mfw i cant tell if i want to eat eggs and toast cuz it tastes good or if its cuz im hungry
#i hate not being able to tell if im hungry#when i was younger it wasnt really an issue cuz i would eat at assigned times of the day#and weekends i was either young enough to have somebody make lunch for me or i was old enough to be fine to wait until dinner if i forgot#but since i finished jr high ive genuinely had times where i forgot to eat for 2-3 days straight outside of maybe a small snack#i think the longest ive gone and forgot to eat was almost 4 days#weirdly enough i remembered to drink water#just forgot to actually eat#and i felt like shit and thought i was gonna throw up when i eventually did remember to eat#i was super hyperfixated on a game at the time tho and ive done stuff to prevent that from happening again cuz that was awful#ig this is another stupid fucking thing i get to blame on my adhd and/or autism#ughhhhh#i have no idea how else to tag this#vent post#yoshi talk
