so glad someone else is onboard with the (i surely must assume) autistic buck cleven grindset ive been too afraid to post about it but it lives in my brain. something about the way he processes emotions is so intrinsically autistic to me its insane. im certain it was not intended that way but my god its there when you look for it. the toothpicks. the way he's misaligned with conventional society because he doesnt like 'normal' things like drinking and dancing. hes so inexplicably autism coded and its going to kill me

totally agree with everything you’ve said. when i find myself identifying in some way with a character and how they process/deal with emotions and how they conduct themselves in the world they live in, i feel like that automatically raises question marks in my mind lmao.
