psa!!! i have moved to a new blog that i am currently keeping off the radar/off of tumblr recommended -- i worked out a system where i'm slowly following back the mutuals i have here once i finish writing the drafts i owe to y'all. which i feel is making it very nice and low pressure for me 😌

once i've whittled down my draft count, i'll switch the urls back over so that i'm at this url again... so no huge rebrand or anything, and it'll be back to business as usual! i expect it to be a process of another month or two, so for any of my mutuals i haven't followed just yet: if i've got one of your drafts cooking, i promise i'm getting around to it! and for any new followers, that just means a potential delay on me getting around to looking at your blogs until i'm officially moved over.

after the move, i am going to be more selective going forward in the sense that i want to keep a cleaner dash, as well as to be actively plotting/building dynamics/writing with mutuals. "writing" is last on that list because i will never judge reply speeds, ic or ooc!! i do however want to have some intial ooc back and forth, a foundation to build narratives upon, and some active interest in building character dynamics/rships.

i'll expand on all this when i make the move official!

I was going through some old art and decided to remake some old art from years ago. So say hello to my three TWST OCs!

Walter Souris is the founder and first headmaster of Night Raven College. Originally working as a teacher at Royal Sword Academy, he was discharged for his troublesome behavior and went on to build his own school of magic. He has big ambitions, and he forever strives to make them a reality.

Alden Prim is an author originating from Briar Valley, known for documenting and writing various stories that have lasted in popularity till the present day. Not much is known about his background, and he disappeared one day and was never seen again.

it's so funny that you say this actually cuz i did have a mini resident evil phase for a while! i say mini though cuz it wasn't really a full, all-encompassing hyperfixation where it consumed my soul lol, but i did really enjoy markiplier's re7+8 and re2 remake playthroughs and i latched onto them for a bit. ^^ i was more into the mithan/ethan winters of it all than the more classic resident evil characters admittedly but i have been interested in going back and playing some of the older games at some point! or at least watching someone else play them, lmao. i'm not really a survival horror guy when it comes to actually playing games, but maybe if easy mode is kind enough on a novice like me it could be fun to actually pick up a controller for once glksadjfkl ^^;

My instinct is to say a cat because she just seems like a cat person /pos. She'd get a black cat that she found on the side of the road because 1. Her aesthetic, 2. She loves that black cats have a silly superstition, and 3. She can't help but care for neglected strays. She'd let it sit across her shoulders or on her lap as she typed at her computer, lay across her lap as she'd read books, cuddle against her side as she slept, wind around her feet as she walked. She'd scratch its ears affectionately and never give it a proper name, sticking solely to nicknames. Bonus points if the cat is only affectionate to her and hates everyone else, I think she'd like that.

Ultimately though I think she wouldn't get a pet of any kind because they'd be too hard to take care of in her line of work/she'd be gone too often or not have time. She'd prefer living alone with nothing relying on her because it'd be easier to leave or hide or alter her living situation in any way if there's no one but her. But she'd definitely think of having a cat.
