These Beliza/Bellarke blogs defending Bob and pulling out literal abuse tactics against Arryn should be ashamed of themselves. If your first instinct is to baby and defend the accused man and disbelieve, demonize and attempt to discredit the woman, you're part of the problem.

a/n: y/f/n = your full name
"I really do not know what you're going to achieve from this" y/n huffed as she was dragged blindfolded. She felt something crunch under her boots and she assumed she was walking through the woods, after all, she was with the Hale's. "I know who you both are you know," she said, grinning even though they couldn't see her.
There are a couple things you are probably wondering, who is she? what is she? why have the Hale's kidnapped her? Her name is y/f/n and the Hale's have taken her because they believe she knows information about the Alpha pack. In fact, she knows all there is to know about them, she's part of it. That was something else the Hale's didn't know about y/n, she is an Alpha. But, there was also more to that than anyone knows.
Now your thinking, how did an Alpha manage to get kidnapped? Well, she hides what she is, which she does on purpose and is always part of the Alpha packs plans. She ventures in, looking for insights, people (not including the Hale's) trust her and tell her all sorts of secrets. That was how she survived, by getting into peoples heads, she managed it with the Alpha pack.
"You know, one of you smells like you haven't showered in weeks... either that or you just killed someone" y/n was now only trying to wind them up, she wanted to see if they would rise to it. She was testing things out, "Peter, have you killed someone?" she said in a joking serious tone, looking to him. He believed she couldn't see him but he didn't know she was an Alpha, or in fact, a werewolf. They were treating her as if she was human, she would be tortured as if she was human. She would be acting as if she was human, she was hoping they weren't going to torture her to death. Because, frankly, she wasn't that good at playing a human, she wouldn't be able to fake a human death. "We seem to have been walking for a long time, are we lost? I could help you out, I'm brilliant at directions!" y/n teased as she moved her head from side to side, "I can always find my way to a Starbucks." she snorted and asked, "have you ever tried one?" this time she was looking at Derek. He huffed, while Peter held in a smile. He liked her, she was smart and she knew it. Peter saw this as a challenge. "I feel as though your a frappe type of guy," she then turned to Peter, "am I right? I am aren't I?" Peter didn't answer but y/n saw the smile on his face, at least something was working, "yeah I am!" she laughed. "What about you? huh?" she turned her head back towards Peter, "you're pretty strong, bet you go for something like," she put on a low voice, "Americano, to go," then let out a long laugh.
She was enjoying herself, that was for sure. It wasn't often she was kidnapped, she had missed it a lot. She wondered when the last time she was kidnapped was... Then she remembered, it was Deucalion’s pack... look where she was now. Leading the Alpha pack. And still, Derek nor Peter knew any of this, they thought she was human finding out information for the Alpha pack. They were going to get a massive shock sometime soon. Then again y/n was having a little too much fun.
y/n was shoved through a doorway and placed into a chair, her hands were tied behind her back and the chair, the bag still over her head. She knew where she was. She knew that if they knew or suspecting she was a werewolf, she wouldn't be in a chair, she would be tied up against the electrical gate. Peter and Derek had been up there plenty of times. y/n would have liked to have seen that. Now, y/n was left to wonder how they were going to get the information out of her. Surely, they weren't just going to ask.
y/n sat there silently, pretending to look around for them. She knew that they were stood in front of her, waiting for her to say something. "So what happens now? I talk first? You talk first?" she asked, still looking around acting clueless. Peter glanced at Derek, a smile playing on his lips. Derek glared at him and rolled his eyes. Now was not the time to develop a crush on someone they had just kidnapped, but that would help y/n a lot. y/n and Derek sensed Peter's heart rate change, y/n knew that he wasn't trying to control what he felt because he thought Derek was the only other one that could read his feelings. y/n smirked under the hood, she was a master of controlling and hiding her emotions. When people meet her, she is often called cold, but she had always been like that, even before she had lost them.
y/n heard one of them walk towards her, they took the bag off her head. "urg! Thank you!" she huffed. Derek set the bag to one side as he sat down on the chair that was to the right of her, "It was getting a little stuffy in there, have you ever had a bag over your head?" she asked them, deciding she wouldn't change her attitude.

"It wouldn't really be effective for us" Peter replied, a smirk playing on his face. y/n winked at him, she was going to be focusing on Peter, she was getting a better reaction from him than Derek, which was no surprise there. She was surprised that Peter hadn't recognised her yet, they had met before a long time ago. Maybe he did? Maybe that was why he was reacting so much? No, y/n thought, don't be stupid, Peter certainly isn't.
Derek glared at Peter once again, it was clear that they didn't work together at all. "Were you pretending to be a student or teacher at the school?" Derek asked.
"I feel very flattered Mr Hale," she winked at him, his facial expression didn't change, she wasn't able to flirt her way in with this one, "councillor actually," she said bluntly.
"Why is it always the councillor?" Peter asked rolling his eyes with the smirk still on his face.
"I'm just curious, do you ever not have a smirk on your face or did the wind blow one day and its stuck like that?" she asked him. They thought she was getting defensive.
Derek huffed, "just answer the question, we haven't got all night."
"That's a shame, I do," y/n grinned and went silent. They tried threatening her, but it didn't work she just looked at them blankly, not giving anything away. Derek and Peter walked out of the room, y/n stayed where she was. She could have used her claws to escape, she could have even escaped but she was having too much fun. That was always her problem, she always had too much fun, that was what got her pack killed.
"We're going to have to be rough with her, she works for the Alpha pack" Derek stated as they stood outside the room, thinking of ways to get it out of her. They really didn't do this often.
"Wow wow wow" Peter held his hand out, "why don't we try letting her flirt with us, she might let something slip, turn on the charm, Derek."
"Are you getting soft or something?" Derek questioned, "We're doing it my way."
y/n heard the whole conversation and she was pleased to know she was getting to at least one of them, she was going to have to try and soften Derek this time. She knew it would be Derek doing the dirty work this time, which surprised her a little. Peter had changed, he would have jumped at the chance when she knew him. They walked back in expecting y/n to jump, but she didn't. "So, are we going to talk now?" Derek asked, standing in front of her with his arms folded. She stayed silent, noticing Peter's heart rate quicken. y/n felt flattered that the threat of her safety was affecting Peter so much. y/n locked eyes with Derek, she was struggling to keep her wolf side under control, she reckoned it was because she was an Alpha. The Alpha of all Alphas. She had to look away before she gave herself away, Derek then showed his claws, "last chance" he warned.
He was about to attack her, "wait" said Peter. Derek shot his head around to him, y/n was grinning. Derek stormed over to him, "look, I just think we should try my way first" Peter whispered, now y/n was attempting to get out of the ties. It didn't take her long, by the time Peter had walked over to her and sat in the chair, she had freed her arms, only pretending to them tied up.
y/n looked at Peter, she didn't struggle to stay human when looking at Peter because he wasn't threatening her. "What can I do for you, Peter?" she asked as though she was in charge of the situation. But, she really was, they were going to find that out soon.
"Well, we would like to know a couple things," Peter said softly.
y/n looked at him for a minute, then leaned into him, "okay, but I don't feel comfortable with him here" she whispered, knowing Derek could hear. Peter looked at Derek and nodded his head to the door, telling Derek to leave. He huffed but left anyway. That was a mistake and y/n was surprised they had fallen for it. "Thanks," y/n said with a smirk.
"So, why a councillor?" Peter asked.
"Easy way to find out information, people trust in them." y/n said openly. "And before you ask, yes I am qualified. The school isn't that bad." y/n watched Peter carefully, analysing his movements.
Peter looked into her eyes, "how long have you worked for them? Are they forcing you to?" he asked her. y/n found this hysterical, he was developing feelings for her. She had gotten into his head, now it was time to play.
She looked away from him, "I-I don't want to- talk about it" she stuttered, allowing tears to fall. I should have pursued acting, she thought as she did so.
"Hey, come on," Peter said, moving her hair out of her face, "we can help you..." Peter said softly, moving his chair closer. Derek rolled his eyes as he listened from the other side of the door. y/n looked at him, Peter gently wiped the tears off her cheeks, "you can trust me..."
y/n lent in, "well, we know that's not true," she whispered in a low voice, knowing Derek wouldn't be able to hear. "You see, I know you. I know you all too well," she repeated, "they aren't forcing me to do anything..." she trailed off, grinning as she saw Peter's face harden as he realised what he had done, he eyes glowed red. He tried to shout Derek, but y/n was too fast, she had knocked him out without making a sound. She looked to the electric wall, why not, she thought. By the time she had put him up on the wall, Peter had regained consciousness. "Go ahead, call your nephew to fight your battles for you" she teased as she whispered in his ear. Peter shouted Derek, his dignity was already on the floor. He would pick it up later on.
Derek came in in his werewolf form, he knew the cry of Peter when he was in trouble. y/n sat down in the chair she was once tied to, her legs crossed. "Hello, Derek, what can I do for you on this fine evening?" she asked, winding Derek up. She then pretended to look at her nails, which were human form. "Derek, I must tell you, you aren't going to win this." She said firmly, looking up at Derek, her nails turning to wolf claws and her eyes glowing red. She stood up slowly as she watched Derek cower, "you see, you all think Deucalian is the Alpha of Alphas. You are wrong," she growled lowly, each word she spoke she took another step forward. "I am the alpha of alphas!"
Derek was now human, y/n knew he would fight as soon as she touched him. But she was ready.

ARTISTS ANALYSIS ON RANKIN
Rankin is a professional photographer born 1966 and has worked for Dazed and Confused magazine and publications such as Nike, Swatch and Dove. He has also worked with charities.
What is the photographer’s motivation for being a photographer? What is the photographer’s motivation for taking / creating these types of images?
“People inspire me.  I’m really inquisitive about them, so just people, just meeting people is very inspirational. I think it probably came from my Dad – my parents brought me up to question everything and everybody were constantly trying to answer everything for me. I think it made me keenly inquisitive about people and I find that I draw my inspiration from asking those questions about people and trying to answer them.”
The biggest motivation/ inspiration to take photographs seems to be people, which shows that he really admires what he does. He comes of as a very sociable person and that is very important when taking portraits because that way he gets to know them and portray that information in the photographs. Rankins motivation comes from the urge to know what answers will he get from people once they are asked questions by him - this could be because he it helps him portray different people differently, or he just want to make taking portraits more interesting.
I think that rankin is trying to see whether when people that look at the portrait can see what he was trying to say as well as to see what questions they get about it.
Is this the type of portrait you would expect to see of this particular person?
The person in the photograph is Jeremy Irvine who is famous for being an actor.
This is not the type of portrait you would expect to see on this person as it has some interesting effects with making it look completely different from other portraits. Because the photograph is so different from other portraits he has taken, it automatically becomes more intriguing. Especially where this is a celebrity most photographers would try and make them look really good, however Rankin goes for a more extreme but a more fascinating outcome.
He definitely stands out with his work when photographing people, which is what makes him a successful photographer.
Discuss the face that you see in the photograph
The face has been made to look broken and wrecked as you can see a lot of blood on the face as well as bruises and stitches. This could be looking at the element of flaws or emotions and maybe also perfection - because this could be done to show how he is feeling e.g. scared or broken but it could also be done to show how attitude can affect flaws and being perfect.
When looking at personality i seem to get a sinister feel when i look at the photograph, almost as if Rankin is trying to portray a very crazy and almost unpredictable character. This is important because it’s not just another simple portrait photo taken in a studio instead a more interesting scene has been created.
Discuss the main technical or formal elements featured in this photograph?
Looking at this photograph you can tell the strong colours definitely stand out because of the lights used to take the portrait. The colours that Rankin has used are blue and white tones. I think he has used these particular colours to highlight the blood and bruises in a more striking way. Interpreting a message with colour can be more effective with certain photographs e.g. if this photo would be in black and white the bruises with blood wouldn't look as intriguing as with colour. Also rankin has mentioned that colour plays a big part in his photography because he has admired it since being a kid.
“As a kid, the word colour used to be my trick question in "I spy". I spy something beginning with "c". Nobody ever got it. I was always just obsessed with colour. It's this incredibly powerful but intangible thing that contributes so much to how we interpret the world.”
Deep depth of field has been used in a hidden way, as when i first looked at the photograph i was instantly drawn to the face only and payed very little attention to the background, therefore you can tell that depth of field makes a really huge effect on the photo.
Is there anything controversial within the photograph?
I do think that the audience would be interested to know why rankin decided portray Jeremy Irvine in this beat up and broken way. The way he has been presented must have a strong meaning as portraits should and most of the time do include personality or anything about them that shows who they are. If the photographer does not include any of those in the portrait it becomes not as significant and symbolic.
Do you think that the photographer has manipulated this photograph using digital editing (such as Photoshop)? If you think that s/he has, then what impact do you think that this could have had on the way that viewers react and respond to the photograph.
I do think some editing has been done with this particular photograph, however Rankin still managed to keep the photo looking ‘clean’ and not over edited. If you look at the photograph very closely and analyse it, you can really tell that he mainly used lights, make up and own techniques to take that portrait which automatically makes it successful, as he is trying to get the outcome without having to do much editing.
“I try to keep things as real as possible, and I capture as much as I can within the frame. I shot a whole project on Polaroid which could not be manipulated, and Rankin Live also had very little post-production.”
One of the projects he could not make any touches therefore he had to think through of how to take the photographs in a successful way. I think the fact that he has very little manipulation involved with the photographs has a very symbolic impact. The images end up looking more real and authentic which is important as now there are lot of photographers that like to edit and manipulate which can make the portrait look poor.
What is your personal response to this photograph and how does this photograph inspire or relate to your own work?
Overall i think this is a very powerful photo that has had time put in to make it look very significant and interesting. It includes a lot of personality and a curious scene within the portrait.
This inspires me to experiment with colour when taking the photographs and use the right techniques. Also this photographs links to my own work because my theme is distortion and the face in the photo has been distorted but in a more realistic way. my work will include more edited distortion.
