She raise an eyebrow at you and glance at your hand linked with Lila's. You feel chills under her gaze.

"Hey... I'm Nat, the children's aunt, are you Lila's girlfriend?"

You blinked several times at her direct comment. After a few seconds you shook your head.

"Lila's friend. Cooper's ex. I'm Y/N, nice to meet you"

As the barbecue went on, you felt her gaze on you the entire time, the attention making you insecure and nervous, and at mealtime, she sat next to you and initiated casual physical contact that constantly threw you off balance.
