15+, Played most games except the multiplayers ones, triforce heroes and gba four swords. Didn't get to play the spinoffs too like link's crossbow training and such.
random userbase data time
(listed almost every/every game as one option in case you skipped out on some of the multiplayer ones)
please reblog after you vote for Maximum Data, even if you voted no! if you voted for one of the other options, tag your favorite game(s)!
I am just very interested in the presence of the zelda fanbase :>
please note that, for the sake of this poll, remakes count as one game. so like, if you've played the original ocarina of time and master quest and the 3ds version, that counts as one game.

Minish AU - Sketch dump 3
More Minish AU sketches, side notes and a bit rambling about a few things I thought about.
Also imagine having like a life-sized plush of Moon and Sun to cuddle with:
Y/N: "Sun! Look! I found you and Moon, but tiny! Now you can give me all the hugs you want! See?"
Tumblr media
_
While Sun and Moon might not be able to really hug you, that doesn't mean you can't give them a hug instead.
Tumblr media
_
It definitly has it perks to be so small. You can easily ride along on Moon's nightcap while you sit safely in it's brim and enjoying the view. It's also so much faster as to scurrying around on your own tiny legs.
Tumblr media
-
Moon: "Enjoying yourself, Little Thief?" Y/N: *continues shaking the bell* Y/N: "Very much! It's such a pretty sound. And... " Moon: "And?" Y/N: "It also tells me when a friend is close by. So I really like it." Moon: *mumbling to himself* "Heh. So that's what you see in us...."
Tumblr media Tumblr media
_
Aaaand more arts and craft with Sun!
Sun: *pulls the paper slowly apart* Sun: "Aaaand who might that be?" Y/N: "That's me! Sunny! You made me! How cute! I love them!"
Tumblr media
_
Before your discovery by Moon, you followed the classic Minish rules. Which meant not showing yourself in front of other beings, but also giving something back for the things you took. This included patching up damaged stuffed animals and small things like that.
Tumblr media
Sun and Moon always wondered over the fact who had repaired the toys when neither of them recalled any of the staff members taking care of such things.
Tumblr media
_
And for the finish a little sketch of the place that you made your home. It's hidden in a neat little crack inside one of the walls inside the Daycare area near to where the shop is:
Tumblr media
You used a bottle cap from a Fizzy-Faz as a table and with some adjustments two buttons could be used as new stools. A glowy mushroom spends you some light as well as the glow stars that Sun and Moon gifted you and are sticking now on the wall close to your bed. It's too bad you can't invite the two inside. (I used a few ingame pictures in order to draw this one and added a few extra things to it.)

Note
I saw your post saying asks for the creatures gang au were open so
1) what type of creature is everyone? (I've seen a few post, but I don't think I know what EVERYONE is)
2) what is everyone's favorite food?
3) do they do snuggles? If so, who is most likely to curl up together?
4) of those with fur, who's is the softest?
KJDSK SORRY IF I START RAMBLING I JUST WOKE UP AND THE HEADCANONS ARE HEADCANONING
1) I tried to make them all something that is related to their adventure AND will make sense in their quests, so we have:
Wind - Seagull
Four - Mouse
Hyrule - Fairy
Wild - Fox
Legend - Rabbit
Sky - Loftwing
Twilight - Wolf (well it would be more a mix between a german shepherd and a wolf if we go with the technicalls)
Warriors - Lion
Time - Wolf
Twilight is able to turn hylian, the same with Hyrule! the only diference is that Twilight uses the aid of the light spirits, while Hyrule is able to do this for himself
im still deciding if make this also something that Four can do, but i'll see when i finish playing minish cap lol
As an extra theres also Ravio who is a bunny and Malon who is a German Shepherd!
if i remember correctly i also added Spirit somewhere, who is a draft horse
2)
Wind: There's this old lady in Outset island that took care of him and Aryll when their parents never came back, she makes the best fish soup! she always give them some
Four: Loves the pastries in Castle Town! Always goes to visit the minish there to have a chat and taste all the sweet bread
Hyrule: Anything tooth-rooting sweet! but fruits like strawberries are his personal favorites, in his era there's not much of them to taste (thats why Wild's Hyrule is one of his favs behind Legend's)
Wild: This damn fox eats anything that can enter his mouth. But! He loves a lot fish, he visits frequently Zora's domain and Sidon always gives him some, the same in Lurelin Village after the locals got used to his presence
Legend: Apples, also red poppies are one of his personal favorites, Ravio always find some when they explore around the forest
Sky: This bird loves fish a lot, and since he got to taste the trouts in the surface they became his favorites
Twilight: Yeto's soup, he got to taste it while hylian, and hes glad that he did that, he didnt thought that the soup could get better with wolf hair. A second place is definetly baked cucco
Warriors: See this giant cat? he's completly in love with Hyrule's food since he got to taste it, his personal favorite being the beef of Castle Town
Time: since a puppy he has been feed with a simpler diet, mostly tiny roedors and some fruit, but since he got to stay in the ranch his fav is fried cucco eggs, Malon has to talk with the cuccos cuz they dont let him near to take the eggs tho
3) Absolutely. Twilight is very protective with the ones he consider pack, so he express his love with a lot of physical touch. He always tries to stay close to Time, and keeps company Wild as he is almost like a pup in his eyes. He tried with Legend, that rabbit's bite is strong
Wild, Legend and Hyrule cuddle together a lot, sometimes Four joins them
Sky mother hen's everyone, he's the biggest in the chain and even Time or Wars cant escape his big wings covering them completly. The only one who isn't found of him is Wind
Wind stays very close to Warriors, always on his back and sleeps covered by his scarf and mane, Four also joins them sometimes, being the smallest one makes him very pocket sized for everyone
4)
have you seen Wars?
i mean yeah Twilight looks very fluffy, Legend too
but this is a big kitty who we are talking abt
Tumblr media
i rest my case

Ask games! 🔥, 9, 11, and tell me your favorite song or soundtrack!
Hiya Blue! Thank you for the ask.
🔥 What’s your favorite part of Zelda games? (Adventuring, Characters, Dungeons, Combat, etc.) Adventuring! Learning how to get through the world is just as much of a puzzle as those found in the dungeons. I think it's fun coming across a suspicious spot on the wall and going, aahh I'm going to need the hookshot for that, and then tucking that info away for later. Every item acquired opens the world a little more.
9. What Legend of Zelda games have you played? finished: LA remake, OoT 3D & og, MM 3D, FS Anniversary Edition, WW HD, albw, botw, Hyrule Warriors: AoC (w/o DLC), totk practically finished (I just haven’t beaten the boss yet): FSA, Minish Cap, Spirit Tracks, SkSw played: Zelda I, alttp, OoS, Phantom Hourglass, Link’s Crossbow Training (lol), Hyrule Warriors og haven’t played / haven’t played enough of: Zelda II, OoA, Twilight Princess, TFH
11. What is your weapon of choice? (Sword, bow, elemental rod, etc) Sword. Whatever is most direct and gets me up close and personal with the monsters. I've lost all fear in botw and totk haha so in those games I like to use swords or the heavy weapons that deal the most damage. With the heavy weapons I'll rely on flurry rushes and charged attack with holding Y and then switch to a short sword when I need faster attacks and want my shield. Same with OoT. You deal more damage if you attack with A and jump attack so I'll swap between the biggoron and master sword. (smack the monsters with the rod of seasons. bap bap bap bap!) Combat in the 2D games is more difficult for me so the boomerang is on my offhand slot the most often for stunning monsters. I like that boomerangs and the hookshot work similarly in the 3D games for stunning monsters. The firerod in FSA is awesome because of the sheer wall of fire you can make with the four of them. The magnetic gloves in FS and OoS are fun too. It's neat to steal the enemy's carapace and use that against them. Also Four is magnetic. Hover your teammates across gaps (or into the monsters).
favorite song or soundtrack! My favorite song is the Song of Storms! I like the more intense covers.

Been a while since I wrote anything for myself (work atm has me typing 4-6h straight, and it’s ... yeah), but I’ve had a small idea for Minish Cap rattling around for some weeks now. Some of you may know that MC is one of my favourite LoZ games, and that’s mostly because it feels like a children’s story: Link is suggested to still be a child; the setting is part-Spirited Away and part-Arrietty; I keep imagining Ezlo as some sort of Coraline-ish stuffed thing with button-eyes (I’m going to draw that at some point, mark my words).
I guess what I’m saying is that Neil Gaiman and Hayao Miyazaki (Studio Ghibli) teaming up to make an animated movie based on it would make me really happy.
Until that happens, however, here’s an untitled drabble based on it:
“Kid?” Ezlo curled forward. Firelight flickered over Link’s grubby cheeks. He was studiously scrubbing at his hands and arms with a worn rag. His tunic lay on the rocks nearby, still soaked, and the Fire Element dangled next to the Earth Element, like two common charms, from the woven twine he had wrapped around the hilt of the sword. They glowed faintly in the night.
“Hey.” Ezlo leaned down to look at Link’s face. (Upside-down. The day this spell broke would be one of great joy.) “It’s late.”
Link blinked at him. Eyes that old shouldn’t belong to an eight-year-old. “I know.” Link resumed scrubbing.
If Ezlo could, he would have narrowed his eyes. Unfortunately, button-eyes couldn’t be narrowed. He scrunched up the fabric around them instead, and hoped the stitching would do the rest. “I’d rather not be stuck to a whining  —”
“Go to sleep.”
“I’m not going to sleep while you —”
Link peered up. “Who’s whining now?”
“YOU —” Ezlo puffed his cheeks out. (Or rather, the fabric.) The nerve of this child!
Link smiled. “Grandad says a good tradesman’s —” he paused, mouth opening and closing a few times, before — “destingished? Desting  —”
“Distinguished.”
“Distinguished. Dis-tin-guished.” Link repeated it to himself a few more times, then nodded. “A good tradesman’s distinguished by how well he cleans up before bed. See?” He showed his left hand. The skin was red and raw, but the mud, blood, and soot that had accumulated in the lines of his palm, on the joints in his fingers, and under his nails was gone. Callouses and nicks aside, he could have been anyone’s son.
“It’s important to have clean hands,” Link continued. “It means I’m good at being a hero.” His eyes shone with pride.
Ezlo’s stuffed heart clenched. What a simple and innocent logic. Still, he couldn’t make himself be sardonic about it. He sighed. “It sure does, kid. Are you going to sleep soon?”
Link shook his head. “I have to finish the other hand first.”
“Alright. Don’t stay up too late.”
“I won’t.”

also tarrey town
actually i dont have too many facts about tarrey town! i mean akkala as a whole has little pits on the map that fill up with water while it rains (one becoming octorock lack in totk), and in the files the town is sometimes called Ichikara (which from the fandom wiki nomenaculture means “from scratch.”
Tumblr media
the goddess statue is there before the town is ever created or youve talked to bolson, also not town specific but in the akkala wilds you can see dinraal and if youre at the top of the skull lake shrine eye you can even hear the music (maybe on ground level too!) however you cant reach it without moon jump or glitches because its as high as the peak of death mountain. thats not an exaggeration either. nice for viewing either way. based on a minish cap map overlay of botw i like to hc the veiled falls from that game are the akkala falls either in the future or in retellings + the veiled falls from zoras domain thats named after the mc is close by :]. also the little flower korok seems to lead link to the ancient ball near the rist peninsula! OH ALSO!!!! whenever you go into tarrey town it will Always be sunny!!! its also very rare in rito village After the singing rocks shrine quest/after vah medoh for some reason. theres also no night theme for it in totk. theres two dogs!!! bolson construction symbol is everywhere from the wood floors to the hylia statue backing, and its the same symbol on the hammer weapon you can use!! also the hylian script says “builders” . ALSO THERES A DOUBLE AXE THERE BY THE SIDE OF A BUILDING? also grante who is robbies son sells rare armour but you probably knew that. otherwise not much!
speaking of not much i think link wouldnt even finish building it after calamity ganon. he gets everyone there eventually but he takes his sweet Sweet time. and when its finished he wouldnt even visit a lot, unless Things Happen like maddison or helping grante move in. he can get arrows from the lizalfos guarding the road to zoras domains and until those guys move he’d have to start getting arrows at shops. despite the inn maybe being be free to use he doesnt ever use it. i Could see him clearing the guardians near the place each time they respawn though. he goes there soon after learning bolson is going there (he already has the shrine there and was confused about the land just. sitting there). but then he just never or rarely fills out the quest. he gives bolson wood once, doesnt speak to him for months or a year, brings another son, and the cycle repeats. he Would bring the wood all at once he’d just get sidetracked beyond belief. zelda discovers tarrey town while visiting robbie and sends Multiple Letters to link telling him to SPREAD THE WORD. FINISH THIS ALREADY. he might even just spread rumors so the sons do it on their own accord or just. ask the champions descendant to tip him off to any sons in the area (he wouldnt make them do the quest for him though.)
its kind of funny in that regard. like theres a whole lot of past motif kind of just by proxy considering how much i focus pre cal and how he’d look back on it, so lots of people seem to consider tarrey town an omen of the future, that things can and Will get better and they can shape it. if this wasnt an au canon link would probably like it and watch over it for that very reason. however here while it Is an omen of the future and a good sign my link just. doesnt interact/doesnt care. in a bit of a twisted way he might even be glad about a lot of civilization being destroyed (which makes him feel mixed things, with a tablespoon or two of guilt and fear and staying silent about that). he wouldnt want tarrey town Destroyed but he’d either see this as an omen and Panic at it, or would ignore it completely. its not his thing to deal with, after all. which is also kinda funny because i see lots of people view botw link view the world as His Failing, which to be fair i could see! but im honestly debating on if my link would see it that way. he’d feel wrong/guilt about the champions, sure, but if he doesnt see the ruins as a bad thing (besides the people being dead. he does feel Off when he thinks about how people used to be there. about how these werent ruins and someone was living peacefully here.) then would he feel like he failed. to him this world is full of opportunities Without . i dont think this is the right word , joker voice Society, to really fully stop him. there isnt widespread rules anymore that stops him from jobs or moving. he cant be hunted by the royal guard because there Isnt One anymore. he can do whatever he wants! and while i do want to emphasize that society does have its benefits (camping irl can really suck my mom got stung by bark scorpions 3 times at the colorado river while brushing it off and it hurt so bad that she wanted to go to the ER/helicopter outta there. she wasnt in life threatening danger and there was a pain medicine guy there but yeah. also have you heard about mormon crickets. they arent dangers except to crops but if you fear bugs i am so so so sorry. also also somethinf something hiking never gets easier, heat stroke can and will kill you and dont hike in the afternoon in the desert you will feel like absolute shit and always ALWAYS BRING WATER. also apparently my science teacher went to a different country with bugs that lay eggs inside your skin and hatch inside your skin. i dont think i’ll mention those things in universe or add them besides possibly the scorpions because i do actually have a fear of bugs and also i dont want this to mirror irl Exactly) the costs that come with society dont really apply anymore. as long as you know how to Not Die and dont have a debilitating fear of bugs nothing besides death can stop you. the question becomes was the means worth the end, do you want to go back to the past even though you hated it at the time, do you miss it, and is it worth it to stick around to a place that may revert in time and create the good and the bad of the past. you cant move to another country either- its all or nothing. you can either live here or. well. plus dealing with the fear of time just fucking go for it. also i think pre cal link would struggle a Lot with the all or nothing approach and the time going for it thing. uh. hm let me know if i should tag anything

Looking Back on 2023
Fun Fact: I started sharing my art publicly this year for the first time. Before this, I only showed close friends that were too nosy and peeked at my sketchbook. A lot has changed since then! Here are the highlights!
January
Not much actually happened for me, except for finishing up things from 2022.
February
I did my first big art project in February, while playing through Skyward Sword for the third time.
Tumblr media
I also joined my first Discord server!
March
I shared art on Discord! Like the ones of Sheik and Ravio! Honestly, they're still some of my favorite art pieces from the year.
Tumblr media
April
The Adventures of Korok Hyde begin! I created this little guy because I wanted something fun to draw about Hyrule. It stretched me to draw landscapes, especially in my cartoon shading style, but drawing Hyde really helped me figure that out!
Tumblr media
I also joined Tumblr! (worst decision I've ever made)
May
Tears of the Kingdom happened! So I drew Tears of the Kingdom! And played Tears of the Kingdom! And started a summer job!
Tumblr media
June
My summer job was rough, but I was still able to continue drawing on whatever time I had off. I started another project. The Hylian Pixel Art Titles! It's been the project everyone was the most excited to see both on here and on the Discord I was on.
Tumblr media
July
This month was so busy I forgot to have personal time. But that's okay because I had a lot of family fun!
August
I got to see my brother after 3 years of being away from him! It was really cool! Also I drew a picture.
Tumblr media
September
I started school! And did more art!
Tumblr media
I also started writing for the first time. I decided to write about the Imprisoning War from the perspective of the royal chamberlain who wrote the stylae Link finds in the Messages from an Ancient Era side quest.
October
I did Linktober for half of the month. It was really fun, and I'll probably do it again next month. Here's one of the prompts: Dragon.
Tumblr media
November
The Adventures of Korok Hyde continue! I also gave him some friends: Blurtis the blupee, and Floppy the chuchu.
Tumblr media
December
I finished the fifth chapter of my fanfic. I also finished Ocarina of Time, Minish Cap, and the Hylian Pixel Art Titles!
Tumblr media
Overall, 2023 has been great! I tried a lot of things, and enjoyed most of them. I'm really optimistic for the future.

*before my long ramble, please note some spoilers for Tears of the Kingdom are within this update to my personal game play story for the Legend of Zelda series from my play through. Also my apologies for the rambling again =v=‘ * ^-^ Here is my rambling and personal-game play thoughts on the tears of the kingdom in the relations with other Zelda games I’ve played. This is my take of the story of tears of the kingdom, a story that is scattered in how the games are connected. Within the game the master sword the connection to Botw-Totk, but within Totk if feels the writers are trying to wrap the story together in a retelling. Only upon finishing the main story and taking in the side quests like in Majora's Mask, tbh my favorite behind twilight princess, along with mingling with the npcs to see their stories. After the last binge session of the game I've come to the conclusion that my theory might be more close to what Nintendo is hinting? ^-^) Please excuse me as I'll explain, after Skyward sword Link and Zelda settled down on the surface with keeping contact with their families. With the ancient Sheikah, not Impa, relationship after Zelda of Skyward Sword wasn't as close as the future generations. Only with the birth of their son Rauru who inherited the powers from both his parents, and his power making him a Sage of Light made them accepted him. After time passed Rauru had a young daughter that would inherit a small but of the power that his mother or himself had. However as a war began to brew between the Ancient Sheikah and Zonai with over the triforce, but to stop any from obtaining the artifact that was left to him by the past efforts of his parents. Rauru sealed himself and the triforce into the sacred Realm, after his sacrifice. The light spirits banished the Zonai and few Ancient Sheikah that aimed to abuse the triforce away into the twilight realm. Only a few young Zonai survived and sent to live on the skyloft that would change by the era of Twilight. Rauru, in totk first hyrule king, named after the first sage of light. With their abilities the remaining Zonai created a version of triforce, such began the sacred stones. Upon leaving to visit his people's homeland on the surface with his sister accompany him. Rauru met Sonia, the great-granddaughter of first Zelda and Link with bits of Gerudo. With the events of Totk caused Rauru who took the title of Sage of light  like the man he was named after, sealed himself to stop the first Ganondorf, grandson of Groose. With his deeds done and Sonia is gone, with the next heir to the throne landing on Sonia's younger bother. Thus Minish cap began with the generation that followed  after the second king of Hyrule whom soon would be the one to connect the kingdom to the minish for the first time with Picori Sword. With the generation of his grandson rein as king, with his elder brother forging swords for the kingdom. As I like to think in the minish cap the deceased swordsman the Link of this era meets are the brothers of the current king's father, but that is a guess on my part. ^-^ However with Zelda from botw presents in the war to  seal ganondorf still fresh on the Royal family history, the king named the princess after her. Thus the events of the game plays out with Link helping stop Vati and protect Princess Zelda of that era. As the kingdom settled, a war began between the Sheikah and Gorros from another kingdom that sought for the triforce. An artifact kept hidden amongst others from being obtained, but the war soon came to an end by the rein of the new King of Hyrule that was crowned after the falling of the previous during a raid on castle town. With the aide of the light spiritss they were able to destroy the mask created by the gorros. Only made in replica of one that was sealed within a stone tower. During such time a warrior fell while soldiers chased after his wife and son as they fled to the forest. After the war was settled, with the loss of many Sheikah in process, Hyrule started to settle, but after learning of the triforce. Like his Ancestor, the descendant of the first Ganondorf, sent few of his Gerudos into Castle town. Some to mostly study around the Temple of Time to learn of the triforce  and the stones that were held by the gorons, zora, and the Deku tree. However his most loyal source of information Gerudo soon fell in love with a young Talon during his many deliveries to the castle. Only being a dairy farmer, soon as they wed she slowly taught Talon how to raise horses. Ingo was soon brought on as he didn't want to be pushed  around by his brothers on their family ranch, with him taking care of the cows with Talon. Soon Malon was born, taking after her mother's love for horses. Despite her happiness, Ganondorf was unpleased by the betrayal of a Gerudo that  was  of Value to him besides her younger sister Nabooru. To which his mothers caused her ill, causing Talon to drown his sorrow in milk. Milk that was specially delivered to him by the happy mask salesman during his  travels. With his plan set after collection the needed information, the events of Ocarina of time began with the deku tree. Forcing him to call to the young Link that slept within his forest. With the events of the game Link meets Malon in the same place her parents met, in the center of Castle town, but she was waiting for her father to finish a delivery. To which Link wakes him up, learning Malon takes much after her mother, more so since her passing. Link unaware continued his quest, but occasionally stopping at the ranch to hear Malon sing and become friends with her friend Epona. However, Link gathered the last stones needed to open the door to the Temple of Time along with the Ocarina of time. Soon as he opened the sacred realm, Ganondorf final step of his plan was close, but the triforce broke into three upon his touch. Foiling him in his attempt, but despite this a young Link grows older until he awakes to meet the first Rauru. With his power dwindled after sealing both the triforce and himself in the sacred realm, Rauru entrusts Link to do as his Rauru's father had done  and stop Ganondorf. After waking up outside the Sacred Realm does Link noticed not only his growth, but the  destruction of the previous Castle town around. Soon Link learns that Lon Lon Ranch was taken from Talon by Ganondorf and given to Ingo. Causing him to make Malon take up the responsibilities for tending to both cows and horses. Despite Ingo, by the time Link awakens, wanted to gift Epona to Ganondorf, but the plan was foiled by Link as he played a melody taughht to him from Malon. With his and Epona aid, Malon was able to get her family farm back to her, Ingo in fear turned back into his previous self only happier to work  for Link. With the return of his home and seeing Malon's resemblance to her mother, caused him to turn over a new leaf and work on bettering the farm. However as Malon's feelings for Link grew, he didn't look at her as he was busy chasing to find Princess Zelda. However as Link  finally found his princess, she rejected his feelings as she sent him back to relive his youth. Causing the events of Wind Waker, with the son of Ocarina of Time becoming King used the bits of power he inherited to seal himself inside a boat until he met the great-great-grandson of Malon, a Link with the same courage spirit as his great-great-grandmother.However back to the Hero of Time as he awakens back to his youth, with the events of Majora's mask taking place. During his travels too find Navi, his fairy companion that left soon as he awaken, he accidentally found an under ground cave that lead to Termina. However as Link soon found himself trapped in this land until he is able to stop Majora's mask. While he meets those in Termina he begins to see the similarities between those he once knew in Hyrule, but as he meets Anju and Kafei he is faced with the emotions from his longing crush on Zelda causing him to see these two be at least in the end. However as he learns of these two he meets the two sisters Cremia and Romani. Relations to Anju despite being friends, are the relation of half-sisters. As Anju's father despite being Anju's mother, left her for another woman to run the ranch that ran in his family. Causing Anju's mother to be spiteful towards Cremia or mention her ex-husband, despite allowing her ex-mother-in-law to live with her for Anju. However despite this Anju and Cremia grew to be friends despite both had feelings for Kafei. With Romani's birth, Cremia's mother passed  away. Leaving her husband with two daughters to tend to their cows. To which Cremia grew quick to help her father around the farm, as well raise young Romani. With Romani growing tall enough to walk their father made a delivery into town, but was attacked along the road by Ingo brothers in disguises wearing masks. Causing Cremia to start taking care of the farm on her own once Romani w as old enough to help with the chickens. Only Romani knew of the upcoming troubles that her sister wasn't focused  on. With Link learning of the sisters, he is reminded of not himself and Zelda from his time, but also Malon. With him imagining if this was how Malon must've felt during the time Ganondorf stole her family farm to give to Ingo. To which Link helps each of the sisters find happiness in the outcome to be. With helping protect the ranch, protecting the delivery, and helping two lover reunite. All causing Link to think of Malon as he couldn't help wanting to return to Hyrule once more. During his time in Termina Ganondorf, who was foiled in his plan by young Link audience with the King to warn against him. Causing a rift to grow between the Gerudo and Hylains, but a war started as Ganondorf strive to take the triforce by force. However not all the Gerudo swore alliance with Ganondorf after Link  was able undo to hypnosis that Ganondorf's mothers placed on them. Like Nabooru, freeing them from their control. Nabooru and her soldiers  that were once slain by Link in his time, stood with the him and the other Hylians during the war to take Ganondorf down. During this time Zelda wouldn't be as skilled as she was during his time, but during the battle as Ganondorf aimed to slice down the appointed Queen Zelda. Link saving the queen, defeating the King of the Gerudo, and end the war with Ganondorf being taken to be sealed in his weaken state. As Link wasn't the hero of time with the sword he used last time he feared to return of  Ganondorf, despite being wounded from his fight to protect Zelda. Link was taken to the castle to be treated, but he quickly snuck out the castle to head back to the forest. Due to the queen not knowing where he ran off to she declared a funeral be held. During this Ganondorf and his followers were banished into the twilight realm by sages created by the light spirits to aid the royal family. Remaining Gerudo scattered across the dessert, with few recording in records of the Hero of time for his deeds in aiding the Gerudo escape their tyrant King. With Nabooru becoming the first Gerudo Chief. With his injuries, Link was only able to reach the crumbled steps of the forest fort. With the forest reaching him, he was able to met a familiar skull kid. Entrusting him with an important job. With him giving to his injury the hero of Time started to feel regret as the image of Malon haunts him as he leaves her alone with their children. As the war with Ganondorf begun, Castle town was destroyed with the Royal family moving their castle to Kakariko Village, causing the Sheikah to move their village father into the mountains. To which the Sheikah still kept their ways to keep in connection of the sky island, but by  the era of Twilight the Sheikah trust with the Royal family will be strain due to the beginning acts of the Yiga. With a Yiga member that would be the first line of Master Khoga as he slayed the King of Hyrule in the beginning of the war between the Gerudo. However like many that followed Ganondorf were sentenced to the twilight realm or the Arbiter Grounds. Only at this point their goal wasn't Link or Zelda. However with the war destroying Castle town, Link escaped with Malon to the forest. With the Deku tree in that part of the forest still a sapling, Link replanted him soon as the war started for his protection, but doing so allowed the Koroks to grow older. Few followed after the young spout, but those that did soon turned into what they are by the era of the wild. Together Link and Malon turned the forest into Ordon Village. Only for when he left, Malon was pregnant with their second child. Regret filled him as he would be unable to pass on his teachings to his children, thus hero's shade was born. With his passing the hero of time in a golden wolf form would roam the forest outside Ordon. Watching as their children grew, over time Fado as he grew helped Malon around the village. Helping turn it more appropriate farming Village, as they pulled the deku tree from his root to clear land for the cattle. Soon Malon remarried to help around the village and farm, as she was unable to due raising her children as well. As Malon soon turned into a grandmother, her two daughters grown. One stayed in Ordon to help with the farm, while the other traveled to castle town. Upon the era of Twilight, in the Twilight realm a descendant Ancient Zonai, Sheikah, Gerudo, and few of Gorro were turned into the twili. Zant coming to follow the willful spirit of Ganondorf as he was driven to get his hands on the remaining triforce that laid outside the twilight realm, but he was unable to leave the realm in his current form. Using Zant, he used the Twili as warriors as they invade Hyrule from their realm. Only after Zant disposed of his sister that was next in line to be ruler, by turning her into an imp. Fleeing with a piece of the fused shadow Midna begins the events of Twilight Princess. Despite the generations that passed before the events of Midna's fleeing. In ordon Collin's mother, elder sister to Agatha, moved to Ordon after meeting a Collin's father during his time as a knight. With him being the grandson of Malon and her second husband. With his cousin that were also the granddaughter of Malon and her first husband, Lalon was born. With his mother teaching him to play Epona's song like her mother was taught from their grandmother. Being the first boy born from their line, being the hero of Twilight. As the hero's shade started to show around the forest house, a tree that was once his family home. As Collin was born, Lalon started to help his elder cousin Fado work at the farm. Before her passing, Lalon's mother entrusted him with Epona as his loyal steed. Upon the events of the game, Lalon wakes to work on the farm tending the cattle. With Epona by his side to get the task completed, but when the village is under attack from barbarians that resided within the forest. Barbarians that worked under Zant due to his power, causing Lalon to begin to hunt them down, but only to find himself dragged into twilight. Causing him to transform into a wolf, with the  inherited powers from his grandmother's distant Gerudo blood. Upon meeting Midna and agreeing to aid her, Lalon soon finds himself being able to transform back into his original state. However he noticed himself wearing a Tunic, but unaware it was the same tunic his great-grandfather wore in his battle. Only with the tender repairs that were made by Malon until she was able to gift the tunic to the light spirit in her elder years. Trusting the spirit to gift it to the next hero, being Lalon. Before his next step, he is faced with the hero's shade that wished to teach his grandson his techniques. With each stone founded that was left by the sheikah only after being instructed by the late hero of time. With each melody was a song from his time long gone that would call his spirit for Lalon. Upon learning the final move does Lalon learn that he was able to place ease on his great-grandfather'ss regret allowing him to pass. As Lalon was prepared to fight Ganondorf, with only meeting her a short few times. Lalon didn't feel much for the princess of Hyrule as she was soon to be crown queen with the death of the previous King. Lalon cared deeply for Illia as her lost memories hit him hard, but upon seeing Midna vanish before him. Lalon felt as his great-grandfather felt when his princess sent him away. After the mirror connecting the two were shattered, Lalon join Zelda back at Hyrule castle along with the secret defense form at Telma's bar to help train the Hyrulian soliders. With the teaching of his great-grandfather passed onto the soliders, Lalon soon found himself wishing to return to Ordon. With both Kakariko Villages destroyed, the sheikah moved remaining tribe into the forest. Turning the farming village of Ordon soon into the Kakariko Village by the era of the wild. Causing the Ordonians to move deeper into the forest until the establishment of Hateno Village was made. During the early stages of Ordon's change to Kakariko, Lalon soon discovered the old mirror that rested in his family home basement. Lalon soon learn of Dark Link that showed in his reflection, but remembering the vision shown to him. Despite Lalon wishing to see Midna once more and try to use the mirror. With him holding the dominion rod to travel to the ancient Skyloft that turned to the city for the Ooccos that are Zonai that changed their forms using their remaining stone abilities. Transforming them into Rito. Lalon despite being able to see Midna once more, the ability of the Twili was absorbed by Lalon through the Master sword. Despite not being able to see his princess again, Lalon married Illia. With the success, thanks to Lalon, Malo was able to get his buisness to boom, with the creation of the Stable Company. As the kingdom rebuild, so did the old Lon Lon Ranch that would be taken over by Collin. Through generations since Lalon became Captain of the Knights, the title was passed through the family. With the blood of the Gerudo thinned out to not run through the generation as much, by the time near the era of the wild. Link, great-great-grandson of Lalon and Illia, a young boy that hasn't found his princess yet. With his father as the current Captain of the guard and still young, Link lived with his grandfather who was a blacksmith for the Kingdom. Only retired living his days in Hateno Village, with his grandchildren by his side. Soon Link grew old enough to head with his father to start training to use a sword. With Link meeting Mipha, a Zora Princess, to which the two became close friends. However upon reaching the age, and at the training grounds, Link heard the calls from the nearby forest. A forest known as the lost woods, one that came to be as the new Deku sapling had spread its roots over the many years since being replanted by the hero of time. With the last he saw a hero was of Lalon, upon him placing the Master sword in the Deku Tree's protection. For when, like him, a hero is called to the forest. With the era of the wild finding himself in the forest, he is drawn to the blade of evil bane. Drawing the sword he found himself feeling the strength of his ancestors as he gripped the sword. Only upon exiting the forest with the sword in hand, Link soon learned of the weight that was given to his new duty based on the deeds of his ancestor. Causing him to go silent as he accepted what he inherited. Despite Mipha's efforts she wasn't able to ease his pain, but she held a dear spot in his heart. Upon hearing of the Domain under threat he would rush to their aide, but due to his abilities as a knight as well soon caught the Rhoam's attention. With him being appointed as Zelda's knight. To which he accepts fully, as Link dedicates himself more into his training with the master sword. Until the day the Calamity would strike and both him and the princess were needed. With the first Calamity that many reference in botw, and the divine beasts were created during a time between the era of Twilight and the era of the wild. By the time of the second Calamity, Zelda unlike her Ancestor, was unable to call on her powers until the end. Only when Link was pushed to the brink as he protected both Zelda and the fort to Hateno. With Zelda finally able to use her abilities had Link taken to the resurrection shrine built by Ancient Sheikah in the era after Rauru (King) passed away for the use to aid the hero against the return of Ganondorf(totk/first). With the princess using the newly awaken power to travel to the forest, entrusting the return of the master sword to Link to the Deku tree before she disembarked for her journey  to Hyrule Castle. Sealing herself and the calamity ganon in a shell for 100 years until Link awoken to finish him off. With the power she inherited from her long family line up to Rauru, and the power from her grandmother that was passed onto from her from her own grandfather. After loosing his memories of his life prior to being placed in the shrine, Link awoke to the voice of Zelda as she called to him. Waking him up from his slumber, despite his confusion he stumbles out of the shrine with the slate in hand. To which the events of Breath of the wild take place. Only with my version of Link collecting the memories on the slate first before the main story stuff. Allowing him to remember Zelda and his other friends that are now gone. With Link recalling his final moments before being sealed away, brought him to Hateno to find it survived the Calamity and the guardians' attacks. Link spent many blood moons clearing monsters from the path leading to Hateno and the stable. With the mountains Link couldn't notice the castle, allowing him to full heal. As Link finally set himself in the village Hateno for helping clear monsters to hunting deer for meat. Until Link decided to visit Hudson in Akkala, with him finding himself taking a trail to Zora's domain along the way. A path Mipha once showed him when they were young, as Link's memories flood his mind. He found himself at Zora's domain, with him finding himself drawn to finding more about Mipha. Upon entering the domain, Link soon meets Sidon and comes to face with his last memory of him and Mipha alone. With his heart shaken as he faced with the loss of someone who he forgotten was dear to his heart. Upon rescuing the Domain, Link wore Mipha's armor in acceptance of her late proposal. Despite her passing he wore the armor as he continued to Akkala. During such Link started Hudson's Terry Town quest, causing Link to head to each region that had a divine beast. Upon seeking out employees for Hudson, Link stays to help calm each Divine Beast with the aid of Mipha's power by his side. Upon gaining his memories of Daruk, Link heads to Gerudo Dessert, in search of a Tailor originally. Link finding himself drawn to the dessert, after obtaining away into Gerudo town. He soon meets with Riju, a young chief that was crowned due to the sudden passing of her mother. After aiding her in calming the divine beast and setting Urbosa's spirit free, Link and Riju became close friends. With Link meeting Riju, he was able to slowly feel better, along with his other new friends Sidon and Yonobu, After Link returns to Hudson and is sent to Rito Village. Upon arrival Link meets the Rito and learns from Kass the love his teacher had for the Princess. Causing Link to reflect on his memories with Mipha, and then his memories with Zelda. Upon freeing Rivali, Link makes a return to Hudson. Upon arrival Link is set to help prepare the marriage between Hudson and Rhondson, making him travel once more to Zora's Domain. Upon arrival, late at night, Link discovers Sidon staring up at his sister's statue. Link learns of his closeness with Mipha through Sidon's perspective, to which he couldn't deny. However as Link was ready to leave the domain, he felt a push towards the castle. After watching the lovers wed, with a happy scene in his mind. Link headed towards the castle to fullfil his duty. Not for him or not for the princess, but for those to lead happy lives. With the events of Link battling Calamity Ganon, a puppet from Ganondorf's malice trying to build a new body, and the spirit of the champions putting the remainder of their strength into one final attack. With Link using his friends aid one last time stopped the abomination. With Zelda freed she was able to seal the Calamity back to where it came from. Reunited once again, both Link and Zelda travel Hyrule to help restore the kingdom. Link spent much time building the new knight units beside Zelda as she held meetings with Purah in the deconstruction of the old Sheikah tech. In hopes to reuse the technology to help Hyrule, many of the shrines  slowly turned to earth after the calamity while the towers slowly were demolished. Five years passed between the events of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. With the final removal the towers, chasms started to appear in their place. With the Hudson construction working to clear out some of the wreckage of Hyrule Castle, to help with the investigation of the sudden gloom malice. Leading to the start of the game as Link and Zelda are tasked with investigating further. During their time together rebuitling since the sealing fo the Calamity, Link found himself sharing his home with Zelda in Hateno. As she didn't yet have a place to call her own anymore since the castle wasn't livable. Link traveled between Kakariko and Hateno Village conducting patrols for monsters. Occasionally he would travel to other parts of Hyrule to do the same, creating the moster control crew.  During Link's travels Zelda would sneak away to Lulelin Village in disguise. Taking in the sun as she would enjoy the view of the beach, and walking up to lovers pond in evenings. During one of these trips Zelda met Tauro when investigating Zonai ruins. Causing Zelda to appoint him head of the Zonai research team. Zelda after meeting Tauro, started to take more of an interest into Zonai ruins causing her to study the ruins closely. With Purah's order to investigate with Link at her side as they traveled below the castle. With the purah pad, a disassembled Sheikah slate that was rebuilt by Purah, they were sent below. With the events of Tears of the Kingdom taking place, the duo meet with a sealed Ganondorf and Rauru. Still in place from their fight long forgotten to the history of Hyrule. With Zelda grasping the sacred stone that once was Rauru, she awakens the mummified Ganondorf as he tries to end the two infront of him. With Zelda's power strengthening and with her grandmother's powers awakening in her, she found herself recalled back to Hyrule establishment. Meeting Rauru and Sonia, to which treat Zelda as their adopted daughter. While Zelda's adventure has long played out, Link awakens to find that his hand was replaced by Rauru. With the abilities granted to him by his hand, Link slowly comes to accept his newly changed form, but during his time recoverying from the gloom attack. Link deals with grief as he didn't know of Zelda, with her falling as the last thing he remembers. However upon finishing Rauru's tasks to restore his powers. Link is greeted by a source of power that takes the master sword to Zelda. As the events of the game plays, Link finds himself caught in grief as he is reminded of their times traveling Hyrule to repair the damage from the Calamity. Link soon finds himself back at Zora's domain, clearing the slug as he aimed for Mipha's court. Wanting to once again gaze at Mipha, as he done before when he felt down. Zelda knew it was Link's place to go when he wanted to be alone, but as he arrived to learn of damage apparently Zelda done. Causing Link to quickly clean the Domain and to find out the truth, after recieving the repaired armor, he set off. Upon saving the domain once again Link got to stand and watch Sidon wed. Despite Mipha being gone, Link's presence made Sidon feel his sister was close once more as he wore the armor from her. With his adventure continued as Link headed towards Gerudo Dessert, after meeting with Hudson once more. Meeting young Mattison, Link traveled to Gerudo dessert to be sure of safe travels. Only for Link to face the Sand Shroud that threaten the Gerudo and many others in the dessert. Despite not being able to see, Link knew he would reach Riju as  he could hear the loud sounds of Lightning. Relief hit Link upon finding that those in Gerudo town were safe, as well as Riju. With meeting Zelda the two grew close in friendship as their similar-mother loss brought the two leaders closer. Like Urbosa and Queen Zelda before the Calamity, to which worried Link as Riju shared the same affection for Link as Zelda. After rescuing the Dessert and swore to help Link, Riju finds herself much more dependable to her tribe in comparison to when first met Link. However Link worried for his two other friends hurried to their aide, more reliefed knowing that Gerudo town was safe. After helping Tulin end a blizzard upon Rito Village, Link set forth for Death Mountain. With him stopping to check out the gyloglypths that appeared across Hyrule, upon each allowing him to see memories. As he reached Death mountain and found that the Gorons were devouring rocks that were produced by his friend Yonobu under Zelda's order. As Link, with the memories to help calm his suspitions of this Zelda from his Zelda. As Link helped the Gorons from their gluntous ways on the gloom-filled rock roasts, he set forth to Purah. Upon arrival he discovers Zelda had appeared in the castle, with Link giving chase. Only for him to discover that it was trap by Phantom Ganon, as the mummified Ganondorf was still building his strength. Upon revealing the truth of the false Princess to Purah, Link quickly setout to calm the rumors that spread about  Princess Zelda. Soon Link found himself back at Kakariko village, finding Paya and Tauro had grown close during her time studying the Zonai ruins. Link unlike Dorian, trusted Paya after recalling the times Zelda's dedication to research helped them during the Calamity. Link continued his travels in search of Zelda across the Kingdom until he found the last gyloglypths. Learning of his Princess's sacrifice to stop Ganondorf and fix the master sword. Despite holding the sword close and feeling Zelda's power within. Link found himself watching as she soar the skies, but felt abit of Jealousy as he watched her fly pass Farosh in her daily roam in the Gerudo Canyon. Link despite the feeling of loss as he remember the memories of Mineru warning, caused him to feel the same pain as he did when recalling Mipha. Upon fulfilling her final wish, Link fought Ganondorf with the master sword by his side. Standing infront of the same evil like his ancestors done before him, but as Link was about to finish off Ganondorf. In a last attempt to gain power, he swallowed the sacred stone as Zelda had done. Turning him into a dragon, but as Link was struggling without the aide of his friends. Zelda, with her will to save Link, dashed to his rescue from being crushed by the Dragon Ganondorf. With Zelda's aid in her dragon form Link was finally able to put an end to the ancient Ganondorf. With the last of his power from within Link's hand, along with the power of Sonia shared with Zelda allowed for her body to be rewind. Allowing her body to return to before she swallowed the stone. With it still placed on her neck, with the power of the triforce that reunited through the bloodline of the royal family. With nothing else on his mind, Link quickly reached for Zelda without a though as he sheilded her from the fall. As the two reunite, Link's feeling of relief to have Zelda close brought relief to him. With the thought of him not being able to see her smile worried him, but as she smiled at him while speaking of her time in Ancient Hyrule. After being able to return to the sky island once more, Zelda along with Mineru got to witness Link and his friends that swore as Sages to protect Zelda along with the kingdom of Hyrule. Despite part way Riju clears her throat, as accepts whichever decision Link chooses to take. Either being with Zelda afterall his traveling, or would he return her feelings that began to bloom since she first met him. Liking his boldness for a Voe. Please excuse my ramblings. ^-^) tbh I didn enjoy the game for the amount of story, but I feel that alot was still left out. =-=  Tears of the Kingdom upon playing is similar to Breath of the Wild, but the map is span out into a sky, surface, and depths. No underwater explorations sadly as I was looking forward to a water dungeon with Link having to use a Zonai or a Purah crafted device that allowed Link to go underwater. Maybe introducing more Zora domains that are found in caves only accessable by going underwater. Meeting the domain that Queen Yona is from and learning of another domain's traditions. Also Link could met a Zora that is the same age Mipha would be, and actually had a deep affection for the deceased Zora Princess. Also a returning idea, if there is another game that follows in the steps of BotW and Totk. However this game can be DLC idea or same map, but more NPC stories like Majora's Mask and a deadline mechanic like in Majora's mask. A possible return of the Ocarina of Time, found deep underwater in the Castle moat. Only found by Purah's new scubagear build from Zonai parts provided by Hudson, only upon Link's touch as he held the master sword does he feel the gentle power the instument held. Before the beginning of the next game in the same map, Link and Zelda travel out to sea on a voyage. Mostly a vacation from their recent battle in Hyrule, with Zelda mostly excited to use the scubagear in the ocean. Link, who was intrusted with the Ocarina of Time by Purah, carried the intrument in a pouch on his hip. Allowing him to take it out and play a melody if need be. Only song Link would know is Epona's song from the moment he gets the Ocarina. With him remembering the old family melody that was passed through the generations. Zelda can teach Link her Lulluby for Link to call upon Zelda, as she still held her sacred stone, allowing her to give Link advice if she is faraway from him, or to call her over. Song can also be used for old temples that were built by the royal family. With Link and Zelda  both becoming trapped in another kingdom. Link is able to use the lulluby to talk with Zelda until he is able to find her. With her dropping hints to her location until he finds her. Only for Link to discover that Zelda has shrunk to the size of a Picori due to a reborn Vati, with Zelda now being smaller Link can switch control over to Zelda when playing a melody. Allowing him to reach places he couldn't in his normal size, trying to find a way for Zelda to be transformed back into her normal size. Hyrule map shouldn't be the sky, surface, and depths, but instead it should be surface with a few sky islands scattered that didn't fall to the ground after Tears of the Kingdom and the depths should be closed off by this point for protection. As the gloom is gone, but most chasms below have either collapsed from Dragon Ganon rampage from or were sealed off by Princess Zelda for safety. Upon returning to Hyrule from their trip, and together both Link and Zelda learned to use team effort with this new issue to help them find a solution. With the time for the Picori to appear in Hyrule is near, as little houses started to appear across Hyrule. Beyond the new picori houses and Villages Link and Zelda can visit outside the kingdom of Hyrule. Link and Zelda can get dragged into a war that could engulf Hyrule from another Kingdom due to the actions  of one the Hylians towards them. Causing a rift between  the counties. Only for Link and Zelda to get to the bottom of, as the Sheikah during this time aren't about spying into other Kingdoms as they were in the era of hero of time. With the implications of the upcoming war with another kingdom can include the final fall of the kingdom of Hyrule or the rise of the fallen kingdom. With Link using the Ocarina to only go back to a certain point in the game's timeline to fix apoint with either a minor npc or change the course of a major event that's action will effect the ending of the game. Also impact the relationship between Link and Zelda depending on the outcome Link strives to achieve with her by his side. Offering the players the chance to strengthen the relationship between the two, or have the two go seperate ways due to certain events. For example if Zelda doesn't get changed back by the end of the game, her and Link don't end up together as she would be stuck to live as a picori. ^-^ That is just a though on my part though, but it would be interesting if depending on how Link interacts with certain npcs at points between the beginning to the end of the deadline before the game end unless Link plays the song of Time. A song Zelda can discover when they investigate the ruins of Hyrule Castle or the Temple of Time, as she can squeeze into the cracks of the walls and reach areas that Link couldn't. When Link runs around Zelda can be found, depending on his attire as well, sitting on his shoulder or resting ontop of his head. Some clothing Zelda will hide within Link's hat, giving her protection. As Zelda new size will allow Keese or birds to try to carry her off. Upon the event she is carried off, Zelda can be called by her lullaby to locate her or if she saved in time, she will pull out a piece of cloth to glide far enough for link to grab her. Exploring Ruins become a different task with Zelda's aid as she can translate the ancient text for him. Upon facing mosters Zelda is able to use the Purah pan, that shrunk with her. With the aid of a Picori Prince does Zelda learn of way to transform herself back to her normal size, but this is only done depending on Zelda's reputation amongst the picori. Which can be increased by the total of Picori both Zelda and Link help along their way across Hyrule and their neighboring kingdom. During this time Link could have Zelda also checkout a few secrets that could be scattered about, like Zelda could reach up on the Cooking class counter and read the recipes for Link, or Zelda could sneak into npc or Riju's room to hear conversations that could help with a side quest, or hint at trouble the npc is having. To which would lead Link towards helping with the issue and learn how the action would effect the kingdom. Link could also use the Ocarina of time like his ancestor did in Termina and help lovers find each other or drive a wedge in blooming romances. Link would be able to match npc together, upon playing the ocarina all the interactions would be reverted back before Link's intereference. Along with these, Link and Zelda will be able to revisit other NPC from Link's travels before saving Zelda. Link can help Rhondson and Hudson in Terry town when the married couple have a fight with Rhondson wishing to visit Mattison in Gerudo, but with Hudson being unable to tag along. Despite the rule for no Voe in Gerudo town, Link can either choose to sneak clothing from Gerudo town for Hudson to wear to sneak into Gerudo town to see Mattison, or Link can choose to sneak Hudson into Gerudo town, but would cause him to get caught and thrown in jail depending on the route Link takes him, or Link can talk Rhondson to either go with or without him. If Link convices Rhondson to take Hudson with her, Link and Zelda can be able to find them for a short while outside Gerudo town, but if Link conviences here to leave without Hudson. He will begin to worry as he hasn't heard from her and asks Link to tell him if he sees her through his travels. Link can find Rhondson inside Gerudo town either trying to catch a glimpse of Mattison without her knowing, or inside the secret clothing shop checking out clothing for Hudson. If Link chooses to gift Hudson clothing to wear to Gerudo town, he can be found studing the building of Gerudo town, but upon running into Mattison he begins to act like how he see Rhondson acts. With his attempts at speaking Gerudo terrible. With events that  end with Hudson and/or Rhondson get to see Mattison Link will be given some Ruppees and craft materials. With this installment Link can be able to build things from his time with Rauru's hand ability. Allowing Link to gather wood and carve the arrows as he needs them instead of buying them from stores if prefered. Although Link is only able to craft at work station. As well as  allowing Link to sit down in chairs for him to slowly recover his health, with Zelda offering some dialog depending on the location her and Link are at. When visiting Picori Villages Zelda can also purchase clothing that would help keep her safe depending on the elements that the two travel. Link and Zelda's houses would remain depeninding on previouse game data, but due to the events of the game. Link wouldn't be able to purchase a new house, but the items within his home will remain even with the playing the song of time. In this game Link and choose with Zelda's aid match together both Paya and Tauro and Riju with voe depending on players choices. Only way to open the events for Paya and Tauro is for Zelda to sneak into the Sheikah cheif house during a point of the day to catch the two in conversation. Making Zelda tell Link, allowing the player to match the two. With Riju being the harder of the two with matching with a Voe, as in this game Riju walks around Gerudo town. Mingling with her fellow Gerudo and the youngest arrival of Vai that came to live in the town, like Mattison. Link can find a Voe that is hiding in a palm tree, Link can choose to either set him with Riju or Calyban depending on the players choice. With Calyban was the easiest of the options as she would set out on her travels for a Voe, depeninding on totk playthrough, seeing Link would cause her to feel sadden as he ends up rejecting her love for Zelda, but if not she would greet Link as she would've if Link doesn't give her back the message in a bottle in totk. Link would be able to ask the npc to follow him, if not Link can lure Npcs depending on the melody he plays on the Ocarina. With some songs getting the attention of some more than others, Zelda using her size to help Link learn some of these melodies. Upon completing an event Zelda will keep track in her Purah Pad, allowing Link to keep track of the events for each trip. Like the bomber notebook in Majora's Mask. As well keep track of the songs Link has learned along his journey, with Link returning back to using Items found across Hyrule without the aid of the Sheikah slate and Rauru's arm abilities. He is able to use the ocarina of time to call forth a few abilities besides calling Zelda, and using Epona's song to summon his horse. Mostly a random horse from the stable if all horses are boarded, unless Link already has a horse taken from the stables. Allowing the song to reach further than with his whistle. Link can use the Ocarina of time to slow down the movement of the game to either give more time to complete a korok race, or use to slow an enemy down allowing Link to avoid his attacks easier. Only works on certain enemies as they still mantain their normal attack strength. Link can also use his Ocarina to control puppets or certain npcs to solve puzzles. He can also usse his Ocarina to repair an object broken back to its fix state. As well be able to use the Ocarina to transport between Hyrule and the neighboring Kingdom. Both Link and Zelda must combine their efforts in completing shrines built by the Picori and temples as they search to turn Zelda back to normal. Link can use the Scubagear design by Purah for underwater exploration, but during such times Zelda is left with Purah depending on the circimstances of the exploration. During the exploration through both kingdoms Link will also face against Dark Link as he will try to kidnap Zelda from Link if the player isn't careful. Causing Link if he turn back time, he would've to hunt to find Zelda from the point Dark Link left her. With each spot being different from the last, but being close to a shrine. During their travels to undercover the origins of Dark Link, both Link and Zelda are met by a wolf that was spotted to roam the Faron Forest at sunset. As if looking for something as it traverses the area, Link can choose to fight this wolf. However upon playing Epona's song will make the wolf not attack Link, but will cause it to talk with Link. Allowing him to meet the Hero's Echoe, Wolf Link being the regret of the hero of Twilight, coming back to search for a way back to the Twilight Realm. With him teaching Link melodies he learned from his time as hero. Allowing Link to use a few to discover lost Temples built from the Anscetors of the Twili that lead to a second mirror of Twilight. One that was sealed away by the sages of Light to prevent the power of that still slumbered in the Twilight realm still lingered, with the hero of Twilight leaving the mirror in the sages hands. As the presents of Dark Link brought concern to the pasted hero of Hyrule. With his wold form meeting his long descendants he asks that both Lonk and Zelda to investigate the places parts of the mirror fragment of the mirror that was shattered by the sages of light rested. In an attempt to keep the mirror from falling into evil hands, only with the piece being placed in the ancient desert prison is Link and Zelda able to place the broken mirror together. Allowing them access in the Twilight Realm, doing so allows Link and Zelda to met with the descendent of Midna. Protector of the Fused Shadow as it had a power that  could rival that of Majora's mask if the spirit within were to appear once more, but as Link and Zelda talk with the Ruler of Twilight, they learn more forgotten history from an era long past. Events that played shorlty after the defeat of Zant and Ganondorf, events that took place upon the shattering of the mirror of Twillight. Allowing Zelda to learn more about Link as he is shown by the Ruler of Twilight to be of blood connection to the Royal beast of Twilight. As Link holds a strong connection to the power that the Twili weild. Either due to his blood or the short time with Rauru's arm during his previous adventure. Soon Link is faced with Dark Link within the Twilight Realm along with many  of the Twili that were corrupted to his side. Only within the Twilight Realm the Ocarina of time is unable to reverse the action Link makes, but Link is able to summon Wolf Link to his side in the twilight realm by playing the song of time. Only after wolf Link is able to meet Midna's descendant, allowing the Ruler of Twilight to awaken as the sage of Shadow. Upon Link and Zelda surprise as his power wasn't from the Zonai stones, but shard of light made from his Anscestor after her return to the Twilight. Using her newly powers of light to help heal her people after the events of Zant, powers given by the light spirits despite meeting her death. Midna aimed to correct the course the Twili took from Ganondorf and Zant wickness, despite missing her hero. With meeting her descendant and getting to view the memories of Midna scattered across the twilight realm with the help of Wolf Link. Allowing the hero of Twilight to grant Link the ability to sense things like him when in his wolf state. Allowing him to notice things that he didn't before, allowing him to pick up footprints and animal tracks. Upon easing the regret  of his ancestor, allowing him to reunite with his princess once more. With Link newly given ability from his ancestor, he is able to track down npcs and other hidden characters by sensing the prints or disturbances that he didn't pick up before. Making Zelda's Lulluby unneeded as Link can be able to track Zelda, but with this ability Link can talk with certain animals. He is able to walk up to dogs and hear them ask for food in exchange they will show him something interesting, or they will let Link know of any secrets that they overheard. Link can use this ability only upon completing the Twilight realm and awakening the sage of Shadow. He can be found venturing Hyrule on in the sunset time,  with many Hylians that caught a glimpse of him started to swoon. Depending on how Link have played the looped time that they forced upon Hyrule until the time they are able to find away to stop the threat to Hyrule. Being Dark Link and Vati freed from their prisons causing trouble across Hyrule to the point of spreading to neightboring lands. Along with Riju, Tulin, Yonobo, Sidon, and Zelda serve as sages with the power of the Zonai stones, but along with them was Twili sage of Shadow. With the Sage of Spirit passed away, Link soon finds with his newly awaken abilities allowed him to weild Mineru's stone. Allowing him to become sage of spirit along with the power to seal the darkness with the triforce. As Zelda is still picori size she is unable to do her duty as Sage of Light. Forcing Zelda and Link to continue  their search. Upon his new abilities awakening Link is able to see the spirits of those that still lingered the land of Hyrule. Allowing Link to learn more about Hyrule, and telling Zelda as she records the information in her Purah Pad. After a few jumps with the Purah Pad keeping constant record of events, was the only way to convice Purah of what was transparing with the two since finding the Ocarina of Time. With the information Purah is able to give Link a good understanding of where they should head to next. Upon Completing the Twilight portion Purah would  dumbfounded as she would metion once reading of  such events in a history book, but didn't think the mirror of twilight was real. As the history of the hero of Twilight is one the sheikah don't talk much of due to the strain at the time. Link can meet the deceased queen of Hyrule, who Link can only interact with his sense powers, discovering the place where she went missing. Allowing Link to talk to her only, with her guiding the hero to an old Temple. Inside Link and Zelda can find old anciennt text that talked of the Picori and the Picori Blade. Tasked with finding the blade and returning it to the temple does Zelda's mother promises to share how to turn Zelda back to normal. Only finding the sword in another kingdom, sealed away in the armory of the Neightboring Royal family. Link must use his new abilities to earn the trust of the ruler of this kingdom, despite them wishing to declare war on Hyrule now that the Royal family is gone. With Zelda hidding in Link's pouch when in territory that isn't Hyrule for her protection in foriegn lands. To gain the trust of the Ruler of this Kingdom Link must clear out the threat to the kingdom. With the aid of the Ocarina and his ancestor ability, Link found himself having an easier time reaching the King's requests to earn his trust to join his knights for practice training. During this point Link will task Zelda to sneak into the Armory for him to find her, only when she found the sword. As she was able to sneak inside treasure chest to see within. With finding the sword and returning it to the temple does Zelda's mother opens  a door within the temple for the two to enter. Inside Link finds an old tree that had an opening within the roots big enough for Zelda to squeeze through, within she found an old Picori that wore a long green hat. Despite his age he quickly understood that the princess infront of him was the long descendant of the one he helped saved when Vati first started to torment Hyrule and the Picori. With his power, he granted Zelda the ability to change her size to that of a picori. To which Zelda can travel with Link normally after returning to her normal size and join Link without riding on his shoulder like a bird. However Link can ask Zelda to shrink herself if her picori height is needed. Zelda changes into a picori once Link uses the Song of Time and is sent back to the beginning of the day cycle for Hyrule and the neighboring kingdom until Link and Zelda are able to find away to stop the threats to both kingdoms. With Link and Zelda eventually gathering up the remaining sage of the forest, and locating the spirits of Light are Link and Zelda set to stop the upcoming threat of Vati, Dark Link, and a rising Yiga member that took control of the Yiga after Khoga's defeat in Tears of the Kingdom. With the aid of the gathered Sages with the power of the light spirits Link was able to battle Dark Link and Vati. Both teamed together in the final battle with Link against the hero and sage of Spirit. With the end of their battle, and Link stands victorious as the lingering threats from time gone to legends returned to legends. With Link and Zelda, depending on how Link plays through the loops of the game along with traveling the twilight realm. If Link chooses not to turn Zelda back to normal by the time he defeated both Dark Link and Vati, she'll be unable to turn back to normal as the time for Picori to leave Hyrule was the end point of the day cycles. As Zelda would embrace life as a Picori as an adventure, being able to leave her title as Princess behind her. With Link either choosing to return Riju's feelings or decide to leave Hyrule and Travel. However with Link returning Zelda to normal the ending with Link being crown King of Hyrule by Purah along with Zelda being queen. With their efforts uniting the Kingdoms allowing Hyrule to begin its reign anew with their alliances with the Twili, Gerudo, Zora, Rito, Picori, and the neighboring kingdom to the west. With an end cutscene of a young Prince running the halls of the rebuilt Hyrule Castle, with Zelda queen watching over Link as he trains the knights. With him taming many wild animals with his new ability. With the kingdom strengthening to face the next Calamity that would one day return in a new form, but with the aid  of the passed heroes they will be prepared to face them. Thank you for reading my little ted-talk with Zelda related stuff. ^-^ Most of these thoughts are ideas I had for a future Zelda game if they wished to continue the Botw-Totk Trilogy. I think I call it, Legend of Zelda Echoes of the Past. Thank you for reading my rambling, my apologies if my grammar is scrambled. =v=

The Graveyard is by far one of the hardest parts in this bizarre fan game. Dark nuts, Redeads, Like likes and a new enemy type called False ones reside in the Graveyard. The false ones will not stop until they drain your health entirely, so be extremely careful with them. Luckily they won't chase after you unless you walk in front of them, so they're not that difficult to get past. Their design is very strange though, they look like Link from the official game, but they don't have a face or arms and they're in black.
Just like the original Minish cap, you have to reach Dampé's house, but for an entirely different reason. In Minish cap he gives you a key, but in z.fgba he won't be there, instead you have to steal something from a dresser in his home. The item you obtain from the dresser is called "Flesh rippers" which replaces the mole mits, unlike the mole mits the flesh rippers can actually pick up and throw small enemies, but for bigger enemies it does damage overtime as if they bleed.
What you're supposed to do is find Dampé and talk to him, he tells you that he thinks some girl wondered into the graveyard by herself and that you have the lantern, he then asks you if he can borrow it so he can look for the girl which brings up a Yes/No box. If you choose no he tells you not to go in there as you're too young to go yourself.
If you say yes he thanks you for being a kind soul and proceeds through the gate, a text box appears afterwards "Cole. You need to go after him. He'll die otherwise. Do you really want someone else close to you to die? Follow him now, child!" It's then revealed that the person who's been talking to Cole this entire time was his cap. You're then supposed to follow Dampé and wonder in the dark for a short time. Eventually you find his body next to the largest grave in the center, but he isn't dead.
If you examine his body you're greeted by a text box which reads: "Your morals prevent you from letting him suffer further, but you have never killed anyone before. The choice is yours, child..." You're supposed to finish him off with the flesh rippers to get the lantern back, you won't be able to progress without it. You have to enter the grave and turn on your lantern and explore inside, eventually you find Swiftblade who teaches you how to use your blade and also gives you an item, "Ben's mask" then Swiftblade says this to you: "I usually avoid murderers, but Zelda asked me to help you in any way I could before you killed her."

minish cap was the first zelda game i ever finished and in fact is the only zelda game i ever 100%'d (more or less). i had the gba lttp first but never came close to beating it
i still have the original cartridge but it's on loan to a friend currently so for this run we will be playing on the 3ds. i anticipate this game will go much faster than skyward sword, not only because it's shorter and better, but because it's way easier for me to play handhelds than consoles

Just a little mainline Zelda game tier list. Figured I'd make it now for posterity as I intend to (eventually, at some point) play through more of the series, and I wanted to have a record of where stuff stood in my mind before playing. TL;DR I have a bias for both 2D zeldas and newer games in general. Longer explanations under the cut for anybody who wants to read my ramblings
The Oracles games are my favorites, with Ages being one of the first games I ever beat, especially without cheating (though I did use a game guide. Miss those things, honestly. Online walkthroughs just aren't the same). Breath of the Wild does a lot of things right but there are some things that very much annoy me (weapon degradation being the main issue that some of the other issues kind of have their roots in), but overall it's a pretty good time. Ignore that I'm technically about halfway through it and still want to finish it before Tears of the Kingdom comes out even though I don't expect to get that right away (because money). Link to the Past is the only other one I've actually played at length, and despite never finishing it, it was a pretty good time. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing that I played the GBA port. Just not quite as good as the others, though it's been a few years since I played it so maybe I'll replay it before I redo the tier list. TotK does look interesting, and while it still keeps the weapon degradation it's got some stuff to mitigate that (hopefully), so I'm definitely interested in getting it. Link Between Worlds is very much on my radar but that's gonna require me to pick up (ideally) a New 3DS/XL(LL) since my own 3DS XL broke years back and I missed it at the time. Minish Cap has been on my list for a while, and I even played a little bit of it but got distracted and haven't gone back to it. Still, I expect if I give it a proper chance I'll enjoy it, and I intend to do that some point soon. Link to the Past I also wanna get to, though I'm not sure which version I'll do. Maybe I'll get the Switch version and play through the OG first to see how it compares.
Windwaker honestly probably should be in the middle haven't played tier, on further reflection. I haven't played it but honestly I've seen a lot of it played so I don't think it would hold my attention to play through it myself. Also it seems like a refinement of OoT and MM which is both good and bad. Twilight Princess through Spirit Tracks I don't know a ton about but what I've seen of gameplay or heard about them haven't really appealed much to me. The Four Swords Adventures games I basically know nothing about, and Triforce Quest I know even less about.
It's a bit disingenuous to say I haven't played some of the games in the final tier, but I definitely haven't put much time into them. I gave OoT something like 20 minutes years after it's initial release but I think I missed the boat on how stunning it was to have huge 3D environments after years of smaller 2D games. So without that aspect of spectacle the gameplay didn't grab me much in the short time I spent with it. Maybe if I had played it alongside, for instance, Banjo Tooie, I'd feel differently about it (since I enjoy Banjo Tooie a lot despite being similar games outside of the tones and details) Majora's Mask is basically just more of Ocarina of Time, with a more sinister atmosphere. So, similar issues, with the added obstacle for me in that it's a game with a countdown, which give me hives. I've also seen at least parts of these games played so it's not like I have 0 idea what they're like. Having said that I'm not completely closed off to the idea of playing certain versions of the games. (Unofficial PC port of OoT, 3DS remakes of both) Zelda 2 I gave about 10 minutes, had no idea what i was supposed to be doing, and never went back to it. The OG is a similar story. Plus, as I said, I am very biased against older games in general. I don't play games to overcome difficulty (if it's fun I'll push through a challenge until I beat it but a lot of older games are hard without being fun. So.)
Just my personal thoughts on the series. I like certain kinds of things and not other things.

i only know about other links of the LU through osmosis and fanfiction as im one of ~those~ fans who rode in on the botw wagon. definitely tempted to buy HW but i have classes starting next week and that might actually just fail me.
wait i got sidetracked the point actually is that even though ive only got my osmosis knowledge the way you talk about the chain and all the ideas that flood your blog just make me want to write. so bad. two wolves inside me, “so many good ideas write them WRITE THEM” “i have absolutely no background for this how would ieven”
(you are lovely and have a lovely blog and i very much scroll through it like a newspaper a few times a day 💕)
AAAAAH THANK YOU, YOU ARE LOVELY TOO
You should absolutely write if you want to!! Theres a whole Zelda wiki that has a bunch of information about the games. The only Zelda games I’ve actually finished are BOTW and HW, (though I got sooooooo close to finishing Skyward Sword before my save file got erased-), I got halfway through OOT and Minish Cap, and I’ve only played a little of some of the others, not really enough to get lore from them. My goal is to finish more games this summer but I’ve been largely relying on the Zelda wiki to talk about lore stuff 🫡
Also you could watch game plays! those are super helpful :)
(i also came here on the botw wagon, i got into LU before i even had a switch to properly play botw ON)

oooo i can add more games to this now!!
wind waker: I'm too stupid for the tower of the gods. I'm too dumb. I enjoy the game but I am not smart enough for it. okay completely seriously though I adore windwaker. the sense of adventure is top tier. I love love love getting lost looking for new islands (and believe me, I *do* get lost). I sincerely enjoyed every moment I played until I got to the tower of the gods </3
minish cap: I'm sooo so close to finishing it I can feel it. i don't know where to go next though so alas. I am stuck. I'll eventually stumble into where to go but being lost is absolutely keeping me from wanting to play the game. a tragedy honestly </3
eventually i'll play the oracle games & oot & mm since those are available to me now too. (as much as the sounds in the oracle games irk me to no end I don't like them :/) but for now that's my list of zelda games I've played long enough to form an opinion on <3
i've only ever played 4 zelda games for a substantial length of time
-twilight princess: my first & favorite zelda game. permanently altered my brain chemistry I will never stop thinking about this game. currently playing the hd remaster and reliving the struggle that is mounted combat </3
-skyward sword: played with a friend as kids, passing the wiimote back and forth every time we died. fi my beloved <3 I have had the hd remaster for the switch on my wishlist since it came out in 2021 and when I get it you know damn well it'll absorb 95% of my free time
-breath of the wild: the first zelda game I fully completed on my own and the one I actively think about the most (*rotates the champions at mach speeds in my brain*)
-tears of the kingdom: not quite finished with the game, but very close to it. very fun to play while hanging out with my brother ("how ballsy should I be right now" "yes. do it. idk what you're doing but do it." "Okay. *jumps into hyrule castle chasm*") solidified my appreciation for the world that botw built
i don't remember where this post was going but yeah anyway. i wanna play more zelda games
