hard to sleep - luke castellan x reader
summary : luke convinces you to sleep in his cabin and it results in you helping him recover from a nightmare.
warnings: mostly fluff but a bit of angst - reader thinks luke is having a wet dream - luke is sad and scared 💔 my baby
a/n: not proofread and it's 1:38 am and i wrote this in only one hour so we'll see what it looks like later ig - couldn’t think of a title but when it doubt gracie it out
Tumblr media
You'd sworn you'd try. You'd sworn you'd try to sleep in the crowded Hermes cabin tonight for Luke. You'd been hanging over his hips in a straddling position that was void of any real contact, just holding your body above him as you sat on your knees.
The two of you had been swapping kisses in between locked lips and smiles and giggles that escaped and found solace in each other's mouths.
"Stay," he'd whispered against your lips when you pulled away to get a breath of air.
You kissed back, breathlessly panting into his mouth. "No, thanks."
He pulled away, and you waited for a moment for him to catch his breath before you leaned in to kiss him again. This time, though, he caught you with palms flat against your chest and pushed you back for a second. He bit back a smile as he saw the look of petulance on your face and then he ran a thumb over your lips.
You parted them, and he accepted that as an invite to slip the thumb over the curve of your bottom lip. He sighed as he watched your immediate act of obedience, and then he huffed, "Stay."
You pouted, and gods help you, Luke mirrored it by tugging his bottom lip through his teeth to mock you. You huffed, brows furrowing at his expression. The silent exchange brought a lazy smile to his lips, his big brown eyes tracing over your lips. "Stay."
You rolled your eyes as you protested in a small, lazy voice, "I don't like it in here."
"Thanks," he retorted as he adjusted his hold on your hips.
"Welcome."
"Angel, don't you love me?"
Your eyes took in his face and you rolled your eyes when you saw the look of what you thought was mock desperation. "Sometimes."
"Mhm?" he grinned at your faux look of indifference.
"Yeah."
"Is loving me sometimes enough to get you to stay in my cabin tonight?"
You shrugged. "Sleeping in your cabin isn't exactly my favorite."
He shrugged back. "Shucks."
You wanted to slap him on the face, and you'd raised your hand to do so. However, unfortunately, (fortunate, actually, if you were being honest,) Luke was already taking both of your hands to his lips and pressing soft kisses to each knuckle on both hands.
"Your cabin is packed. And loud. I never get any sleep in here."
"Get that melanie shit. Helps you sleep." He suggested.
"Melatonin," you corrected absentmindedly. Your thighs were starting to ache from the job of holding your body weight above his, so you gently settled on his hips. He made a noise of approval, hands squeezing your hips.
"Sleep in here tonight. Please." He begged. "Try for me. I need you tonight."
You rolled your eyes as if your heart wasn't fluttering from the sweet words. You opened your mouth to protest, but the asshole cut you off with a, "Baby, try for me."
A soft, gentle hum escaped from your sealed lips, approving the pet name and the tone he used it with.
A few moments passed as you started into the stupid, wide, boyish brown eyes that were glossy and begging you to stay.
"Fine," you mumbled in a tone of annoyance, and there was a grin on his lips before yours were on them instead.
Tumblr media
When your eyes flutter open, it takes you a few moments to realize that it's still night. You blink for a few moments before your vision is clear enough to catch a comprehensible glance at Luke's bedside table alarm clock. 2:47 am.
You blink a few other times before groaning, eyes finding the ceiling as your cloudy mind identifies what woke you up.
It doesn't come to a conclusion.
You begin to shrug it off. Maybe an animal made a particularly loud sound from outside. Maybe Luke kicked you in his sleep. Maybe—what was that?
After looking to the side, you noticed Luke was still in bed with you. But it took you a while to notice that. Because he was practically hanging off the edge of the bed, as far as possible from you. This discovery leads you to acknowledge how damn cold it is without his body heat, but then your mind thinks back to what just happened.
Luke moaned.
Luke had moaned in his sleep.
You shiver. You knew Luke was dirty. Gross. It pained you to even consider what was going on his dreams right now.
You rolled over to face the opposite direction, closing your eyes and letting your mind begin to lull you back into sleep.
"Ah," you hear from Luke. You roll your eyes and turn over to stare at the back of his perverted head.
That's when you realize that his 'perverted' head is shaking. Desperately back and forth.
You blink, squinting when you release how tense his muscles are.
He's sweating, and as shamefully ogle at the sweaty muscles in his shoulders, you notice that said shoulders are shaking.
"Please stop," he whispers weakly, the words kind of slurred and only comprehensible when you take an extra five seconds to decipher them.
You take a deep breath.
Nightmare.
You squeeze your eyes shut in dread.
Sleeping with Luke is always pleasant. He's warm, he's big, he's good at cuddling. The only downside, the common downside, is dealing with his nightmares.
It's not like he was hard to deal with. It didn't give you second hand embarrassment like it would with anyone else. He didn't thrash around and get violent in his sleep. He just got sad. And that's what you found to be difficult.
You sighed, moving closer to him and whispering, "Luke, baby."
"Please stop," he begs, and you take a moment to remind yourself that he's not talking to you.
You touch his shoulder, not going far enough to shake it. You drag a thumb across the blade and lean in and press a kiss to the back of his neck. "Luke."
You hear a whine, and something similar to a sob. You resort to pressing kisses to his upper back, shoulders, neck and head. You mutter his name a few times as you do so until he sits up slowly.
He doesn't dart up straight like others do. He slowly, weakly brings himself into consciousness, as if he's trying to come to terms with something.
Luke sits with knees up, halfway spread and elbows on them. He stares at the wall, blinking away startled and most likely frustrated tears as he takes a few deep breaths before falling back down until he's laying again.
His eyes trace the room until they land on you, and you realize that it's just now that he notices that you're there.
"Oh," he breathes. He looks guilty.
"Hi," you whisper nervously as your cautious eyes trace his face, "you okay, handsome?"
A few moments pass as he returns the inspection of your face before he shrugs weakly. "I'm really tired."
You hum, looking over his body before you pull yourself to sit up, and habitually, he follows suit.
Wordlessly, you crawl over and peel off his damp, sweaty shirt. He lets you, lifting his arms just slightly from your sides. If he wasn't going through emotional turmoil right now, you probably would've made a snarky joke on his laziness and the fact that he's making you do all of the work.
Once you've worked his shirt off, you throw it into his hamper that sits beside his nightstand and then you leave the bed. A look of panic immediately settles onto his features, and he's begging incomprehensible variations of, "Don't go, gods, please don't go."
You exhale as you bring a hand to cup his face, soothingly drawing a half circle on his face. "Two seconds. Gonna grab something."
Reluctantly, he lets you go and watches as you wade into the bathroom. When you come back, you're holding a damp rag that he notices is a bit sudsy.
Sitting down next to him on the bed, you take his hand as you begin to use your free hand to drag the cloth against his skin and scrub at the beads of sweat that coat his skin.
He whines, feeling the harsh pressure against his tense muscles. Your brows knit together in empathy and you whisper, "I know. I know, baby. You're doing good."
He looks up at you, making eye contact as he watches you delicately clean him.
You offer him a sympathetic smile. You know it's more than sympathy—it's empathy. You feel the guilt in your stomach.
Luke opens his mouth, and then closes it. His tongue darts out to moisten his lips, and he hesitantly pulls his eyes away from yours and watches as his abdominal muscles jerk and twitch beneath the rag. He mewls and you shush him gently with words of encouragement.
Finally, his eyes close when you begin to wipe his face. You wipe underneath his eyes, wincing as he exhales shakily. You collect the mix of tears and sweat from his chiseled cheek bones. You use the rag on his hairline and you put your hands in his hair to massage his scalp. Subsequently, this releases the tension in his brows.
His eyes close when you toss the rag onto the bedside table and go back to him. You open your arms, and he pouts. He pouts like he needed it. He pouts like he's so incredibly moved by your act of kindness. You let out a sound of approval when he crawls into your arms and wraps his around your waist, settling onto your upper body. He breathes shakily into your neck and you lean down to press a kiss to his hairline.
You don't ask him what happened, what the dream was about. You instead smile when he tells you that he loves you and you respond with, "I love you, too, Luke.”
And he nods as if he's so incredibly relieved to hear that.
It shocks you how fast he can fall asleep in your arms after an intense nightmare.

Can I request Jamie Reyes x reader where they are both sleeping at night, with reader hugging Jamie from behind while he sleeps shirtless. It’s late, and reader can’t sleep, so she stares at the beetle on his back, and starts to kiss his back while Jamie is still sleeping, then she kissses the beetle and whispers “thank you for protecting him,” and the beetle glows slightly, like it’s acknowledging what she said. Now, the beetle really like the reader even more. Idk I thought it was a cute idea
Tumblr media
yall can start requesting again btw 💔💔
A/N: I GOT SCHOOL IN THE MORNING BUT I GOTTA WORK ON BEING MORE ACTIVE😢😢

“Jaime?” you murmured. Calling his name but no response. You went to sleep while Jaime was showering. You turned over, staring at his bare skin on his back. The dark covered your flustered and scarab impaled on his back was mildly glowing. You sit up and looked over at Jaime.
“Jaimee? Sweetie, y’awake?” No response. Jaime was out cold and snoring loud. You got up to grab water and melatonin for your sleep. Walking to the kitchen counter, you thought you felt something behind you. You jumped, took the supplement, and ran back to the room and leaped back to bed.
Staring outside your door was a black figure and you rapidly started blinking. The figure was gone but you were scared shitless. Forgetting Kaji-da was on Jaime’s back, you screamed when you saw the scarab attached on his back. Kaji-da started the glow even more, growling at you for waking it.
“Woah, woah! Bug! You-I-Please don’t do anything. It’s me!” You quickly covered your shivering body with the blanket and leid back down. Kaji-da was silent and its glow went down. You wrapped your cold arm around his waist. He jolted up but he still wasn’t awake. Slowly, you clanged the rest of your body on to his back.
You shift your position to face his neck. “Aren’t you such a sleep beauty…you’re so lucky that you don’t have trouble sleeping Jaime.” You groaned. You trailed your fingers through his hair and started playing with it. “I don’t say this much but I love you a lot…You probably know that but I don’t think you know how MUCH I love you, Jaime Reyes”. You leaned in, kissing his neck, and slowly going down with kisses until you meet the scarab.
You gently tapped on the scarab and kissed it on the head. You whispered gently, “Thank you for protecting him. I don’t know what he or I would do without you.” It blinked its lights two times, letting you know that it acknowledges what you said. You smiled, wrapped you arms around Jaime’s arms, and closed your eyes.
“Good night…To the both of you”

Riri couldn’t remember a time when she’d slept so soundly. Nightmares and restless nights grew up with her, and slumber evaded her, creating a habitual insomniac out of the poor girl. Shooting up from bed in a cold sweat and slight shiver wasn’t out of the ordinary. The creak in Riri’s bed, when she tossed and turned through the night, is what finally caused her roommate to abandon ship and move out.
Riri was free to ignore sleep all she wanted in the comfort of her loneliness. She could turn and toss without complaint. Her bed could squeak and creak as much as she pleased. She could flip her pillow to the cool side over and over and over until the sun came up.
But at that point, why try to sleep at all?
It didn’t make much sense, so she didn’t. Instead, she filled her night with bodies. A presence to ward off the loneliness. Something to do in the darkness.
Her bed still creaked and squeaked, and she still tossed and turned, but this time, she wasn’t alone.
It didn’t matter much to her who the person was; she wouldn’t remember their name in the morning anyway.
And they’d be out of her bed long before that. Riri didn’t do sleepovers.
Then came along Shuri Udaku.
And Riri had her first sleepover since childhood.
And her first friend.
And the sleepless nights got better. The nightmares didn’t go away completely, and some nights, sleep still dodged her, but with Shuri present, Riri could rest, really rest, for a few hours.
They could be at each other’s throats all damn day, but when night came, they held each other in silence, bodies together, fingers laced. The only sound Riri focused on was that of Shuri’s heart against her ear.
On the nights that Shuri spent in her own room, keeping her own company, Riri went back to strangers in her bed to keep her sane until the sun came up.
But those nights were so long gone that she couldn’t even see them over the horizon. Years of doctors and sleep aides, essential oils, and so much melatonin when all she needed was you.
The weight of your body atop hers, the slow, steady rhythm of your breaths, the way you sighed in your sleep and curled into her. Damned be to the prickles in her arm when your head rested upon it for too long and the way your legs tangled beneath the sheets.
She didn’t sleep well unless you were in her bed, and she wasn’t afraid to admit that she needed you there.
The first time you fell asleep there, you saw Riri’s brows relax, the permanent wrinkle that resided between them fading. You made it a habit to take up space in her bed whenever you could, to watch with a slight pride, knowing that wrinkle only disappeared for you.
Riri welcomed the feeling of waking up to you beneath her, your hair in her face, and the scent of you in her bedding. She could wake up with that for the rest of her life and die a happy woman.
So, waking up without you that morning was jarring. The wrinkle returned, and confusion clouded her sleepy eyes.
You were there when she fell asleep; she was sure of that. The sound of your light snores caused her to doze off. Your bonnet lay abandoned on your pillow.
It only took a moment for her coppery gaze to focus, and when they did, you came into view.
You paced the other side of the room in silence, a trail of heat following the path you’d made in the carpet. Your knee-length braids swung behind you in the rhythm of your movements. The screen in your hand illuminated your darkened face with a faux blue light, but it was enough for Riri to notice the pinch in your brows and the way they drew together the more you scrolled.
You were far too engrossed in whatever held your attention to notice Riri sit up and rub the sleep from her eyes. Worry was pooling in the depths of her stomach as she looked over at the clock on her desk. The LED numbers were too fucking bright, 1:15 am blaring across the screen.
A groan crept from the back of her throat. You two had only slept two hours, and that itself was a blessing; Riri could kiss her chances of falling back asleep goodbye.
“Why are you up, ma?” Her voice was deep, groggy, and soft as it traveled across the room toward you.
Your head snapped in her direction, but only for a moment. “Our phones been blowing up,” you replied lowly, talking more to the phone than to Ri. “Surprised that didn’t wake your ass up.”
Riri glanced at her phone on the desk next to the clock but made no move to grab it. “It couldn’t wait til the sun was up?”
Your silence wasn’t an adequate answer, and dread rose with Riri’s worry. “Is it Shuri?”
She was a part-time college student, part-time princess, and she still had duties back home that couldn’t be tended to across oceans. It was supposed to be a short trip, only a few days to handle her shit and return. But a few days was now two weeks with no end in sight.
Both you and Riri were feeling the effects of Shuri’s absence, though Riri wouldn’t outwardly admit it. The distance was hard, and the time difference was harder. Days would go by before any of your schedules aligned for so much as a twenty-minute FaceTime.
Even now, it was nearing the thirty-hour mark since either of you had spoken to the princess.
Riri didn’t think that anything was wrong; Shuri could sure as hell handle her own, and what she couldn’t handle, the Dora Milaje could.
Your scoff was an ugly sound, anger embedded within it, and Riri flinched. “What’s wrong, y/n?”
You crossed the room with quick steps, falling to the bed beside Riri and shoving the too-bright screen in her face.
“You seen this?”
Riri peered at the phone behind squinted eyes, hoping the blurry image would adjust.
When it finally did, Riri found herself staring at a video. It was hard to see, clearly taken from the phone camera of a fan’s shaky hands in a dark nightclub.
Shuri was never hard to spot; Riri had grown accustomed to having to pick the princess out in crowds swimming with people. She looked good, and Riri’s heart beat a bit harder beneath her chest. Shuri sported a black suit like it was uniform; she never failed to impress in them. Dark shades were glued to her face despite her being indoors and it already being dark.
Riri couldn’t help the brow that shot to the top of her head at the scene playing out for her. She knew Shuri could catch ass; she’d witnessed it more times than she could count, but goddamn.
“Goddamn,” her words parroted her thoughts, strained and breathy. She took the phone from your hand and brought it closer to her face. Ass was being thrown, and Shuri was catching it expertly. They moved in tandem, Shuri with one hand laced around the girl’s waist, the other in her hand.
Riri couldn’t count how many times she watched the video; she just knew the two of you sat there in silence while it played. That was, until you broke her trance, scrolling further down until an image appeared.
And once again, it was Shuri, head held high with a jawline sharp enough to slice and a slick smirk accentuating her cheeks. The girl sitting in front of her was resting her head against the panther, eyes shut, lips pursed. Riri’s eyes were bugging out of her head at this point. She was fully awake.
“Kehlani?” Her gaze shifted between you and the photo, eyeing it as if it would come to life. “She catching ass from Kehlani?”
Your lips were pursed, and you were quick to snatch the phone back from Riri. “It’s all over the place. Twitter, Instagram, damn TMZ.”
“What the hell?” Riri whispered, mostly to herself. How Shuri always found herself in these lucky positions, she had no clue, but Ri made a mental note to start accompanying her on business trips.
“And we getting tagged in this shit across the board, Ri. They calling Shuri greedy, saying she got a harem and shit.”
“What the hell?”
“Some of ‘em saying she cheating on me with you, you with me, and both of us with fucking Kehlani.”
“She ain’ cheating on nobody-” the words trailed off into nothing, Riri stopping short at the venomous look you were currently throwing her way.
“You okay with her catching ass from Kehlani?”
Riri could’ve laughed out loud; what a fucking sentence.
“Nigga, it’s Kehlani-”
“So?”
“So, I wish I was catching ass from Kehlani-”
Riri wasn’t getting a word in inch-wise in this conversation. You cut her off again, “Okay, let’s say it’s not Kehlani. You okay with her catching ass if it ain’ from me or you? You think she fucking her?”
Riri shrugged, finally reaching for her own phone. “You just described Shuri’s weekends, baby.”
You went silent for so long that Riri looked up from her device to make sure you were still there. She wasn’t expecting to meet your gaze. Your mahogany eyes, usually lit up with a smile, were dull and hot with the inferno that burned behind them. “What?”
Riri recoiled, thrown by the way your question burned her. She rose from the bed slowly, readying herself to backtrack, though, truth be told, she wasn’t sure what she’d said wrong. “What, baby?”
“So when she not here with us,” your index finger pointed from Riri back to yourself. “She catching ass from other bitches?”
“Catching ass, getting ass.” Riri had the audacity to shrug again. “Not like she used to, but-”
Poor Riri should’ve just put her foot in her mouth at that moment. You stepped forward, closing the space between the two of you, and Riri allowed her hands to rest on your hips. The breath she didn’t know she was holding released when you sunk into her touch.
“And you’re okay with that?”
Riri tilted her head to the side, her tongue swiping her lips before she responded. “We ain’ never been exclusive, baby-”
“We who?”
Riri had to suck back the sigh she was about to release. “Me and Shuri-”
“It ain’ just you and Shuri no more, Riri-”
She was unaware of how rough her movements were, of how she lightly scratched you when she reached to cup your cheeks. “Quit interrupting me, baby.”
You tore Riri’s hands from your face like they burned and shoved her back a step. She stumbled, and you almost reached out to catch her before she steadied herself. Her shocked eyes met the fight building in yours. She could see the deep red line, only about an inch long, that lingered on your cheek where her hands once were. “Shit, baby-” She took a step toward you and you took a step back. “I-I’m sorry.”
Her apology went in one ear and out the other while you tried to level your breathing. The two of you stood perfectly still, gazes locked on one another.
“So Shuri ain’ just fucking me or you? There are others?”
Riri knew there wouldn’t be any good way to answer, but you gave her no chance to anyway.
“Are- are you-?” You glanced over to her bed, imagining how many other bodies had taken up space in it, wondering how many had lately.
Riri’s voice was small, pleading, “We ain’ never-” She stumbled over her words.
Your anger was growing, your nostrils flared, and your eyes narrowed. Had you been a cartoon character, steam would have been blowing from your ears. “The two of you gave me the fucking silent treatment until I agreed to go public with you, but we not fucking exclusive?”
Riri had never been so silent, so unsure.
“Shuri been fucking outside of us? You been fucking outside of us?”
Riri just stared at you. That’s okay, though. Her silence was enough of an answer.
She felt her heart physically break when your voice did. “And y’all okay with that?”
Riri found her tongue, though it probably would have been better had she not. “You not?”
Her body visibly recoiled when a deep, insincere chuckle left your parted lips. Panic flooded her tiny body when you started moving about the room, collecting your belongings and throwing them into the black duffle you’d arrived with.
She took barely two steps to reach you, reaching into your bag to throw the contents back to the floor. “Stop, baby, stop!”
You just silently collected your items, not wanting to stay any longer.
Riri snatched the bag from your hands and turned it upside down, dumping all of your things onto the floor. “C’mon, baby. Listen-” She might as well have been talking to a brick wall, and her already damaged heart broke further at the sight of you on your knees, picking your possessions up one by one.
She dropped to her knees with you, trying desperately to grab for your hands, which you kept snatching away from her. “Listen to me, baby. Stop, please-”
Her beg was so pathetic it froze you in place, and you allowed yourself to look at her through your lashes.
“Me and Shuri been doing this for so long, baby, we didn’t know-” She stopped short, halting her words behind her bit bottom lip.
Riri started again. “I didn’t think-”
“Clearly-”
She ignored your jab and continued. “Me and Shuri ain’ never been exclusive, baby-”
The rest of her sentence floated through the air, never reaching your ears. Her and Shuri. That’s all you were hearing; it sent ice through your veins. Her and Shuri were never exclusive. They weren’t exclusive before you, and they wouldn’t be exclusive during you.
What a foolish girl you were, to have found this out so late. For a year and nine months, they’d been fucking you and each other, and Bast knows who else.
Who else did they take together in the backseat of Shuri’s SUV?
How many times did Riri use her tired-ass pick-up lines?
How many girls had gone to Wakanda and been fucked in Shuri’s childhood bedroom?
You searched for the answers behind Riri’s eyes but found nothing.
She bit back a sob when your hand slipped from hers, but the shock in her face when she saw yours bore a smile dried away all her tears. “Baby?” she whispered.
Your eyes were sad, and your cheeks strained, but the smile never fell. “It’s cool. We not exclusive; you and Shuri never was.”
Riri’s brows drew together. “Did you even hear me-”
One hand rose to silence the girl before you while the other went back to gathering your items from the floor. “I get it.”
Riri’s voice was full of sorrow. “Then why you still packing?”
“I think I wanna sleep in my room tonight-”
“Y/n-“
Something deep in your chest panged hard, hearing your real name roll off her tongue with such dejection. It took everything in you to swallow the feeling down. Your tongue felt like lead, weighing heavy with your next words: “It’s alright. You’ll find somebody else to fill your bed tonight.”
Your hand waved the words away as though they meant nothing, but they knocked the air straight from Riri’s lungs in a gasp that pained you to hear.
She watched with wide eyes and a face full of hurt as you stood, turning towards her with your bag thrown over your shoulder and a smile that didn’t reach your eyes.
“It’s cool, Ri.” You whispered with such false confidence you didn’t even believe what you said. “I’ll hit you up later.”
Panic rose like bile in Riri’s throat when you reached for the doorknob. “Baby-“ she tried again. Her plea was so soft it actually stopped you in your tracks. Fictitious hope washed over her when you took a step back, walking toward her.
Her arms reached toward you out of instinct, waiting for you to fall into them.
But you didn’t.
Your lips pressed to her cheek softly, and Riri held her breath. In 21 months, she’d welcomed your kisses, the feeling of your lips on any part of her body.
This time, she hated it.
It felt so empty, so final.
Riri hated it more when you pulled away, further and further, until you were out the door, and there she stood in her dark room, alone, with the video of Shuri at the club playing on her discarded phone on a continuous loop.
Tumblr media
The weight of the world rested heavily on the Princess of Wakanda’s shoulders. She’d only been home for three weeks, but every second there reminded her why she’d left.
Sure, she missed her family, and she sure as hell missed her lab, but nothing soothed the ache in her chest that came with missing you.
And yeah, she missed Riri too, but Ri would have to pry that confession from her.
Shuri had been slacking, which was an unusual occurrence for the girl. She hadn’t come close to keeping her promise of constant contact while she was away, not even daring to count the days since she’d last spoken to either of you.
That would all change soon, she thought. The Talon Fighter was growing closer to campus, and she could not wait to get back.
The moment her feet touched American soil, they took her in the direction of Riri’s room. Every time she had spoken to the two of you, that’s where you were residing, so with any luck, she would be greeted with a welcome committee.
It was the middle of the day, and campus was crowded, with frantic students rushing to class or somber ones leaving. Regardless, it took Shuri close to fifteen minutes to reach Riri’s door in what should have been a five-minute walk.
Her knuckles rapped against the solid door with urgency.
When it didn’t open right away, she raised her hand to knock a bit harder, but the door swinging ajar stopped her short.
Riri had opened the door and walked back to her desk, more interested in whatever she was working on than on who was visiting her.
“What kind of ‘welcome home’ was that?”
Shuri’s smooth words pulled Riri’s head from her computer, but only for a moment. She didn’t pay the Wakandan any mind as she slipped into the room, shutting the heavy door behind her. “Ri? Hello?”
Riri barely mustered out a “Hey. Welcome home.”
Shuri peered around the room with a raised brow. “Where’s y/n?”
Riri lifted her head long enough to glance at the clock on the wall. “I’m assuming class.” Her voice was whispered and muffled and just didn’t sound like Ri at all.
She sounded more like the girl Shuri had found crying in the hall all those years ago.
And that caused the pit in Shuri’s stomach to swirl with dread.
When Riri stood to retrieve something from the other side of the room, Shuri followed. “You not happy to see me?” She teased, trying to edge Riri back into their usual banter.
She didn’t take the bait, ignoring Shuri instead. It didn’t look purposeful; Riri just seemed too engrossed in her own thoughts.
Shuri stepped closer to the smaller girl, closing the space between them until Ri’s back was pressed against the wall, and Shuri’s hand on her waist kept her there.
The other hand trapped Riri’s head in place, palming the wall beside it. Shuri bent from her full height, leaning until she and Riri were face to face, so close that Ri was forced to stare into the mocha chasm that was Shuri’s eyes.
“What’s wrong?” Gone from Shuri’s voice was the sarcasm from before. There was no teasing, no short quips.
Riri sank into Shuri’s touch, but she couldn’t bring herself to speak.
It was a rare intimate moment between the two, and Riri would rather relish in it, even if for a moment, than ruin it with words.
But Shuri wasn’t letting up. She removed her hand from the wall, moving it to grip Riri’s chin, forcing their faces closer until their foreheads kissed.
“What happened, Ri?”
Riri welcomed the softness, even basking in it for just a second before she lightly pushed Shuri away.
Shuri took the hint, taking a step back but not allowing the space between her and Ri to grow too large. Her eyes swam with concern, searching Riri’s face for an answer her lips weren’t providing.
Riri’s tiny frame shook with emotion. Her fingers tensed, her hands running across her face with such a desolate sigh it almost sprang tears to her eyes.
“I ain’ seen y/n in bout a week.” Her confession only rang slightly true; she’d seen you around campus, between classes, and in the caf, and each time, you acted like you hadn’t seen her.
Like you couldn’t feel the intensity of her stare on your back, burning a Riri-sized hole into you with a fiery glare.
You hadn’t texted, hadn’t called. When she went to your room and knocked, you didn’t answer.
It scorched Riri to see you going about life without her. Almost like you hadn’t needed her to begin with.
But Bast, did she need you. Riri hadn’t slept all week, and she knew it was written all over her face.
The dark circles that decorated her under eyes looked as though they weighed a ton, and the wrinkle in her brow had taken up a permanent residence.
Shuri paused for a moment, letting Riri’s words settle in the air between them.
“Fuck you mean you ain’ see Y/n in a week?”
“Exactly what I said.” Riri fell into the chair behind her desk with a thud.
“How you ain’ see her in a week, Ri? Last time I talked to you-“
“Over a week ago-“
Shuri continued as though Riri hadn’t spoken. “You two were here. Together, I saw you.”
Riri took a beat to take a deep breath and released it slowly before replying. “Yes. And she saw you.”
Confusion riddled Shuri’s sharp features. “She saw me?”
“Yeah, nigga, she saw you. The whole damn internet saw you.”
Shuri was stunned into silence. She knew exactly what Riri was talking about, and wave after wave crashed over her. Embarrassment, disappointment, and confusion rippled, and Shuri’s eyes squeezed shut, hoping to escape the uncomfortable feeling.
“And it upset her?” The end of her sentence fluttered upwards with perplexity.
The princess hadn’t seen a problem with her actions at the time. She partied often, and she partied hard. Shuri was known for catching ass on a good Friday night, and this had been just that.
Sure, more girls had seen the inside of Shuri’s dorm room than she might have liked to admit, but she hadn’t been ashamed of it.
Not until she learned it upset you.
She really had slowed down, though, since becoming involved with you. Hell, she’d slowed down since she and Riri had started fucking. What used to be one or two girls a night quickly morphed into none over multiple months.
But Riri didn’t know that. She still thought Shuri’s reputation preceded her, imagining that she was keeping the same company as before.
In reality, the Wakandan native’s interest in anyone else was long gone.
Images of your face that night flashed through Riri’s memories.
You, pacing the room, looking absolutely heartbroken.
You, on your knees, picking up your things.
You kissing Riri’s cheek before pulling away from her.
Riri’s poor heart ached at the thought, and in came the now familiar feel of her throat growing tight and her eyes stinging with salty tears.
She quickly blinked them away, turning to face Shuri with a sigh that sounded like it contained all the world’s sorrows.
“Yeah,” she nodded slowly. “Yeah, man, it upset her.”
Add disgust to the abundance of emotions Shuri was currently feeling. She cursed herself aloud for making you feel that way. She could just imagine the way you held your head high, refusing to cry with a quiver in your lip that only she would have noticed.
How you probably departed with a broken smile on your face.
It was eerie how right she was.
She gulped, attempting (and failing) to wet her suddenly very dry throat. “Did she say anything?” Shuri asked through the scratchiness.
Riri looked over with blank eyes. “Said so much I couldn’t get a word in.” A hush fell between them before Riri spoke again. “We gave her the silent treatment until she agreed to go public, but we ain’ commit to her.”
Shuri winced. Yeah, they had done that…
“She ain’ asking for much, man. She just want us.”
Shuri’s long legs carried her to Riri’s bed with ease. She fell to the mattress with a soft thump before speaking. “Okay,” she said plainly.
“Okay, what?”
“Okay, Ri. She want us,” Shuri’s shrug left Riri speechless. “She got us.”
Riri’s mouth fell open with the weight of Shuri’s words. “Simple as that?”
“Why wouldn’t it be?”
Riri stood to her feet, letting them lead her to Shuri, still on the bed. Her hands hesitated for a moment before resting on Shuri’s clothed knees, her eyes shining with forgotten tears. “Nigga, don’t play with me right now.”
A small smirk threatened to curve the ends of Shuri’s lips upward. She used one hand to support her weight on the bed and the other to push Riri’s kinky curls away from her face.
Riri was getting ready to ease into the gentleness of Shuri’s touch when the princess tangled her fingers at Riri’s scalp and pulled hard.
Ri’s head fell back with a sharp tug from Shuri, exposing the entire length of her neck. Her lips parted in shock, and the breath she inhaled had no way to escape with Shuri’s lips so dangerously close to Ri’s ear.
“You got soft while I was away,” Shuri whispered. It was just the two of them in the small room; no one would have heard her.
Riri fixed her mouth to say something smart, but Shuri cut her off. “I missed you.”
It was a sincere moment. Shuri’s voice still hadn’t reached octaves above a whisper, and the look she gave Ri was enough to send a tingle down to her toes.
Shuri hopped from the bed, her hands steady on Riri’s hips before releasing them with a prompt nod. “C’mon. Let’s go get our girl.”
She’d barely made it two steps before Ri’s tiny hand wrapped around her wrist, pulling her back. “Wait,” she called.
Shuri turned, her eyes landing on Riri with the same intensity as before. Her chest caved with each deep breath, and her expression looked pained, scared even.
“We doing this? We getting serious bout each other?”
Shuri truly moved with the grace of a panther, retreating swiftly, encapsulating Riri’s face cupped in her hand.
They were so close they stole each other’s breath. Shuri’s gaze flickered between Riri’s lips and her eyes, not able to decide which was more worthy of her attention.
Riri’s breathing paused altogether at the sound of Shuri’s chuckle ringing in her ears. “We been doing this how many years, Ri?” Riri’s bottom lip tucked into her mouth clenched between her rows of perfect teeth.
Shuri tutted quietly, using her thumb to roll Riri’s lip back out.
She didn’t move her finger nor her gaze from Riri’s deep brown lip before she spoke again. “Who’s to say I wasn’t already serious about you?”
Tumblr media
The knocking at your door hadn’t subsided, and it was driving you fucking insane. You burrowed further into your comforter, tugging at the heavy blanket until it swallowed you whole.
You made no conscious movements to answer it. Getting up and going to class had exerted all of your remaining energy this past week, and you didn’t have any left to entertain company. You weren’t getting up until tonight when it was required of you.
Maybe whoever it was would take the hint and leave.
They didn’t.
Muffled voices on the other side of the door were your only warning before it opened so harshly that the handle indented into its adjacent wall.
Your body shot straight up, speechless. The blanket fell, pooling at your hips, and your eyes widened three sizes.
Riri’s footsteps were nearly silent as she strolled in, hands in her pocket, with a stoic expression.
Shuri stepped in behind her, and your already large eyes grew to the size of saucers. Hers were glued on you, noticing the way they sparkled at the sight of her.
The steps she took toward you were timid, and your breath collected in your chest the entire time it took her to cross the small room.
“Sthandwa,” she spoke directly toward you, her native tongue sounding so much stronger after the time she spent home.
The tiniest whimper escaped your lips, and the irritation on Shuri’s face was wiped away with a smirk. Her hand made its way to your face, cupping your cheek and smiling even wider when you fell into her touch.
“You missed me,” Her words were low, for your ears only.
The moment that passed was a shared one, just between you and Shuri.
You almost nodded, admitting how badly you had missed her.
And then your eyes closed.
And you remembered why you’d put yourself through a week of hell.
You remembered why you were avoiding Riri, ignoring Shuri.
You remembered why you were going out tonight with someone who wasn’t them.
And what was a soft smile on your face curled into the nastiest of snarls.
Your body straightened, pulling your head from Shuri’s hand and retreating until your back touched the wall, and a mountain of pillows distanced you from the princess.
Her demeanor just about crumbled when your eyes cut sharply from her and landed on Riri, who still stood a couple of feet away with an unreadable expression etched across her features.
“Y’all broke into my room?”
It was more an accusation than a question, and it oozed with venom. Shuri fought back a flinch, and Riri dug her hand from her pocket, revealing a gold key swinging from her index finger.
“Not breaking in if I have the spare.”
“It’s breaking in if you weren’t invited.”
Riri tossed her hand back in her pocket and joined Shuri beside your bed, leaning forward until her elbows dug into the mattress. “We ain’ come here to argue with you, y/n.”
Ri had spoken your name more times lately than she had all the months you’d been together, and you hated it. The hairs on your arm stood on end, and your vision turned blood red.
“Shouldn’t have come at all-”
Shuri’s hand around your neck evaporated whatever else was about to roll off your tongue. You begrudgingly focused your gaze on her, shocked to see amusement swimming in her eyes. “Who are you talking to like that?”
Your lips remained sealed in defiance, and Riri shook her head with a scoff directed towards you.
Shuri’s fingertips were digging into the side of your throat, tugging you toward her. It was a gentler touch at first, but then you had to be hard-headed and try to fight it. Her hands gripped tighter, pulling you harder, and the dark spots that started to attack your vision told you to obey.
You fell on all fours, staring up at Shuri behind lashes so long, they almost touched your brows. She removed her hand, allowing air to reach your lungs again, cursing under her breath.
“Fuck,” she breathed out. Even Riri had to bury her bottom lip between her teeth to avoid speaking her thoughts aloud.
You looked fucking delicious, seated on hands and knees, glaring up at them. Heat burned deep in Shuri’s chest, heaving with deep inhales. “Come here,” she commanded.
Shuri’s tone left no room for attitude, but that didn’t stop you from having one. Your eyes rolled, and your knees planted in place with a wiggle of your hips.
Even Riri’s brow rose at the action, and she turned to Shuri with a question behind her eyes.
Shuri’s glance at Ri was quick and filled with an unfamiliar husk. She looked back at you, speaking to Riri while her eyes burned such heat into yours that you had to look away. “She wanna be a brat? That’s fine-” The smile that Shuri bore filled your stomach with fear. “We can tame a brat.”
She opened her mouth again, this time to speak to you. “Come. Here.” Her words sent a noticeable chill through your body, and you rose to just your knees, getting ready to swing your legs around and scoot to the edge of the bed, where Shuri and Riri stood.
“Uh, uh,” Shuri shook her head at you, smiling wider at the confusion on your face. She stood taller, shoulders back, spine straight, chin tilted, truly like royalty. “Crawl to me.”
This time, it was your brows that shot to your hairline. The heat that was burning in her belly moved south, and with a gulp, you found yourself crawling, slowly and seductively, until you were face-to-face with Shuri’s torso.
You stared at it for a moment too long, and she fell into a squat, aligning her face with yours. She was so close, the smell of her cologne almost bringing tears to your eyes. You inhaled deeply, wishing you could commit the scent to memory for the next time Shuri left.
“What’s wrong with you, baby?” She asked sweetly. “Hm? Why you acting like this?”
You were still.
A minute passed, then another, and you refused to part your lips and address her.
“Silent treatment, baby? Forreal?”
The room was quiet.
“You being childish,” Shuri mumbled, standing to her full height again.
She moved to sit beside you, and you watched with interest.
With swift movements, Shuri was next to you, reaching for your wrists.
It all happened so quickly, her tugging your arms sharply until you laid on your belly across her lap. You gasped, further pressing your torso into Shuri’s thighs.
One hand held your wrists out in front of you as though you were swimming while the other caressed your ass through your shorts.
Her touch was too soft, a stark contrast to the rest of her movements. You made the mistake of relaxing in her grasp, allowing your guard and attitude to fall completely.
Poor you.
A sharp slap sounded throughout the room, followed by the sharp sting that radiated through your right ass cheek. And just as quickly as the strike came, it went, covered by Shuri’s soft massage.
The way your mout h fell open to form a little “O” was so cute.  Shock, and anger, and desire all fueled the fire that was burning in your lower belly, igniting and growing it further.
“We gonna work on you and Riri’s ‘Welcome’ next time, baby” Another harsh slap, this time to the opposite cheek.
Riri spoke up, her voice sounding like a squeak. “You could always take us with you next time.” She barely got the sentence out without a moan escaping. Her eyes bore into the scene before her, wanting so badly to rub away the pain Shuri was inflicting.
Shuri smirked at Ri before turning back to land another hard clap on your ass. “What you think, baby? Wanna come with me?”
Her words and her actions weren’t lining up. The way she spoke to you was so tender, as though the three of you sat in a coffee shop having a pleasant conversation.
The way she assaulted your ass said otherwise. You were writhing under her touch, with a wetness that pooled between your clenched thighs uncomfortably.
Another slap, then she continued. “We spend weeks together, relaxing by the water. I could take you on the Royal Talon Fighter. Fuck you right on the floor while we’re in the air”.
Another slap. “Riri fingering you in the pool.”
Slap. “I’ll sit you on my throne, where you belong, and eat you until you cry.”
Slap. “Sound like a plan, Ri?”
Riri was in a fucking daze. She could smell your arousal, and it was so hard to resist planting her face between your legs, inhaling your scent deeper. She struggled to mutter so much as a “yeah” in response to Shuri’s question. She wasn’t even sure she’d been listening.
Shuri’s attention fell back to you, and a deep groan escaped her chest. You were a mess. She could feel how hot your body had grown in the short time you’d been pressed against her. You were still quiet, but her ears picked up on the soft whimpers that you thought no one could hear. Your body was practically vibrating.
An insatiable need swam in your eyes, falling over your cheeks and down the side of Shuri’s leg.
“That sound like a plan, baby?”
You remained quiet, the sound of her hand clapping your ass echoing in the room.
“I don’t like being ignored, y/n.” Shuri must’ve lost her mind and left it in Wakanda, using your real name like that. It just made you dig your heels in further, refusing to give her a verbal response.
She shook her head, turning to Riri to speak again. “I been gone three weeks, and you let her get all defiant and shit.”
Riri snapped out of her trance at the accusation. “I ain’ let her do shit-”
“You did,” Shuri removed her hand from your ass to point toward your nightstand. “Grab her vibrator from the drawer and come fix your shit.”
Your head shot up at Shuri’s words. A part of you was relieved the attack on your now swollen ass cheeks had stopped. The other part was full of dread. You needed to fucking come, but there was no way Shuri was going to make it that easy on you.
She lifted your limp body with ease, shuffling around until you were in her lap, back pressed to her heaving chest. You winced a bit at the stinging sensation that traveled down the back of your thighs, but Shuri’s padded fingertips drawing circles in your abdomen was enough of a distraction for you to relax a bit.
Her lips peppered up and down the length of your neck, stopping every now and then to nip at your tight skin. “Imma hear that pretty voice one way or another, baby.”
She grinned at the shiver her words sent down your spine and lifted her head to see Riri starting back toward your bed with your massive pink wand in hand. Your knees lifted to your chest without thought, and Shuri planted her hands on them,  prying them apart until the wet spot in your shorts was visible to Ri.
Her breasts bounced with the way her chest heaved at the sight. Your grey shorts were noticeably darker around the spot that bore your cunt, and your dark thighs glittered with your own slick.
The sudden cool air that hit your pussy shocked you, and your thighs clenched, trying to close in response. They barely moved with Shuri’s hands in place.
She didn’t even acknowledge your failed attempt, instead nodding her head at Riri. The smaller girl looked as though it pained her to look away from you, and it did.
“What?”
“Come here.” Riri glanced over you one more time, then started stepping closer to the bed. Shuri ducked her head, taking your ear lobe between her teeth before speaking lowly. “See how she listen the first time?”
Riri rolled her eyes but climbed onto the bed anyway, kneeling beside you and Shuri’s bodies flush against one another. “What?” she asked again.
Shuri let go of your thighs, snaking an arm around your torso to hold you in place while the other tugged on Riri’s curls, luring her closer and closer and closer until she and Shuri’s breaths became one.
Shuri leaned up, pressing her lips against Riri’s with a moan. The delicacy of the kiss didn’t last long, and the strain in your neck as you turned and watched them wasn’t enough to peel your eyes away.
Riri’s tongue darted out first, sloppily tracing over Shuri’s before she reached to grasp the back of her head and deepen the kiss.
Your moan at the sight was music to their ears, and Riri pulled away, gracing you with a smile before Shuri’s hand on her chin pulled her back. Shuri’s lips brushed Ri’s as she whispered, “I ain’ get to kiss you properly since I been back.” She let her gaze linger on you with a side-eye before she turned back to Riri. “We had other things to deal with.”
Riri’s nose scrunched up, her curls swaying to and fro with the shake of her head. “And I’m the one who got soft?” she asked with a scoff.
Shuri ignored Ri. “Lemme taste her off your lips when you finish.”
Riri’s stare at you was hungry. She hadn’t had a taste of you in so long. Her mouth watered, and her tongue swiped across her lips, leaving behind a sheen. “I’ll think about it,” she mumbled, hopping from the bed.
With the click of a button, your vibrator roared to life, and the whimper that left your mouth was pathetic. Riri stood patiently waiting while Shuri pulled your legs apart once more. Her hands on you felt like fire, and your head fell back onto your shoulder. Her chuckle rang loudly in your ear. “We ain’ even touch you yet.”
But then Riri’s hand grazed your thigh, only enough to pull your shorts to one side and expose your needy center. “Oh, baby, you’re fucking soaked.”
Your hips jutted forward, an impatient exhale sharp in your chest. You knew you were soaked; you needed them to do something about it.
Riri’s delicate fingers brushed over your lower set of lips before stopping to gently slap it a few times. You splashed around her harsh hits, hissing and curving your hips, hoping to catch her fingers at your entrance.
Mm, Riri hummed. “This ain’ enough.” She nodded to Shuri, “Lift her legs up.”
Shuri’s hands went from your inner thigh to hooking underneath, folding you in half. Your knees almost aligned with your shoulders, and Riri nodded, satisfied. “There she go. All on display for me.”
She brought the vibrator to your clit without warning, and you screamed. “There go that pretty voice, too,” Shuri stated, levity and lust dripping from her accented words.
You didn’t have the strength to stay silent anymore. Riri had the violently vibrating toy pressed hard against your swollen bud, and she made no move to let up. Your cunt splashed around the rapid movements, and you knew your orgasm would come fast and hard.
“So pretty,” Riri parroted lazily. The wetness between her own legs was growing uncomfortable, but her focus right now was wholeheartedly on you.
Your pussy clenched around nothing, and your head dug into Shuri’s shoulder with a dull pain that would become prominent later. “Oh, fuck,” you breathed out, repeating the phrase like a broken record.
This time, it was Shuri and Riri who were quiet, listening intently to your voice and the way its crescendo was built.
Your chest heaved, and your abs contracted, and you could feel your orgasm building in the pit of your stomach. “Shit, shit, shit-”
And then it was gone. The vibrations stopped, and the glorious orgasm that was about to wreck you washed away. A desperate cry fell from your lips, your glossed eyes staring up at Riri with so many questions.
“Nah, ma. That was the lowest setting.” She bent down to kiss your cheek. “You don’t gotta come yet.”
Your head shook so fast, it made you dizzy. “I do, I do.”
“Oh, you do?” She was mocking you. Your mouth opened with a smart-ass response that was quickly forgotten when stronger, harsher movements attacked your clit.
Riri had turned the intensity up, and the vibrations were radiating through your abdomen and your thighs. Your head fell back once more; your jaw stuck slack. “Oh fuck,” you roared. There was no way the people minding their business in the halls weren’t hearing you, but Bast, did you not give a fuck.
“Fuck, Ri, fuck,” you drawled out with a whimper. Her name had fallen from your lips with ease, and both the girls focused on you moved quickly to correct that.
Shuri’s hand roughly grabbed a handful of your braids and pushed your head forward at the same time that Riri pulled it forward with her hand on your chin. She hit the button on the vibrator, and the intensity increased once more.
Their hands on you wouldn’t allow your head to fall. The spew of screams and curses uttered from your mouth while Riri’s eyes dug into yours as if she could see past them. “Yeah, let’s try that again, baby girl.”
Up another setting the vibrator went, and the cry that came from you sounded like that of a wounded animal. “What’s my name?” Riri asked with all the sass in the world, watching you with stern eyes.
You didn’t answer, too afraid you’d say the wrong thing. There wasn’t a sane thought in that pretty brain of yours right now, and though you searched and searched, your own name didn’t even come to mind at the moment.
The intensity climbed higher and higher until Riri hitting the button was mundane. The vibrator was on the highest possible setting, and she was proud of you for handling it.
Your orgasm didn’t creep back on you with ease; it was about to hit you like a train. Your splashing grew, throwing your slick on all three of you. Your stomach was so tight, you were sure you’d have a six-pack after this, and your body shook like you were possessed.
Your head was still aligned with Ri’s, but your eyes were long gone, rolled back into your skull. A quick tap at your cheek pulled them back, and you stared at Riri, taking in her tiny frame, covered in sweat (or was that your cum?), with a look so sharp, it cut your gasp short.
“My name, baby,” she growled out at you, but it was too late. You were coming, soaking the sheets beneath you and Shuri with a long, drawn-out cry. Your body was trembling, a shaky “Ooh, shit,” the only thing that you could think well enough to say.
Riri held the vibrator flush with your cunt, letting the mix of you squirting and the vibrations splash your taste right to her awaiting tongue.
The moment felt like it lasted forever, and when you finally did start to come down, Riri removed the vibrator from you, turning it off and discarding it on the floor.
Shuri sat whispering something in Xhosa in your ear, tracing lines up and down your still shaky legs.
Your body gave out, relaxing into the curve of Shuri’s before Riri’s tight grip around your throat reawoke reality around you. Her eyes darted around your face, her lips tight, and her brows drawn. She yanked you away from Shuri and closed the space between you and her.
“What is my fucking name?” She questioned harshly. You’d never heard a sound so sinister come from her, and it turned your good mood foul.
“Red,” you spat at her.
In the next instant, her hand released your neck, and she took a step back, eyes still racing, breath still raging.
Shuri removed her hands from your thighs, backing herself into a corner of your bed until she was no longer touching you. “Sana-” she started gently, but you barely heard her.
All of your rage from before was back, and now Riri was the unfortunate target. “That’s not fucking fair, Riri!”
She remained silent tense brows raising as she watched you jump from the bed onto wobbly legs. You stumbled but stood your ground. “Yeah, you’re Riri now.”
She wasn’t deterred when you started toward her, hands drawn in fists at your side and chest poking out. “You been calling me by my government since that night in your dorm room, but it’s a problem when I do it?”
Riri's mouth opened, starting to speak, but the look on your face advised her not to. “It’s always a fucking problem when I do it, huh?” You were in her face at this point, and she could see the tears glistening behind the anger in your eyes.
“You two ignore me for a fucking week until I say okay to the whole damn world know I got not one, but two ‘girlfriends.’” Your hands uncurl to throw air quotes around “girlfriends.”  A grizzly laugh escapes your lips, and the tears start to fall.
“But they not even my girlfriends. I-” Your voice broke, and so did the girls’ hearts. “I ain’ nothing but one of many to them.” You sniff before continuing. “And when I try to get a week to figure that shit out, to process it, you break into my fucking room!”
“You break in and fuck my fucking brains out.” Your hands are shaking as they reach up to wipe away the steady stream of tears. “But you gonna leave here and give the same thing to who the fuck ever.”
Riri’s silence is starting to irritate you, so you direct the rest of your wrath to the princess. The pillow on your desk chair flies toward her, landing with a thud, and you wish you had the balls to throw something heavier. “And you-”
Shuri watches you cross the room toward her, stopping just short of the bed. “You got me out here looking fucking stupid!” Snot and spit mix with your tears in what you only know as the definition of ugly crying, but you do not fucking care.
“You got a harem, Shuri? Hm?”
“No-” Her words were drowned under yours.
“Kehlani, nigga? I can’t-” Your voice cracked further. “I can’t fucking compete with Kehlani. I can’t even compete with the other girls on campus, can I?” You whispered.
Your hand flew to point at Riri, and she flinched, certain that you’d just flung something in her direction. “She the only one who don’t got any competition. It’s always been Ri and Shuri.” You chuckle again. “Y’know what she told me?” Your laughter grew until you were hiccuping behind giggles and sobs. “When I was in her room upset about the viral video of my ‘girlfriend’ dry humping somebody else in the club? She kept saying ‘Me and Shuri’ this and ‘Me and Shuri’ that.”
You looked back toward Riri. The venom in you had run dry, and all that was left behind was sadness. “‘Me and Shuri ain’ never been exclusive’” You took her words and threw them back at her; it was the worst thing you could’ve thrown.
“‘Shuri catching ass, getting ass; those are just her weekends,’” you repeated what Riri had said to you with bile in your throat. “She laughed about it.”
Shuri’s eyes darted towards Riri, who looked as though she were about to crumble to the floor.
You closed your eyes, refusing to look at either of them any longer. “Get out,” you whispered.
Shuri rose from your bed, taking tender steps toward you as if you would explode if she were to move any faster. “Baby, I- We-”
You sighed, rubbing your eyes until they were red. “There it go again; ‘we’. ‘We’ is not Shuri, Riri, and me. ‘We’ is Shuri and Riri. It’s always Shuri and Riri.” You shook your head, your braids swinging around you. “I’m not doing this no more. Get out.”
Your voice was eerily calm. As though you were making small talk about the weather and not breaking their hearts.
“No-” Shuri spoke again. “Baby, listen-”
You glanced at the clock above Riri’s head, avoiding looking at her altogether. “Get. Out.” You emphasized, stalking past them both until you were entering your bathroom and starting the shower. “I need to start getting ready. Thanks for ruining my nap.”
“Getting ready for what?”
You looked at Shuri deliberately as the next words from your mouth rang through the air. “I have a date.”
“Like hell you do.”
Both of your heads whipped to Riri standing on the other side of the room. Your confession had broken her trance, and she approached you quickly, grabbing for your hand.
“I do,” You snatched away from her touch roughly. “And I need to wash you off me. Both of you.”
“Y/n, you play too fucking much-”
Your neck snapped toward Riri. She didn’t back down when a scoff fell from your lips, and you walked to her until your chests were touching, and she had no choice but to look up at you.
Sadness still decorated your pretty brown eyes, but Riri was more focused on the growl deep in your voice. “What’s the matter, Ri?” You darted your gaze back to the clock once more. “Your eight o’clock cancel on you?”
Your hair whips her in the face as you turn back to Shuri. “Kehlani couldn’t make it?”
Neither of them speaks, just watching you head back to your bathroom door. “I’m getting in the shower,” you announce. “Can’t have all this dried cum on me.” The door starts to close, but not before they hear the last of your sentence. “He might want a fresh slate.”

Riri sat in the VIP box of a club she did not want to fucking be in, nursing a glass of rum that she was barely sipping on. Anger on a sober Riri was enough to land her in jail; she didn’t need to be drunk tonight.
Shuri sat across from her, eyes scanning the crowd below them as she threw back another shot, growling with the burn cascading down her throat.
She lifted a hand to fix the blazer on her shoulder before looking over to notice Riri had abandoned hers. A dark, lacey fabric clung to Riri’s bosom like a second skin, and Shuri gulped before turning away again.
“Why are we even here, Ri? She said she was done.”
Riri’s eye-roll was almost audible. “You wasn’t saying shit when you snuck the Kimoyo bead in her purse.” She brought the cup to her lips again, allowing the sour liquor to run over her tongue before swallowing it harshly. “Ion give a fuck what she said. She’s not done; she’s ours.”
They watched you with fury burning behind their gazes as you gyrated in a crowd full of people. Shuri had to convince Riri to remain glued to her seat when your dress rode up a bit, and luckily, you’d pulled it down before Riri had a chance to expose that she and Shuri were spying on you.
They were just there to make sure your date was respectful. You could have this cute lil date, even if it boiled their blood. They’d make sure your clothes stayed on, and you got home safe, and then try talking to you again tomorrow. Or the day after that, or the day after that.
Except, Riri was finding it really hard to stay under the radar. Every time your date slipped his hands around your waist or brought his face a little too close to yours, her feet begged her to move, her fist itching to hit him.
Him. Of all the ways you could have chosen to spite them, this was by far the fucking worse.
You’d never shown interest in a dick, yet here you were, grinding up against one.
Shuri wasn’t sure how much more she could take. She struggled to read your lips from up here when you brought them to his ear to whisper something or when they spread into a grin. The glass cup in her hand was in danger of breaking; Shuri’s grip just kept getting tighter and tighter.
And even though you weren’t dancing for them, they were mesmerized by you. Your hair was gathered into a high pony, your eyeliner deep and dark, accentuating your big, round eyes. The dress you chose was sinful. It stopped just under the curve of your ass, exposing the length of your thick thighs for him to touch. Had it been any tighter, your breasts would have spilled right out of the deep plunge that reached your belly button; instead, they sat high and (mostly) covered, aside from your pierced nippled poking through the thin fabric.
Riri had groaned when you first walked in, and that quickly turned into a growl when she noticed the nigga’s hand resting on your hip.
That was nearly two hours ago, and her expression had yet to change.
“You don’t wanna chop his hands off?” she asked Shuri over the rim of her glass.
“Of course, I do, sana-”
“Good, then go do it.”
Shuri sighed, putting her drink down and peering over the railing back down at you. Your ass was rolling into the curve of his front, and he was enjoying every bit of it, with one hand on your hip and the other gathered in your hair. “I’m considering it.”
Riri was about to comment when her body ran cold. A slow song rang through the speakers, something much more sensual than the ass-shaking anthem that was playing before. Her eyes ran back to you, and she watched, frozen.
You’d stood back up to your full height, turning to face him with your arms thrown around his neck.
Your bodies ground together in sync with the rhythm of the music, and Riri’s mouth fell open when your head fell back with a moan, and he leaned down to kiss your throat.
She was already on her feet by the time he leaned in, pressing his lips to yours as he practically fucked you through your clothes on the dance floor. The angle put your left breast in danger of being exposed and Ri could see the dark swirl of your areola bouncing free.
“Fuck no.” Riri was gone, and Shuri wasn’t too far behind her. They pushed through the crowd, ignoring protests coming from every which way. Ri’s vision was blood-shot, her body shaking with rage.
Her fist was already formed and she stalked toward you, on a mission. Shuri’s voice in her ear caused the smaller girl to stumble. “Do not hit him,” she commanded with a growl.
Riri reached you first, uncurling her fist and reaching up to snatch you by your hair, breaking the now deepened kiss between you and him. Shuri followed closely behind, nearly clipping your heels and already digging her keys from her pockets.
He stood there stunned as you were pulled away and lead through the front doors without anyone so much as glancing your way. Ri took her hands from your hair and put them around your hips, lifting and flinging you into the backseat of Shuri’s SUV. She hopped in behind you, and Shuri jumped into the driver's seat, pulling off with a loud skid as her tires kissed the pavement.
Riri was livid, shaking in her nearly naked form, and it pissed her off even more to see the smugness that was embedded into your features. Her intentions weren’t to scare you but the fact that you didn’t even show an ounce of fright enraged her.
“Breaking and entering and kidnapping on the same day? Must not be the first crime the two of you have-”
Riri’s hand was around your throat before you could finish your sentence, pressing your body harshly into the leather seats until your head bounced against the headrest, locking you in place.
“You must be out of your fucking mind,” she hurled at you. Your pompous attitude was gone, and fear danced in your gaze. You’d never seen Riri so angry; you didn’t know lividity was a feeling she was capable of.
She didn’t give you a chance to speak, staring at your lips in disgust before she continued. “I hope you happy, baby, because you just cost that man his life.”
Your eyes widened further with horror, and Shuri called out Riri’s name in warning.
Ri scoffed. “Oh, I don’t gotta do shit,” her grip tightened. “Wakanda got a whole ass army who would kill to protect you.”
Alarm bells were ringing in your head and your vision was starting to blur with the lack of oxygen your brain was receiving. You knew you shouldn’t push Riri any further, but the words were out without a second thought.
“They kill for all your hoes?”
Shuri’s foot came down hard on the brakes, and you and Riri jerked forward, but her eyes never left your face. All around you, horns blarred angrily with the Princess’s driving and you could see the swing of headlights from behind as they swerved to avoid ramming into the back of it, but Shuri continued as if she didn’t almost cause the world’s biggest traffic accident.
“You fucking-” Riri’s lips curled. “There are no hoes, y/n. It’s just you, only you.”
She turned to look out the window, seemingly analyzing your surroundings, then spoke to Shuri, “Go to my garage.”
The only response she got back was a silent nod, which she ignored anyway. Riri looked hard at your face, glancing back and forth between your lips and your eyes. “Lick your lips,” she commands.
You do as you’re told, surprisingly, and dart your tongue out to swipe over your lips once, twice, three times. Riri groans at the way they shine once you finish, wet with your spit. “They taste like him?”
Shuri watches through the rearview mirror as you hesitate, then nod. Riri crashes her lips into yours in a harsh kiss. She wants to wipe away any trace of him, any taste, any memory, any thought.  She swallows your tongue, moaning as you swap spit, and you bring your arms around her neck to pull her closer.
Riri resists, though, drawing her body back and creating an unwanted distance between the two of you. “What about now?” She asks through pants. “They still taste like him?”
You lick your lips slowly, savoring the taste. Your head shakes from side to side.
“Who they taste like?” She demands.
“You,” you reply breathily.
Before Riri has a chance to respond, the car comes to a stop, and Shuri cuts the engine off. You look around, recognizing the alley that leads to the back entrance of Riri’s garage.
Shuri hops out of the car first, walking around to open your door and offer her hand to help you.
Riri’s already out of the car, walking over to unlock the well-secured garage and stepping inside the darkness.
She swipes a bunch of papers off the thrifted couch that sits next to her desk, and they flutter to the floor like snowflakes.
She pushes you into the cushions, watching your body land with a bounce that exposes your right breast in all its pierced glory.
Riri’s stare at you is lustful and rageful, shaking her with an unusual intensity. Shuri stands beside her, both of them glaring at you, but neither of them moving.
It isn’t until Riri breaks the trance, shaking her head and walking away. “Handle her, man. I need to calm down some before I touch her.”
Now you and Shuri watch as Riri retreats, guilt building up in your little body. You turn back to see Shuri approaching you, unbuttoning her blazer until it swings open. She stops in front of you, fingers toying with the spaghetti straps of your dress. “He touched this,” she states simply.
You nod, “Shuri, I-”
The sound of ripping fabric echoes off the metal walls, and you look down to see Shuri’s torn your dress straight down the plunge.
You can only muster out a pathetic squeak at the sight of what was your favorite dress. Shuri is so close when you look up that you almost headbutt her.
“What is my name?” She growls, accentuating every word.
“D-daddy-” you manage to stutter out.
Mm, she hums, and you shrink into yourself. No ‘good girl’ or praise. Just a hum.
You hadn’t really deserved the praise lately, though.
Her head buried in your neck pulls you away from your thoughts. The feel of her lips and her tongue traveling along the softness of your skin causes your head to lazily tilt to the side, giving her more access.
Her finger juts out to point in the direction Riri wandered in. “And you are hers,” she says with such a harsh bite that you cry out.
She licks away the pain a moment later, “And you are mine.”
Shuri reaches down to pull the shredded dress away from your body and starts kissing down the length of your collarbone. “I’m sorry that video upset you.” She emphasizes each word with a kiss. “And I’m more sorry that my actions upset you.”
Her kisses trail to the valley between your breasts, and your fingers find her curls tangling in them and pressing her closer. “But I am all about you, baby.”
Her kissing stops as she spots your underwear. It’s nothing but a black piece of string tied around your hips and thighs. The thinnest fabric in the world barely covers both your lips down there, and even now, it’s twisted to the point where your slit swallows it.
“You wore these for him?”
You shake your head, missing the feel of her lips on your skin already. “Wore them for you; knew you were there.”
“How-” Shuri starts.
“Your bead. Found it in my purse before I even left the dorm. Spotted the two of you a few minutes after we got to the club-”
Her face twists into an unreadable expression. “You knew we were there and gave us a good ole’ show, baby?”
Your cheeks grow hot, and Shuri shakes her head. “You really were trying to get that man killed.”
She lets her hand trail down your thigh, stopping at the crevice where they meet. You're already so wet, your little cunt drenching your sorry excuse of panties.
One harsh tug, and those too, are nothing but shredded fabric.
The only part of your outfit that isn’t torn and tattered are your heels and when you ask Shuri if she’s gonna go for those next, she ignores you.
“You owe me new clothes,” you grumble under her attack of kisses on your thigh. You whine when she pulls away, sitting up enough that your gazes are aligned.
“I don’t owe you shit but an apology.” Her slender fingers run down the length of your slit, coming back up dripping in your essence. You’re hypnotized, watching in fascination and lust as she brings them to her lips, licking them clean of you and groaning at the taste. “But I’d buy you a closet full of clothes if you asked me to.”
Your thighs part and her head descends between them, licking up the wetness that coats them. “And no,” she says with a breathy moan to your twitchy clit. “I don’t do that for all my hoes.”
And with that, her tongue attacks you. There's nothing but a sense of urgency in the air as Shuri laps at you as if the taste would disappear if she didn’t appreciate it enough. Your moans ring through the garage, loud and echoing.
Shuri’s tongue on your clit is merciless, swiping and sucking. She dips lower, licking a fat, long strip up your slit and her moans tickle you from the inside out. Your thighs on her shoulder are clenched tight around her head, but she couldn’t care less.
You taste like heaven and Shuri never believed in such a place before you. Her tongue stiffens, and then, it’s in your cunt, fucking you feverishly. Your eyes roll and you’re trying so hard to keep them on Shuri.
The sight of her fucking your pussy, drowning in it, is one the tabloids would have never been able to imagine. If they thought an ass-catching princess was scandalous, they’d drop dead at the sight of this.
Movement from the corner of your eyes catches your attention, and it takes all your strength to pull it away from Shuri long enough to notice Ri in the corner, back pressed against the wall, arms crossed in front of her.
Your eyes lock, and you stare at Ri as you pant and groan, as if they were directed towards her. And maybe they were. She shifts uncomfortably at the sounds you make, reaching around to adjust something in her, now unbuttoned pants, but before you have time to question it, Shuri’s tongue in your pussy is replaced by two fingers.
They stretch you out deliciously, and she pulls her head away to admire the way you clench around her. “Demethi, nkosazana,” she mumbles under her breath.
You’d heard her speak enough Xhosa over the years to be able to translate that one. “I’m the princess now?” you stumble and stutter through the question and a red-hot fury makes itself known in your belly with the way she curved her fingers and looks up at you. “My princess,” she responds.
Suddenly, her fingers pick up speed, and she’s added a third, scissoring into you and grinning at the way you stretch around her. “Good girl,” she praises. “Good girl, go ahead and open up for me, hm?”
Ugh, they way they talked to you during sex.. Their words were fucking filthy and the moment they opened their mouths, you knew you wouldn’t last much longer.
This time was no different. You had been so focused on Shuri, that you didn’t notice Riri stalking toward you.
Shuri noticed, but she was intent on making you come apart before she handed you over. The taste of you was still on her tongue and she signaled Riri to ‘come here’ with a curled finger, while the other mirrored the action deep within your walls.
Riri headed over to Shuri, and upon reaching her, took her chin and tilted it upwards so she could capture her lips in a kiss. You watched as they shared your taste between the two of them,  moaning at the sight.
Shuri pulled away first, feeling the way your walls began to swell around her hand. Your orgasm was coming (pun intended), and as much as you wanted to keep your eyes on them, you couldn’t. Your head fell back, and your eyes shut so tightly, they were just slits.
Riri just stood and watched, hands tucked in her pockets, and Shuri sang you praises.
“There you go, baby. Let it out.”
You began to splash around her fingers.
“Good girl, nkosazana yam, keep going.”
Your wetness had picked up, as did your cries. Shuri’s forearm was soaked, along with the front of her blazer.
“I’m- fuck! I’m com-” Your sentence was nothing but fragments, but Shuri understood it perfectly well.
“I know baby, come for me,” she cooed. “Umhle kakhulu (So pretty).”
You were already in the midst of coming apart, and Shuri’s fingers didn’t let up, fucking you through your climax. It was such an intense feeling. You felt so full, like the pressure was too much, but Bast, it was so delicious, you didn’t want her to stop.
You wanted your orgasm to keep coming so Shuri’s fingers never left. Unfortunately for you, your well began to run dry and your screams died down to panting breaths. Shuri’s hand slipped out of you with a loud squelch and she lifted them so you could see how much of you was actively dripping from her digits. “Messy girl,” she stated cooly, rising to her feet and taking a step back.
Your thighs were still sky-high and your breathing hadn’t quite leveled out before Riri stepped to where Shuri once stood. She reached into her pants, pulling out a dildo you’d never seen before already strapped to her hilt.
It was made of vibranium, that much was obvious with the deep purple glow. Most of the toys the three of you used were, but this one was different. First of all, it was thick. Fuck the fact that it was already a good 8 or 9 inches long, it wasn’t much smaller than the width of a fucking soda can and you could hear a slight buzzing come from it.
The look on Riri’s face gave away the surprise. It was vibrating, harshly against her clit and when she pressed the tip to your slit, you could feel the vibrations on your end too.
Fuck, she was about to tear you apart.
“You seemed to have wanted dick so damn bad tonight, baby,” her words were still angry as she pushed into you at a snail’s pace.
The stretch was too much, but it felt so fucking good. Your cunt swallowed every inch of her, pulling her in further.
She could feel just how wet you were, how tight you were, having just come. The way you clenched around her almost knocked the wind from her little body, and she had to will herself to take it slow.
“Shit, baby,” she hissed, eyes closed, breathing staggered.
“Riri-” Shuri’s voice sounded out from somewhere in the room, but you were too focused on Ri to search for it.
“What?” She sounded like she was in pain, and still, she wasn’t even fully in you yet.
“Fuck her.”
Riri opened her eyes, burning a hole through yours. Her hips shifted, and she was in you even deeper. “No shit. I ain’ taking orders from you right now,” she growled lowly.
The only warning you got before she buried her entire cock into you was a hand on your hip as she steadied herself. Your scream rang through the room in agony and Ri’s moans harmonized with yours.
The two of you sat, stuck for a moment as she took a few deep breaths, allowing you to adjust.
And then she pulled out, leaving you feeling hollow. The feeling didn’t last long because she thrust back into you, this time much easier than the first.
“Fuck,” you cried, and she did it again, and again, and again, until she’d picked up a steady pace.
Sweat poured down her forehead as she fucked you with the restraint of a fucking God. You were so tight, so wet, so warm. A week was much too long to go without being buried in your cunt and the fact that you’d almost willingly given it to a nigga earlier that night angered her.
Her movements were harsh and rough, and so good. This wasn’t love making, it was fucking.
The kind that sent a tingle to your toes and arched your back to extremes that you didn’t know you were capable of. It was the type that warranted multiple orgasms and the first one ripped through you with a vengeance.
Riri felt it; she felt the way you clenched around her and how your screams pierced the air. She could feel your slick collecting on the pants that she hadn’t bothered to pull all the way down before taking you.
And she didn’t let up. No recovery time this time around. She fucked you through that first orgasm and continued fucking you toward the second.
Your legs clamed around her waist and your arms trapped her face right in front of yours. You could inhale her pants as she dug into you, reciting elements on the periodic table so she didn’t come before she wanted to.
“You been playing games with me, baby,” she whispered to you through her thrusts.
You were too dick-crazed to fully process her sentence at first, but once you did, you responded, “No different than the games you and Shuri been playing.” You sounded like a drunk, but Riri understood every bit of what you said.
Your eyes wandered, rolling back as that second orgasm approached.
“Look at me, baby,” Riri commanded, and she smiled when you obeyed, locking your lust-blown eyes on hers. “There ain’ nobody else, okay?” Her forehead pressed to yours. “I ain’ fucking nobody else like this.” At that, her hips curved and her cock hit the spongy part of your cunt that was the only thing responsible for holding your orgasm at bay.
The second one rolled through you, yet Riri continued as if it hadn’t. She groaned, listening to you moan right in her ear. “That pretty sound right there, fuck. I wanna hear that shit for the rest of my life.” She couldn’t hold back any longer. She was about to come.
Her thrusts slowed and she shuddered, sinking into the suppleness of your touch as your legs kept her buried in your cunt and your nails dug into her back, scratching hard enough to draw little beads of blood.
Shapes, letters, she didn’t know what you were etching into her skin, and it didn’t matter. She groaned, legs shaking as she struggled to stay on them.
Your lip rolled into your mouth at the feel of Riri’s warmth on your inner thighs. “That’s it,” you muttered, low enough for just her to hear. “Come on me, ma.”
Neither of you knew who’s come was who’s on your thighs and neither of you cared. Riri fell apart in your arms, finally coming down long enough to press your lips together in a kiss that was much softer than her thrusts had been.
“You’re mine,” she said against your mouth. “You’re barely hers-” she pointed back at Shuri and wrapped both arms around your middle to press you further against her, as if your bodies could fuse and become one. “Because you are all fucking mine,” she growled and you smiled at her words.
Shuri walked over, slapping her palm against Riri’s ass with a warning. “Watch yourself.” Her head tilted, focusing on Riri’s back and your smile morphed into laughter. Shuri copied you with a chuckle. “Did you write your name in her back, baby?”
You nodded, still laughing, feeling gleeful for the first time in days. “I did,” you stated proudly.
Shuri chuckled again, shaking her head before eying you. “It’s sideways.”
You shrugged, “It’s there.”
“Well,” Shuri declared, moving her fingers to shake off her blazer, letting it fall to the floor. Her eyes never left yours as she shrugged her shirt over her head. “Guess I need one to match.”

MINECRAFT — 10. d-day
Tumblr media
Y/N went out fast the night before. Her reasoning for the whole melatonin thing being her insomnia. She feared if she slept too late she wouldn’t wake up early the next day, but given she borderline overdosed on sleeping gummies, she would have not woken up at all if it weren’t for her friends.
NewJeans’ manager had told her to meet at the PC room at 8 in the morning to discuss some final things and prepare the computers so that they could start the filming at 10.
It was just going to be a casual Minecraft gameplay with the NewJeans girls. They planned to play Build Battle for the first half and Bedwars for the second half. The member with the most wins across both minigames would have to battle a 1v1 in Minecraft Hunger Games with Y/N to win the prize.
Oh, right. The prize. It really wasn’t much more than a box of expensive beef, which surely would trigger the competitive nerve in some of the members. The video was going to be filmed for Y/N's channel, so she wasn’t going to be the one competing for it anyways. And yes, she did buy the meat with her own money, but considering how much she’s getting paid right now and how much she’s going to get paid, it’s really nothing.
7:19. Y/N was already wearing the outfit Hyewon had picked for her, deeply breathing in and out to calm her nerves. Anton and Jiwoo smile as they try to talk her into departing Nervousville and taking the bus to Peaceburg. Also to take the bus to the PC room, because as popular as their friend is, she still uses public transportation. She says it’s better for the environment, and although it is, it still causes her to get recognized from time to time.
“What if I bail?”
“I’ll kill you. No joke. I’m a nepo baby, I can get away with it.” Anton says. Y/N can’t not believe him.
“Okay! Well, see you guys later!”
Tumblr media
It’s been twenty minutes since Y/N arrived at the PC room. They chose one she used to go to a lot throughout middle and high school. It looks a lot bigger without people.
Y/N had brought her three best cameras for this and was currently setting them up. She didn’t really know where the NewJeans members were going to sit, but she was setting them up so that the members’ faces could (hypothetically) all be seen.
She didn’t really know when the girls were going to arrive and it was eating at her brain. Every few minutes a rhythm of snaps was heard from the Y/N, a habit to try and calm her nerves. Every other second she pulled on the side of her black jeans, accidentally pulling at the skin of her thighs below the cloth.
One of the staff took note of these little quirks and patterns. A young woman approached her slowly, but Y/N only took notice of her when she spoke, “You don’t need to be nervous!” A comforting smile tugged at the woman’s lips, “The girls are super nice and they’re very excited to work with you.”
Y/N, stunned at her sudden appearance, only bowed with a nervous giggle. “Thank you…” She said lowly.
“I’m Ha Sooyoung. Stylist.” The woman extends her hand towards the younger, who shyly shakes her hand. “How old are you, by the way?”
“Twenty… I'm.” The unwanted fashion of mixing up her words comes back to haunt Y/N in the most unconventional situations. She just hopes it doesn’t happen in front of the members.
Sooyoung smiles at the speed in which the younger’s face flushes a rose color. “You have a really nice face, you know?” The comment throws Y/N off. Not in a bad way, of course. She’s heard endless compliments about her appearance; she’s very aware she’s good looking. But the remark coming from a professional stylist definitely surprises her a bit.
The woman, noticing Y/N’s expression, is quick to retaliate in case of a misunderstanding, “Not in a weird way, I swear!” The older waves her hands as if trying to shake away the other’s concerns (there weren’t any). “I’m much older than you, please. I meant, like, God…”
Y/N picks up on Sooyoung’s frustration and tries to fix the situation, “No! No, I get it. It’s okay, Sooyoung-ssi.” Sooyoung doesn’t know if she’s laughing at the formality or at her own mistake, but it’s funny regardless.
“I meant,” the woman clears her throat, “You have a face that’s great for modeling. Have you ever tried it?”
“Uh, no. I don’t think brands want a YouTuber as a model.” A sheepish laugh leaves Y/N’s lips at her bad joke. Thankfully Sooyoung laughs with her.
“Hey, well, they might after this! Who knows?” Sooyoung takes something out of her bag while the both share giggles, “If you ever want to try it out, I’m a photographer on the side. Could help you out, y’know?”
Y/N’s eyes widen when Sooyoung hands her a business card, phone and e-mail on the bottom, but instead of her name, ‘YVES’ is written on the top in bold letters.
“That’s my personal phone number. Unnie is just fine, by the way.” Y/N receives another one of the older’s charming smiles with a bow and a “Thank you, unnie!” before Sooyoung pats her shoulder and leaves her side at the sound of her name being called.
“Oh! The girls are gonna be here soon. Get prepared.”
And Y/N’s back to pulling at her jeans.

You couldn’t believe your eyes, you had missed your period and was feeling unwell. You decided to try and take a pregnancy test just to make sure you weren’t paranoid. After taking the test you waited for what felt like hours (it was truly 5 minutes), flipping the test around there it was 2 bold lines indicating positive.
Fear was taking over not only were you scared for yourself but for your husband, you never had the talk with him if he wanted kids. He was doing so good in his career the thought of having a child didn’t cross his mind, you didn’t want to ruin it. Looking at the test one last time before shoving it in your bedside drawer.
2 weeks have come by and you still haven’t told Hongjoong about your pregnancy, you honestly feel bad it was his child as well and he had the right to know and you were being selfish keeping it away from him.
One day you decided to tell him, he had come home late from practice, he was a little stressed so you were a bit scared to tell him but it's now or never.
“Joong” you started
He took one look at you and started walking to your shared room.
“Joong, can I talk to you about something?” you followed him into the room.
“Of course” he plops down on the bed.
“I need you to sit up its important” you said
“It won’t make a difference whether im laying down or standing”
“Please” practically begging at this point.
“Fine but make it quick” he sits up looking at you in the eye”
You took a few deep breaths trying to stop the tears coming out.
“I wasnt feeling well for a few days, I had also missed my period” you started
Hongjoong kinda knew what was going on as he saw tears were slowly slipping out. He got up and walked closer to you engulfing you in a tight hug.
“I know where this is going my love, are you trying to tell me you’re pregnant” He says
You nod letting the tears fall out of your face. He pulled back cupping your face wiping any tears spilling.
“I knew about it”
His answer startled you, well more like confused you.
“What” you looked up at him.
“About 3 days ago you were sound asleep, i went to your bedside drawer to get melatonin cause i couldn’t sleep and thats when I found the test.”
“Why didnt you say anything” you whined.
he let out a little laugh stroking your hair.
“i wanted you to tell me yourself”
you pulled away from the hug, fixing yourself as you walked to your bed. Hongjoong following to his side.
“so you’re not mad” you said
“i could never be mad at you, im just glad you told me now, we can talk about it tomorrow” Hongjoong said pulling you closer drifting off to sleep.

ring of love; csc (teaser !!)
the ring doesnt always have to be filled with violence.
Tumblr media
modern! au • boxer! au • hhu focused • multiple kinds of tropes • fluff, angst, smut

"you... want me to join your endurance stream?"
a small hum was met with your question as wonwoo took a sip from his can of black monster energy drink. "...but, why..?" you asked, completely confused.
it wasn't as if you didn't like the idea, though you were caught off guard as the only games you've ever played were... well, more catered towards your style of aesthetic. games such as animal crossing, melatonin, a little to the left.
wonwoo's taste in games on the other hand, they were what you'd expect from majority of the male demographic on earth ㅡ FNAF, first person shooter games, he has a huge obsession with chilla's art games (to which you understand why after watching his playthrough of 'the closing shift' and 'night delivery').
the usual horror, thriller and action genre is what you're getting at.
"reason number one, you're pretty. and no, i'm not trying to hit on you," he then proceeded to raise his hand as if he was taking an oath, "i swear i'm not. i meant it as in, who wouldn't want to watch a pretty girl play games? i know your preferred genre of games and mine are two different worlds but, i'm sure we can compromise."
wonwoo surveys both your surroundings, seemingly to check whether the coast was clear; before propping his arms onto the coffee table and leaning forward.
"reason number two being if you join, i'll be able to get seungcheol to join too."
"so, you're getting me to join so you can get cheol to join?" placing a hand over your chest, you faked betrayal, "i feel so hurt that you're only using me as bait, woo."
"hey, i also want you to join, okay?"
taking a sip from your milkshake, you stared at wonwoo, urging him to continue his explanation.
"___, please. i even had the whole process of the endurance stream planned out! i just need seungcheol hyung to say yes, and you're the key to getting him to say yes!"
"woo, you're friends, of course he'll agree! i don't understand how i play a role in this. i'm sure bantering with mingyu, or even trying a 'no cuss' bet with vernon would be enough to get him to say yes."
shaking his head while sighing, he muttered out a "it's not that simple..."
"woo, i seriously don't get it."
"___, i'm going to be extremely honest, okay?"
you shoot the male sitting front of you a confused look, which prompted him to take a sip of his drink.
"this isn't the first time i've done an endurance stream, i'm sure you know that too. and i'm sure you've seen seungcheol join them but, not all the time. you'll notice it's usually gyu or vernon with me and chat's pretty much made it an inside joke that hyung's a rare pokemon sighting on my streams."
you let out a small laugh at seungcheol being called a rare pokemon sighting, which makes wonwoo smile.
"and, as of late, i've noticed that whenever we hung out, seungcheol would be there too. regardless if he had a match the previous night and his entire body is sore."
"but... we're friends, no? why wouldn't he be there?"
"okay, allow me to rephrase that sentence."
"mmm?"
"seungcheol hyung will only say yes if you're there too."
you're mouth opened slightly, shocked and confused. as you tried to process wonwoo's sentence, he added on.
"and this is just my assumption based on what i've observed from the day vernon introduced you up to now."
"you sound like a psychiatrist, woo..."
"i am a psychology student, no?"
"touché. and what have you concluded from your observation, mr jeon?"
"i think seungcheol likes you."

Tumblr media
thank you for reading and helping with genres/warnings @sohnric !!
something that i wrote up back late december 2023 but only releasing today because it marks day 100 since i had my last melatonin pill. taking melatonin pills everyday since 2021 has had a toll on my body and i see the effects that it has on my body even more after stopping. with it, my body clock somewhat matches the time frame that society 'accepts'. without it, the birds chirp first and even though sleeping at 5-6am is exhausting, i tell myself to keep pushing on.
for another note, this story is not written to influence the audience into thinking that taking medication is bad! please take your medication properly and on time! do not be influenced and swayed by society for your health!
please always stay healthy and i'm rooting for you! hang in there! you can do this!!
Tumblr media
You didn't need to look at the clock to know what time it was at night—or should you say at this point, day.
You were thankful that Sunwoo wasn't asleep yet or on a call with his friends when you sent him a message, asking if he was able to come over. You debated even texting him at first, seeing that it was past midnight but you remember the time he bent down to look at you at eye level, hugging your lips with his before pulling away and telling you to always send him a message if you ever needed him at any time and anywhere.
At that point, all your worries washed away as it was the exact words that you needed to hear from your loving boyfriend.
As soon as Sunwoo read and replied to your message, it took him less than ten minutes to appear on the other side of your window—but it took you a second quicker than him to open the said window before he could knock on its frame as all you did after you turned off your phone was put your arms around your legs, resting your chin on your raised knees and watch the mocking moon in the sky.
It was so high on a cloudless night that your stomach churned with anxiety and the truth that time waits for none kicks you in the gut devastatingly. The physical time tells society to sleep and wake up because that's the universal time to keep the world going. The long hand ticks in your head while the short one follows bit by bit—like a bomb that explodes when everyone greets you a ‘goodnight’. Your body has always run at a different time and even though the moon gives so much light and comfort to the night for some, it only serves as a grim reminder for you that your seven o'clock alarm will ring in less than four hours.
It's heartbreaking to realise your perception of the ray of light in the black night that you used to be excited for has changed as you grew older.
"Hey..." Sunwoo keeps you close to his body as soon as he jumps inside your room. One hand holds the back of your head gently, the other wrapping around your waist. He dips his head down to press a kiss to your forehead, a little smile against your skin on his soft lips, "You're okay. It'll be okay."
"I can't fall asleep, Woo..." Your hand harshly grips the leather material of his jacket at the sides of his body and the shape of your nails is most probably imprinted on his daily outwear by the number of times you've done this.
Sunwoo hums to acknowledge your thoughts. "Let's try again, okay? Together this time." His fingers that run through your hair leave you slightly breathless and you try to focus on his careful and slow action towards you, successfully easing your racing thoughts. "I'm here now, bubs."
The smile on his face grew when you nodded against his chest, still burying your face into his chest and to breath in his comforting scent that always seemed to calm your whole body. Delighted and relieved at your response, Sunwoo begins to sway his body from side to side, singing a gentle tune with his mellow singing voice that you love. He alternates between singing the romantic words straight to your ears and humming the words out as he presses multiple kisses on the parts of your face that he can reach.
"Were you sleeping when I messaged you?" You whisper guiltily to his chest.
"Don't worry about those little things." Sunwoo continued humming after. When he finishes singing the last note, your hands no longer hold onto his jacket for dear life, instead just leisurely around his waist. He pulls away just enough to finally face you in the limited light that your nightlamp gave. "Hi there, bubs."
The way Sunwoo says the pet name that you adore so much makes your heart break a little bit. You could tell at a glance that his eyelids were heavy, that he was probably trying to fight the yawn from his song and that his legs were probably trying their best not to fall asleep. Sunwoo quietly observes your trembling lips and he picks up the high possibility that you were most probably conflicted in your thoughts.
It still haunts you more than the moon outside; more than any horror movies or the amusement horror houses you’ve been in. Maybe it’s because, during all those situations, you had someone beside you. But it’s inevitable once again when your eyes won’t close that you think of the scene in the dining room. When that one artificial light hangs on the ceiling in the middle of the dining table, the square sides taken up by the other members of your family, you will never forget the disbelief and scoffs of disgust when you told them about the small white circle in the palm of your hand that your doctor prescribed.
"I'm so sorry. Maybe I should've just taken the medic—"
"Don't be like this to yourself." The moonlight behind your boyfriend highlights the tears that roll down your pale cheeks. Your heavy, shaky inhales are what prompts Sunwoo to bring yourself back to the present time. "I want to be here, okay? I want to take care of you." Your cold cheeks met the warmth of his palms, his thumbs brushing across the underside of your eyes to wipe your tears away while the rest tucked the lone strands of your hair behind your ears. "If you don't want to take the pills then you don't have to. Please don't be sorry for anything."
"But you're so tired..." It's a miracle that the sentence was comprehendable though it did break multiple times along the way.
He keeps his reassuring eye contact with you when he shakes his head, "You must be more tired than I am."
You whimper at his thoughts, biting your bottom lip to keep your cries from growing any louder. Sunwoo shakes his head once more, resting his forehead on yours and whispering sweet nothings to you delicately. His thumb lands on the outline of your bottom lip before lightly pulling it down to free it from the pain you were inflicting on yourself. When your cries did break out from your lips, restrains fully gone, your boyfriend's kind heart completely breaks.
Sunwoo takes your breath away by giving you his own when he tilts your head slightly to meet his plump lips. He drinks all your sorrows, cupping your jawline to bring you closer, the sides of your nose brushing against each other. Your lips stop trembling, focusing on the love and patience that he gives you. Your hands unclasp from his back, moving to curl and envelop his wrists, resting the pads of your thumbs on his to feel his calming heartbeat. The muscles that made your eyebrows furrow relaxed with the way that Sunwoo held you so carefully in the now-broken, silent night.
Sunwoo learns from the number of times that you have called him in this situation that showing you gestures like these are the fastest and most effective way to ease your mind and ground yourself. His heart does little loops and jumps every time before he kisses you but he is more focused on making you feel better than anything. As much as it makes him happy to know that he's the only one who could give you the loving gesture, nothing beats the feeling of knowing that you will always feel better and be in a better state of mind afterwards.
The boy pulls away eventually, scanning your face to look for any discomfort. When he found none, his thumbs continued to brush over your skin for a little while more, trailing a series of kisses from your forehead, the shape of your nose, your eyelids that protect his favourite pair of eyes to your precious lips that his own would never get enough of.
"May need to borrow some clothes, bubs." An eyebrow raises from him and a teasing grin makes its way to his face, "Even though ‘borrow’ is a weird word as it’s mine in the first place." A chuckle fills your room melodically. "Will you lend me my clothes?"
"And if I say no?" You did a little nose scrunch, pouting after.
Sunwoo is not the strongest soldier, especially not to your cute actions that sent his heart beating erratically against his chest when your sparkling eyes met his. "Bubs, I'm not going to fit in your clothes. Even if I could, I don't think you would like it when you get it back all stretched."
"I have oversized too, you know."
"You mean my clothes that are oversized on you."
Your eyes smile at the short conversation and Sunwoo's heart feels full and content, relieved to see the beautiful sight that he has always wished you would have in long nights like these.
After Sunwoo changes, you both cover your bodies with your weighted duvet. Just like before, he holds you close to his body, resting an arm for you to lay on before bending it up to soothingly run his fingers across your scalp. You smile contently, hiding your face to his chest, pressing a kiss on his jawline.
"I'll be here when you wake up. I promise."
Just like every time as an act of 'goodbye' or 'goodnight', you relish the forehead kiss that goes on for slightly longer than all the other forehead kisses. After a date and a long day, you would always pout and beg for another one, not wanting to leave his side yet. But on nights like these, when his arms would spoon your figure and you would hug his other free arm, you wouldn't need to pucker your lips to him, knowing well that it's a 'goodnight' and not a 'goodbye'.
"I love you so much, bubs."
"I love you so much too." You push your body up a little bit, careful not to crush the arm beneath you and press a final kiss to his lips before trying to reset your body clock for another day. "Thank you for coming, Woo."
"Anytime and anywhere. Never forget that."
Sunwoo did fall asleep first but his presence with his little snores and the warm exhale from his lips comforted you greatly. Your head seems to agree with your heart because when your eyelids become heavy and sleep finally overtakes your body, you're glad that the last thing two things you see before drifting off to one of the best sleeps in your life, are the sight of your intertwined hands between your bodies and the thought that you're blessed to have Sunwoo who loves you so much and so dearly.
Wrapped in patient love, the seven o’clock alarm didn’t seem scary to you anymore.

Silly Little Nightmare (Dean Winchester x Reader fluff)
Tumblr media
Summary: You have a nightmare and you go to Dean's room
Pairing: Dean x Reader
Warnings: death and fluff (sounds about right, eh?)
Word count: 1.1k
Note: Found an old fic I wrote years ago. It was horrible so I did I little editing. Enjoy!
Like/ reblog or both if you like it :)
Not being able to sleep was a must in your book every night.  You struggled with insomnia, nightmares and exhaustion your whole life and now living with two brothers in a cold bunker in the middle of nowhere didn’t help your situation whatsoever. The bunker was your home during the day, but a fucking nighmere during the night. The water in the pipes circling around your room made it almost impossible not to focus on the damn sound and cold air was trying to creep into your bones no matter how thick your blanket was – sometimes you hated it.
One night it got the best of you, it almost tore you apart completely and drove you to the brink of madness.  When you decided to forcefully get yourself into a deep state of sleep by taking melatonin there it was: the dream – your worst nightmare. It started off as a pleasant scenario set in the late 50’s for some unknown reason. You and the older Winchester were on a mission to kill a creature who happened to have the ability to time travel. The younger brother wasn’t there; your brain was clever enough to take everything you love away from you – step by step.  It made everything too real; every sound, every touch and every damn emotion seemed enhanced. It took you and Dean to a dark alley, similar to the ones where the worst killings and robberies would happen in real life. It made you think that Dean was the bad guy; it drugged you to the point where you couldn’t see nor hear straight. How the fuck did your brain manage to do that? You were a fucking masochist so maybe that was your answer. You couldn’t hear his voice, begging you to believe him and you didn’t see the expression on his face when you first took out your sharp knife. He looked like someone else – a monster in a human form with sharp teeth and yellow eyes, but it wasn’t Dean. He tried to run, but you were faster; he tried to fight you, but you were stronger in this universe. When you stabbed him it felt like cutting a piece of cake – surprisingly easy. You didn’t hear his hard groan but as soon as he hit the ground it was time to wake up and see what you had done. Your eyes were yours and true again as well as your ears, but you…you were far from yourself. He was laying there, blood all over his shirt and mouth, he was already far away from you. His eyes were open and empty. He was gone.
“Dean?” You got on your knees. “DEAN?”
Nothing. His groans and short breaths stopped. He wasn’t moving anymore.
“DEAN PLEASE?! Wake up?!”
“DEAN?”
“DEAN?”
The tears seemed so real and yet so foreign. Like a few drops from a cold autumn’s rain on your cheeks, but at the same time that familiar feeling of sorrow and emptiness hit you. Your body became weak, he wasn’t moving. He was gone.
You woke up. Sweat. Tears. The anger…everything hit you all at once. Shaking your head, desperately trying to pull yourself together and catch your breath, you got up and went to the hallway. It was pitch black; the darkness was overwhelming making you frantically wander. He was your first love, and first loves we tend to not forget nor get over it easily. Love sometimes wasn’t what poets make it to be; all happy and sweet as candy – it sometimes left scars, sometimes deep and more painful than any other childhood trauma you may have experienced.
No one knew about your love for Dean besides your heart. Sam was a friend, or even the brother you never had but Dean was the other side of the coin. If you could explain why he made your heart work faster you could but that was the thing about love, it was unexpected and unexplainable. The life you lived, the things you had seen, you couldn’t risk losing the friendship you had so you just buried it deep in your mind.
His room was the first one to the left. You gently opened the door and the silence was immediately replaced with soft snores coming from the bed.
“Dean?” You whispered, closing the door. “Dean?”
The sheets started moving in the dark as you sat next to him. “(Y/N)?”
“I’m sorry I-I…” You remembered the dream again. You saw his lifeless body again. “I had a nightmare.” With your sleeve you whipped the tears trying to not sound as pathetic as you thought you did.
“Hey, comere!” He pulled your arm and moved to the other side of the bed. You went with him under the covers feeling his warmth on your skin immediately.  He smelled like mint with a dash of alcohol plus something that screamed Dean – a mix of leather and gunpowder. He wrapped his arms around your small frame pulling you closer to him.
You would hug here and there, but never like this. This was intimate and yet familiar.
“It was about you.” You said pressing your forehead against his chest.
“The nightmare?”
“Yeah, I killed you. I thought you were a monster and I killed you.” The tears started creeping in again as you tried your best to keep it together.
“It was just a dream, sweetheart.” He said softly. His chin was resting on top of your head.
“I’m sorry I woke you up. It’s just…” You couldn’t see him and you didn’t want to, you felt stupid. A grown ass woman crying over a bad dream – even worse a hunter.
You lifted your head up and feeling bold you placed a kiss on his cheek. “I’m sorry.” He was still a silhouette but his eyes were on you while he was trying to restrain himself from kissing you. You weren’t the only one who had deep buried feelings in the pits of your mind. He was hooked the minute you two jammed to Ramble On by Led Zeppelin in the Impala one gloomy Sunday night after a successful hunt.
“It’s…It’s okay.” You couldn’t see but he was flustered.
“Can I stay? Please?”
Something in his gut punched him, so he went for it. He kissed you. Not in the sweet ‘I have wanted to do that for a long time’ way, but ‘please never leave me I love you’ way. At first it felt like someone pushed your face into a candy bowl but with the sweetness and a light minty flavor there was also the pleasure that came with it. It literally took your breath away and you couldn’t help but moan a little.
“Stay and never leave.” He said.

paper rings masterlist
chapter eight: i can see you -> "but what would you do if i went to touch you now?"
Harvey wouldn’t necessarily say he was a terrible sleeper.
Sure, he had his nights where the blankets wouldn’t feel quite right and the pillows refused to agree with him, but even then, he would typically fall asleep one way or another. Eight hours of undisturbed sleep was always his goal, and a couple of cups of coffee throughout the day would never fail to give him the push he needed. Although he used to be quite the night owl during his time at university — to the point where he had a regular rotation of energy drinks in his fridge — Harvey found he now preferred waking up early and having a slow start to his day.
That night, though, the clock struck an hour he hadn’t encountered in years.
3:43 A.M.
He knew it was going to hurt him throughout the next day, especially when he would inevitably have to open up the clinic and prepare for any patients. He knew it was unlike him, that logically, he should be reaching for his bottle of melatonin and taking a couple of pills to lull him to his dreams. He knew, of course, he knew, he was a doctor — he’d heard all of it throughout med school, how essential sleep was in everyone’s daily routine.
But how could he?
How could he allow his worn, blurry eyes to close and sink into the exhaustion weighing down his body, when you were fast asleep beside him?
It was wrong. Everything about the situation was completely and utterly wrong.
First off, he was absolutely not supposed to be in his bed, watching you peacefully doze with the blankets half-covering you. He resisted his urge to scoop you up into his arms and pretend the scene was normal.
Secondly, your clothes were not on your body, but instead were scattered across the bedroom. Harvey could feel your bare back just barely grazing his arm with every breath you took. As he glanced to the floor on his side of the bed, he could vaguely make out the shape of your bra, blushing at the memory that tagged along with it.
Thirdly, he should be asleep — he should have been asleep hours ago.
Yet, there he was, contemplating what choices had led him there in the first place.
A few hours earlier
“Harvey,” you said, crossing your arms and giving your best friend a deathly stare, “stop being such a baby.”
“Y/N, you of all people know I have never been fond of Spirit’s Eve,” he reasoned, holding his hands out in defense. “I am not stepping foot in that maze again. I refuse.”
Suddenly, you felt as if you were ten again, scowling before dragging Harvey off your farm. Your pet looked at you and wagged its tail as you bolted past it, tilting its head at the man who was begrudgingly letting you take him with you. You’d invited him to dinner at your place before the festival as a “treat,” though you really just wanted the opportunity to persuade him. After all those years, though, it seemed your friend was still the same ball of anxiety he’d always been.
“Please, I even tried doing it by myself last year, I couldn’t make it past the first turn. I’ll do anything else!” Harvey all but begged, and you glanced back at him with a skeptical stare. “I swear.”
You paused your steps, the cold, Fall air blowing on the back of your neck. “Really?” you asked, thinking of ways you could test his promise. “Anything?”
“Anything.”
Kiss me.
“Come to the mines with me.”
“What?! Absolutely not! I’ve treated the wounds you’ve gotten from that place — after countless reminders to be careful, mind you,” he chastised, and a smile twitched on your lips at the sight of his concern. “I wouldn’t last five minutes!”
“Exactly,” you responded bluntly. “But I bet you’d make it at least five minutes in the maze.”
He frowned, and when he didn’t reply, you decided you had to pull out your ultimatum.
Sighing, you turned around and forced yourself to hold back a grin at the sound of Harvey’s knowing groan.
“Oh, not this, Y/N, you can’t pull this again—”
“It’s fine!” you interrupted, beginning to walk away from him. “It’s totally fine, Harvs. I’ll just go in there, alone.”
“Please, this trick has worked on me enough in the past, but I won’t budge this time around.” Sure. As if you couldn’t already hear his determination wavering.
You shrugged. “Alright. Hopefully I’ll have fun in there, all by myself.” You stopped, turning your head slightly so you could emphasize your voice. “Without my closest friend. Who I haven’t gone to this festival with in years.”
You could practically see his defense crumble, closing your eyes and smiling triumphantly as he defeatedly walked up to you. “Fine,” Harvey sighed, and you peeked with one eye to see him shaking his head. “Let’s go.”
“Yes,” you laughed, grabbing his arm once more and excitedly heading to the festival you’d waited all year for.
As a kid, you had always loved Spirit’s Eve — the music, the food, the costumes, and, most importantly, the maze. You didn’t get to experience it too often, since you usually had to head back home by that time of the season, but when you did, it’d been some of the most fun you’d ever had. Before getting to know Harvey too well, your grandfather took you through the maze every year, keeping your hand tightly in his as he calmly took the lead. Whenever you flinched or shied away in fear, he would stop and reassure you. You still remembered how he’d kneel in front of you, meeting your teary, wide eyes with his own loving gaze.
“You don’t have to be scared, kiddo,” he said, patting your shoulder. “Your grandpa’s here to protect you. Besides, soon enough, you’ll be strong enough where you’ll need to protect me!”
He never failed to get a laugh out of you, no matter the place or time. It was back then you’d decided you would always try to be brave, and before you knew it, you were tackling the maze all by yourself, walking out triumphantly with the treasure in hand each time.
That is, until you met Harvey, and your visits to your favorite attraction were put on hold.
You couldn’t really complain, not when it meant you got to do arts and crafts with him at the kids’ table instead.
At your age, though, Harvey wasn’t allowed to have any more excuses. As the two of you entered the plaza, you were prepared to head straight to the maze, making a beeline for it when—
“Oof!”
“Oh my, I must apologize!”
You recognized the overly formal voice almost immediately, rubbing your forehead as you looked up at Elliott’s apologetic face.
“Are you alright?” he asked rapidly, grabbing your shoulders and checking you up and down. “I hope I didn’t startle you too much, especially on this already frightening night! Ah, Harvey, you are of medical expertise. Please, check our dear farmer and make sure she’s fine.”
“Elliott, please,” you laughed, shrugged off his hands, and nudged his arm. “It was an accident.”
“And she’s survived worse things,” Harvey chimed in. “I see you’ve already begun to enjoy the pumpkin ale?”
“What?” the poet questioned, running a hand through his silky hair. “Just what makes you think that, my friend?”
“Hey, if it isn’t the doc!” Shane seemed to answer his question for him, his voice a little too bright to be sober as he walked over beside Elliott. He perked a brow at you. “And he brought the farmer, too. Shocker.”
“Hello to you, too, Shane,” you greeted, noting the half-empty glass of ale in his hand. “You going to behave tonight?”
He huffed, offering the rest of his drink to you. You gladly took it, taking a sip and relishing in the delicious hint of sweet pumpkin. “You’re just a damn ray of sunshine, aren’t you?”
You gave Shane a satisfied smile as he shoved his hands in his pockets, the three of you listening to whatever ghost story Elliott was blabbering on about. All jokes aside, you had been a bit worried about Harvey’s friend. You’d known for a while he had a drinking problem, even sitting with him on the dock one night to have a few drinks with him, but never knew the extent to its severity until you found him beside a cliff one stormy day.
Since then, you made sure to check in on him once in a while and drop off a basket of peppers at Marnie’s whenever you got the chance. Your acts seemed to pay off, as the once cold man seemed to have finally warmed up to you, and as much as you despised the company he worked for, Shane proved to be a good friend. You knew him as much more than the town drunk, but as the pepper popper-loving, chicken caretaker who cherished those close to him.
Which is why you didn’t miss the curious glance he gave Harvey, to which the doctor quickly looked away and flushed pink.
Huh. Interesting.
“Some say, to this day, if you enter the Cindersnap Forest past midnight, you’ll—”
“There she is. We’ve been looking everywhere for you!” You sighed out of relief at the sound of Haley’s familiar tone, practically melting into her as she grasped your arm. “Ugh, is he telling you the story about the woods, or whatever?”
Elliott gasped in offense. “Haley, I assure you, the story has much more meaning behind it than that.”
Before he could go on, Leah poked his arm, sparing the group of another tangent. “That’s enough, El,” she said amusedly. “Come on, weren’t we headed to the maze?”
“I thought you’d never ask!” You surged forward, gesturing for everyone to follow. “You promised, Harvey!” you called out, and the look you threw at him dared him to run away.
You heard him begin to protest once again, but he was cut off by a much louder, enthusiastic voice.
“Are you guys going into the maze, too?” You turned to meet Alex, accompanied by Sam’s bright grin. “You’re not scared, are you, farmer?” he taunted, leaning forward so his eyes were right in front of yours.
“Me?” You pressed a hand to your chest, looking back at him in shock. “Of all people? No way.”
The jock shrugged and backed off, flashing you a confident smile. “Whatever you say. If you need a bodyguard, you know who to call.” With that, he and his friend walked into the entrance, bumping into each other’s shoulders as they joked around.
Haley scoffed. “What an idiot. You could definitely kick his ass.” Leah laughed, and you noticed the soft smile that sat on the blonde’s lips at the sound. Who would’ve thought? Suddenly, you felt like you were third-wheeling.
Thankfully, Harvey came to your rescue, marching in front of the three of you with a renewed passion in his step. He looked over his shoulder, and you almost didn’t recognize the look in his eyes.
“Well?” he asked persistently. “Are we going?”
-
Harvey knew he was being painfully obvious at that point. He also knew Alex didn’t have bad intentions at all, that, if anything, the two of them had a common goal: to keep you safe.
He’d be lying if he said he cared, though.
If you’d told him a year ago he would be leading a group of people into the maze he’d feared pretty much his entire life, he would call you a liar. If you added in the fact he was doing it to impress you, he would tell you to set up an appointment with him so he could check your head. Yet, there he was, egging you and everyone else on to get their asses in the attraction already so he could prove you didn’t need some gridball player to protect you.
The second he stepped foot through the entrance, though, Harvey seriously questioned if it was worth it.
He never liked scary things — he was an awful person to watch horror movies with, and he had always been easy to startle, as you liked to prove time and time again. He didn’t really see a point in them. Why would he want to be terrified, when he could relax and enjoy himself instead? Logically, there was no real appeal to be scared.
Although, it seemed all logic was out the door, seeing that he’d already zoned out and gotten lost.
Fuck.
You’d been right there moments before, he swore on it. As Harvey frantically looked around him, though, he found he was alone, surrounded by the thick brush of the maze’s walls and chilling noises that gave him goosebumps. Sometimes, he truly questioned how he’d earned a college degree and even passed medical school with a brain like his. It seemed to stop working every time you were in the picture. I am an unbelievable idiot.
“Harvey?”
He blinked. He wasn’t being tricked, was he?
“Harvey, is that you?”
As the voice grew closer, Harvey realized it was not, in fact, a trick, and that he recognized the figure in front of him.
“Maru,” he breathed, shoulders slumping in relief. “God, I’m so relieved.”
She laughed at his reaction, and Harvey faintly remembered a time when his heart would have pounded at the sound. That was in the past, though, when he’d first moved to the Valley.
When he thought you had slipped from his grasp.
“What are you even doing here?” she asked. “I thought you hated this place.”
“Yes, well, uh, Y/N has always enjoyed it, so I thought I would give it another go.”
She glanced around them. “So, you came here with Y/N?”
“Yes, along with Leah and Haley.”
“Uh-huh. And just how did you get this lost?”
He sighed. “You tell me. Mazes have never really been my forte.”
She laughed again as she walked in front of him, gesturing for him to follow with a wave. “Come on, we’ll find them together.”
“Thank you, Maru.”
“Anytime, Harvey.”
The two fell into a comfortable silence as they trekked on, both listening for any familiar voices. Harvey had to admit, he felt much better with Maru there; her confidence as she walked reminded him of you. He couldn’t help but notice, though, the odd look in her eye, as if she were thinking something he didn’t quite understand.
“Are you alright?” he asked, slowing his pace. “You look a bit bothered.”
She didn’t reply right away, but paused her steps to look at him. “You . . . really like the farmer, don’t you?”
Oh, no. “Wh-What? I mean, of course I do, we’ve known each other for such a long time—”
“You know what I mean, Harvey.” There was no hostility in her tone, no bite. If anything, she sounded amused. “I think everyone’s seen it except you two.”
“I—” He paused. What was the point? “I suppose you’re right,” he admitted.
“Well,” Maru started, placing her hands on her hips, “you better treat her properly, okay? Honestly, if you felt that way, you should have asked her out in the Spring! What’s with all this dodging around and pretending you don’t feel it? Before you know it, it might be too late.”
There was an edge to her tone with those words, but Harvey didn’t have time to process it, distracted by the large shadow approaching them. Instinctively, he grabbed Maru and pushed her behind him, his own fear making his heart feel as if it were about to fly out of his chest.
“Is that you, Harvs?” At the sound of your voice, he could have cried in relief. “Seriously, how can someone get lost so quickly?”
You walked up to him with your two friends by your side, immediately eyeing the hand he had wrapped around Maru’s wrist. He dropped it, grateful the darkness hid his embarrassed face.
“I guess I got a bit ahead of myself,” he said, clearing his throat. Haley was glaring daggers into his skull. “Sorry for worrying you.”
You shook your head, sighing. “I mean, weren’t you the one who was terrified of coming in here in the first place? What’s gotten into you?”
“Actually,” Maru interrupted, stepping out from behind him, “Harvey was just talking about how he isn’t feeling very well.”
You perked a brow at him. “Really? Please don’t tell me you’re going to throw up in here, again.”
Harvey side-eyed Maru quickly — who refused to meet his glance — before nodding. “I am feeling a bit nauseous,” he agreed, and honestly, it wasn’t a complete lie. He was sure one more scare would cause the dinner you made him to end up on the side of the path.
“Gross,” Haley commented, taking Leah’s hand and continuing on with her. “I am not sticking around to deal with that. Come on, Maru.”
“Wait, where are you—”
“Drop him off, Y/N! Come find us when he isn’t about to yack all over the maze.”
Harvey gave you a sheepish smile as you gave him an exasperated look. “Come on, then, you big baby,” you said, though he managed to catch the smile that took over your scowl. “Let’s get you home.”
The walk back was somehow worse than he remembered. Harvey swore the route changed every turn, but you seemed to walk confidently through each pathway. He had always admired how level-headed you were in such tense environments, unable to fathom how you were able to tackle such places like the mines or the woods at night. Then again, you’d always been the braver one.
“You know where we’re going, right?” he questioned, just to make sure.
“Oh, I have no idea,” you replied, a bit too relaxed for his liking. “We’ll figure it out.”
“What?!”
Snap!
Harvey let out a shout and jumped. Despite his antics, his arm still shot out in front of you protectively, and you immediately began looking around to find the source of the sound.
Suddenly, the path wasn’t dark anymore.
A glowing, blue light filled Harvey’s eyes, and it took a moment for him to adjust to the brightness before he saw what was in front of him.
There it was. The blue spirit he’d seen under your steps the day you moved in.
“Blue? What are you doing here?” you asked it casually, pushing his arm down and kneeling to greet the small figure. “You nearly gave him a heart attack, you know.” You nodded your head towards him, and the Junimo directed a small squeak upwards in apology.
“You . . . you’re friends with a Junimo?” he clarified incredulously. He dropped down beside you and stuck his hand out, eyes widening as it touched his finger.
You smiled. “Harvey, this is Blueberry. Blueberry, Harvey.”
“You’re friends with a Junimo,” Harvey softly repeated, looking at you in awe. “You never cease to amaze me, truly.”
You didn’t respond, instead keeping your eyes on the spirit. “Care to show us the way out?” After letting out a responsive squeak, Blueberry turned around and began to light the way.
As the two of you followed your tiny friend, Harvey couldn’t help but keep track of each time his hand brushed against yours and the way your eyes kept darting over to his. The entire situation was tempting him; you, in the dark, alone with him. A scenario filled his head before he could even register what he was thinking — images of you, your back up against the hedges as he pressed his lips into your neck, his arms wrapped around you as you cried out his name, over and over as he took off your top—
“Hey, is that it?”
Harvey’s thoughts were cut short by your voice, looking down to realize Blueberry was no longer there. Looking into the distance, though, he could see the light of the entrance, the sound of people talking and kids laughing flooding his ears. He let out a deep breath he didn’t realize he was holding, gladly matching your quick pace out of the cursed place.
“Finally,” he breathed. Harvey had never been more glad to see Pelican Town’s bustling plaza. “I thought we’d never make it out.” An exaggeration, sure, but it was the only way he could express his feelings.
You scoffed lightly, patting his back. “Please, stop being so dramatic. You owe me, by the way. I totally would have gotten the treasure by now if it weren’t for you.”
He paused. His fantasy still lingered on his mind, and for once, just once, Harvey decided to be a little impulsive.
“How about a glass of wine, then?” he offered, trying his best to look at you as naturally as possible. “I ordered a new one from a winery and it just came in, unopened. I think you’ll like it.”
You hummed in thought, then nodded. “I think that’ll do,” you replied nonchalantly. Was that a hint of pink in your cheeks? “Just a glass, though?”
He chuckled, then began to walk towards the clinic. It’s just a drink, that’s all. Nothing more. We’ve drank together before. This is normal.
“However many you’d like, Y/N.”
Maybe his answer should have been different, more precise.
Maybe, if he’d forced himself to have more self-control, he would have walked you home after the two of you finished the entire bottle.
Maybe then, he wouldn’t be spilling the rest of your drink onto your shirt as he kissed you, absentmindedly grabbing the glass and setting it on the coffee table as he pressed you into the couch, lost in the flavor of the wine mixed onto your lips.
“Harvey,” you gasped out, your hand grasping his hair as he lived his fantasy and moved down to your neck, sucking on a spot that made you moan as he hummed into your skin. “God, fuck, Harvey, please.”
The buzz of the alcohol gave Harvey the courage he needed to slip his hands under your shirt, working his way up your sides before grazing over your breasts through your bra. He made quick riddance of your top, throwing it somewhere he couldn’t care for as he finally lifted his head to take in the sight he’d been longing to see.
You were more gorgeous than he’d imagined, especially with your stained red lips and flushed face.
“You’re gorgeous,” he said out loud, voice slightly out of breath and rough.
“So are you,” you replied, sitting up and pressing a quick kiss to his lips as you stood, “and we are not doing this on the couch.” He couldn’t have agreed more.
Seeing you lay on his bed was something Harvey never thought he would actually get to witness, making him all the more committed to making you feel pleasure you’d never experienced before as he unclasped your bra. He managed to stir a couple more beautiful sounds out of you as he dragged his thumb over your nipple, pinching it lightly between his fingers. Then, you gently pushed his chest away and began unbuttoning his shirt, tossing it off the bed.
This is happening. This is actually happening.
Suddenly impatient, Harvey licked into your lips again as he pushed down your pants and kicked them away. He slipped his fingers over your underwear and groaned at the wetness he was already met with.
“I think these can go, too,” you suggested, tugging at his belt loops.
He laughed, a giddy feeling he hadn’t felt before filling his chest. “Yes, ma’am.” Just like that, he found himself naked in front of you, his hard member hitting his stomach as he knelt at the foot of the bed and dragged you forward. A smile lingered on his face at the sound of your laugh, though it quickly melted into a whine as he spread your legs and licked up your thigh. He knew it was mean; he could see how needy you were, how much you wanted more, but he desperately wanted to bring you as close to the edge as he could before he fully indulged you.
Harvey continued his movements, slowly moving further up before he finally reached the place you’d been begging him to touch, closing his lips around your clit. Your legs, thrown around his shoulders, tightened around him at the feeling of his unrelenting mouth. His arms locked around your knees to keep you in place as he stuck his tongue into you, using your loud cries as encouragement.
“Yes,” you moaned, hand grasping the sheets beneath you tightly. He groaned into you as he licked into your soaking entrance, bringing a hand up so he could sink a finger into you. “Fuck, yes, just like that.”
“God, you taste perfect,” he gasped out, watching your reaction as he worked his hand. You squirmed at his movements, eyes shut and mouth open in a silent cry. Wordlessly, he added another finger. “You look so pretty for me, honey.”
Your eyes opened at that, meeting his gaze with a look he was sure would be engraved into his head for the rest of his life. “Say it again.”
“You,” he bent down again, his lips grazing over your pulsing heat, “are beautiful.” His mouth joined his fingers, persistent on your clit as his fingers pressed into a spot that made you cry out. Your hand reached down and dug into his hair, pushing him closer to you as you came.
After a few moments, Harvey slipped his fingers out of you and wiped your slick off his chin with the back of his hand, getting back up on the bed to meet your lips. His cock was practically begging for release, sensitive to the touch as it grazed against your lower half. He moaned into you, breaking away only to rummage into the nightstand drawer beside his bed for a condom.
“I need you,” you panted, and it only encouraged him further to quickly rip the packaging and pull the condom on. “C’mon, hurry.” Your legs found themselves around his torso as he let out a breath of laughter.
“You never were the most patient, were you?”
Before you could retort, he pressed the head of his cock into you, both of you gasping at the motion. God, you were tighter than he’d ever imagined, and so warm. He swore you were made for him and him only, watching as you seemed to suck him in. Harvey’s eyes closed when he bottomed out, opening to see you teary-eyed and biting your bottom lip. His heart skipped a beat — had he been too rough?
He stopped. “Are you alright?” he asked, voice threaded with worry and guilt. He pulled out slowly, biting back a moan at how good it felt to move. “We can stop, I’m sorry—”
Your legs drew him back in with a force that made him lurch forward and grab the headboard for balance, and upon looking down at your face, Harvey realized he had never quite seen you that angry before. He swallowed nervously.
“Harvey,” you gritted out, “I swear, if you stop again, you won’t be seeing the light of day tomorrow.”
Part of him wanted to test your threat, but he decided to save it for another time, focusing instead on how inviting it was to sink back into you. His brow was knitted in pleasure as he started to move, his hips moving at a steady rate as they met yours. You moaned at the feeling as he leaned down to kiss you.
“Fuck, sweetheart, you feel so good,” he groaned, picking up his pace. “Can you hear yourself? Hear how good you are for me?” You nodded, attempting to hide your eyes behind your arm as the sound of him pounding into you filled the air. He quickly moved it and met your eyes which were hazy with pleasure.
“Harder,” you breathed out.
When had Harvey ever said no to you?
He lifted your knees and pressed them to your chest as he found a new rhythm, caging your body in between his arms as his thrusts became deeper. Then, he moved an arm down to massage your clit with his thumb, managing a half-smile at the loud reaction it elicited from you.
“Fuck, there!” you cried, your hands flying to his back and no doubt leaving marks — not that he was complaining. “Right there!”
“There you go, honey, come on—”
“Harvey—!”
You let out a wordless cry as you tightened around him, and Harvey was sure he had never felt so good in his entire life. He could feel your release wet the inside of your thighs. His thrusts became long and deep as he finished shortly after, a low moan escaping his lips as he came. He stilled inside of you as you both panted, sweat dripping down his face.
Harvey winced as he pulled out, mindlessly tying off the condom and throwing it in the trash beside his bed. He managed to find his pants in the darkness of the room and put them on before walking over to the kitchen for water.
“Are you alright?” he asked, handing you the cup.
“Never been better,” you mumbled tiredly, gladly taking a few sips before setting it aside.
“You sure? Do you need anything?”
“Stop worrying, Harvs, just go to bed.”
He smiled, grabbing the sheets from the bottom of the bed and dragging them over you. “I’m guessing you won’t be making it back to the farm tonight, then?” Harvey questioned, though he didn’t get a response. Your eyes were already shut. He wasn’t surprised — the mixture of wine and sex was getting to him, too, a wave of exhaustion beginning to hit him.
As soon as his head hit his pillow, though, realization set in, and thus began his sleepless night.
There he was; half-naked with you beside him in bed, and no clue how to approach you in the morning.

Hi Ellie, so nice to meet you! Loved your first piece ("my girl" as a pet name makes me fold like a lawn chair)! May I please request something with Jack? The specifics are up to you, but may it please be someone who is plain and very quiet in public. I feel like that would raise some eyebrows with Jack being so outgoing and sought after. Please and thank you. P.s. I listened to "Waste" by Foster the People while daydreaming about this if you want a song rec. Sorry!
Apart of the Group
First of all, thank you so much for being my first request I was soooo excited! I got a little carried away with this idea, and I may have strayed a little from your original request so apologies there. But I think this turned out pretty cute! Also, I ended up listening to the song while writing this… 10/10 great music taste 😋
Posting on here still makes me kind of nervous, but I do want to say thank you to everyone who enjoyed my last fic!!!! I am taking request and I’m so excited to fulfill some more :P I hope this fic is good!!!
WC: 961 😧😧
Tw: social anxiety (?)
Throughout your life, you were known for your quiet demeanor, often keeping to yourself to avoid unnecessary conflict or attention. This didn't mean you were a loner; it just meant it was harder to break your shell. To anyone else, you may come off as withdrawn or timid, and honestly, that's true. But it's just a persona for those you aren't close to.
Growing up as family friends with three charismatic and unusually talented brothers was refreshing. You got to experience what life would be like if you had possessed those traits, not watching in envy but adoration. That adoration focused itself on the middle brother, Jack.
Jack didn't even have to try to get you to let your guard down; it just happened. He radiated a feeling of comfort that made him so easy to be around. After years of chasing each other, right as Jack was entering his first year in the NHL, you guys finally got together. You complimented each other in ways that were both unexpected and perfect, filling in the gaps the other lacked.
Life had picked up pace, and both of you succumbed to work. With Jack in Jersey and you back home in Michigan, you didn't get to see each other often. Being enrolled in university didn't allow for free time; you were either busing tables or hitting the books. Even though you and Jack shared troubling schedules, you two always found time to chat, even if it was late at night. Eventually, your schedules aligned. You finally were able to catch a flight to Jersey to see your boyfriend in action. On top of that, the New Jersey Devils were having a get-together for all of their wives and girlfriends. That made Jack ecstatic. He was so thrilled to be able to show off his girl, he was practically bouncing off the walls. You, on the other hand, felt queasy at the thought.
Jack had picked you up from the airport and took you back to his apartment. After basking in each other's company for the rest of the day and making up for lost time, you two settled in bed. As soon as the covers were pulled over, Jack was out. Your touch was something he craved for so long, and to finally have it alleviated all his stress, acting like melatonin.
Unfortunately, sleep didn't come as easy for you. Your mind was racing, thinking about every outcome tomorrow would bring. Will his teammates like you? Will their girlfriends like you? Eventually, you tired yourself out, and your eyelids fluttered shut with your fingers tangled in your boyfriend's hair.
The morning was spent over a cup of coffee and breakfast Jack surprisingly hadn't burned, sharing kisses and embraces in between. Both of you got ready in unison, helping Jack with his outfit and him attempting to help you with your hair. The ride to his teammate's house, who you knew as Bass, was quiet. Jack could tell you were nervous and had rested his palm against your thigh, rubbing small comforting circles. He parked along the street and opened the passenger door for you to exit. With your hands clasped, you both walked towards the front door.
Immediately, the door swung open, revealing a tall guy with a toothy grin who greeted you.He pulled Jack into one of those guy hugs and ushered you two in the door. The room was loud which made you instinctively lach to Jack's arm. Settling on the couch, surrounded by other players and their partners, Jack got to socializing. You felt eyes on you. The words you spoke were minimal and ended with you introducing yourself, with the help of your boyfriend. Your head rested against Jack's shoulder with his arm snaking around yours leaving his hand resting on your leg.
Soon enough his conversation fizzles out and he looks down at you with a soft gaze. He leans down to reach your ear, “You okay, baby?”. You let out a hum. At this point, your nerves were gone, but this still wasn't your crowd. “I'm good, just taking everything in…” you reply finally using your words. His lips meet your forehead while his hand caresses your cheek.
You two were so lost in your bubble to hear the conversation of a few of the girlfriends on the other sofa. “They are so different” one of them giggles. “I know…but it's too cute.” another responds. Jack smiles at you and turns back to talking now occasionally giving you the chance to nudge in.
As the night came to a close, you found yourself feeling a sense of belonging you hadn't anticipated. Surrounded by Jack's teammates and their partners, you realized that acceptance wasn't as elusive as you once thought. Back at Jack's apartment, you two snuggled up on the couch. His phone pinged with a text from one of the guys. “Hey take a look at this y/n…” Jack said as he shifted his phone to be your view. “Bratters girl, Nicole, wants to see if you wanna go to the WAGs luncheon thing before the game tomorrow. Look at my girl making friends and shit!” He exclaimed while pinching your cheeks. You pushed your head into his chest to hide your smile.
Today, you hurdled more than you could have if you were to do it alone. Jack brings out the best in you, pushing you when you need it. With Jack by your side, facing any uncertainty seemed less daunting. As you settled into bed, wrapped in each other's embrace, you felt a profound sense of contentment wash over you. Tomorrow might bring new challenges, but you knew that as long as you had Jack, you could face them head-on, together.

Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8 | Part 9 | Part 10 | Epilogue 1
Daniel woke up the next morning feeling like an anvil dropped on his head. He cursed the alarm but was thankful he had the foresight to set one. It was a tall order trying to sort through the details of the night before. He had his phone, keys, and wallet, so that was a win at least. What time had he gotten back to the hotel? He recounted the most peculiar dream that you had been in his room at one point – he reminded himself to lay off the melatonin, it always made his subconscious mind run wild. It took every ounce of energy to push himself upright, swinging his legs to the side of the bed at a glacial pace. Fighting the throbbing in his head, he almost missed the pills and water on the nightstand and a trash bin next to him on the floor. Drunk Daniel had never been so thoughtful or organized. Maybe it wasn’t melatonin after all. Those familiar butterflies he felt every time he thought of you fluttered away.
On second thought, definitely not butterflies.
After unceremoniously emptying the contents of his stomach, he gladly consumed the gifts you had left for him. He took a much longer shower than usual, doing his best to wash away the anxiety brought on by his hangover. He was going into the last race weekend of the year (maybe two) feeling like absolute shit. The thought of you putting him to bed initially made him giddy but it was overshadowed by fear of the unknown. His memory of the night before was fuzzy at best and but for the physical evidence you left behind, he would have gone on believing the kiss in Brazil was the last time the two of you interacted. Fuck, he had made such a fool of himself. What else had he inadvertently said or done last night? If you had walls up before, you probably now also had a moat, barbed wire, and trained militia on guard. In his efforts to get closer to you, you ended up pushing him away. You were the sun and he was Icarus.
But clearly all was not lost if you had helped him in his hour of need. If he could trust his “dream,” you had called him your friend. You had worn his clothes. You insinuated there would be a world where the two of you would be alone in a bedroom again. If all true, the culmination of those things did not add up to a person who wanted to completely shut him out. Then again, maybe that was you simply being you – that is, a good person who would show the same compassion to anyone whether they were your lover, friend, or stranger on the street.
He hadn’t had this lack of confidence picking up girls since he was an awkward teenager. From the beginning you had been a puzzle. You did not immediately fawn over him and fall victim to his charms. He sensed you may have even disliked him upon your first meeting, though he couldn’t blame you – he had severely underestimated you. Thereafter, every one of your laughs was hard earned which made them all the more sweet. You were accomplished in your own right and impressing you was a tall order, but when he succeeded it felt as though he had won Monaco a million times over.
He thought back to Austin. So much had gone wrong, but so much had gone oh so right. There was an ease about you that weekend that he had only previously been privy to in staccato bursts. Whatever internal struggle you had been fighting seemingly slowed, allowing him to peel back all your layers. Even in that sad corridor, he could’ve sat next to you in silence for all of eternity and he would have been happy.
Then there was that pesky elephant in the room. In just a few days, he technically wouldnt be your client anymore. He could get lost in all the tempting possibilities, but he had to stay focused. He’d cross that bridge later. Until then, all he had to do was stay in your good graces.
-
When the day came for your first client meeting in Abu Dhabi, you weren’t sure what version of Daniel you were going to get. You wouldn’t be surprised if he froze you out again like he did after Austin. It would be disappointing but understandable. You had explained yourself more than enough at this point though, and the position you found yourselves in wasn’t your fault. Nobody could have predicted that your client would fall for you when you were selected as counsel for the driver.  You couldn’t control his response, and if you reasserting your boundaries made him that upset then so be it.
No, there were no nerves this time but there was still an underlying anxiety that caused your heart to race. The partner was waiting at the offsite dinner location when you arrived. It was an elegant restaurant, so you had selected a pretty but conservative wrap dress for the occasion.
“Y/n, so glad you could make it,” he said as he extended his arms for a small hug.
“Me? I’ve been at every race weekend, not sure where you’ve been,” you teased.
“I know, I know, it’s been busy. I appreciate all your hard work through this. I’ve told the managing partner about your efforts, we’re all very impressed.” You couldn’t help the growing smile on your face, but you did your best to hide the absolute giddiness swelling in you. That bonus was yours to lose at this point and if this trajectory continued, you could make partner by the time you were 35.
“Thank you for the recognition, but I’m just doing my job,” you feigned in modesty. You knew how many hours of sleep you’d lost over the course of the last few months between the work itself and the constant travel. You knew how much you missed your friends and family during this time, and the other countless sacrifices you’d made along the way. But you would do it all over again for the once in a lifetime opportunity. And you never would have met Daniel - that certainly counted for something. Maybe after last week your relationship wouldn’t be the same going forward, but his companionship until now had offered you an unexpected fulfillment that felt foreign.
Then, as if someone had read your mind:
“She’s being modest,” you heard behind you, a hand resting on your shoulder. You turned to see him in nice slacks, a crisp white t-shirt, and sport coat. For someone that was probably fighting for their life this morning and suffered through a long media day, he cleaned up very nicely. You did your best not to openly ogle, though he caught the quickened rise and fall of your chest. You couldn’t help but smile back when he gave you his signature grin.
“Daniel, great to see you,” Joe said as he extended his arm past you to shake his hand.
“Likewise, nice of you to finally show up.” His tone and features were so pleasant that he could pass off the genuine dig as jest. Either way, the partner was unphased.
“Well, that’s why I brought in my very best associate to help me out as back up.”
“I suppose I should consider myself lucky then,” he said, smiling back at you. “Though, I don’t think I would call her ‘back up’by any means.”
The familiar heat rose to your cheeks as you bit your lip to unsuccessfully suppress your bashful smile. You gently elbowed him to convey your thanks. Both for defending you but also for the normalcy of the interaction.
You anticipated a level of awkwardness after your nondescript rejection in Brazil, thinking he would try to distance himself as he had after Austin. You wouldn’t fault him if he sat next to Joe, but he plopped down right next to you as though nothing had happened. An unexpected wave of relief washed over you. It seemed clear that you were “good”, whatever that meant. Sure, it helped to have Joe there as a buffer, but the two of you would have probably been fine on your own. The thought gave you solace.
The uneventful meal concluded with a plan of action in place for the rest of the weekend. The three of you made your way out of the restaurant towards the valet.
“I hope the two of you will enjoy the weekend at least until we complete the signing on Monday? Consider it a thank you.” It wasn’t the first time you’d heard that line before, but it felt different this time.
“I’ll have to take some calls here and there, but sure, why not,” Joe responded, oblivious to the fact that the message was hardly meant for him.
“Good, I’ll make sure you guys have your paddock passes for the next few days.”
Of course as if on cue the partner’s phone went off as you exited the restaurant.
“I’m sorry, I have to take this. But hey, great dinner. I’ll see you guys tomorrow.”
“Yep, have a good night,” you trailed off as he walked away, smiling through gritted teeth. You watched as he got into the corporate car by himself already focused on something else entirely, even though you were all going back to the same place.
“Typical.” You turned to Daniel, surprised at his observation.
“Could you tell?”
“Seems like we both have bosses who abandon us.” You smiled.
“What an unfortunate bonding experience.”
It was a heavy conversation, but the air was light. You both giggled at your misfortunes. When it died down, he broke the silence.
“Uh, thanks for making sure I was… accounted for last night.”
“Oh,” your cheeks dusted pink. You had such high hopes he wouldn’t remember. Maybe there was still a chance, perhaps Lando had simply filled him in. “Sure, no biggie. It happens to the best of us.”
“I didn’t do or say anything embarrassing, right?” Daniel tested the waters, partially playing dumb. His memory may be fuzzy, but he knew enough. You pursed your lips together.
“Nothing more than usual,” you said with a smile, playing it off. He felt slightly disappointed. He wished you would admit to the kiss along with the hopes you’d bestowed upon him – but maybe it was just in his head after all. Either way, you didn’t seem entirely comfortable with the conversation and that was a clear enough message to him. He knew what he needed to do.
“Can I just say,” he paused. He might need to go back inside for another drink. “- that I’m sorry. For everything. You’re just here trying to do your job, and I’m not making it easier for you. You’ve said no, and I keep trying dumb shit. I should have stopped.”
Your chest tightened. The apology was somehow welcome, appreciated, and warranted. But you also found it endearing which made you like him even more. And it also probably meant that he had lost interest and that last part didn’t make you feel great either. You wanted to tell him everything but doing so would only complicate things. Instead you bit your tongue and gave a polite smile.
“Thank you. Apology accepted.”
“No, thank you. I’ve made an ass of myself over and over again and you put up with it.”
“Well. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from my first celebrity client, but ‘ass’ was certainly in the realm of possibility,” you said cheekily. “Nothing I wasn’t prepared for.” The lie slipped easily through your teeth.
“So you assumed I was going to be an ass?” he asked with a laugh.
“What did Drive to Survive call you guys? ‘Talented, rich, and cocky’?” He crossed his arms over his chest defensively, but his face was still warm and welcoming.
“Don’t tell me you watch that garbage.”
“For research purposes, obviously,” you said sarcastically.
He watched your eyes twinkle and the sly grin that graced your features as the desert wind gently blew your hair around your face, framing it perfectly. You fixed the strand he so badly wanted to tuck behind your ear yourself. Your wrap dress fluttered just so, allowing him to catch a quick glimpse of your upper thigh, contrasting the otherwise modest outfit. He wondered what it would be like to tug at the delicate bow at the side of your waist that kept the whole ensemble together. He caught himself in the middle of his thoughts.
“Since your boss left you stranded, can I give you a ride back?” You looked around, a serious look on your face. You whispered in a low voice.
“Is that… appropriate? I know men and women aren’t supposed to be alone together here.” He wanted to laugh but didn’t want to make you feel bad. Of course the lawyer wanted to follow everything to a T. He knew from experience that the morality laws were loosely enforced at best, but he wasn’t sure how much of that was attributed to his own privilege.
“If it makes you feel any better, I could pretend to be your chauffeur.” The line earned him a laugh.
“An F1 driver as a chauffeur. That’s rich.” He smiled, satisfied with his efforts to put you at ease.
“So is that a yes?”
“Yeah, but the expectations are pretty high.”
“You’ll have to let me know if I have a backup career as a personal driver if this whole F1 thing doesn’t work out.”
The valet pulled around an unassuming black SUV with tinted windows. Without skipping a beat, he opened the back passenger’s seat door waiting for you with an extended hand dipping into an exaggerated bow.
“Your chariot, m’lady.”
“Oh my, what service,” you contrived dramatics with a hand over your heart. Your other hand graciously accepted his while getting into the car. The familiar pulsating electricity coursed through the touch and lingered as you watched him close the door.
“Home Jeffrey,” you said, donning the worst British accent you could muster when he settled in the drivers seat. He peered at you in the reflection of the rearview mirror. You looked relaxed and happy, and that was enough for him. Your eyes locked, and you caught a glimpse of those dimples that could melt polar ice caps.
It was a comfortable ride back to the hotel, a little small talk here and there. He tossed the keys to the valet and helped you out of the car, again trying to memorize the feeling of your palm in his before reluctantly letting go.
He pressed for his floor in the elevator. He looked at you when you didn’t follow suit, wondering for a moment whether he forgot his manners.
“Uh, what floor are you?” he asked politely, hovering over the buttons.
“Oh… I actually ended up down the hall from you.”
“Oh.” A loud silence fell. It was unclear whether the arrangement was fortuitous or simply torture for both parties, the other so close but just out of reach.
The doors opened and you tried to hide a sheepish look as you started walking in the same direction.
“Are you following me now?” he joked. “I don’t need help getting into bed this time, promise.”
You stammered a bit, trying to find the right words but decided to keep your mouth shut. You had begged the concierge to find you any other room but she insisted the hotel was fully booked and there were no other options. But you realized in that moment it would only be weird if you made it weird. Humor was always the best deflection so you decided to lean into it. Your ability to hide your growing smile began to falter. Looking like the cat that swallowed the canary, you didn’t say a word as you walked past him when he finally stopped in front of his door. Only looking back in his direction to wave when you stopped in front of yours which happened to be the room over. You both snorted before dissolving into laughter over the absurdity of it all.
“Don’t worry, I’ll try not to throw any ragers,” you said between fits of giggles.
“You mean I wouldn’t be invited?” he asked in faux disbelief.
“You know you’re always welcome, what’s a party without thee Daniel Ricciardo? I just wouldn’t want to disrupt your ‘high performance athlete’ routine before race day.” He cocked an eyebrow.
“If you threw a ‘rager’, everyone would be sitting in a circle doing face masks with Celine Dion playing in the background like some kind of selfcare séance. And it would be over by 10pm.” The laughter that had finally started to slow picked up again. His heart skipped a beat seeing your nose scrunch.
“Hey now, you forgot the scented candles. That open flame is a safety hazard.”
“You are just too wild and crazy.”
“You know me so well. I’ll do my best to keep it down, no promises though.” The laughter slowed again, but the wide grins remained.
“I guess I’ll see you tomorrow… neighbor.” You smiled, liking the way it sounded coming from him.
“I guess so, good night neighbor.”
You closed your respective doors, each acutely aware of the one wall that separated you.

Daniel rubbed the sleep out of his eyes the next morning, aimlessly palming his nightstand to turn off his alarm. He made his way to the bathroom, slowly shaking away his slumber. He was washing his hands when he realized there was more noise than what was coming from the faucet. He turned the water off and listened. He picked out the sound of running water. There may have been music playing from a phone, but it was drowned out by a muffled, unmistakable, offkey voice he could pick out anywhere.
Cuz when the night faaaaallls
My loneliness calls
Boo doo boo DOOP
Ohhhhh I wanna dance with somebody
I wanna feel the HEAT with somebody
yeaAHH I wanna dance with somebody
With somebody who loves me
He smiled to himself listening to you try to do lead, backup vocals, and instrumentals of the Whitney Houston classic, reminiscing back to your performance with Lando in Japan. The warmth that spread from his chest to his toes woke him up, suddenly feeling a renewed sense of optimism for the practice sessions ahead.
As he left to head to the paddock, he heard another door close. His timing was meticulous and he counted his blessings that he should be so fortunate to share more time with you. He couldn’t help the giant smile that grew on his face at the sight of you, immediately imagining you singing in the shower. You double checked for something in your bag before you looked up to meet his gaze. You looked behind you to make sure his dimples weren’t reserved for someone else.
“Hi?” You raised an eyebrow.
“Hi.” He knew he looked dumb, but he didn’t care. He was allowed to smile at you, right?
“You’re awfully happy to see me this morning.” The corners of your mouth turned upward, marked with a cautious skepticism.
“Yeah, h-” He stopped himself. How was your sold out stadium tour in the shower? But if this was a ritual of yours, he didn’t want to miss out on future performances – he did still have three more days with you. “I’m just excited for the practice session.”
Your smile relaxed somewhat. “I’m glad you’re feeling confident. Do you wanna walk over together?”
“Oh, you’re going there too?” He mentally smacked himself as soon as the words left his mouth. Where else would you be going?
“Well yeah. You invited Joe and I, remember?”
“Right. Wasn’t sure if you were off to do lawyer things.”
“I mean I am, but the track is a lot more fun than the hotel lobby. Y’know?”
He did. And the walk there was much nicer with your company. He enjoyed this new morning routine and would be sure to make it happen the rest of the weekend. On his own he may have felt the gravity of the situation more, may have simply gone through the motions to get it all over with, the weight on his shoulders too much to bear. But your presence invigorated him. Helped him believe that there were better things on the horizon. He just needed to clear this one last hurdle and he had the strength to do it. He was consistent in the Friday practice sessions, and your shower version of “Pocketful of Sunshine” the next morning helped him place P10 for qualifying.
You too found this morning pattern soothing. You were pleasantly surprise that you enjoyed your new neighbor more than you thought you would, and happy that what you thought would be a source of stress and awkwardness brought you peace and comfort. When race day rolled around, you had no reason to believe it would be any different than practice or qualifying, other than the fact it was a night race. So you caught up on work in the morning before you got yourself ready as usual. You decided it was a Celine Dion day, happily belting “It’s All Coming Back To Me Now,” unbeknownst to you that you had an audience. In another pleasant turn of events, Joe had given you the ok to leave the work at home, granting full permission to enjoy the race. You initially went for your yellow midi dress, but it triggered flashbacks to Austin. It was best to put it away, no need to risk the bad juju. You struggled to pick something else, changing no less than five times. Somehow you needed to be modest, but in something where you wouldn’t overheat, but it would cool down once the sun set, but it also had to be stylish because you were again going to be surrounded by A-listers across an array of disciplines who looked like they just walked off the runway in Milan. For once you wished you had the ease of just throwing on a suit and being done with the whole ordeal. But the thought got your creative juices flowing, and you settled on a sleek black blazer dress. You threw on the Louboutins you bought with your first Big Law pay check that only came out on special occasions, and topped off the outfit with some big gold hoops for good measure. You could always fake confidence with red bottoms, red lips, and gold hoops.
Even though you had no work with you this time, you had grown accustomed to arriving fashionably early to these events to coincide with Daniel. You gave a friendly knock on his door, expecting him to be ready at the same time as you as he had the last two days. But nothing could have prepared you for coming face to face with the Australian and his Adonis-like figure on full display. Of course he would have no shame answering the door in just a smile and a towel, though with a body like that it was amazing he wore clothes ever.
“Oh! I’m sorry. I. Uh. Um. I-” You continued to stutter as you tried to figure out where to look. You feebly tried to avert your gaze but his beautifully tan muscles demanded attention, from his shoulders, to his pecs, to his abs. You wanted to study and write a dissertation on the tattoos on his arms. You definitely wanted to memorize the line of the towel that hung just so on his hips. But you also didn’t want to make it obvious that you were staring. So your eyes darted from the ceiling, to his body, to the floor, then back to his body, in a chaotic loop.
“My eyes are up here.” His voice dripped with smugness. You definitely couldn’t look there. But you obliged, only to be met with the cockiest smirk you’d ever seen in your life. Your entire body was on fire, and the arrogant twinkle in his eye only stoked it. You knew he was hot. God knew he was hot. Everyone knew he was hot. And he knew it too. And he was having the best time seeing you flustered.
“When you’re done having a stroke, care to tell me why you’re here?”
“You have to be there in less than an hour, I thought you’d be ready to go and we could head down together!” Your tone came off as frustrated. And you were, for more reasons than one. He rolled his eyes.
“We aren’t that far and I don’t take that long to get ready. Give me a few minutes, I’ll be right out.”
“Ugh. Fine. I’ll be in my room,” you said curtly, and spared no time practically running back.
Daniel laughed to himself as he closed the door to continue getting ready. Seeing you lose any measure of control had become one of his favorite things, a stark contrast to your usual moda operendi. He paused though when an unfamiliar sound came from the wall you shared. He stood in front of it for a moment trying to decipher what it was. It sounded like an electric shaver, but why would you need one of those? His eyes widened and the blood rushed to his cheeks and crotch as it dawned on him.
Your hands were almost shaking as you got the door open. You rummaged through your bag to find your vibrator, practically ransacking your room in the process. You definitely had time to rub one out before he would be ready. The picture of his muscly tattooed thighs pressing on the back of yours flooded your brain, back bowed for him with his name falling off your tongue. Your body ached for it to be a reality, one that was so close yet so far. You fell on the bed and pressed the toy where you needed it, eyes squeezed shut, desperately wishing it was the appendage of your friendly neighbor.
Daniel had never gotten ready so fast in his entire life. No doubt, what he just witnessed was the epitome of sexual frustration. Knowing you, you would be quick and efficient about it – he could imagine you splayed on the bed with the hem of your dress bunched up. You probably didn’t even take off your underwear. An internal battle waged within him – whether to rub one out himself or rush to catch you in your immediate post orgasm bliss, the latter ultimately winning. He would have plenty of time later to take care of himself.
You were so close, when your phone went off.
DR: I’m outside your door.
The disturbance in your momentum should have thrown you off. But the idea that he was basically right there while you touched yourself pushed you right to the edge. Another fantasy intruded your thoughts, imagining what it might be like if he were to come inside and watch you. Your phone dinged again a second later.
DR: Come.
And you did.
You barely had time to come down from your orgasm as you smoothed out your skirt and grabbed your bag again.
“Hi sorry I’m ready,” you said breathlessly as you strode past him.
Daniel chewed the inside of his cheek. He didn’t miss the bright pink flush or the light sheen that graced your features. Your obvious glow matched the flyaways that now stuck out from your otherwise perfectly coiffed hair that made him want to drag you into his room and put that silly little imagination of yours to shame. Demand to know whether your dreams were as good as the real thing with a fistful of your hair in his hand as he buried himself deep inside you. Demand to know whether that stupid toy made you feel like half the woman he did. And that dress. That beautiful dress that hugged your body in all the right places, that showed off its peaks and valleys, that teased just the tip of your cleavage before sealing your tits away like a cruel riddle. He would ruin it. The stiffness in his pants pestered him, and he pushed the impossible thoughts away. He settled on tucking one of the out-of-place strands behind your ear, not missing the opportunity to tease you even if only a little.
“Everything ok? You’re all flushed.”
You bit back a whimper as the tip of your ear fired signals to your core and you suddenly wished your hair follicles had tactile sensors. You would’ve been blushing if your face wasn’t already red.
“Yeah… I, uh, realized I lost an earring. So I had to find it.”
“Did you?” The way his warm brown eyes bore into yours made your stomach do cartwheels.
“Yeah.” Why were you suddenly panting?
“Good. I’m glad you, uh… found your earring.” If you blinked you would’ve missed it, but you could’ve sworn you saw the flash of a smirk cross his face before it was gone. Were you still talking about earrings?
You continued to make your way to the paddock together, you stayed just a pace ahead still hesitant to make eye contact with the driver. You whipped around though when you heard a distinct *click* only to find him with his camera still aimed at you. Another *click*, the flash blinding you momentarily.
“Daniel!” The blush that had finally started to fade came back with a vengeance. He had tried to take pictures of you before, eager to practice his new hobby, and you had politely reminded him that it would pose a risk to your attorney-client privilege (it was mostly a lie, but he didn’t need to know that). But now he lowered the camera, revealing a ghost of a smirk.
“I figured it’s ok since you’re not working. Just want to remember everything from my last race day.”
“We’re in the hallway of a hotel,” you deadpanned.
“You’re right, I’ll take better pictures when we’re outside.”
“That’s not what I meant.”
“Natural lighting is so much better anyways.” You sighed, reluctantly granting your approval and he internally cheered. You didn’t need to know there was no way in the world he would delete the ones he already took though, that perfectly captured the curve of your backside and your beautiful, bambi eyes looking over your shoulder.
He could’ve gotten lost in his thoughts of you and he would do so happily, but he needed to get in the zone. He tried, but surprisingly the feeling never came. He found he wasn’t really nervous either. After basically processing the five stages of grief over the last few months over his career, there was nothing left for him to prove or fight for. That thought once brought him deep shame, but now it was freeing. Maybe the weight of everything would hit him later, but for now he simply wanted to be in the moment wherever the day led him. At this particular moment, that meant walking to the paddock with you at his side.

Kinktober Day 8
Prompt: Breeding Pairing: Hongjoong x fem!reader WC: 900 Summary: PWOP. It is what it says on the label This is a work of fiction, it does not represent Hongjoong or any Ateez member. On top of this it is an 18+ work. For my comfort and boundaries please if you are under age do not interact with this. TW/CW Under the cut!
TW/CW: Unprotected, pregnancy talk, called “honey” and “little cumslut”, Hongjoong is needy, so is reader.
Tumblr media
Once he started he couldn’t stop, It took one time cumming as deeply as possible in your hole to convince him this was always the way to do it. It became an obsession, a project. Sex turning from one and done into a multi stage marathon. No longer was he worried about cumming early, in fact that way he could just fill you more. Pushing his own seed deeper into your womb as he fucks you again. He’d all but stopped masturbating, even during long tours, saving up his release for when you met again.
Chest pressed into the mattress, hips held high about for him to pound into he jolts and jitters as his own seed spills around him and onto your legs. The first round of the night, a big one. They’ll only get smaller, more painful even as he continues. Because he will continue.  “I think it’s gonna take this time,” starry eyed you mutter. The possibility of it actually happening was nearly zero thanks to your implant. Still you say it with conviction because it pleases him.  “Everyone will know you’re mine then. No more hiding. I’ll dress you in the finest clothes and show off my work to the world.” Another spurt of cum forces it way into you as he thinks about your stomach, swollen with child. His child. Tits fat with milk. Taking you to art galleries and displaying you alongside his other accomplishments. He pulls the two of you to the side, leaving his cock soaking in the mixture of fluids, rehardening slowly before ever going fully soft.  His arm snakes over you, cupping your breast, rocking ever so slightly to bury himself again without disturbing you. His thumb absentmindedly plays with your hardened nipple, dragging it down and letting it spring back to place.  “Sleepy.” Your scoot back to his chest, nose pressing into your hair. “I like.”  “I know you do, honey. I know you like feeling full. I promise I’ll keep you nice and full.” His lips press against your hair, inhaling the scent of skin and shampoo. “Gonna fuck you all night if I have to.”  You moan, his base needy nature on full display. When he holds you like this it’s impossible to feel unloved, unwanted, alone. When he’s rutting into you, promising the moon, you feel safe. It’s easy to fall in and out of blissful sleep, eyelids heavy with pleasure. The persistent targeted drag against your gspot serves to keep you vaguely present as fireworks spark and fizzle.
Hongjoong can feel your body slacken and tense in his arms as you drift between conscious states. “I should let you go to sleep,” he almost sounds repentant. Truly he feels a little guilty, knowing how hard he’d pounded into you previously. A good climax was better than any melatonin or cbd gummy to get you into a hazy dreamlike headspace.  “Don’t let me, wanna cum again,” you whine. You’re always whinier when you are tired, after your first round. Hongjoong knows this. He knows round two is not the time for hair pulling, snarling, fuck-you-dumb, crass kind of sex. Even though you both like it. Round two is for exactly this; hazy, needy, sloppy, whiny sex.  “Oh Honey,” he coos, “need more before bed? My little cumslut needs more?”  You toss your top leg forward onto the mattress, opening yourself up for easier access which he eagerly takes. Abandoning your breast in favor of carefully rubbing circles around your clit, Hongjoong groans. He can feel your walls tightening with your stomach, anticipating the next wave. “More, more,” you beg and plead, “want more.”  “Even when you’re all fucked out your walls are milking me dry,” Hongjoong sounds deliriously happy. Your cunt is sloppy with release, slick slap of his balls against your skin is proof enough of his handiwork. “Wet little pussy, working me so well. So good for me.” He tugs at you, rolling with you on top of him, using the full force of his thighs to fuck up into you, deeper and deeper. “I’ll give you as much as you can take.”  Through the haze of your orgasm you can feel the twitch of his dick, lodged as deep as he can go. Spurts of release force remnants of round one from you, a white ring forming at the base of his cock.  “Thank you,” you babble. Body shaking, possessed by pleasure. His pleasure. He enjoys every second of it, holding you tight as though he could absorb it. You can barely breathe, eyes rolling back. Your walls squeezing another dry, painful orgasm from him. The pain completes him, penance for using you, for wanting to own you like he does. You aren’t his but maybe just maybe if his cock is the only thing your cunt craves, you could be his.  Exhausted, both of you flinch and jitter, muscles activating randomly as your overstimulated nerves cool down. His member stays lodged inside, a poor stopper for your leaking hole. Another sign your night is not yet over.  “Is this all me,” Hongjoong asks, running a finger along the tight muscle of your pussy. “Going to have me dripping in your panties for weeks.” He can already feel the faint twitches of his rehardening. Lacing his fingers between yours you pull him close despite the slick and sweat.  “Again, just in case,” you giggle. “Just to be sure.”  “Of course honey, to be sure.”
Tumblr media
Hated that I kind of had to be short and sweet with this but if all my kinktober fics are 2k+ words...well. TBH this particular kink is one of my favorites to write so trust it will be in others as well.

How they sleep with you
Tumblr media
(Anemo Addition)
Venti
Drunken cuddles
Will never argue a quick nap
Look, the people don’t need him anymore
But you do <3
In his eyes at least
If he’s feeling nice, he’ll shower anyway all the alcohol and dirt from sitting in trees
But that’s rare
Sleeps on top of you, cuddling into your neck and chest
Giggles for days
Jean
It takes physically pulling her away to get her to sleep
You may have had to bride Lisa once or twice to make a melatonin of sorts
She doesn’t need to know that though
Usually she just passes out and you need to change her and make sure she takes care of herself at least a little
Though in the morning, you’ll wake up to her cuddled into your side
So at least she’s got that going for her
Please help her
Sucrose
It took you telling her months into dating she could even come into your room
She’s adorable though
Wears big nightgowns and makes you two tea for bed
She even lets you braid her hair before going to sleep
She tries to stay as as far away from you as possible
Not because she hates you
But because she thinks you hate her
You need to initiate the cuddles
And she will be the biggest cuddler ever
Clings to your side desperately
We love her though
Kiss her forehead
Xianyun
Doesn’t sleep
Doesn’t want to sleep
Wont sleep
But she will sit next to you
“You humans are so weird. Closing your eyes for hours just to rest. One would never let one’s body become so weak. In fact, one has made a device just for th-“
Yapper
She talks you to sleep
Though we love her, she’s an idiot
Sometimes will tinker with something and sit next to you on the bed
You cuddle her legs when she does that
Then she just pets your head and out her things away
“You humans are so strange…but I suppose that’s why one loves you.”
Xiao
Stares
Similarly, doesn’t sleep
But he is fascinated by you
Sometimes you’ll wake up and he’s just staring at you
If you try and cuddle him, he will go stiff (both ways) and just stares at the ceiling
Though now, when it gets to the time you usually sleep he will give you the look
Like “can we do the arms thing”
Yes Xiao. Yes we can
He hates being far away from you, so he basically forced you to basically live in the inn
Sometimes he will even bring you treats in the mornings
Kazuha
A dear
Reads you poems
Also an absolute flirt
He will recite a poem and rub up your sides
Mean about it too
Wont do anything about it
“It’s bed time, doll.”
He also brings you a bunch of pretty nightgowns from wherever he goes
He’s a sucker for them
Nights get rocky though
The boat swaying and the waves
It’s rough
He can’t get his hands off you though
His hands are always on you
Just to make sure you’re safe
Heizou
Similar to Kazuha
But he’s worse
He will be the big spoon and nip at the back of your neck
Whispering things that come to his mind as he rubs his hands on your tummy
Loves to lick your neck too
If he can stay up all night just touching you and kissing you while you sleep
He would
Usually falls asleep groping you in some way
Wakes up groping you in another way
Little bitch
Wanderer
Similar to Xianyun
He just sits there and lets you sleep
Sometimes he will leave for a while and buy you gifts
But he also likes to just stay with you
Hates the night now because all you do is snooze
“Humans…so weak…so vulnerable. I could kill you right now”
Again
Yaps
Though unlike Xianyun, he will actually lay down and hold you if you ask nicely
He likes the sound of your heart beat
So when you sleep, he will rest his head on your chest and just
Listen
He then holds you closely and just inhales your scent
Got the ability to smell just for you
Faruzan
I hate Faruzan
But I’ll try and do her Justice for you simps
She will tell you stories about her life while you sleep
Sometimes she rests on your chest
Sometimes (most of the time) you rest on hers
“I don’t need to sleep! Do you know how many years I’ve been alive and haven’t slept! Well I’ll let you know that-!”
Asleep before you
She does looks nice with her hair down
Lets you play with it
Also the last one to wake up
She sleeps like a starfish
Somehow under you now
Though she does have an ego
It goes away at night
It’s sweet
