Everything is numbers. Even nothing has a number. 1 thing can change everything. Perhaps it was a moment or a memory a single action or in action of someone or something. Did or didn't do or said or didn't say. 1 out of multiple what if's.

We see 1 man standing what looks to be 1 bed containing 2 people. The people look asleep peaceful unaware. They seem to not know the man but he knows them. I can make this quick and easy

'The chose should be easy right?' He thinks to himself. But as he looks upset from his slight frown. Yet conflicted onto what to do with the furrow of his brow and scrunched up face. From the 2 bag under his eyes you can at least tell he's tired. Again looking down.

That 1 sentence again surrounded by darkness the only light the words itself. How could numbers change everything?

That 1 boy got to grow up despite- because of two brothers. That one boy becoming 1 man staring back at the two brothers. He sits their and watches over the cover of the shadows watching- like he's waiting for something to show up- rather someone. The roles revered 1 man. 2 boys. 1 sword. 1 choice he has to make. That will change everything.

1 lived 1 died. That would stay the same one would live the other would die that much was the same but the question was? Witch brother? YOU

He looks again to what he see's now are not 2 brothers fighting, 2 brothers who picked different paths to different outcomes. But right now- right now he see's 2 brothers sleeping peaceful unaware of the danger that might come. 2 children who don't know any better.

Both kids look at him seemingly awake in shock but maybe thinks is just a bad dream. He doesn't move as to not alert his brother. Their both awake but the other doesn't know that Their just kids who don't know any better

Again that same sentence pops into his mind. Growing more upset, more bitter, more painful stronger and stronger each time. It doesn't stop itself after once no it goes again and again. The same 3 words the 1 sentence repeating again and again. I HATE YOU-! Why?

He snaps out of it with a turn of the children heads the cuddle close to each other as if trying to shield each other from this bad dream- this nightmare.

Then a thought came to mind 3 simple words so similar yet so different. Just like the two brothers. Both words each have 3 in them with the same amount of letters in each, both making 1 sentence. How can something so similar be so different?

The others pretty much only read PIDW as something to take their minds off of whatever the heck was going on in their lives or just be a troll (most of them dropped the series after it turned into harem gathering and fanservice, so it was just mostly being there to witness the insane LBH glazing and hating SY was doing (he's truly a spectacle)

YQY, I think, would be a troll, he wrote a fanfic of PeerlessCucumber meeting Luo Binghe and falling in love in a disney-esque style of storytelling and did his damnest to emulate Airplane's style of writing to fuck with SY but it ended up being such a popular series in the fandom he wrote 3 parts to it

Aziraphale is not bad or foolish nor stupid in the last 15 minutes of S2. And he is clearly suffering when Crowley didn't agree to go with him to Heaven, that is noticeable to anyone (or so I suppose).

But, in the same way that Crowley is sad about the whole situation (and about Aziraphale's choice), the audience felt the same way (ok, I know Crowley would never hate Aziraphale, while some fans condemned him and hated him a lot after that). But, getting to my point: I believe that, for most of us, Aziraphale is not "the bad", it's just that the entire 15 minutes were played to make us feel more empathy for Crowley.

He is the one we can identify with the most in the 'lover who declares his affection and is rejected'. Meanwhile, the 15 minutes still have Aziraphale saying that heaven 'is the side of the good guys' (something that would consequently be rejected by Crowley and the audience, who would agree with him in 'Heaven and Hell are toxic').

Its much harder to understand Aziraphale's side when the whole scene is played out in Crowley's favor. Aziraphale ends up coming off as the "poor naive" who leaves his love behind in exchange for trying to make Heaven a more decent place.

But listening: I also don't think Aziraphale thinks Heaven is perfect, he has shown that he doesn't always agree with God's plans or ways (he knows not to ask questions, he warns Angel Crowley, he gave his sword to Adam out of pity after the couple was expelled from Eden, he also didn't agree to kill Job's children). Aziraphale doesn't think Heaven is perfect, just that it's better than the alternative (Hell).

You see, both "Crowley book" and "Crowley show" fear the reprisals of Hell. It's not like Hell in GO isn't bad, because it is.

A while back I saw a poll that asked if you would like to be an angel or a demon, most people chose demon, but only because they use Crowley as a parameter, they want to be like Crowley, so they chose demon, but the question wasn't if you want to be Crowley, but a demon. Crowley is an exception, not the rule. Being a demon is not about being like Crowley, Crowley is the gray aspect between the black and white that Heaven and Hell are (he and Aziraphale are the gray aspect).

So Heaven is relatively more pleasant than Hell, that is beyond doubt. I think that when Aziraphale says "it's heaven, the side of the good guys", he didn't mean that it's the side of the "perfect and good", he was just replying that, compared to the alternative (Hell), Heaven was better.

This doesn't mean that Aziraphale support the publicity of heaven: He doesn't understand all the ordinances of Heaven, but he fears that disobedience and associating with demons (Crowley) will lead to his downfall, he feared that he had fallen after the whole "arc of Job". And he has reason to believe that he could fall if he is disobedient, or if he allies himself with "the wicked".

Angels did not fall only with Lucifer, mind you, biblically speaking 1/3 of the angels allied themselves with Lucifer's rebellion and fell with him (including Crowley). But after that there were other falls, before the flood for example, about 200 angels also fell: for having fallen in love with human women, having sex with them, creating Nephlins, and teaching forbidden knowledge to humans, all of this caused evil to be perpetrated on earth and it hence the flood.

So it is possible that an angel can fall at any time, if he does not fulfill the tasks of heaven and associates with the "wrong people".

Aziraphale does not think that heaven is perfect, but falling is still not a better option: Hell is not a better option.

Furthermore, he does not understand or obey all of Heaven's ordinances: he associated himself with Crowley, as well as committing sins (gluttony?), and others things. But he also knows that "running away" from Heaven (as Gabriel did) is not a good option in the long run.

So Aziraphale made the decision he thought was wisest in relation to Metatron, to find out what was happening in the management of Heaven, and trying to change what he believe is wrong.

See, Crowley's plan to run away isn't ideal, it's also naive foolishness.

Crowley would certainly agree with Aziraphale on "hell is toxic", they are in consensus on that. But, see, in the end of S2 Aziraphale and Crowley were both purposely put in a difficult situation, Metatron knew he would separate them by confronting them with a topic they would disagree on: Heaven.

Aziraphale, by saying "Heaven is the good guys' side," claimed to believe in the status quo. As if he believes that Heaven is broken, but can be fixed. But Crowley, by saying that "Heaven and Hell are toxic," doesn't believe they can be fixed, that it are both toxic precisely because it are functioning as it should.

I don't think either Crowley or Aziraphale is wrong, they just have different opinions based on what they believe. They shouldn't have to apologize for that. Aziraphale hurt Crowley, but Crowley also hurt Aziraphale. They're both hurt.

The reaction to Aziraphale was only so antagonistic because, as I said, the audience tends to identify more with Crowley and his idea that "Heaven and Hell are toxic", so they tend to give him more credibility during these last 15 minutes. But he was also wrong in the way he conducted the conversation.

Aziraphale saying that they can both go to Heaven as angels, is like having to accept that there is only Heaven and Hell and they need to join one of them, in the classic "if you can't beat them, join them". On the other hand, Crowley does not believe that it is possible to "join them", he believes that it is only possible to play against the system and outside of it, as an "us".

Only the plot of the sequel will show which one is being wiser (and I really hope the plot doesn't do it in a way that blames and ridicules one of them).

They both ended up saying things, and acting, in ways that hurt each other in S2. But that happens at least once in a couple's life, doesn't it?

So you see, the second season only separated them to bring them back together in the "sequel" in a more epic way (or so I hope❤️).

You had met Emperor Geta twice growing up in Rome.

The first time was when you two were kids, so you just remember playing with a sword in a sand pit.

The second time was when he was freshly made Emperor, and you two did the deed. He was hot, and he thought you were hot. You helped him with plans for ruling as you were ruling your homeland. The proper term for your title was Queen. You noticed how reckless Calla was, and you told Geta of a way to escape Rome to get to you. You even gave him a secret password for him to be granted safe passage there. He did not understand at the time why you told him of an escape.

The next years passed, and you couldn't visit Rome anymore. Your role as Queen was important to you, and you didn't want to just travel for pleasure. You could have lied to your people, but your people were facing threats day by day from Romans. It seemed to you that Emperor Geta and Emperor Calla had no control of their city. It terrified you, and you just hoped Emperor Geta would end up okay in the end. You sent letters once every couple of months to check in with him, and he wrote you poems about how he missed you. He claimed that no woman filled the void you left in his heart.

It was a random day in the hottest part of summer, and you found yourself swimming in your private pool to cool down. Your foreign advisor asked your guards to speak to you about an urgent matter, so you threw on an outfit and rushed to the sitting room.

You find your foreign advisor looking antsy. You ask, "Please, tell me, what's the matter?" He bows and answers, "Miss, I have a letter from Titus, who lives on the shore of Rome. He wrote to me 5 days ago that he had a surprise visitor who knew your secret password for safe passage. The messenger arrived today and was 2 days ahead of Titus." You ask, "Well who was it?" He answers, "That's where I have questions as well. The messenger said it was Emperor Geta." You drop the glass you hold, and it breaks, spreading water everywhere. A maid rushes in and begins cleaning.

Once the maid finishes and leaves, you talk to your advisor about the arrival of Emperor Geta. You also inform him of bits of your past with the Emperor. You once considered him a friend and would be a generous host to his visit... but if he were to harm or intend to harm your people, he would be sent packing. You agree to keep this information secret as best as you can until his arrival to guarantee his safety.

You spend the next couple of days in meetings and normal. You spend your nights feeling antsy and nervous. Why would Emperor Geta visit you now? What's wrong? Where is Calla?

The day of his arrival is here. A messenger arrives from the shore to tell you that Titus' ship has docked.

You wait in your sitting room near the entrance of your palace.

The door swings open, and a guard announces, "Now announcing the presence of Titus and Emperor Geta!" They both stroll through the door, and you see the exhaustion in Emperor Geta's eyes. He looks bad, which is saying a lot because you find him very attractive. Titus bows and then Emperor Geta does. Titus says, "Your Majesty, I present Emperor Geta. I shall let the two of you reconnect. I must go and rest for that was a long journey." You shake his hand, thank him, and he leaves.

You take a careful step toward Emperor Geta and exclaim, "Emperor Geta, is that really you?" He answers, "Please call me Geta, love. I am Emperor no more." You pull him into a hug, and he squeezes you against him. You pull him over to the couch, where you two sit and talk.

You find out that Geta faked his own death, and Calla thought he killed the real Geta. Calla took over the sole role of Emperor. Geta snuck out of the castle and found Titus easily. Titus gave him commoner clothing, and they sailed 5 days + nights overseas.

You ask, "Why don't I lead you to a nice guest suite to rest?" Geta answers, "I'm scared to be alone right now. Is it alright if I stay with you?" You answer, "Sure, you may. I'll have food brought to our room before we sleep." He replies, "I like the sound of our room." You smile and reply, "I truly did miss you. I was just scared to go back to Rome. I knew I couldn't possibly leave you again and my advisors were worried for my safety." He cups your face and replies, "I would've started wars if they inflicted pain upon you." You cup his face and reply, "You're safe here. I'll make sure of it." He leans in and kisses you gently.

Today in Are the Finweans Doing Ok (Rhetorical question ! they obviously don't !) : Fingolfin (Ñolo).

@and-the-times-we-had and I were talking about how close Fëanor was to his children, and, by contrast, how less close Fingolfin and Finarfin were to theirs (not necessarily a bad thing). But more generally speaking, Fingolfin seems to be having a particularly hard time with his personal relationships. While Fëanor has the unconditional support of his father and children (again, not necessarily a good thing !), Fingolfin has :

his father, Finwë. Who ultimately chooses Fëanor over him, even though he pleads with him and tells him that he is the better son. He doesn't say anything when Fëanor shoos Ñolo away on that fateful, sword-to-the-throat day. He leaves Tirion to go into exile with Fëanor. We don't know if Fingolfin ever saw his father again after that day, given that Finwë dies in exile in Formenos. Also there is that little business of Fingolfin taking over the ruling of the Noldor in Tirion when Finwë considers himself un-kinged, and the fact that it might not necessarily have been to Finwë's liking.

his mother, Indis. We are told in Morgoth's Ring that Fingolfin is her favourite son, but we also know that she doesn't follow him into exile, and we are also told, by Finwë, in Morgoth's Ring, that all she aspires to after Finwë leaves Tirion is the peace and quiet of her father's court, away from Tirion (where her favourite son rules). So not much support for adult Nolo there, it seems.

his wife, Anairë. She doesn't follow him into exile, either. It doesn't necessarily mean that their marriage is going terribly (she might have planned to join him in ME later, once the fighting was over ; he might have planned to go back to Aman, originally, after having avenged the death of his father ; they might both have thought it was better for someone to say behind), but given that his son Turgon's wife left with him, that might have stung at least a little bit (but I'm also of the opinion that it shows that their marriage is not going well). Plus we are also told in People of Middle Earth that she "refused to leave Aman, largely because of her friendship with Eärwen wife of Arafinwë". Ouch ?

His half-brother Fëanor. We know how this one goes. He desperately wants to be close to him. He wants Fëanor to stop being a freak. Fëanor adamantly doesn't.

His brother Finarfin. Arguably his closest relationship/best support ? Finarfin goes to Alqualondë to avoid the family drama but he also stand by Ñolo when Morgoth sows his lies and tells the brothers that Fëanor and his sons want to send them away from Tirion. He reluctantly follows him and Fëanor into exile. But then he turns back, and Ñolo is left alone (contrast this with Maglor following Maedhros to attack Eonwë's camp. Again, not necessarily a bad thing that Finarfin has the spine to do what he thinks is the right thing, but I think Ñolo might have preferred unconditional support).

His vaguely canonical elder sister Findis, who stays in Aman. No mention about how these two might have gotten along, but she stays behind.

His vaguely canonical younger sister Lalwen, who goes into Exile with him because he is her favourite person ever. Finally some Nolo appreciation ? Too bad she, and team Ñolo, are barely canonical.

His son Fingon. We are not told much about their relationship, but we don't get the impression it's super close. When Fingolfin argues with Fëanor just before leaving Tirion to go into exile, Fingon doesn't speak up to support him, at least in the published Silm (he does in an earlier version). He remains silent, because he wants to go to ME. It would be quite unthinkable for a son of Fëanor to do something like that (and again, not going into how it's not necessarily a bad thing... but again Ñolo might have appreciated the support.)

His son Turgon. This one speaks up in support of his father on the same occasion (again in the published silm, switching places with Fingon), but then once in ME decided to leave with 2/3 of his people to live in his secret magical city. Not the best support. Never sees his dad again, but buries his body (great).

His daughter Aredhel. Again, we don't know much, except that she is very good pals with Curufin and Celegorm while in Aman (doubt Ñolo would have been thrilled), and that once in ME she lives with her brother Turgon, and not her father. When she leaves Gondolin, it is under the pretence to go and visit Fingon, not her father, whom she hasn't seen in something like decades ? Doesn't give the impression that they have a particularly close relationship either.

His son Argon. We really know almost anything about this guy, but again, we don't get the impression that they are particularly close given that he doesn't support his father against Fëanor either.

So while Ñolo seems to have been loved by his people, who chose him as King over Fëanor, followed him across the Ice, then chose him again over Maedhros, his family life seems to be another matter. Unlike Fëanor, or even Finarfin, it seems that he has a hard time fostering close relationships with others in his personal life. Probably another thing that can be laid at Finwë's door. And Fëanor's. Might explain somewhat his drastic choice to go and challenge Morgoth when he saw the destruction of his people, while his children were still well (relatively) and alive ?

one thing i find interesting is that Rellana's sword description said the red one is engraved with "golden flame", it's the same flame seen on Fire Knights' weapon and Messmer's spear. so, flame with gold tinge.

only the flame in Messmer's Orb has black tendrils of the Dark / Abyss, and it's the Orb description that specifically states he hates his fire. other items like his Kindling and Embers also have very distinctive dark outlines (the Kindling description confirms the Abyssal Serpent was eating away at the fire).

so we can safely assume Messmer's fire, when given to others, carries over the golden grace Marika blessed him with, whereas when it's Messmer himself wielding it, or if it's a catalyst that "can't find purchase" in other hosts like Fire Coil / Fire Serpent spell, it will always have the additional dark tendrils, since only Messmer carries the Abyssal Serpent. such a neat design choice and a very consistent way to showcase that.

and it kinda makes me emotional because Marika is vulnerable to fire, yet her blessing to her son is so strong that her gold bleeds into his fire, & it's something that carries over when he shared it to those under his command. like how full of warmth and love that blessing must be? man.

been thinking about the liyue gang and how id draw their physical builds so here are some thoughts i had for xy cy and gm in particular

- xingqiu, unsurprisingly, would be quite lanky. i like to think he has broad-ish shoulders, like a thin athlete's build? hes a long boy to me haha, long face, neck, limbs, fingers etc, so naturally hes stands (comparatively) tall at 5'6" or 5'7"

i like to think hes most physically attractive one and has that handsome princely and boyish charm to him because it adds a lot to his fuckass duality LOL

- chongyun is a lot like xiao imo! short stature but with muscular arms. he seems nimble and flexible because of his normal attack animations (which bears a lot of similarities to xiao's actually! this + the fact that chongyun's normal attacks create gusts of wind further reinforces my hc that xiao trains him). sometimes i watch high energy choreography vids on youtube and some dancers look incredibly light on their feet, almost like their body is inherently bouncy? and i imagine chongyun to have that agility to him. chongyun has a delicate face and aura and i let that bleed into my hcs for his fighting style and physical capabilities hahaha. hes kind of like a cat who's deceptively strong. as for height.. just a few inches taller than xiao, so perceptibly short at 5'4"

- ga ming my new beloved. pretty much similar to chongyun but more muscular and stronger just because he wields his claymore with ease. theres a noticeable weight different between cy and his claymore the way he lugs it up after he swings (or even other claymore users like razor who, on his last hit, bounces from impact). meanwhile ga ming literally slams his to the ground LOL. i love his movements though hes very swift and expressive and radiant.. if cy has delicate movements then ga ming's is fierce and (charmingly!) assertive

ga ming is wonderfully charismatic though, i know hes not well known in liyue harbor yet, but he seems like the type to gain a reputation from his friendliness. how could no one adore him hahaha. 5'5" for height! just between xy and xq
