Ok there's actually 2 new characters because the letter is written by a painter and then Eliot is the subject of the letter that person is writing

Unless Clancy is a devoted painter AND musician and we just didn't have that information til now???? I think it has to be written by a currently unknown person

(The painter could also be Torch 👀👀👀👀👀 or Eliot is Torch)

My current guess off the top of the dome is it's the 2 kids first seen in NATN but it could be literally anyone
