house md lied to me running bacterial colonies is a PAIN.
#everything i do with uncovered bacteria has to be within half a meter of a blue flame bunsen burner (the sterlie zone)#i have to stand fr everything. all my tools are one-use and then sterlized immediately#i wash my hands every time i leave or plan to reenter the sterile zone#im not complaining its just fact. so much harder than what media shows#and i had to innoculate and now incubate this bad boys.#e.coli smells not so great. like rotten garlic#chorusing#oh and for reference. im doing 18 dishes of these
