Yes that was the most rushed episode of Our Flag. Which is unfortunate for sure, I think even 15 more minutes would have made it feel better, but I appreciate just how much effort was put into actually wrapping up each plot line AND still making a cohesive story AND it still had a few realy good character moments.

I can't say this as a fact, but I bet it was so rushed becuase of the change in HBO to just MAX. I bet they expected to get 10 episodes like the first season and when the change happened they got their budget cut. It is a shame but I'm still realy impressed by what they ended up with. It is kind of jarring due to how every other episode was able to take its time, but still at least we got what we did.
