Bridget x Fem! Reader
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
"My girlfriend got me a dead rat for my birthday!" Charming proudly puffed up his chest, looking at the group of girls in front of him when they staid quiet for a bit too long.
"What?"
"She got me a dead rat!"
"She couldn't even go for an alive one!" Hecate burst out laughing, Bridget slapping her arm, along with Ella's.
"Ella! Why would you do that?" The girl shrugged, Charming quickly taking over, again.
"Because she loves me! She's obviously like a cat and is giving me food because she thinks I can't hunt for myself!" They all gaped at him once again, this time Ella did too.
"She's sitting right there..."
"I AM NOT A CAT STUPID CHARMING!"
Before she could completely maul the boy, Bridget pulled Ella off of him.
"Let's not kill our boyfriends, all right Ella?" She gritted her teeth, but nodded, a fierce glare fixed upon her boyfriend.
"I mean, I know my strap game is amazing but-?" Bridget all but ran over at her girlfriend, slapping her hand over her mouth and giving her her own glare.
"Don't." Hecate's eyes widened slightly, beforr Bridget felt her smirk.
"You're so hot." Her words were muffled but they did their job of making Bridget flush red just as good.
"Hecate!" The witch pulled her hand off of her mouth and picked her up to kiss her, spinning her around slowly.
"You're so pretty..." she mumbled onto her lips, making the princess giggle.
"Not as pretty as you sweets!" They heard Ella gag, Hecate looked at her and glanced at Charming, arching a brow suggestively at her.
"STUPID HECATE!"
"DON'T THROW YOUR SHOE AT ME! I'M HOLDING BRIDGET!"
-
"What did you do for Bridget's birthday though?" Charming asked, quite literally the next day because Ella and Hecate couldn't be in the same toom as each other anymore.
"I gave her pink roses, a new apron, oh! And I got her a few ingredients she has been wanting to. Experiment with for a while.... Don't!" She held her hand up in front of her face when she saw Ella reach for something, which pissed her off because she wasn't even going to throw anything.
"I wasn't even going to throw anything!" She threw a rock at Hecate, not that it could hurt her, but she withdrew and pouted as she sat next to Bridget, who patted her cheek.
"It was so sweet of her, she even helped decorate the cookies.... God knows she should be banned from using kitchens!" She joked, smiling as Ella laughed at it and started mocking Hecate.
"That's so sweet! You wanna know what I did?"
"Not really."
"I gave her a dress! And I asked Bridget to make her a cake!" Hecate glanced at Ella, who shrugged.
"You guys haven't been in a relationship long enough." She declared, Ella stood up and launched another rock, missing Hecate by a few millimeters.
"Ha! Missed-! Hey!" This time she hit, and it got her right in her forehead.
She shuffled closer to Bridget, who shushed her and rubbed her forehead softly.
"You're not bleeding Honey."
"You guys have only been dating for like 2 months longer than we have!" The blue haired girl crossed her arms, the other blue haired girl shot her a glare and shuffled EVEN CLOSER to Bridget.
"Yeah! Go back to your mommy little pussy!" Bridget send her a look and she rolled her eyes, sitting back down.
"But yeah, giving Bridget those ingredients was very nice, including the fact that you had me treat the slashes from those griffins you 'had' to defeat on your way back to get her some of their feathers, scales blah blah." She sneaked in another little detail that she had conveniently forgotten to inform Bridget about, who in turn looked at Hecate, who was still pouting, and quickly stood up.
"Hecate and I are going to have a chat in my dorm... maybe we'll see you at dinner, bye Ella, Charming!" They said their bye's back, and Hecate glared at Ella, who smirked at her.
The only thing keeping Hecate from launching at her and ripping her to shreds was Bridget, who was pissed at her.
-
"God damn it you are strong." She muttered, rubbing her wrist when Bridget finally let go, but had now pushed her onto her bed and was zipping down her jacket.
"Hey hey! If you wanted to do something you could've just said.... Oh." She sighed in disappointment when she realised that she was not, in fact, about to have sex with her wonderful girlfriend, but instead was probably facing a scolding that ended in the opposite of that, no sex for as long as Bridget was slightly mad at her, which could end up being something around a day and a month.
"How dare you get hurt because of something you wanted to get for me." Bridget grumbled as she poked at the newly developed scars.
"But they look hot?"
"Shush."

So I have a new OC in the works for Hotel Transylvania of all things, but I don't really have many people to rant to about him, so I'm just gonna info dump about him here
It all started when I heard a rumor that Griffin was originally gonna be queer coded, but the creators ended up being cowards and that's how he ended up with Crystal at the end of the second movie. Don't get me wrong, Crystal's a queen, but Griff being gay just makes so much sense to me. He literally called Drac "irresistible" and was the only one without a gf in the first movie
IDC what anyone says, in my mind, he and Crystal only "zinged" for benefits and they're mlm and wlw solidarity. They're only "dating" until they find their true zings.
Anyway, I heard that and went "Dang, that's TWICE now my boy got robbed!" so I'm gonna give him the bf he deserves (maybe I'll make a gf for Crystal, too, who knows)
I haven't drawn him YET (he's in progress) but his name is Cyrus and he's a phoenix. He looks mostly human, but he also has red and gold wings, and markings on his face and shoulders. He can regenerate from ashes when he dies, his tears can heal any injury, and he's a firebender. He can also shapeshift and take the form of a giant red and gold bird. He's pretty quiet, reserved, and doesn't trust easy.
Like other monsters, Cyrus was feared by humans. But unlike other monsters, humans hunted him down for a different reason - his tears. Since his tears are like the ultimate ointment, people wanted to get their hands on them for either themselves, or to make money off of them. Cyrus had been caught many times, either straight up, or lulled into a false sense of security and got backstabbed. Each time, he went through intense levels of agony, anything that would get him to spill tears. But he always managed to escape.
It didn't take long for him to become distrusting of everyone he meets.
When Cyrus heard that humans and monsters got along again, he wanted nothing to do with it. Sure, humans may no longer be afraid of him, but what could be done to change that he was still wanted for selfish reasons?
When he first came into the hotel looking for a break from it all, Griffin zinged first since he spotted him from afar.
When Cyrus first interacted with Griffin, he was taken aback by the personality brighter than his flames. He knew Griffin was basically just an invisible human, but he knew off the bat that something about him was different. In that moment, the zing became mutual, but Cyrus didn't know it yet.
Griffin knew, though, and he immediately ran to tell Crystal the first chance he got. She was super excited for him.
From there, the romance blossomed in the form of a slow burn. Cyrus cautiously took his time to build up the trust and courage to feel completely safe and relaxed around Griffin and Griffin was super patient with him. When Cyrus finally did feel comfortable, he also embraced his loving feelings and then the ship set sail
And that's all I have to share for now. Any feedback or ideas would be appreciated!!

Lambert smelt the interloper before he saw them and gave an irritated growl. Sure enough, it was that bloody Cat again. Sat in the middle of Lambert's camp, sorting through a pile of wild mushrooms and herbs before throwing them in the pot (Lambert's pot, which definitely hadn't been set up when he went hunting) hanging over a small cooking fire like he owned the place. They'd run into one another a couple of times since that business with the ogre but they'd never spent any considerable time together, just ridden together with the Cat talking enough for both of them until the road split and they went their separate ways.
"Make yourself at home why don't you.' Lambert snarked as he threw down the couple of rabbits he'd snared and cursed inwardly. He hated unexpected company but he couldn't exactly tell the Cat - Aiden, he suddenly remembered - to piss off when he was apparently contributing. Looked like he'd be sleeping with one eye open tonight.
The other Witcher gave him a lazy smile, "Already did, thanks." He said, giving a sweeping gesture to the pack and bedroll set up on the opposite side of the fire to Lambert's belongings.
Lambert huffed and set to wordlessly skinning the rabbits, idly studying Aiden periodically as he talked animatedly about one of his latest jobs.
Wouldn't kick him out of bed.
He slipped with his knife and almost took the end of his finger off. Where had that come from?
He'd have to be blind not to see that Aiden was objectively very attractive. The light of the fire along with the low sun made his tan skin and green eyes glow and threw his cheekbones into sharp relief, his dark hair looking almost indigo. He'd have to be insane to even think about bedding a fucking Cat though. Untrustworthy, all of them. It was basically a guarantee he'd get a knife in the back for his trouble.
"You ok?" Aiden had stopped in his tale and was looking at Lambert with slight concern. If he'd caught Lambert staring, he didn't mention it.
Lambert cast his eyes around quickly, looking for something to say rather than just gaping like a landed fish.
"No horse?" He asked, realising that there was still just his mount tied nearby.
Aiden shook his head, "Nah, last one got killed on that Griffin job I was chasing up. Haven't had the coin to get a replacement."
Lambert thought back, "Wasn't that almost two months ago?"
Aiden gave a 'what can you do?' gesture, "Eh. I can always steal one if I get desperate."
Lambert was suddenly very aware that his mount was the only one nearby.
Aiden sniggered, "Don't worry Wolf. Your old nag's safe."
Said 'nag' chose that moment to give a whinny which turned Aiden's sniggering into a full blown laugh.
As he threw his head back, Lambert caught a glimpse of something glinting in his mouth.
What the fuck?
This time, Aiden definitely caught him staring and correctly guessed what had caught Lambert's attention as his response was to stick his tongue out to reveal a golden stud. A golden stud which Lambert tried very hard not to imagine the feeling of in his own mouth.
"Not the only place I've got 'em." Aiden said with a wink.
Lambert felt his mouth go very dry. Oh, he was fucked.

1, 2, 5, 7, 12, 19, 26, 33, 39 for yet another writing ask game (I tried to pace myself, believe it or not 🤪)
(Mhm, I can see that! XD)
yet another writing ask
1. Which of your fics would you keep the basic plot of but rewrite completely?
Why would you do this to me? Don't I already have enough WiPs on my plate? You know this is only ever going to end one way.
I'd say Prey on the Heart. I do like the descriptions of the setting and the worldbuilding but *pinches bridge of nose* Valtor is SO OOC, I'm in literal pain. I don't know what was going on through my head but oh, boy! Then again, it's been almost three years since then and my understanding of the characters has definitely improved plus my headcanon game has evolved too!... Now I feel the need to add that to the pile of WiPs. I. Am. Mad. at. You! 😤
I'm also definitely touching up the three chapters of Gifts Are Given To Be Taken if I ever get to writing the rest. And same for Have No Name for My Heart. That one is such a downer. 😅 I need to rework the tone completely.
2. Anything that you'd like to write but feel like you're unable to?
In general? Murder mysteries. I LOVE murder mysteries (though I'm somehow way better at identifying the red herring (as such) than the actual culprit)! But they require way too much research and that's literally the bane of my existence. So, uh, yeah... that Scream AU for Winx is probably not going to happen.
In particular I feel that I'm unable to write the Winx rewrite. Like, I want to! I have so many cool ideas that I'm excited about! But I lack the motivation and the sheer size of it scares me. Besides, there are so many rewrites out there that it feels like a waste of time to do that when I can be working on Griffin x Valtor (or a Griffin x Faragonda or Marion... or anyone really) fics, which are... mostly my niche (not to monopolize the ship but *looks at the Griffin x Valtor tag on AO3*).
5. What's a tag you never want to use for your works even when it applies?
I can't think of one? If I don't want something associated with my account, I just don't post it. But I guess, generally speaking, I wouldn't want to tag something if it's spoilers. AO3 luckily has the "creator chose not to use archive warnings" and you can write an additional tag to the same effect if it's a trope you don't want to tag rather than an archive warning.
7. Your favorite ao3 tag.
I was gonna say I didn't have one but I'm afraid that if my answer here isn't angst, you will hunt me for sport. XD You know I love my pain and tragedy.
12. If you write in more than one language, what's the difference?
I write in Bulgarian very rarely anymore. I think the last time was in the beginning of last year and I have only written down a few ideas since then. But the key difference I feel is that I have a much easier time describing things in Bulgarian because the language itself is more descriptive. It's possible that I simply understand it a lot better than English since it's my mother tongue but I have also analyzed some Bulgarian texts and their English translations and while translations can rarely capture the full spirit of the original, I still feel that the Bulgarian language just offers more when it comes to how descriptive words are. Idk if that makes sense.
Another one is that I have a much easier time with varying sentence structure in English. Though, that might be because I've paid special attention to that while I haven't practiced it in Bulgarian... at all.
19. Share a snippet from a wip without giving any context for it.
I want you to know that I have to try so hard to restrain myself from saying at least five different things about this:
She slid a hand between her breasts to touch only flesh instead of her monad necklace that was usually nestled there. Its shine was replaced by the gold she’d threaded into the plunging neckline of her nightgown with her own powers, all on Valtor’s insistence it would bring out her eyes. Despite the darkness trying to creep over her form, a smile was curling her lips at how right he’d been.
A draft disturbed the room, the air moving as if with something shuddering.
Griffin whispered his name. Only once. Like it was some cursed, forbidden knowledge. The power it held was immeasurable – greater than any spell.
Her fingers dipped under her neckline to trace a path for him directly to her heart.
As if offended by its thundering, a lightning tore through the blanket of clouds enveloping the castle.
The flash of light revealed in the mirror a pair of glacial blue eyes, pale skin and maroon fabric that would blend together with her nightgown perfectly if not for the gold threads distinguishing where her form ended and his began.
The darkness surged over the room once again a moment later, greedy, great enough to swallow even him, making it look like she was a lonely island surrounded only by empty air and the hazy glow of her magic. Yet, even that omnipotent cover failed to hide him from her.
He was silent, motionless, not even a gasp of breath coming from him to make the hair on the back of her neck stand on end. The magic that had clung to her day and night had evaporated, leaving only a hollowness behind, a cold that made her shiver as if she’d been thrown out in the storm.
It didn’t matter.
She was dressed for him, in her favorite nightgown she hadn’t worn for anyone else – a tribute to him. She’d only needed to call his name once and he’d come running. He wasn’t leaving here until she was ready to let him go, until all the cards were on the table, everything revealed. No more distant voyeurism and half-lies, only naked truth.
26. What would you describe as OOC?
A behavior or action that isn't properly supported by the previously established characterization. For fics specifically, a character isn't OOC if the story took the time to take them from their canon self to the person that they are in the fic but there has to be a hint at least of why they are the way they are.
33. Give your writing a compliment.
You know, I'm starting to like my descriptions more and more! I'm learning to focus more on the vibes and that makes it easier to pinpoint which parts I need to describe. I was panicking about this one description I needed to do recently and then I ended up getting it almost perfect right away!
39. Wildest AU scenario you have written?
I answered this here.

Hunter or the Hunted? | Hybrid Askeladd
Tumblr media
● Askeladd is at the top of the hybrid hierarchy and is well aware of that. He stands at a proud 5'7" and is one of the mightiest hybrids there is a griffin hybrid. The physical attributes he attained from being a griffin hybrid are a set of larger than average eagle wings, a medium-sized lion's tail, and retractable talons. He has thicker body hair than most, which has caused a thin layer of fur to occasionally grow on his body (he doesn't quite care enough to shave it off; he's proud of it).
-> Hybrid Heirarchy: Mythological Hybrids (Askeladd), Apex Predator Hybrids, Predator Hybrids, Omniclass Hybrids, Prey Hybrids, Plant Hybrids
● He uses the fact that he is at the top of the hybrid hierarchy against a lot of people. It is an effective bargaining tool and is even better used when instilling fear in the band's enemies. He often has to watch fights go down in between various hybrids in the band. He just watches. He knows the prejudices against him and those below him and will use them as a manipulation tactic. Never gets into the political side of things, as they are Viking warriors and not those high-end nobles.
● As a Griffin hybrid, he enjoys open spaces and places that don't have harsh winds. His wings are pristine and very hard to maintain, as they easily get ruffled. You should never even get him started on his shedding.
● Thorfinn has gotten a feather in his mouth one or two times and threatened to skin him like a chicken if it happened again.
● "Baldy, if one of your stupid chicken feathers hits me in the face again, I will skin you alive—painfully." Thorfinn doesn't know the difference between a chicken and an eagle.
● The Griffin species is known to live anywhere from two hundred fifty to five hundred years. The variation in age range comes from the fact that there are only three Griffin hybrids in the entire world, and human explorers still haven't done much research on them.
● With that said, his physical senses are still as strong as they were when he was younger. He is barely an adult in Griffin terms. They have been known to reach adulthood around fourty-five to fifty years old. With this context in mind, Askeladd is only forty-four.
-> Sight: 10/10
° Able to see to up to twenty miles.
-> Hearing: 9/10
° Able to hear up to fifteen miles.
-> Smell: 9.5/10
° Able to smell up to fifteen miles.
-> Taste: 9/10
-> Touch: 8.5/10
● His scent is always painstakingly strong and overwhelming. It is quite a musky scent with hints of applewood and vanilla. The spring and summer months cause his scent to become more musky. When fall and winter come along, his scent decreases in intensity, and he smells more like the dormant trees around him.
● He has a wing span of about 9 meters (30 feet). The average male griffin hybrid wingspan is around 7 meters (22 feet). The average female griffin hybrid wingspan is about 8 meters (26 feet). The female griffins have naturally adapted to have larger wingspans, as they are more coveted among hunters and those who wish to own hybrids. Askeladd had a slight mutation in his genes, which caused his abnormally wide wing span (even among griffin hybrids).
● His wings are strong enough to create winds up to almost seventy miles per hour.
● Yes, his wings are incredibly strong but also very sensitive. Any change in temperature or sensation on his wings can cause either great discomfort or joy. His wings can get easily cramped if he folds them into his back, which is why they are always slightly out.
● He has the ability to talk to birds, and it is quite amusing. They will often land on him, and he will use them as scouts for the band.
● He also has the mind-reading and telepathic abilities that all mythological hybrids have. It makes it easy to discern who is a friend and who is a foe in this world. People's intentions aren't exactly secret to him. It is rumored that he has these powers among the band, but he never gives them a straight answer. Only Bjorn knows of these two abilities and is careful of what he thinks around Askeladd. Although Askeladd has assured him that he would never read Bjorn's mind unless given consent, he respects his second in command that much. He is often tempted to know what goes on in that man's mind but always asks instead.
● His retractable talons help him whenever he needs to cut something or someone. He has used them on the battlefield many times when he was without a weapon. They are sharper than any human blade and could leave a scratch on steel. Occasionally, he does have to trim them to make sure they don't grow out too long.
● He holds great disdain for any male hunters, humans, or the vile ones that try to own hybrids. His 'father' was one of the human scum that captured his griffin mother. He will never forget the Hel she was put through. He will never forgive humans for those atrocities. However, put in a situation where he must be cordial with one of them, he will, while secretly plotting their downfall with a passive expression.
● He does hold a softer spot for human women and other gender-nonconforming humans (as long as they do not try to own hybrids). He has spent his fair share of nights with human women. They always know how to treat a hybrid.
● He gets his soft spot from his younger years, when he was briefly cared for by a Viking human woman. He had been attacked by hunters and was saved by a female one. She taught him that not all humans were the same, and a select few were able to show kindness. He held some romantic feelings for her, but alas, the Norns are so cruel. It is a story he has never told anyone and doesn't want to get into.
● Flaunts himself during the spring and becomes very territorial toward his band. No one is safe as long as he is in season. He has the instincts of an eagle and a lion; let that sink in. So yes, he does like to build nests.
● He also has over twenty illegitimate children, and none of them are griffin hybrids. They are a strange amalgamation; hybrid genetics work strangely. He isn't even aware that he is the father of that many kids. However, it is probably better that way, as having to raise over twenty children at once would be a nightmare for him. He already has his band that he has to deal with, not to mention the prince and Thorfinn.
● Don't get him started on the headaches those two cause him.
● He had to hold himself back the time a man tried to buy Thorfinn. As interesting as it would have been if he actually went through with it, he was just unable to. He would only ever subject his worst enemy to being treated like a pet, like a slave. Nothing more than a toy that someone uses as a state symbol until they get bored and then locks away on their highest shelf. He went father mode on that man after Thorfinn was dragged away by Bjorn—to prevent him from killing the buyer.
● "Your services are not and will never be needed. I heavily suggest you never show your face around my band again unless you want to lose it."
● That man's face went white as snow, and he threatened to have Askeladd hunted down before immediately turning around and running away. Bjorn had a fun time hunting down the buyer with Askeladd, per his request. It wasn't very hard, as the buyer was just a human male. It sent a clear message to anyone who had the gall to try to buy one of his band members. Even the most annoying one.
● He has a very strong sense of justice, despite being a Viking raider. Those two sides of him are always quarreling over the morality of his actions. His griffin side is the little angel on his shoulder. His Viking side is the little devil on the other side of his shoulder.
● He is a mighty and proud hybrid, if not just as flawed and broken as anyone else. He has lived a life ranging from hating humans for owning him to learning to love one of them, if only temporarily. Human women have become his vice so as to fill that hole that such a human made. He will flaunt himself and use his status to his advantage while leading his band and raiding, as it is his birth right. He is still waiting for the day when Lucius Artorius Castus may come and save the hybrids from their human enemies.

So I don't know if you've gotten more asks about them BUT if you don't mind a second ask, could I hear about the bodyguard au? But no pressure to answer if you don't want to!
I absolutely do not mind a second ask! I would love to talk about this one I have wrote down like zero things for this au but I have lots of thoughts floating around so this is going to be super rambley.
In short: It's a sabezra medieval/fantasy AU where Ezra is some sort of royalty and Sabine is his bodyguard, they do not like each other at ALL
In not short: Ezra is the (adopted, but the people don't know that) son of Kanan and Hera who are rulers over a small country (or part of a country i don't know yet if i want them to be like a duke and duchess or like king and queen, it's still in the air). Said country is under the rule of a cruel and corrupt empire (original, i know). When Ezra is close to coming of age, there is an attempt on his life, so Kanan and Hera make the decision to assign him a personal bodyguard, in comes Sabine.
Sabine is the daughter of two very important figureheads of the ongoing rebellion (which is being funded under the table by Kanan and Hera), and because her parents are off fighting most of the time she was basically raised at the palace by Kanan and Hera. As someone who was brought up spending most of her time around the royal guard she is very proficient in battle which is why she is assigned to Ezra, as a way to give her a Real and Important job without her running off to join the rebellion (Kanan and Hera won't admit it, but they care too much and would worry if she wasn't right there with them)
Problem is, they can't really stand each other. Sabine sees Ezra as a bratty full-of-it rich kid who's gotten everything he's ever wanted and knows it. Ezra sees Sabine as a jerk who doesn't actually care about anyone but herself.
What Sabine doesn't know, is that Ezra and Kanan are actually magic-users/wizards (will possibly think of a cooler name, but maybe not). Magic users have been marked as dangerous criminals by the Empire, and most of them have been killed, so they are forced to keep their abilities a secret. The only magic use that is allowed is by the emperor's own elite force that have been deemed 'cured' from their evil ways, and their purpose is to hunt down the remaining wizards.
Zeb is the Captain of the Guard, so he was the one that taught Sabine everything she knows, and he still gets the annoying little brother treatment for Ezra, he would give his life for either of the kids.
Wow, this is getting long, um Chopper is either some kind of unruly mythical creature (think small dragon or potentially a griffin) or just like a freakishly large cat. The Ghost is Hera's massive white shire (horse, or maybe unicorn, haven't decided)
This AU seems like it would be a lot of fun if I could ever sit down and write it, this post is the most words I have ever written about it.

How many / What type of monsters are you planning to add to your AU?
That's a good question anon, I haven't fully decided yet, and I don't think I will come to a full conclusion.
We already know there are of course vampires and vampire spawn, Seraphim exist but are rare, and I'm thinking the typical werewolves, and witches exist as well.
Anything in terms of animal hybrids, were creatures and things like that are very likely to exist. I'm thinking other monster types like Mermaids, Centaurs, Minotaur, Griffins and other types are very likely too. I'm taking a lot of inspiration from monsters and creatures from DnD and different folklore. I don't think I'm really gonna limit the types of monsters and creatures that exist, but there are some that are more unlikely for this AU. In this world the general public don't know of the existence of the monsters, only some fanatics or theorists will think it. Most monsters stay out of the public view on purpose as well, in fear of getting hunted like they were many years ago. So anything that would be really noticeable, like let's say a big dragon, are less likely to be in this world, but they likely were once. Think an "all the legends were true at one point in time" type of deal. There are some monsters who cause disturbances, and those are the type of monsters that the military keeps track of now. The military isn't fully hunting these monsters anymore, at least not to extinction, as they've seen that rehabilitation is possible like Solis (our vampire). Though there is a sort of crowd control on them, if they get out of hand, drastic measures must be taken. This universe isn't fully developed yet, and I'm still taking ideas, suggestions or anything for it. It's a lovely little mess in my opinion that could have some cute stories within.

Setting - Roman Torchwick is back from the dead, thanks to the power of the Grimm pit. He's Grimmified now, and he's set his sights on Team RWBY. He has Ruby cornered, while her friends struggle against the Grimm he controls.
Roman: Oh, Little Red, I see you haven't changed a bit. Still so naive. (Shoots down a hanging container)
Ruby: (Jumps away, Dust and Grimm ooze scatters)
Roman: (Shoots the Dust)
Ruby: (Leaps away, The explosion knocking her off balance)
Roman: (Charges at Ruby, Swings Grimm Melodic Cudgel at her)
Ruby: (Dodges with her semblance, Counters and deflects with Crescent Rose)
Roman: (Slugs Ruby)
Ruby: (Slugs Roman)
Roman: (Slugs Ruby harder, Sends her staggering) Hahaha! You're making this too easy, Red! (Aims Melodic Cudgel, Shoots her point blank) Tonight, I'll show Cinder and everyone else that I'm the true genius criminal mastermind by doing what none have done before: killing Ruby Rose! (Whacks Ruby with Melodic Cudgel, Ruby dodges the second strike) Can you feel it, Ruby? It's all slipping away, because you can't accept the truth! You're a child playing dress up because Mommy didn't come home! So tell me, what do you think of me now?
Ruby: (Dodges and deflects, Panting)
Roman: (Tackles her, Pushes Melodic Cudgel against her throat) I said, WHAT DO YOU THINK OF ME NOW?!
Ruby: (Gets away using her semblance, Shoots Roman with Crescent Rose) You talk too much. You're the same nobody I met when I first arrived at Beacon. A little fish in a big pond.
Roman: Big talk from a dead girl! (Charges Ruby)
Ruby: (Whirls around him using her semblance) You get stopped by a 15 year old and you call yourself a genius, criminal mastermind. Do you realize the irony in that?
Roman: You... You take that back!
Ruby: You're a one-note, C-lister. The joke of the villain's table.
Roman: Damn you! Shut up! (Fires wildly at the petals)
Ruby: You think you're a threat like Cinder? Tyrian? Or even Neo now? Once they learn you abandoned Salem to one-on-one me, they'll hunt you down, and they'll kill you slow. (Melodic Cudgel clicks empty)
Roman: I'm not scared of them anymore! I'll kill them as easily as I kill you!
Ruby: (Petals fall away, Cuts off his arm) You traded aura for Grimm. You can't heal yourself like you used to, nor can you use your semblance anymore. To me, you're just like a slobbering Beowolf.
Roman: No! No!
Ruby: I lied, cheated, and stole my way into bringing down Ironwood, while you got swallowed whole by a Griffin. So tell me, Torchwick; who's the real survivor here?

and i'll never say i love you (but i meant it all along) (Rated T) [Bellamy/Clarke]
Summary: When Coach, a dating system that pairs you with someone for an allotted amount of time and gives no way to bypass its rules, matches Bellamy and Clarke together, they find an immediate dislike for the other. Luckily, they only have to spend twelve hours together and then they can go their separate ways.
That is, until Coach matches them again. And again. And again. Until they start to wonder if something deeper is going on.
Or, Bellamy and Clarke in Hang the DJ
Per Aspera Ad Astra [Through Hardship to the Stars] (Rated G) [Bellamy/Clarke]
Summary: It's boredom one fateful night that leads Clarke Griffin to ditching the first basketball game of the season. That same boredom then leads to her choosing to hang out with one Bellamy Blake – which should feel weirder than it is since they haven't really been friends since his sister's disappearance two years ago.
But then their night really takes a turn.
The two of them discover a strange audio frequency that could change the small town of Arkadia, New Mexico – and the future – forever. Dropped phone calls, forgotten tapes, and strange lights follow Bellamy and Clarke as they race through the night on a scavenger hunt to discover the truth. That maybe there was something more to Octavia's disappearance, maybe there's more to their friendship than being just friends, and that maybe they aren't as alone in the universe as they thought.
through the muted waves (Rated T) [Murphy/Emori]
Summary: Scientists call the Tomorrow People the next stage of human evolution, the government denies their existence, but their cocktail of psionic abilities have made homo superiors the target of Eligius. Even though Eligius has closed the project that allows Tomorrow People to override their genetic inability to kill, they still relentlessly hunt them, desperate to neutralize their abilities. When Murpy wakes up in Eligius headquarters, he knows he’s returned for a reason...if only he could understand his connection to the brown-eyed girl who keeps cropping up on the corners of his memory.
in the red snares (Rated T) [Octavia/Lincoln]
Summary: The prevailing theory around the existence of Slayers (her existence) is that a variation of the alien parasite the miners unearthed deep in the Sub Stratum started infecting hosts in order to combat the vampire parasite. Octavia scoffs at the thought. The theory is probably right, especially since Monty is pretty confident in it, but she still hates the whole thing. The Slayer parasite really needs an upgrade in her opinion.
The Cockroach (Rated T) [Murphy/Emori]
Summary: “This is the cockroach hailing Mission Team Alpha. It’s Sol 30 here on good ol’ Planet Alpha. Not that it’s really a planet, but eh whatever. Technicalities, right? Anyway. Systems check. Arm: healing. Bugs: normal. Radio: shitty. Attitude: good.”
I'm No Hero (Rated T) [Murphy/Emori]
Summary: It’s 2052 and Reapers are wreaking havoc on mutants and humans alike. Murphy is recruited by Kane and Jaha to go back in time to prevent Octavia Blake from starting an international crisis that made the future much worse. But going back to the past comes with some side effects, mainly having to do with some relationships that Murphy left on bad terms.
from angels or devils (Rated T) [Octavia Blake]
Summary: Octavia was dead, and then she wasn't. The nuns say it was the gift of an angel, but they may not know as much as they claim.
Will she be able to learn to channel it's gifts, or will she be claimed by the villain who has followed the Halo through time and space?
Can't Tell if this is True or Dream (Rated M) [Echo/Gabriel]
Summary: “Do you understand your mission, agent?” A cloud of smoke punctuated the Director’s question, streaming from his mouth in thick, grey ribbons.
“I am to evaluate the necessity of the work Dr. Santiago is doing and report back at the conclusion of the investigation,” Echo repeated her instructions. Her lungs filled with second-hand smoke and she stifled a cough.
“I hope you appreciate the delicacy of this mission, Echo.” His intense gaze bore a hole into her’s. “Gabriel is not to know the nature of your assignment.”
She met his gaze with equal intensity as she stood up to leave.
“I understand, sir.”
There are some things written in the stars (Rated G) [Bellamy/Clarke]
Summary: Dear Bell,
I know you have a million questions. When I planned to come see you in Sau Paulo, I knew I wouldn’t have much time, and there was just too much I wanted to say. But also so much I knew I couldn’t. My only hope is that this journal answers some of your questions, and by some miracle saves your life.
My name is Clarke Griffin, a historian. We’ve never met before today, in your time at least. In 2019, I would be just starting my professorship at Arkadia University back in the states. That’s honestly the only reason Murphy didn’t fight me on seeing you — no chance that I’d cross paths with myself. He wouldn’t have been able to stop me, mind you. But he’s definitely the better pilot, so I’m glad he was on board.
I’m getting away from myself. It’s hard to remember a time when you didn’t just instinctively know what I was thinking. It’s felt a little like you’ve just known me my whole life, the way we’ve always been in sync. Let me start from the beginning, just rip the bandaid off…
___
Or the "Timeless" AU you never knew you needed. Submitted as part of the Chopped Challenge: Round 2.
Healing AIs, Healing Hearts (Rated T) [Octavia/Raven]
Summary: Raven and her mother were a perfect team, working with damaged and mistreated AIs and tech. When tragedy strikes, however, Raven has to figure out how to make it on her own. And then there's that new assistant her mom hired, making things interesting.
inconceivable (Rated T) [Bellamy/Clarke]
Summary: The first touch of his fingers on her wrists makes her whole body shiver. She’s so painfully aware of him being just behind her, of the wonder and the impossibility of his existence here, that she has to remind herself to keep breathing as he slowly picks apart the knots binding her hands together. “If I turn around, will you be gone?” she murmurs. “Is this a bad dream? Will you be dead again when I wake up?”
“I’m real,” he says softly, and finally the last knot falls away and her hands are free.
It's practically inconceivable.

What do you think happened that night when Griffin left Valtor/ the ancestral witches and Faragonda found her? How did the Company of light members (Blooms parents and the rest) react on her turning? And Valtor? What happened in the first few weeks after she joined the company? Because I can see some of them are suspiciousabout her turning but also trust her. (I also think that Errendor would hate her)
I'm sorry for my grammer I'm still learning at school, I hope it's not too bad.
Lots of Love
I'm gonna be writing a fic about this so a) what the hell, I'll spoil it (things might change by the time I actually get to writing it which will probably be in 2035) and b) that means I already have a lot of this figured out.
The one thing I haven't figured out yet is how exactly Faragonda opened the portal for Griffin. I'm guessing they had some sort of understanding from earlier on, or rather Faragonda offered Griffin a way out if she wanted to leave the Coven and told her the offer stood. So Griffin somehow signaled her or something and Faragonda helped her get to Alfea (because that was the one place no one would look for Griffin and Faragonda could get away with hiding her there if no one else knew about it). So my headcanon is that what truly pushed Griffin to leave was finding out that she was pregnant. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision because she was afraid that any member of the Coven might figure it out and then Valtor would never let her leave. So she acted without a plan which is why she needed Faragonda's help. She had to tell her about the pregnancy because she just didn't know how to deal with it. She had to hide both from the Coven and from the Council. Her ideal version of events was managing to get to her own mother but that wasn't a great idea anyway since both the Coven and the Council could find her on her home planet. So she told Faragonda about the pregnancy to get her help. The plan was to use magic to speed up the pregnancy (if OUAT can do it, I can do it too) because she was afraid Valtor (or even someone else) would connect the dots if she disappeared for long enough to carry a child and recover from the birth. She gave the baby to Faragonda to hide because that was the safest option and they then erased Faragonda's memory about it so that no one would be able to torture the information out of her. So Faragonda doesn't remember that there ever was a baby. Griffin is the only one who knows and she has no idea where Faragonda left her daughter.
Valtor knew she was gone even before the Ancestral Witches told him (because Griffin sort of had to escape from whatever they threw at her). He was mad and quickly figured out that Griffin is at Alfea because that's where Faragonda would take her. However, he couldn't really attack Alfea without mobilizing the entire Coven and that wasn't an option. Plus, the Ancestral Witches didn't allow it. They actually knew that Griffin was pregnant but never told him because they thought that might distract him from doing what they want him to do. Which was fair enough since Valtor and Griffin were looking for a way to free him from their control. That's why he was so mad. He knew she wasn't there for the Coven but to help him and her being gone meant she'd given up on him. He wanted to find her because he told himself he wanted revenge (he was too hurt at the moment to admit that he wants an explanation at least before the revenge because some part of him hoped that there could be something else going on and Griffin didn't leave him) and he found it odd that the Ancestral Witches didn't seem interested at all in hunting Griffin down. They were trying to keep him away from her, in fact. And he had to relent for the time being because of the Alfea factor.
Marion and Oritel (and Hagen) were downright angry at the idea of taking Griffin in so that the Council wouldn't execute her. They thought she should be convicted for her crimes and they were distraught at Faragonda's insistence that that's not right. They'd known that Faragonda was hoping to save Griffin but they didn't believe that would work out. Griffin had made it clear whose side she's on and they never imagined someone who showed so much disregard for decency and human life to actually choose to walk away from the Coven. So Griffin's sudden decision to leave seems very suspicious to them. They think it might be a ploy to get to Domino's palace and the Dragon Fire. Faragonda was offended that they'd think she would be so oblivious and naive as to even approach them about it if she thought there was any chance it was all a trick. They think she's biased and not thinking rationally if she's defending someone with as many sins behind their back as Griffin. They only agree to talk to Griffin when Faragonda says that with Griffin's inside information, they could turn the tables on the Coven. If they decide Griffin might be useful, they will think about protecting her from the Council. The fact that Saladin agrees with Faragonda's reasoning is what really convinces them because he also knows Griffin but he's clearly not as biased as Faragonda when it comes to giving her a chance. They refuse, however, to go and get Griffin's mother from Erebhus (Griffin's home planet) because they already have enough altercations with the Coven.
Faragonda convinces Hagen to take her to Erebhus but when they get there, Griffin's childhood home is burned down and her mother is dead. Faragonda has to go back to Alfea but she doesn't tell Griffin about that because the only reason why Griffin agrees to talk to Marion and Oritel and give them information is because she wants protection for her mother. She doesn't really care a lot what happens to her at this point. So Faragonda and Saladin are flying Griffin over to Domino (a magical portal can be hijacked easily by the Coven so they decided they had a better chance taking a ship to Domino) when Council air crafts intercept them. Griffin kills the people on board which shocks Faragonda and Saladin but that doesn't last long because they soon realize that all those people were under Valtor's mind control (which doesn't mean that Griffin should have killed them but if she'd let Faragonda and Saladin free them from Valtor's mark, they would have had to give her up in the Council's custody). Valtor contacts them to tell her he will kill her but she's not impressed and disconnects the call on him.
They make it to Domino. Just in time to learn that Valtor is actually negotiating with Marion and Oritel. He wants them to hand Griffin over to him or he'll attack Domino (or something; this is actually an adjustment I'm making on the spot here and it will need a little more thought). Marion and Oritel seem to be thinking about it which sets off Faragonda. She says they can't let him have Griffin because there's the possibility Griffin and Valtor will get back together which both Griffin and Valtor vehemently deny. (At this point Valtor knows Griffin's betrayed him because she's considering working with the Company and Griffin knows that if he gets his hands on her, she'll spend the rest of her life agonizing over the fact that she can do nothing from whatever prison he has ready for her.) Marion says that they aren't planning on returning Griffin to Valtor. It's too convenient that Valtor just called to "confirm" that he and Griffin are no longer on the same side so they still think that it's all a big trick and are thinking about handing Griffin over to the Council. Griffin tells them what strikes Valtor was planning before she left and the ways in which she's sure he'll adjust the plans now that he knows she's willing to talk to the Company. The venom in Valtor's gaze is too real and that finally convinces Marion that Griffin truly has defected from the Coven. So they will listen to her.
Griffin offers to tell them everything she knows about the Coven and their way of operating but refuses to share personal information about Valtor. Marion is more willing to make use of Griffin's knowledge because Valtor swore he'd attack. It won't be instantly because Griffin ruined his plans but it will be soon. And Marion is hoping to use Griffin to stop him and the Coven permanently. Oritel is having a hard time reconciling with the idea of taking council from a criminal, especially one like Griffin with multiple offenses of the worst kind. He does want to save as many people as possible but he doesn't believe that someone so amoral such as Griffin will be any help with that. Hagen's not leaning either way because he knows how Faragonda feels about Griffin and that he'll lose her if he says he's against offering Griffin protection and letting her stay with the Company. He's just thinking that it might be a good idea to get rid of Griffin's magic for the moment which irritates Griffin because if she'd come to fight, she could have done irreparable damage by now. She says she'll give them all information she has if they go and extract her mother from Erebhus. Marion agrees to that deal but Griffin catches Hagen shooting Faragonda a look and figures there's something going on that Faragonda hasn't told her. She explodes when she learns that Faragonda didn't tell her about her mother's death just to get her to agree to make a deal with Marion and Oritel. Let's just say that the Company of Light are all about to kill each other there for a minute. The only reason they don't is because Griffin only ever threatens Faragonda and not anyone else so Marion is willing to overlook that. Especially since she herself has just lost a lot of trust in Faragonda. The Company is currently in emotional shambles and they depend on Griffin's information if they want to be of any use in the next few weeks while they all pick up the pieces.
Griffin does come around despite her severe reaction to her mother's death. I can see them having to strip her of her magic for the time being which didn't exactly help things but Valtor making good on his promises put things in perspective. It's mostly just spite, though. If she refuses to honor the deal she made with Marion, she will get executed which is exactly what the Coven wants for her. But if she helps the Company, she can make sure other people won't keep dying because of her actions and she can help get rid of the Coven and especially the Ancestral Witches. And she can't count on Faragonda to avenge her mother if she's dead. She knows the others don't trust her (except for Faragonda and kinda Saladin, though he's a bit mindful, especially after her outburst) and she doesn't really blame them about it. She doesn't trust herself much either but she'd also never admit that. So she's putting up a wall and only curbing the hostility so much that they won't ship her off to the Council. There was sort of a trial but all it dealt with was Marion and Oritel taking responsibility for her future actions (which Oritel was extremely pissed about). Marion talked to Erendor beforehand to make sure he won't try to advocate for Griffin's execution because he does very much hate her (something that changes slightly when she's actually useful).
Working together is tough at first, and Griffin doesn't make it any easier on anyone. They don't let her on the field at first because that requires a level of trust that's not been achieved yet. She's more of an algorithm for predicting the Coven's moves and they're all tolerant of that because it gives results. Even if Valtor has been twice as vicious as usual. Really, at one point they're mostly keeping her away from the battles because they're sure Valtor will kill her and she's really useful. Marion would have to babysit her if they let her fight and that will not end well. So she's just helping from the sidelines. However, they do get to know her a little because her knowledge of magic, not just of the Coven also shines through and so does a bit of her good side and her passions and they become more accepting of her. And seeing her additions on strategies they're drafting for battles does convince them that she is truly on the Company's side and trying to help with everything she can. So they decide to take her on a mission. It's just an official event at a palace in another kingdom. It's not supposed to be a big confrontation because the Coven will be undercover if they show up to steal magic. It's supposed to go smoothly even with their track record. It doesn't.
Valtor's there and he instantly whisks Griffin away in a dance and Marion and Oritel can't do anything but hope Griffin won't go ballistic on him because she did see what happened to her home and she thinks Valtor was the one who destroyed it. Well, it turns out it wasn't him. It was just made to look like it was him because the Ancestral Witches were hoping that will make Griffin attack him which would in turn make him kill her. However, when she learns that it wasn't Valtor, Griffin lets him go which instantly reverses whatever progress she'd made with Marion and Oritel. They still need her but they're no longer sure that she is quite as removed from the Coven as they thought. Marion is sick of expecting the whole thing to blow up in their faces, though, and just decides to rip off the bandaid. They take Griffin on a mission knowing that that might be a terrible idea. It's unnerving because every time they feel her magic, their instinct is to fight her but she's actually having their backs despite all of the Coven members present gunning for her head. She's almost sacrificial and that helps smooth over the failure at the official event. She's back on track with fighting Valtor as well and that helps.
Oritel is not too ecstatic about making use of Griffin's strategies and disregards them a lot of the time, which causes problems. Faragonda is too impulsive when a Coven member tries to kill Griffin. Marion finds it even more urgent to get rid of Valtor now because it becomes clearer with every day that Griffin can fight him but she will not kill him and so it's up to Marion to get him out of the way. And that leads to more recklessness both from her and from Hagen who's trying to keep her and Oritel safe and does rash things the entire time. Saladin, on the other hand, is away on Red Fountain business (bc of the Coven) for a big portion of the battles and the Company isn't exactly functioning optimally. It's almost like Griffin joining them threw off their balance as a team and they need to find it again. Which they do. In fact, with a little time and effort from all of them, it starts looking like Griffin was their missing link. Her skills and different way of thinking as well as inside information about the Coven are really helping them out. But it turns out that the Coven's plans have gone into a new phase that Griffin didn't really know about so things keep flip-floping between good and bad for the Company.
(I understood everything so don't worry about the grammar. It's good that you're learning. Keep doing that!)
Thanks for the ask!
