Idk if this’ll help but I myself am a writer. Ofc, I’m still a beginner and not at all close to being a professional, but Ik how it is when it comes to writing. Life just gets in the way. And especially when it comes to the art of writing.. it takes time and you especially, as the author, have to be in that current mindset. (Ur health and mind should be ur #1 priority)

No one should have any negative opinion when it comes to an author taking time to write. Writing, is almost like fine wine. The longer it takes, the more the flavor and the love, the passion, was put into it.

And when you read it..

The audience can really see that. <3

So take your time. No one is disappointed, we all support and understand you taking your time. We all can’t wait (we can <3) to see what you come up with. Very much looking forward to it.

It has all the story elements I love. The young couple in love, they are both virgins but the women is more sexually confident and forward because she loves and trusts her man. Like she is just so comfortable around him that she isn’t afraid or nervous for him to see her naked body because they will be married and they will belong to each other, forever. She also isn’t shy about looking at his naked body when he gets out of the tub.

The trust they have in each other is beautiful and hints at the many years they have known each other and loved each other. Jace is clearly very flustered that his beautiful betrothed, his first love and the love of his life is not only naked in front of him after doing a pseudo striptease for him, she is in the bathtub with him, pressing her skin against his and cleaning him. Him blushing all over and being nervous and flustered was adorable and sexy.

Plus the the way they care for each other and clean each other? So intimate and loving. Jace being so concerned about her honor because of his fear of being called bastard was so in character and very sweet. He doesn’t even want to risk kissing her because he loves her so much and he wants their first time to be right.

Nonsexual intimacy is my favorite thing ever and you did it perfectly. You can feel their history, love, affection, etc. You captured their backstory and subtext so well in just a few thousand words. I re-read it a few times now and it is hands down, one of my all-time favorite ASOIAF fanfics. It’s perfect
