had to let someone be wrong on the internet today (fandom edition)
#marzi speaks#i stay out of fandom discourse bc while funny i do not think it’s worth my time#but today i was maedascrolling. goin thru his tag#and i saw someone’s little list of ‘here’s why i hate komaeda’#and they were either incorrect or naming the traits that made him a good character#they called him a hypocrite (true) but the example they used was one of the only times he WASN’T being a hypocrite#anywho. he’s weird he’s a freak he sucks and that is why he rules!!!!#ur allowed to not like him but if ur only reasoning is that he’s a bad person i don’t trust ur media literacy as much#like be a hater i am fully ok with that you do you. but a character can do bad things and still be a good character#i was also a little mad that they put their hate in a main tag. don’t tag ur hate with what ur hating on#that’s just etiquette tho#anyways. i moved on with my life but i’m still thinking abt it a lil#this is why my fandom activity is just me and my mutuals. only we Get It
