i love trying to identify emotions in my mid twenties
#*deep space noises*#had another ‘……… ohhh im ANGRY’ moment#very much hit or miss if i can identify that one#i was like am i feeling ashamed abt letting my physio know so late which. partially#and i have a lot of baggage around missing things due to school#i felt like i skived and im going to be in trouble#but i also worked out that im feeling grumpy having to pay a lot of money for a safety concern that i could not predict#like i get it because she needs to make a living but it also just feels unfair#anyway i decided not to rebook next week so hopefully i cool off before i next see her in a fortnight oof#i dont want to feel bitter i hate it
