i love having a silly little project. i’m currently abridging and high school-ifying TGWDLM just like. for fun. as an exercise. like i can’t do anything with this but at least now i have sympathy for people who make adaptations/junior versions of shows and make absurd cuts bc i cut Workin’ Boys from my version and it physically hurt me

#starkid #tgwdlm #hatchetfield #i cut That Part of WDYWP?; all of YTUMH except the end so there’s still a song to kill charlotte; and Let Him Come too #toning down lots of ted/char and sam/char scenes and cutting deb and the smoke club also sucks but it must be done #deb is still in not your seed of course #i split jeff’s track into davidson/mac/ensemble and sam/ensemble and mariah’s into melissa/alice/ensemble and zoey/gpg/doug/ensemble #so there are a few extra chorus members in certain songs and less quick changes all around which is better for a less experienced cast #and then lots of random lines are cut like hidgens’ love affair with his alexa and stuff hgvhfjdgfhj #overall this is super fun except that i had to download the transcript from the yt subtitles and format the whole thing as a script myself
