Bloodsport Puppet Mantis God (and Charon) for @mantisgodsart [Attack #80]

(I did some work to this piece post-art fight, because the attack version felt unfinished but I hadn't had the time to poke at it and get it where I wanted. Below the cut are some of the iterations:

submission on art fight -> after some additions but still felt like it was missing a few things -> final

MEET CICERO!!!!!!!! (Yes hes named after the one from skyrim) he's a robotic jester- or maybe a cyborg? depends, seeing as he has a human heart and brain but every other aspect of him is a special liquid-like metal. It holds its form in whatever shape he wants it to be (because magic). he wears a porcelain mask, with a single crack. his main weapons are his baton and five solid steel four-pound juggling balls. Also, yes, he can juggle his head, its detachable for a reason. no one knows what the black stuff on him is... and he doesn't seem to know either.

Do you crochet or knit? I wanna know what kind of granny squares are your favourite, personally I love the starburst granny squares

I'm trying to make a patchwork cardigan from different pinks but this project took me over a year because

1) I underestimated the amount of yarn I needed and also had to make the cardigan a bigger size than originally planned

2) the buttons I ordered came in the wrong size so I might have to crochet my own buttons

3) I was drowning in reports, seminars and projects

So all three combined kinda drained my motivation but seeing you talk about making season themed squares inspired me to go back and finish my cardigan, I'm almost done! Just 4 more squares to go!

I crochet!! I sadly can't knit even if my life depends on it 🥹🥹

I love granny squares in all shapes and sizes!!

My very first "big project" was that harry styles square oversized cardigan thingy and it turned out amazing!

Made an entire blanket out of sunflower granny squares (making a second one as we speak) and also started Tanjiros haori!

Crocheting takes a crazy amount of yarn so if you think you have enough- always order at least one more ball of yarn 🥹

Buttons!! I have a whole drawer full of them please come over and pick whatever you'd like lol.

BUT YOU GOT THIS!! 4 MORE SQUARES!!! 💫🫶

i've been really into crochet and my ocs lately and its awesome combining the two. i just finished crocheting a skirt with colors that reminded me of peter (dark green) and ellen (dark red) and now i'm making a crocheted bucket hat with cat ears with the same two yarns. the two fixations woven together <3

Hi. So. My buddy Neon is doing a Mincraft thing. It's themed. It's themed around the elements.

I uhhhhh. I'm well known for using an Enderman skin (usually the one in the suit from that free pack) but I'm on pc so I made a custom one and... and my element?

Guys.

My element is *water*. I chose *water* for my *enderman*.

Anyways, she's a pirate and wants to establish a huge dock system at the water's edge so she can live peacefully on her ship :3
