Concerned with how easy my acid reflux got triggered nowadays. Slight stress, just a bit of caffeine or soda or spicy or sour thing, too much excitement or strong emotion... you can say my chillness is basically mandatory at this rate.
#personal#gdgd#I tire so much nowadays#Still trying to recover from my sister's wedding I guess#that and my usual workload doesn't change much#I feel twice tired and I have to amp the 'good girl' act now that I'm around my parent almost 24/7#and of course the annoying marriage talk#maybe most of it was mental#still trying to talk to my parents about me wanting to seek professional help but maybe after me moving my things back from my old apt.#pity there's so much thing I want to do I want more time#and more stamina#I'm super grateful for my friends and my fandoms tho I have wonderful support system#I need to really change my sleep/waking schedule but man I really am not a morning person#also I'm sure my overthinking tendency is really a bad habit but how do you shut down your brain again
