The only way I take care of myself is imaging how nice it would feel to cut off any of my comfort characters. Telling ratchet to get rest and right before he can snap about how I should do the same i get to say I slept a full eight hours(help me I haven't slept since sunday) and I get to look smug as he huffs and scoffs his way back to his room. Like the fly in your room at 3 AM I just appear behind Optimus and tell him to get his aft to bed before I start editing Wikipedias. I like to think he takes them very personally and when he has free time (rare) he spends them correcting them. Chucking a "How to seek help" at Megatron and just smile. I'd buy those color board from elementary ( the one were you can moved up to green or down for red. ) for the whole deception ship. They'd turn it into a competition and I'd gladly watch it burn. Just spawning on Heatwaves shoulder " your emotionally constipated aren't you heatwave" in a SpongeBob manner. Remember kids if you can't find the will to help yourself just imagine your doing it inspite of someone.
