on the cusp of starting my first batch of mead, im just not sure what fruits i want to use
#i technically have all the material i need (sans fruit) to start four 1gal batches#im gonna start with one tho so i dont overwhelm myself#i was thinking a strawberry mango or strawberry dragonfruit#down the line i want to make a fall one with ginger and anise and glove and cinnamon#also want to make two batches of mulberry. one with early season tart berries and another with later season full berries#i want. to make mead. so badly
