I do think i need someone to direct me to cut a cute little mark into myself and tell me to cut deeper or shallower and laugh a little when i flinch and then guide me through caring for it and laughing when the hydrogen peroxide stings. And then (crucially) telling me off if they catch me picking at it or messing with it because ghey want it to heal in the right shape
