also wanna say i’m very proud of myself for sticking with this and doing job stuff even tho it can be very hard
#i have such a mental barrier that’s very hard to break through#i get so in my head about how terrible things could go and how much better it would be to just stay home#it’s gotten a lot worse these past few months i feel#i think having my janitor job rlly made me a hermit#everything just seems so overwhelming and overstimulating#but i’m doing it ! and it’s actually rlly nice and cool !#and glad that it’s working out and i’m glad i continue to go and everything#oh man also i got praised for how well i cleaned the kitchen tonigjt#literally was only showed it once i’m just such a badass#i love cleaning and wiping and sweeping i Love it#i love cleaning messes and knowing my work is like. helping others#either other coworkers i’m the morning crew#or just creating a clean environment for others to make pizza in#and make less ppl sick lol#it’s not a rlly dirty place but. it definitely needs work#think i’m just used to working at the deli we kept things right there#anyways :) i feel rlly great#fuck i just had heart palpitations lol#i’m gunna fuckong zonk now#tomorrow i’m gunna make bracelets and pack shit and straight vibe

alos my body has just been so weird lately
#maybe it’s just the t idk#but i’ve had like this weird nauseous for almost two days now#and my gut just feels messed up#my appetite has been rlly low like i get hungry but everything sounds so bad#which is very not like me#not to the extent it was today#like thinking about eating made my stomach turn#ugh man i rlly just need to get a good sleep tonight#i’m like. begging for a good rest#i rlly rlly need it#i just wanna sleep soundly#and when i do wake up in a few hours to pee and feed my cat#i’ll be able to zonk quickly again#it’s very hard running on terrible sleep#only got a few solid hours in last night it was terrible#i rlly hope it’s not my fuckong adderal#also i should start keeping track of how my adderall effects me each day#i’ll start one rn#and then i’m gunna watch slime vids and zonk
