ritshou isn't one-sided just bc ritsu is godawful at socializing ppl are so dramatic over nothing ufhdksisn
#ritsu being slow to reply to texts is exactly what i would expect from him i don't know why ppl were so shocked by this#and ritsu being asked if he has friends is specifically framed w/ the asker being 'worried' abt him so he casts the widest net and is like#''yeah i have friends i have so many ppl i can talk to abt the weather. i'll talk abt the weather with someone rn. leave me alone''#he doesn't mention anyone specifically he just says he can talk abt the weather w/ his classmates and fellow student council members#which lbr cannot be considered friends he was just being defensive#i think the fact that shou & ritsu are also revealed to have hung out just the two of them and talked abt their families#is a very clear indication that they are in fact Friends#ritsu's just socially inept#i thought we all knew this#anyway sorry i know this is old news i haven't been online much and after seeing that there was apparently drama over this#i wanted to give my two cents
