i have very meta anxiety abt getting mentally i’ll again or developing symptoms i’ve never had before and now i’m like genuinely how do u know if ur manic or just rly happy

#racing thoughts can’t sleep appetite weird #feeling rly rly good for no reason and super productive and ppl are commenting on it #i’m not in therapy rn cause i finished exposure therapy like a year ago and was rly stable and doing good #but now i’m so scared. like if this is something what’s gonna happen when it ends. maybe i need to find a therapist again #cause my old one doesn’t take my insurance #i’ve been feeling like this for a few weeks
