Everyone seems to be talking about the Simba's Pride scripts, production notes, early drafts, and concept art-work that were recently unearthed from eBay and all the headcanon/fanfic/family-tree material that it gives, but how come no one, FRIGGIN NO ONE talks about the deleted scene from The Lion King 1½ where Timon and Pumbaa meet and talk to Scar.

I'm not even kidding:

In the original plotline for The Lion King 3, Timon and Pumbaa (for whatever reason) were supposed to be looking for Mufasa, the Lion King. They would've come across the Elephant Graveyard and, mistaking Scar for Mufasa, come across Scar himself along with his hyena army after they have completed the Be Prepared musical number. Timon remarks that Scar is not Mufasa, to which Scar says "Must I forever be reminded of this," a nod to the original when the hyenas mistake Scar for Mufasa. The hyenas, wanting 'revenge' chase Timon and Pumbaa throughout the Graveyard before losing them.

And no, this isn't a recent discovery, (well sorta). The person storyboard artist, Amber Hollinger, (who worked on several direct-to-video sequels such as Belle's Magical World, Lilo and Stich 2, and Fox and the Hound 2) had this uploaded to her site in 2012, over 12 years ago. Since then it was added to the wiki in the concept gallery. I may have only recently found out about their source, but I knew this deleted scene existed for close to a decade. I can't be the only one who regularly thinks about this, right?

Personally, while I think the idea of Scar and Timon exchanging lines is sheer hilarity in of itself (tangent: Would they have gotten Irons back for this one-off line or would they have had Jim Cummings record some speaking lines for Scar like they did in Simba's Pride?), I can understand why it got cut, since it probably would screech the film to a halt if they had this one cameo from Scar and the hyenas drag out on and on when the movie is supposed to be an interquel with the main story and characters being a backdrop (at least during the second act that coincides with TLK's first act). To add to that, it also raises up a legitimate plot-hole in Scar knowing that there were witnesses to his conspiracy, witnesses who seemingly knew about he was about to kill, and did nothing, and in a movie filled with possibly deliberate inconsistencies, this in particular would be too tall to overlook.

But overall, it's pretty cool, and I think in a fandom that fascinates over deleted material, this is pretty underrated (then again, the 3rd movie in of itself is entirely underrated).

Have you ever met any of the voice actors on Spongebob?

i’m incredibly lucky to say that i have!! i first met (“met”, at least as much as one can in a Zoom.. but Rodger did say hi to me!!) Rodger Bumpass and Carolyn Lawrence on a Zoom call back in 2021 to celebrate the premiere of The Patrick Show, and i met Tom Kenny and Doug Lawrence this year at our Kamp Koral season 1 wrap party! i got to stand next to Mary Jo Catlett in a picture as well :) saw some of the others like Bill Fagerbakke and Clancy Brown but didn’t get to say hi

i posted these before! but now is as good as time as any to tell my tale

when i showed up to the party i was Visibly Confused as to where to go since it was held in a (very pretty!) bar in Union Station but very out of the way bar. so i just sort of hung around until i recognized someone from the show so i could hound them as to where to go

i saw our showrunner Marc Ceccarelli and Doug Lawrence walk in and very shamelessly ran up to them like “hi do you guys have any idea where to go” etc etc etc and cracked some jokes. trying to play it cool and not throw up my breakfast lunch and dinner because holy shit i’m walking with Doug Lawrence! but he was so kind and cool and actually introduced himself first and gave me a handshake, i think i babbled something like “i know who you are and i’m trying not to freak out” HAHA so. so much for keeping it cool

but he was incredibly kind! and as we were getting our name tags he pointed to the one in the picture above he wasn’t using and was like “do you want this?” so i told him yes and i’ll be sure to sell it on ebay right away (it is proudly pinned on my corkboard above my desk and is never going to leave my possession)

later on i saw Tom and was like. i have to introduce myself or i will literally never live with myself. so i hung around until he had a free moment and was like “HI IM ELIZA IM A (at that time) STORYBOARD REVISIONIST IM SO SORRY I KNOW YOU GET ASKED THIS A TON BUT MAY I PLEASE HAVE A PICTURE WITH YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH”

he was SO NICE! that’s putting it so mildly. he hung around for at least 15 minutes and had a beer with us and talked about how he got his start and his career as a comedian. it was so. so amazing and kind of him to stay around and very casual! so much so that Doug came by and Tom even introduced me to him since i’m an out of towner and Doug was like “hey i know you!!” which. again. hard not to pass out on the spot. i think i babbled something like “SpongeBob and Plankton are my two favorite characters just so you know so i am in heaven right now” HAHA probably not the most professional approach but who cares

still one of the greatest nights of my life and a moment i’ll treasure for the rest of my life! i’m hoping that i’ll be able to have more stories to tell in a very similar vein to this one. beyond bucket list level and i’m still so gobsmacked that i can’t even find the words to express just how life changing and amazing and humbling it was

Scott Dunham, Lawrence Tylas, Anya Rodinas, and a man known simply as Boris are in Boston, secluded in an old Brownstone on Beacon Street. Publicly, they are guests of a man named David Regal; Actually, they have been summoned and sequestered there by Victor Von Doom. The former Lord of Latveria addresses the group : “All of you have joined me and my cause of your own free wills, and you have my word of honor that good will be done here – good for the people of Latveria.

“It is time now to act. We separate at this juncture. I shall continue on my own, and we shall rendezvous in Transia in three days.”

Each of Doom’s guests receives a one-way plane ticket to Transia and hotel reservations for a one-night stay at a local inn. Boris receives a map giving a location to meet Doom; written instructions with the map explain how a hidden base can be accessed should Doom fail to arrive at the appointed time – 10 PM, the day after the team arrives in Transia.

Doom warns: “My counterpart may track the ticket purchases through one of his many aliases. Do not trust anyone other than the manager of the inn, Karl Hammak; he is aware of your mission and will be beneficial to our cause without revealing your mission or your powers.”

As the team leaves paparazzi and eBay-autograph-hounds swarm around the actors and actresses of TV soap opera ‘Secret Hospital’. The one who draws the most attention is the famous and alluring actress/model M.J. Watson-Parker; her scientist husband shuffling nervously at her side. The troupe is also traveling to Transia for an on-location shoot for their series.

The person seated across from Boris aboard the plane is elderly and nervous; He is eventually approached by a tall, toned and slim woman with silver hair who coldly whispers, “You’ve been upgraded to 1st class, Herr Schwarzer. You’ll soon stand trial for your war crimes and crimes against humanity.” The woman, Silver Sable, attempts to lead him away, but the man is armed with a loaded gun and he tries to resist. As an interrupted terrorist attack unfolds, one of Boris steps in to aid and prevent any stray bullets from puncturing the aircraft.

A young girl is seated towards the rear of the plane, obviously nervous about the flight, and she begins constantly complaining of worsening headaches. The girl is a latent mutant, and Anya is able to coach the girl through it.

A small, bald man meets the group at the airport and asks to escort them to the hotel. He says he is the owner of the best hotel in Transia, with a majestic view of Wundagore Mountain. When they enter his van, it floods with amazingly intense knockout gas; the vehicle itself is reinforced with Vibranium to deter any physical escape. They had fallen victim to The Puppet Master (Phillip Masters) who once again works for Doom II. He wants to reduce the party to mindless slaves, setting them to attacking the countryside, terrorize the innocent villagers, and wreak general havoc. They are rescued by their Master, Doom I, but are discredited and ashamed.

can i ask where you find all your old merch? i’m on a lot of collector + thrifting sites but i never have much luck

the key is checking every day multiple times a day. when i’m collecting (aka when i have expendable money), i usually cycle through this rotation of sites a few times a day: ebay (probably the most successful for me), mercari, poshmark, and depop. i actually hate depop so so so much because the sellers are delusional and the inflation is fucking insane, but occasionally you will find someone selling a whole lotta goodies for very little. mercari is truly a hit when it’s a hit and poshmark is probably the BEST in terms of how low you’ll actually be paying for something (like when you find something good it’ll usually be like the most reasonable price and sellers are really generous with discounts and offers). i’ve used grailed a few times for some splurge pieces but i tend to avoid them as well. there’s also this really cool tool called gem.app where it searches the whole internet for items for sale. on all of these apps i have alerts and saved searches for: my chemical romance, mcr, fall out boy, fob, frank iero, clandestine industries, frank iero, death spells and leathermouth (those last two are DEAD there’s never anything new lol). but it also takes patience like sometimes you just wait for the right price for you and sometimes it will take forever but eventually you’ll be like oh sweet someone is getting rid of their closet from 9th grade that’s been sitting in their mom’s garage for 15 years. i have set rules for myself like i’ll never pay over $100 for a piece and if i do it’s getting good wear like a hoodie or a jacket. and you just stick to your rules on things like that and you’ll know okay it’s not the right time to buy. also people love collections and sometimes if you post yours people will wanna send you stuff for discounted or free or other collectors will send tips on finds they might stumble across in their search!!

edit: ALSO, best tip ever is always sort newest instead of most popular or best match. those will always show you things that have been up for a while and haven’t been bought yet, most likely because they’re insanely expensive, but sorting by newest is your best chance of just getting to the listing FIRST before all the hounds descend.

Hi anon, thank you!! : ) I'll list what I have, please forgive that I'm not going to source out links for each one of them but I'll list the brand and toy name for you. I like to rotate around so they don't get bored.

For Kong: Obviously the "classic" styles. I also have a Mike "Genius" in small and large, one or two Goodie Ribbons in some size or other and both classic and extreme, a Wobbler, a Dental in extreme, and a Spin It. Although it's not an ""enrichment"" toy, one of Ashen's top three favorite toys is their classic ball with rope toy, lmao. West Paw: We looove this brand. I have two Toppls for each dog (small and large), a Qwizl in each size, a Tux in each, a large Rumbl, a Tizzi in each size. They make plugs for the toppls that you can get on Etsy (I personally love Sniffingtons! They also make Kong plugs).

Outward Hound/Petstages: They have some really awesome stuff! We have two Orka tires, two or uhhh three?? of the Carrot Stuffers.

JW Pet: I have like four Hol-ee Rollers of various sizes and a Playbites Caterpillar.

Planet Dog: I have an Orbee-Tuff carrot someplace. I cannot find it and it makes me sad lmao. I also have a Guru (this one is neat but the texture likes to magnet cat hair so. That's your warning lol)

Trixie: The snack snake!! We were given one as a gift. It's awesome.

I know the company that produced them was Chap Mei. They're one of my favorite toy brands. I was scrolling through the Toy Animal Info Wiki and I didn't know they made dog figures and was looking for a few breeds I collect. BUT the photos on the wiki didn't include any of the accessories. So while looking for the Afghan Hound I found the set with the accessories and was like !!!!

Right off the bat, maxing out Kroot Shapers with 3 units, and their our only leaders for 50 x 3

Kroot carnivores sadly do not have the battleline keyword, so we max out there at 3 units. To max model count and points, we’re taking 20 model units, so 150 x 3

Next, Krootox. They come in squads of three, and are ridiculously cheap pts wise, so we’re taking three units for 105 x 3

Kroot Hounds, at 12 models a unit and 90 x 3 for the max we can take

And lastly, because it’s the only Kroot unit left, three units of Kroot Farstalkers, for 105 x 3

Precision of the Patient Hunter, as it’s the only enhancement that doesn’t exclude Kroot (racist), for 20

For a grand total of 1520pts. Excluding the enhancement, exactly 3/4ths of a full army. Fuck

Now, you can do this for 500, 1000, and 1500 point games, but sadly Kroot arn’t going to be winning a  tournament anytime soon. Or are they? Let’s say we get sneaky, and count proxies as Kroot. Dinosaur ta’unar is out cause it’s 600 pts, but a storm surge is very affordable at 405. Strap that big gun to a dinosaur and your golden

We’ll also include stealth suit proxied Kroot (paint them green with scales and tails or something) to get us to 2000 pts exactly. Stealth suits give a bonus to FtGG, which Kroot can’t use (racist) but our Kroot proxied stormsurge can. Use that to wipe the big units while you focus on krootmaxing the smaller ones, and you’ve got a decent chance in a non-competitive game

And just for fun, let’s find out how much 1500pts of Kroot would cost in real world points, also known as dollars. I’m using MSRP for sake of this post, but you should never ever buy at store cost. Amazon has a flat 15% discount on all GW models, and you might find them cheaper on r/miniswap, eBay, or your local game store. You can get them even cheaper if your willing to proxy, have a 3d printer, or just use cardboard tokens. Anyways enough soapboxing, here’s the list

Assuming no cost reduction shenanigans, just buying straight from GW, Shapers are $21, so $63 for 3

Carnivores come in boxes of 16 for $64, so to get to 60 (units of 20 x 3 units) you would have to buy 4 boxes for $255, and you would have 4 Kroot extra. If you’re smart you could proxy those as Shapers to cut down on cost, but we’re just looking for one big GW approved number, so I won’t include that

Krootox are easier to count, and it’s one Kroot for one box. At $44 a box and 9 boxes, tht comes out to an eye watering $396. That’s enough to buy a Ta’unar and two arms, or 20% of a Manta

Kroot Hounds are $33 a box, but that’s a bit of a cheat, cause there’s only 4 in a box. For a full 12 dog unit it’s 3 boxes, at $90, which makes a full unit of Hounds only a dollar cheaper than a Hammerhead. For the sake of the list it’s $270, but never on gods green earth should you be paying 30 bucks for a third of a unit of shitty hounds. Just build your extra Kroot as Hounds, or don’t even bother cause they’re not that good

And lastly, Kroot Farstalkers. Easy peezy. $105 a box with 3 boxes is $315, which’s t this point just doesn’t even faze me despite that being a ludicrous amount of money

And now, the total cost of every Kroot unit you can legally play in a game of 40K, using only GW’s prices. You ready? Cause I promise you’re not. It’s $1,237 dollars. That isn’t including shipping, taxes, import cost, the cost of glue and paint, the trip to the hospital from inhaling the glue fumes from 150 models all drying

And for my last trick, that means the Kroot line as a whole, has a dollars to points ratio of 1:.82

For context, to buy a full 2000 pt army for $500s, you’d need a dollar to points ratio of 1:4

(I forgot about the ‘summer break’,… this small business owner has not had a day off in 942 days, so vacations kind of slip my mind.)

What would I have Congress be aware about?

This letter/petition/address is about as unusual, as unusual gets.

Please,… indulge me – and read the following words. I am an American citizen. I am a U.S. Marine veteran. I have connections to 14 post-secondary institutions – (so far.) I am a past collegiate valedictorian, and an ‘Employee of the Year’,  but that is not to say that I am not without faults, and failings. – I failed out of my first college. I've spent a long time, learning – hard (and expensive) lessons. I am the small business owner of: A Urumalli, U Macinasar, G Entum – Unique Destinations Enterprise EIN: XX-XXX3096 an online company that has been available for the world to view, without any financial burden being incurred by the public, since December 31. 2020.

56 months ago, while virtually exploring this beautiful planet, as I was taking ‘snapshots’ of many interesting places – for possible future scrutiny and potential rock-hounding/exploring – I captured an image – I hadn’t counted on observing.

At first,… I had been intrigued – by a possible 15 C. ship wreck,… – and I had been moved to reach out to communicate with a local university, regarding a possible expedition. It was only after several days, that I came to notice, the object – that has come to occupy – all – of my mind.

It took me two years of deepest (and solitary) – contemplation, (and working with three web developers), before I was able to turn my website 'on'.

The funding for the website had originally come from my mother’s ‘pin’ money, as she did not want me to part with my most valuable rock specimens on eBay. And,… the last monies I had needed for the website – she had given me on January 18th, 2020 – two hours before she fell – and broke her femur – and began a three-month horror of agonizing pain, in three nursing homes, before succumbing at home, as I watched her – helpless – knowing she passed needlessly – for a simple – lack – of water.

She was a WONDERFUL woman. A wife, mother, nurse, artist, gardener, and my sounding board. She was a ‘Super Woman’.

My mother had believed in me – and I had dreamed such dreams -for – my folks.  I had been envisioning, a happy old life for them, (what with my ‘amazing‘ news, helping make affordable – a wonderful enriched sunset) to pass their days!

Now,… my dad carries on – like a battleship,… tough and durable – yet slow to move. I have taken over his care – from my mother – and – besides making sure that he is fed, clothed, kept clean and comfy,… I am left – (self)tasked – with trying to bring ‘change’ to the world.

I formed a company around an idea – intellectual conceptualization – aka intellectual property. The ‘idea’ that I could inform the planet, of – something – truly ‘remarkable’, and – that, in the doing,… I might be ‘elevated’ financially – into the class of deep-pocket philanthropists.

This has been my dream – It is in my company’s name. A Urumalli, U Macinasar, G Entum – Unique Destinations Enterprise – Aurum Allium Acinas Argentum / Golden Onion Seed Money.

It was my ‘projection‘ that with my company’s financially ‘successful��� roll-out,… I would have other interesting places to offer for exploration,  but now – will also – have the wherewithal – to assist others – with their – dreams.

I was contemplating have the funds to help provide for a Nursing scholarship/ school/ hospital wing/ (something – to honor my mom.) I foresaw helping with business start-ups, education assistance,  homeless assistance programming, and those with birth defects and physical handicaps.

I have entertained such extravagant dreams, and spent long hours – ‘imagining’ without restrictions – wondering what could ‘be’ – if money – was not an object,  (as a lottery winner, might dream upon.)

This dreaming has not been empty. I have been able to dream to the maximum, aided by the ‘mojo‘ contained in my IP data.

The challenge I face now – is moving beyond just words and images on a page, and moving into –  purposeful, productive, progressive action,  – and – financial evolution.

My company emphasized only being able to point to where to look. What actually is – ‘there’ –  at the coordinates – has yet to be determined.

This information, has lived in my skull for 56 months. At present, my company has only incurred expenses. It had been known to me that I currently reside on the far-left side, of the ‘economic’ bell curve, and the ‘potentiality’ of my intellectual property,… would have me relocated on – the opposite ‘shore’. (I foresee no ‘in-between’.)

I have long felt like I am living in a fairy tale – on the order of ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’. I believe I have a golden goose – a gift – that keeps on giving,… and,… I am left,… finding a way,… to get – to the market.

Let me reiterate, my company and I know nothing  of what was testified to at the House Oversight Committee meeting on UAP, that was held on 7/26/2023.

I know nothing about what is being reported – being seen moving around in the sky, these days – the ‘tic-tacs’, cubes, or fuzzy balls.

What my company CAN PROVIDE UNDERSTANDING UPON, regards – something – that looks to have happened  – AGES – ago.

This is the intellectual property, that has shaped my Unique Destinations Enterprise.

I offered the ‘directions – to a dream’, and the ‘coordinates – of copious cogitation‘.

I offered the GPS coordinates that could give a well-heeled adventurer – an ‘experience of a lifetime!‘

My Presentation was not without hiccups, but We sought, (and have made), improvements, over the time –  striving to permit clearest comprehension – in 104 languages – the words, that have been written – and the imagery, I have been able to post.

My 1st GPS Sale attempt, lasted 775 days, closing on Valentine’s Day, 2023 – (with me retaining the IP data.)

While trying to ‘sort-out’ my ‘next’ step,… I have had to compose two open letters to NASA, create social media posts, mow the lawn, weed the garden, and to get a small merchandise item available for offer to the public – (potentially permitting me the first income from my 56 months of laboring!)

As I had stated before, I cannot talk of things – floating around – today.

I can only provide insight – into something that (maybe) happened – Yesterday – – something – of interest – to everyone – ‘ancient‘ – as History – (maybe).

The information that I can impart – is something – for all people, not only to those living in America.

This was my construct – to SHARE new information with everyone, – to permit humanity, a ‘chance’, to move into ‘tomorrow’ – (in a forward, up-lifted fashion.)

I have recently communicated a letter to NASA regarding their AARO UAP Inquiry Development Framework meeting that was presented on 5/31/2023. This letter, was actually the ‘second’ note created, to discuss that meeting. I have posted this ‘open letter’  – on tumblr, and on Our website on the Director’s Den page, found on the About Us page.

I am well aware of the phrase – ‘not wanting to sound the fool‘. – I have little tolerance for ‘BS’. My experience with asthma has left me with zero tolerance for folk who would purposely spew false or inflammatory nonsense. I would rather spend my precious breath trying to speak as clearly and truly, as possible – than to be thought of – as one who spouts – ‘gibberish’.

Unique Destinations Enterprise and UniqueDestinations.org can put the eye upon something very interesting – I (believe) some ‘things’ that can point US – (all humanity) to a place of new understandings, growth and development, or,… it will point – to one of the biggest fools – to ever ‘self-disclose’.
