing your characters. Make sure they have depth, backstories, and motivations. Readers connect with well-rounded characters.
7 - Show, Don’t Tell: Instead of telling readers how a character feels, show it through their actions, dialogue, and thoughts. This makes your writing more engaging and immersive.
8 - Use Dialogue Effectively: Dialogue should sound natural and reflect each character’s personality. It’s also a great way to reveal information and move the plot forward.
9 - Seek Feedback: Don’t be afraid to share your work with others and ask for feedback. Constructive criticism can help you see your story from different perspectives and improve it.
10 - Edit Ruthlessly: Be prepared to cut out parts that don’t work, even if you love them. Every scene and sentence should serve a purpose.
11 - Take Breaks: Don’t burn yourself out. Taking breaks can help you return to your writing with fresh eyes and new ideas.
12 - Keep Learning: Writing is a craft that you can always improve. Take writing courses, read books on writing, and keep honing your skills.
And remember, writing is a journey. Enjoy the process and don’t be too hard on yourself. Happy writing! 📝

Unknown: Hey! 👋🏼
Olivia: Hey. Who's this?
Unknown: Don't tell me you've forgotten about me so soon. 😞
Olivia: If it's the person I think it is, then no. I could never forget about you. 😊
Unknown: I'm glad you could never forget me, because I know for a fact I will never forget you. 💜 But in case you needed confirmation, it's Jungkook. 🫣
Olivia: Of course I knew it was you, did you need something? ☺️
Jungkook: Yes actually, I wanted to see if you were ready to sign the NDA? We have some free time and can use the conference room for extra privacy within the next 10 minutes.
Olivia: Absolutely. 😊 Do you want me to meet you down there?
Jungkook: Yeah if that's okay. It's conference room number 1. I wanted to come up and get you myself, but where I'm just getting back from dance practice my manager thinks it's easier if we just meet. 🥴
Olivia: Your manager is right, there's no need for you coming all the way up here then going right back down. I will meet you there in 10, just let me get freshened up really quickly. 💜
. . .
I hopped out of the bed, heading for the bathroom to fix my hair. I had just woken up from a nap and didn't want to look like a bum when I walked into the conference room.
"And where are you going in a hurry?" Lacie asked while leaning on the bathroom doorway.
"I need to go meet Jungkook downstairs at the conference room. He wants me to go ahead and sign the NDA form with his manager since they have some free time."
I sighed heavily.
"What is it?" She asked confused.
"Do you think this outfit is too laid back for meeting with him?"

"Liv, you look absolutely perfect. Hell I think you could wear a paper bag and the man would still think you're beautiful."
I smiled, keeping the outfit on and making my way to the door. "I'll see you in a little bit, love you."
"Love you babe, have fun."
. . .
Once the elevator stopped in the lobby, I exited making my way to the conference room. I knocked on the door and was met with his bunny smile as it opened.
He motioned for me to come in and had me follow him over to a big table in the middle of the room where a man was waiting with the paperwork.
"Olivia this is Mr. Kim Hyun Soo, he is going to be helping us with the NDA forms today."
"Hello sir." I stated, as he bowed politely with a smile.
"This will not take long, I just need you guys to take a seat over here and I will go over everything with you." Hyun Soo motioned towards the long conference table as the two of us made our way to a seat.

We sat down and immediately he slid papers in front of us. "Okay so there are multiple rules and guidelines we have to follow when the NDA is in place. As you can see the first page is where both of your names will be, stating this mutual agreement is between the two of you specifically. Basically this is saying for you Miss Olivia, that you will not disclose any information you obtain with or about Jungkook and your time together. If you'll sign this portion, we will then proceed."
I grabbed a pen and signed the line, looking at Hyun Soo once I was finished. "Okay perfect, let's move on. This next portion is something Hybe and our attorneys have written up in case this situation ever occurred between one of the members and a fan. You will need to read each line item carefully, along with the consequences if you fail to follow the rules provided to you. Read them aloud please so I know for certain that you have read them."
I grabbed the paper, suddenly feeling nervous. With both of their eyes on me, I began to read. "Number 1, ARMY is prohibited in the sharing of photos, videos, schedules, or any other private information obtained about the idol. Number 2, the idol and ARMY are not allowed to engage in physical contact or relationships when in the public eye, failure to follow this rule will result in a punishable offense-"
I stopped for a moment, taking a deep breath as I was shaking from nervousness. I suddenly felt a hand lay softly against my thigh, patting it gently. I looked into his eyes and Jungkook simply smiled, nodding his head, "It's okay, keep reading Liv. You're doing great."
I smiled, feeling better as I continued to read the rest of the rules and their consequences.
"Okay perfect, if you can just sign your names on the last page I will get them documented for you."
We signed our names and handed the papers back to Hyun Soo, "Thank you for your cooperation with us Miss Olivia, you and Jungkook are now allowed to see each other in his free time. I hope you both have a wonderful day." He bowed and without another word, left the two of us alone in the conference room.
"Wow, that was so intense." I said, looking at Jungkook in relief.
"I know, that was a pain in the ass but it's all finished and we don't have to worry about it now. We can hang out whenever we want and no one can get in the way."
We smiled at each other before I realized his hand was still on my thigh. He met my gaze and quickly retreated his hand, seeming nervous. "I-I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that without ask-"
"Shh, it's okay. You're very sweet for comforting me while I was nervous, thank you." I then kissed his cheek.
He blushed before clearing his throat, "So would you like me to walk you back to your room?
I nodded and without another word, we walked out of the conference room and back down to the elevator.
. . .
Coolest Group Chat Ever has been created.
Jungkook: Hey! Hobi and Olivia, I have you both in here but couldn't add Lacie. Could one of you add her so we can all 4 talk about tonight?
Olivia: On it! There, she's added now! 😊
Lacie: Hey!
Hobi: Hi everyone. So what's going on tonight? 😁
Jungkook: Well I was thinking we could go out to dinner then hit the club after. We will call ahead of time for both, that way we can have private seating at dinner and VIP in the club.
Hobi: That sounds perfect, I'm down if the ladies are good with that.
Lacie: Absolutely. 😊
Olivia: I'm good with that for sure. ☺️
Jungkook: Awesome, then it's settled. Hobi Hyung and I will pick you both up tonight at 8. Make sure to wear something a bit fancy, but also something you can wear to a club! Oh and Hyung, have you and Lacie signed the NDA with Hyun Soo yet?
Hobi: No, we're actually meeting him in 10 minutes though. Everything will be all set by tonight so don't worry. 😉
Jungkook: Great! Liv and I have already signed ours, I just dropped her back at her room. Ladies, we will pick you up at your room later, until then everyone enjoy their day! 😊
. . .
Lacie and I smiled at one another as we laid on our beds. "I still cannot believe this is real."
"I know, I feel like we're living in a dream." I replied, staring up at the ceiling.
"I have to say though, you and JK look so good together." She was now propped up on her elbow, looking over at me.
"I think the same about you and Hobi, he seems like a very sweet guy." I stated as she smiled.
"Yeah he's the sweetest, I'm so glad we're getting to do this and that you guys got us this chance. Have I ever told you how much I love you?"
We both giggled as I looked back at the ceiling, "Of course, and I love you too."
It was silent between us until she suddenly sat up, panicking.
"Liv? What the hell are we supposed to wear tonight??"
My eyes went wide, "Shit."

Just finished my first playthrough of Book 1, and damn dude, that was an amazing story 😭 Alessa affectionately calling my Romanus a soft hearted fool and holding their hand in the rain was bliss 🤌🏼 and sweet Hadrian 🥹 love that boy even more now! He’s so good 😊 God, and I did not know what I would make of the characters I hadn’t met yet but I never expected Rafael to be so shrewd or with his history, Vallen to be so observant, The Pirate to be so fun, Neia to be so terrifying, or Lance to hold so many secrets even as he’s so showy! And the twins 🥹 love them so much, they’re so funny! Thank you for all your hard work! You’ve crafted an amazing story and it’s so fun to play! There’s so much life breathes into it! Can’t wait to play again from another angle
Thank you so, so much! I read your messages three times already; they're so kind. (´༎ຶ ͜ʖ ༎ຶ )♡ I'm so glad you enjoyed the book and that some characters managed to surprise you.
And, in Neia's case, win you over. 😋
It will be very interesting to see, once Book Two is out, who the more popular ROs turn out to be. Hadrian and Alessa have an advantage in Book One since, of course, their routes are the only two that truly develop but in the sequel, where everyone is on more equal ground...
I really can't wait to see how the tides shift.

I just finished the Sims 4 reaper challenge, just in time. Whoever influencer on youtube said it would only take 20 minutes to complete was so wrong *shakes fist*
Maybe if you start with a sim who has all skills maxed out already. It took me 20 hours! I played vanilla except for MCCC and a couple of gardening mods. I just didn't have the stamina to update my 300+ mods I usually use. I had countless glitches to deal with, quests kept disappearing, for some reason my sims would only read a skill book for 10 minutes at a time before they would get up to do something else. It didn't help that my science-career sim got impregnated twice by aliens (even though I did use that machine to stop abductions, but it only lasts a short while). I had 3 nannies and they still couldn't take care of 2 infants correctly. I must admit that I did have fun though (and it may very well be due to my high tolerance of bugs and glitches I have developed in time). I started off with a vampire sim, since I have never played vampires before. Within 20 minutes, I managed to kill him due to overexposure to the sun (whoops). But it was fun playing as a vampire-ghost hybrid (glad hybrids like this are possible now).
Also, infant animations are adorable. They made up for a lot.
My sim ended up marrying fellow vampire Caleb Vatore (I gave him a bit of a makeover because I wasn't a particular fan of his emo vibe), in a hilariously disaster-filled my Wedding Stories catastrophe. I had to try twice, because on my first try, I couldn't click on the arch to get married, even though both grooms were present. The second one had the usual people who randomly got up to do pushups, but I chose a different venue and it seemed to fare better (the first was from the gallery, maybe it was just glitchy). Caleb brought a son into my household (is it just me or do other people also think that the dialogue "talk about expanding the family" refers to how the person feels about getting a kid together with the sim that asks the question?
This is apparently not how it works. They will just adopt a random kid if they are single, or get pregnant if they have a spouse. *sighs* why doesn't it say "convince to add a child to their household"? That would be much clearer.
Maybe I'll update my mods the next time I play (probably in 6 months, judging by my track record!)
I think the concept of a series of quests with rewards for each step is a good idea, especially for more involved things like ambrosia. I liked the guidance and quest steps, especially if you don't play a lot and don't want to read all the information somewhere in a guide.
I'm just not a fan of limited-time-only events in general! I think they should just be made events that you should be able to complete whenever you want. I only did that because I enjoy gardening with my sims and thought it would be a fun challenge to get ambrosia (and I could use it on my ghost sim!)
Now, I'm back to working on my Advent calendar 😊

Hi! :D Just recently finished reading the demo and was wondering was there an option to say farewell to Rena, Mom and Rena's dad?(I know I said I just finished reading but I cannot for the life of me remember this man's name😭) . Because I thought my MC had a good relationship with all three. Totally fine if there wasn't btw and also the latest chapter with all the ROs was so sweet♥️ You manage to make all the ROs so endearing regardless of whether MC is on their romance or platonic path <3
At the monent, you can only say goodbye to Salyra, Rana alone or Danzor and Rana. That scene is 'complete' but doesn't contain all the options I wanted to add or dialogue options either so expect it to be expanded in the full version of the game 😊 And I'm really glad you're enjoying the ROs whether they're romanced or not! It's quite fun to write non-angsty romances/friendships so it's good to know it's reading that way.

Hey hey hey Shadowhunter’s It-Girl (yes i meant it, when i said you ARE the it queeen)
RE Feel good vibes!
OMG just readingggg through your wonderful message and how deliciously indulgent your replies are gave me mad feel good vibes and made me want to bedoink a hammer on my head for not doing it sooner!!!!
I am so glad to hear you’re visiting Japan! What prompted you to want to go there? Like walk me through that brain thought 😊.
Re Dead Boy Detectives!
I am veryyyy aware of your love for Dead Boy Detectives! I love how much you love them! And massive fingers crossed that it gets renewed for a season 2! I know on the ends of comics (non exclusive to just the Dead Boys ongoing but also Fables, Sandman essentially everything that ISN’T batman or a superhero comic) tends to be very much on the ‘unlikely to get a run’ so i’m always fingers crossed. YK? CUZ I GET IT.
Re Book recs
Thank you sooooo much for the lovely book recs! Even if their random if you have more please let me know them! And who/and what do you think a shadowhunter character would react while reading it, or if they would reccomend it to another internally? 🤭
Re Matthewwwwwwwwww
Also a bit of a, in medias reas inserted ask- If TMI is fall, and TID is winter, and TDA is Summer… what do you think is the most appropriate synergistic time to read/reread TLH? Wicked Powers does give me for some reason Spring vibes. But maybe it will be Summer cuz Los Angeles and all… ANYWAY would love to know your thoughts on that!
And OMG, LOVEEEE That Matthew is with his golden retirever! have you managed to sus out from easter egg droppings any intel on his ship? If its a she…? or him… or they.?
Re Asking the It-Girl of Shadowhunters to potentially give me the low down of what i have missed from the fandom these past two-three months i have been away!
I really am soooo out of the loop on all recent happenings and shiftings and lurkings in the fandom? Have there been any? Any new releases? Any new CC updates?
Have you bought anything new shadowhunter related? Like either in terms of art… or memorabilia?
Finally, my kickstarter box hasn’t been shipped either girlie! I am right there with you!!!!! I am not really that mad because I feel like i know this might sound weird, but even from my hiatus of Shadowhunters i still felt really well fed with all the lovely bonus chapters you always post! I loveddd two days ago the newly posted James and Cordelia’s Primemark Adventure bonus chap for example. It just REALLY Just is so well written AND it always satiates that era and time period of London so deeply!
Cheers to more ❤️🔥🌈🌈🌈🤗
JAPAN! So one of my best friends lives there. She's dear to me. I'm visiting her! But also, I've wanted to go to Japan since I was a little kid because I grew up in a Japanese language/culture immersion program. So this is like, a lifelong dream coming true!
I'm going to do TSC blorbo book recs in another post :) Just for you!
Honestly, TLH is always going to give me spring vibes. (Oddly, this is probably my strongest time-of-the-year TSC association - it's just such a gentle and comforting series, like a breezy spring day with flowers blooming after the frost is gone for the year.) I associate it from start to finish with light academia pastel vibes and dewy flowers, and the end of ChoT is New Beginnings incarnate.
Here's a recent commission I bought that reflects the Vibe of TLH for me! It's on my wall now. :)
But yes, agree that TID is winter (for Wessa proposal lmao) and that TMI is fall based on Vibes. Not sure about TWP yet since I've only read the first chapter, I'll wait and see what I think when it comes out!
Re: Matthew ship! We got a snippet (now on Cassie's Tumblr) that brought up a young man named Sylvain Allard. I thought from Moment 1 that he was probably Matthew's love interest.
Catching Up With the Fandom.
Some stuff you may have missed!
Matthew snippets one and two. three. The novella is called A Sea Change! Matthew art is what I showed you before.
The Matthew sticker was accidentally excluded from the first KS box, so he will be arriving fashionably late in the same box as his novella.
The Thomas journal is unfortunately paperback rather than hardback as advertised. This has disappointed me, but it's okay.
I assume you got the Better in Black list, but if not, it's Wessa, Herondaisy, Thomastair, Arianna, Clace, Sizzy, Sebastian/Seelie Queen, Luke/Jocelyn, Blackstairs, and Kierarktina.
First chapter of TWP has been making the rounds via DM, I have indeed read it. It met my expectations. Let me know if you want me to DM it to you.
Anddd....
I'm so glad that you have been enjoying my "bonus chapters!" I hope to have one I'm currently working on up in a couple of days. We shall see. :)
I'm not upset that my box hasn't shipped, there are four (4) people shipping out like 10,000 boxes. It's gonna take a while, and it's okay. I'll be happy when it gets here!
