Tried pulling a 180 on my sleep schedule to get ready to start working again.
Woke up at 3pm, stayed awake all night (like usual), also stayed awake all day (pulling an all day-er, if you will), and then accidentally stayed up all last night too. I have been awake roughly 40 hours straight.
So i have learned nothing and made no progress, im back to going to bed at 6am.

2020 Top 7 (and 1)
2020 am I right? We saw an insane amount of games come out and 2 brand new consoles. What a wild and weird year for gaming, and life in general. In case you are relatively new here, and to be honest that would be completely fair considering I don't post very often on Tumblr anymore, every year going on the last 4 years (on here) I have done a Top 7 (& 1) for my favorite videogames of the year. Check out 2019, 2018, & 2017. What’s wild, as I look back on my list of games that I’ve completed and played, only maybe 10 came out this year. 2020 was a huge backlog year.
Lets get on with the ‘And 1!”
Favorite Game that Didn’t Come out in 2020: Control (PS4)
Tumblr media
Control may very well have been my 2019 Game of the Year, had I played it in 2019. I LOVED Control. I wanted to play it in 2019, but initial reports that it was a little rough on base consoles put me off until it was fixed. And Holy smokes what an insanely fun and trippy game once I finally started it. I knew within the first 20 minutes this was going to be the shit when I went down a hall, walked into a room and talked to the “janitor” left out a door behind him and the entire building had shifted. I’ve always liked Remedy games, but from a distance. Max Payne 1&2 and Alan Wake all oozed with weirdness and intrigue, but never enough for me to finish them. I missed out on Quantum Break. The story is Control is just the right amount of mind f*!$ for me and builds a universe I didn’t know I needed. It take some time to piece everything together, then everything just clicks. The game does have a weird difficulty spike when fighting bosses and the checkpoints were too far apart at times, but those were later patched. I spent an insane amount of time within the Federal Bureau of Control building and even more time after that with the Foundation and AWE DLC and it STILL wasn’t enough. I wanted more. Outside of Prey, I can’t think of another game that stuck in my brain more after I’d finished it. Control is absolutely a MUST PLAY title. In a world where everything sort’ve feels similar, Control stands out of the crowd.
Number 7: Astro’s Playroom (PS5)
Tumblr media
I never thought in my wildest dreams that a game I had almost zero interest in playing would end up on my list of favorite games this year. Astro’s Playroom is being labeled as a ‘Tech demo’ but that feels like an insult to what it is. It’s a full fledged game and its free! I’ve paid more for less. A charming little platformer that lives and breathes the history of the Playstation. So many cool Easter eggs and references. It certainly centers its gameplay around the DualSense controller and everything it can do, but at its core, its a completely approachable and forgiving 3D platformer. I played it just to see what it was about, next thing i knew I had completed all the levels and wanted to further explore all the nooks and crannies within the game. I wanted to see everything the game had to offer and I had an absolute blast doing so. Makes me kinda wish I’d played the previous game on PSVR (I’d have to have a PSVR too)
Number 6: Spider-Man: Miles Morales (PS5)
Tumblr media
Another quality title, albeit a spin-off, from Insomniac to add to their Spider Man universe. Gameplay felt obviously like Spider-Man, but Miles has unique abilities that made the game feel different enough, especially the cloak and stealth. I enjoyed the fact that it was short and concise. The issue with most ‘open-world’ games is that they are entirely too bloated with unnecessary filler content (I’ll get to that in a later game), something I felt the first game suffered from, but I also understand why they are there. However I could’ve use one or two more story missions to help flesh out some characters, but it wasn’t required and didn’t change my opinion one way or the other. My one BIG gripe was with Miles himself. He is an extremely smart young kid, but so incredibly naïve. Peter Parker tells him the one thing he SHOULD NOT do is tell people he is Spider-Man. I get it, that’s part of his growth, but Miles thinks he can just solve his problems by revealing his identity and it almost certainly never works out.
Number 5: The Last of Us: Part 2 (PS4)
Tumblr media
The Last of Us Part 2 may be the most polarizing game in the history of the medium, but for the absolute wrong reasons. I’m in the minority that I very much enjoyed my experience with TLOU2, quite a bit actually. Its better in every single way over its predecessor, except the overall story. There are plenty of fair criticisms to be had about the story and various things within the game itself, but I thought the gameplay was so tight and crunchy. There were genuine moments of suspense and terror that I felt that no other game has ever given me. The entire hospital section (2nd time) was so susensful, I had to put my controller down to gther myself. Some of my favorite moments in the series I experienced with a character I wasn’t overly fond of. How many games can do that? The Last of Us Part 2 was meant to invoke emotion, not necessarily joy. I think that's what people lost along the way. Say what you will about the direction Naughty Dog has taken over the years, but you would be hard pressed to find a studio that makes games graphically better than they do. Yes, I know about their crunch culture, but this is not a place for that. I will say, the game was a tad bit too long, which is not something it typically say for a single player, narrative driven game. The pacing and the way the story was told wasn’t my favorite, but I respect what it was trying to do, even if it failed in some aspect of that, I finished the game within the week it was released. Something I RARELY ever do. I’m a father and I related with Joel a lot in TLOU, but I also recognized how wrong he was. There is a lesson to be learned. Your actions always have consequences and while he was doing what he thought was the right thing, it wasn’t his choice to make, and in doing so set up a series of events that were entirely avoidable, but again, that’s the point isn’t it?
Number 4: Grindstone (Switch)
Tumblr media
I’m counting this as a 2020 game since it just came to the Switch this year ( less than a month ago) but its not the first time I’ve played it. Grindstone was the only reason I kept my Apple Arcade subscription and when I let it lapse, there was a void I just couldn’t fill. I bought Puzzle Quest on Switch but it just wasn't the same. Its THE perfect game for bite sized play, even though in its addictive nature, you’ll clear a few levels and an hour has passed before you know it. It has the perfect amount of depth that most ‘match’ games don't. You have different weapons, items, and outfits w/perks to use and experiment with to keep it fresh. I went months without playing my Switch and when this was announced in August, I couldn’t wait! Sadly, I had to wait 3 months, but since then I have spent so much time on the Switch. It gave me a reason to play it again. The art style and humour is great. The variety of enemies and challenge is just right. I can’t recommend it enough. Seriously, check this game out!
Number 3: Doom Eternal (Xbox One)
Tumblr media
I will be the first to tell you, I did not like Doom (2016). I found it extremely boring and trite. I understood what Doom(2016) was doing and it succeeded, maybe too much. Nostalgia is a helluva thing. So in saying that, I was mildly interested in Doom Eternal. Doom Eternal is nothing like 2016 outside of it being a Doom game that connects to the rest of them (& also being a sequel to 2016). The mechanics are drastically different with more platforming (for better or worse). Eternal is challenging, at times very hard, especially early on. Eternal has no respect for its players, in a weirdly good way. It laughs at how you’ve played FPS before this one and WILL MAKE you play it its way, not your way. Yes, you point and shoot, but ammo is scare and you MUST use everything in your arsenal. No more using just 2 guns for the whole game. The enemies are relentless. Sometimes you have to pause and take a breath after a battle because you go a 100 mph for the whole fight. You have to continuously move or you die. There is an enticing rhythm to it. I categorize Eternal as ‘Blood Ballet’. Its a game where when your feeling it, much like a rhythm game, you get in the zone and there is no stopping demons from getting slayed. Surprisingly, unlike most games in the genre, it seemed to get easier (sans one extremely frustrating platforming section late in the game) the longer you played it. Was that a testament that I ‘learned’ the Eternal way or it truly did get easier? I don’t know, but the final Boss(es) were....easy.. I had more problems and deaths within the first 4 hours than I did the final 8-9 hours. The multiplayer was also surprisingly fun. The older I get, the less interested I am in multiplayer, but I found myself coming back for more for a good month or so.
Number 2: Gears Tactics (Xbox One)
Tumblr media
As 2020 comes to a close, I came to a stunning realization. I might be a bigger Gears of War fan than I had previously thought. Don’t get me wrong. I love Gears, but I seem to love Gears more than I thought. I'm way more invested into the lore than I recall. Anyways, Gears Tactics is everything XCOM 2 SHOULD’VE been. Not only does Gears Tactics utilize the Overwatch action, its makes it EXTREMELY important. The story revolves around the father of Kait Diaz, Gabe and a ragtag group of mostly random soldiers to take down Ukkon. Anyone who is remotely interested in the Gears universe will love the story and references. The gameplay is just so damn satisfying. The bosses are very challenging and different. I actually had to change my strategy to finish the final boss. I experimented with a totally different style of class and was rewarded for it. The post game stuff is also aplenty. This game scratched a VERY specific itch for me and I’m itchy to jump back in. I’m glad this came to Xbox One because I’m current computer could not run it.
Number 1: Ghost of Tsushima (PS4)
Tumblr media
I have a very odd relationship with massive open world games. I love them, but I get very burnt out on them. They all have a relatively same-y formula and are often populated with bloat. GoT does have some of that but to its advantage, its not very populated, in a good way. One of the things that I really appreciated about GoT and its side quest is most of them felt meaningful. The thing that really stood out to me about GoT is the absolutely satisfying combat. It just feels SO GOOD. It requires timing and patience. There are different fighting styles for different enemies and even the armor you wear is more than just cosmetic. The combat is so fun and satisfying that I was immediately excited when they announced Legends, a multiplayer add on, for free. Its so much fun and is a blast to play with a group of friends. I’m sporadically still playing the Legends mode. I initially wanted to play the game in ‘Kurosawa’ mode but I am glad I didn’t because the game, even on the PS4 is stunning, and on the upgrade on PS5 is jaw-droppingly smooth. I did play the entire game in Japanese with English subtitles. I still don't know what Jin’s English voice sounds like. GoT does a good job a drip feeding you new abilities and things to keep things fresh. I love stealth and once I unlocked it, I spent the majority of every battle taking out as many enemies as I could while in stealth mode. Ghost of Tsushima does a lot of things very well, that the few things it doesn’t can be easily overlooked.

Must Have Video Games Tag Meme
Alright, so, I don’t post a lot of personal stuff on here, but I guess I can’t fight being tagged by the great @pi3pr0xy. ;p
So, I got into videogames when I was really young because I had a hip disease, the name is lost on me, but it was something that caused my hip bone cartilage to deteriorate and my bones would start rubbing against each other. I was basically out of commission for playing outside for a few months and my mom had just bought my older brother (who is a big ‘ol redneck) a SNES, which ended up being mine, and the rest is history.
Megaman X - SNES
Tumblr media
This was the first game I can remember playing as a kid. This game was the absolute bomb. It had amazing controls, beautiful jraphics, and a compelling story line that pulled me in immediately. This is also the only game I remember playing with my dad who passed away when I was still young. I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves old school platformers.
Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past - SNES
Tumblr media
I can already sense people who are fans of Game Grumps that there’s a pattern of me picking some of Arin’s all time favorite games as my favorites, but long before I had the internet, I had a 12″ CRT TV at my grandma’s house. A TV on which I would first discover Link, a small boy tasked with saving all of Hyrule. This game was what jumped me into the LOZ series and I’ve fallen in love ever since. The feeling of adventure I felt in this game was immense. I spent hours finding new things, discovering secrets, and just enjoying being in the world.
Final Fantasy VII - Playstation
Tumblr media
Call me a fanboy all you want, but this game revolutionized what I thought games could do. with very limited 3D graphics and pre-rendered backgrounds, this game might not look like much, but it’s storyline was amazing. I was engrossed the moment I turned on the game. The Chocobo, the size of Cloud’s sword, the Highwind, and for the love of God; Materia. The Materia mechanic is what really drove this game home for me. I would grind for hours to get the right Materia for the right fight and I loved it even nowadays when people hate the notion of grinding. I had the dopest selection of Materia for all situations and I couldn’t have been prouder.
Conker’s Bad Fur Day - N64
Tumblr media
This is the game that gave me a potty mouth. This fucking squirrel was nuts. From helping a bee fuck a flower with boobs, to fighting a opera singing pile of shit, a creepy zombie level, and even a D-Day re-enactment between squirrels and Nazi teddy bears, Conker’s was Bonkers. Through all the horrible language and imagery, this game was an excellent platformer, and really got me into the N64. I guess the normal game to say you have to play on the N64 is Super Mario 64, but nope, this game all the way.
Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 - Xbox 360
Tumblr media
This series was the absolute best at getting you to invite 1-3 friends over and just having a blast slashing and shooting your way through zombies. Seriously, this is the zombie equivalent of Mario Party. I honestly sunk hours and even days into this game trying to get all the achievements. The characters are lovable, the areas are interesting, and the Finales are kickass!
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Xbox 360
Tumblr media
Here she is. Big Momma Fantasy. The game that made me feel like a God killing demon. Skyrim, for anyone who doesn’t know, is the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series, and holy shit, I jumped into this series too late, but this is the one I started with. I’ve never spent so much hours in one day on a game then Skyrim. Playing it on a CRT TV with my iHome blasting Scary Monsters and nice sprites will stick with me until I die.
Borderlands 2 - Xbox 360
Tumblr media
Handsome Fucking Jack is the best fucking villain of any game ever.
Nier:Automata - PC
Tumblr media
Nier:Automata is a game about anime tiddies, androids, and huge swords, so it hits all my weak points. This game started out super intense and I wasn’t sure how I would enjoy it, but then the world opened up to me and suddenly I felt amazing being in control of 2B, the main character. Her fluid attacking animations and spacious areas to traverse and learn are intoxicating. I got lost in this game so fast. Everything in this game is polished (Besides the optimization issues) and being an android fighting machines controlled by robots is just sick as fuck. I liked the game so much I played it 3 times to get the final ending (Plus the 26 other endings. Yeah, 26 fucking endings), which holy shit, I didn't think there was a game I would enjoy playing 3 times in a row. Oh, but wait-
Tumblr media
Bloodborne - PS4
You like Victorian architecture? You like horrible, malformed beasts? You like games that are HARD AS FUCK!? I introduce Bloodborne! I love everything about this game. From the art style to the combat, it's all golden. If you think you have what it takes, and it'll probably take a couple of times, you're gonna absolutely love this game. Oh, did I mention that you can just keep playing it into infinity or you can try your hand at PVP, or not. I sincerely hope you don't. I'm already on New Game +10
Stardew Valley - PC
Tumblr media
So. You all know Harvest Moon, right? One of the pioneers of farming games. Want to know something cool? Stardew Valley takes everything that made Harvest Moon great and amplifies it by ten. With beautifully detailed 2D graphics, a lovable town filled with unique friends and potential partners, I played this game far more than any of the others. I've gotten quite bored of it after many, many hours now that I have oodles of money to buy anything, but just when I was about to hang up this game as done but fuck-
Tumblr media
They introduced a multiplayer function which you can edit how much money you make from selling things, so you know I played that boy with one other person and made everything 1/4 the price so I can feel like a real farmer, struggling to make ends meet. Honestly though, if you love having a good time, this is the game to play.
Honorable Mentions:
Any Pokemon game, including Pokemon GO.
Fire Emblem: Birthright/Conquest/Revelations - In that order.
God Eater Ressurection - Giant beasts, and giant swords, truck yeah!
Overwatch - Please stop nerfing Mercy, Papa Kaplan.
No Man’s Sky - Everyone hated it, but I loved and still love it. SPACE SHOULD FEEL EMPTY
I guess I got to tag some people too... Hmm...
@point-and-click-adventure @sharkmittens @lilfoxcat Your turn!

About 3 years ago, I was a 29 year old Asian guy with only a couple months to go before I turned 30, working at a Big 3 Accounting Firm (Lol KPMG), and I was realizing that I was unhappy and miserable, working long hours at all times of the day and night and spending all my free time playing Overwatch, and Dota 2…And despite earning good money, I had a house and some savings, I just knew my life was nowhere near where I wanted it to be or thought it should be, despite all the years of hard work because I never had a girlfriend. I was still a virgin at age 29. Never even had a date… I just wanted to take the time to finally get this off my chest since I have nothing better to do during the quarantine.I soon decided, with the help of an epiphany while reading some dating articles on Reddit that this was not the life for me and that I would need to start approaching girls and learning how to date to have any hope of losing my virginity before 30… To have any chance at a normal life...I didn't want to become a 100+ lay playboy:I just wanted to experience what other guys experienced in college that I missed out on.I just wanted to have someone I could share my hopes and struggles with, someone I could come home to and hug if I had a bad day.I just wanted to have some fun before I get married and start a family…Was that really too much to ask?So I quickly began to learn about dating and seduction and browsed Reddit and other forums almost daily to get hyped up and learn how to go on dates. I soon discovered, however, that I had bitten off far more than I could chew…I met up with a white guy I met online who seemed equally as motivated as me to go out and approach and we went out to several bars and clubs together. Every time we went out, he would always go home with a new girl… I’m not proud of it, but I was extremely jealous since none of these girls gave me any kind of signals of attraction when I approached, and stopped going out with him. Now, I realize it's because he went to the gym a lot and always had a nice haircut, but back then, It was kind of ridiculous how I’d approach girl after girl and get one word answers and a GO AWAY vibe the entire conversation and he would come in a few minutes later and THE SAME GIRL would be smiling and asking him questions about himself, it felt like he didn’t even need to do any work to get laid…At this point, I was watching YouTube videos from or reading articles on how to get girls on an almost daily basis, trying to study and learn all the latest conversation techniques. It felt like I hit a brick wall. This was SOOO much harder than I thought it would be. The dating articles I'd been reading specifically said that “women would rather date an ugly guy with confidence than a handsome guy with no confidence” but that didn’t seem to be the case. I was a 5’5” Asian guy competing with 6’0”+ white guys at every club I went to and it felt like no matter what I said, no girls were even willing to have an actual conversation with me. This is after 100+ approaches so I knew that it wasn’t just bad luck or lack of effort. So reluctantly, after learning some valuable lessons about the harsh nature of reality, I invested $2997 in a well known dating bootcamp since I figured I was already watching so many of their videos, and it’s only fair that I pay them and hopefully learn how to break through my sticking points since my strategy of trying to learn everything by myself was clearly failing. For those of you thinking about going to a Dating Bootcamp, be very careful you don't waste all your money like I did. This particular company did not give a single FUCK about me other than my money. My instructor just kept telling me to approach more girls, which I already knew how to do, and every time I asked for feedback on why none of the girls seemed receptive, he would give some bullshit feedback on how my vibe was off. I asked him how to correct it and he never had any real answers, always giving some woo woo answer about how I needed to have outcome independence and have more fun. It was really weird that everyone who seemed to succeed seemed to be the type to go to the gym a lot and pay a lot of attention to their physical appearance, even though they teach that looks don't matter.I finally lost my virginity through sheer luck after over 500 approaches. It was a random girl I met at the club after approaching empty handed the entire night, but we actually started making out right away after like 2 minutes, I'd never moved that fast before. It really was a life changing experience to finally get that monkey off my back. I felt more confident than ever and I even went on 2 dates with her to try to be her boyfriend but she didn't seem to reciprocate...Over the next couple of years, I became obsessed with getting good with girls, which certainly kept me going, but it also caused some problems…I went out with so many friends, hoping to find that gold nugget, that shining piece of knowledge or wisdom that would finally catapult me past this unbreakable wall, but they would either be just as bad with girls as me or be over 5'10", no exceptions. I read an article on Reddit about how you had to talk louder and slower and that actually helped a lot. Girls would actually give me a chance to have a conversation with them instead of rejecting me immediately but they would still shake their head when I asked them to go home with me or even just grab a drink together. That's when it hit me that I didn't know as much as I thought I did and that there was a lot more to learn. The bad news is, all this rejection was not good for my mental health. I started to wonder if maybe a short Asian guy like myself is just not meant to date… I was seriously considering moving to Thailand or The Philippines to try to at least find a gold digger wife…But finally, I found one particular dating coach that really resonated with me and I immersed myself in his training… He was 5’7” and Asian, so a short Asian like me. John Elite from Vancouver. The first thing he told me was that my hairstyle, fashion, and body language were all shit and unless I fix them first, nothing else would work. Now this is completely contradictory to some of the other advice I read, which convinced me that looks don’t matter but I decided to give it a shot. I got a blazer and chinos from Zara and got an undercut haircut with faded sides along with a gold watch. I didn’t expect anything to happen right away but the difference in girls’ reactions really was noticeable IMMEDIATELY. Suddenly, they would hang in and listen to every word I had to say instead of just politely waiting for me to leave. One girl even started asking me questions about myself and followed me when I asked her to grab a drink with me! I was SOOO HAPPY, it felt like everything changed.Next, he told me to fix my posture and stand up perfectly straight with no neck or back tilt. This was really hard for me because I spent my entire adult life playing video games and working in front of a computer, always hunched over. I even had to go to a chiropractor to undo the years of bad habits and damage to my posture but it finally got fixed after I started wearing a back brace like they give to scoliosis patients. Again, I noticed immediate results. I actually pulled a girl home this time and got a blowjob! No lay thought because of last minute resistance…The one thing that really transformed my results though was to speak to girls with vocal variety. I had a very monotone voice that didn’t change in volume or pitch at all. He had me watch episodes of F.R.I.E.N.D.S and we noticed that every character spoke with such vocal variety and inflections that it sounded like they were speaking in color compared to my black and white. This did not come easy but I worked had on it until it was at least somewhat passable. This turned out to be the tipping point and I finally started getting laid regularly when I go out instead of once every 500 approaches like before. Overall, I'm very happy to have slept with 15 girls. That’s kind of the level I’m at right now. I know I haven't found the one yet and I still have tons of work left to do, but it’s a huge improvement over where I started. Some of the guys on this thread are probably laughing because I'm having my first dates at 30, but it really took an incredible amount of work to get there and I'm proud of the results. Before the quarantine, I already had a girl I was regularly seeing before shit hit the fan, so I figured I could just continue seeing that chick while stuck indoors.Well, turns out I still have a lot more work to do on myself because after about a month of seeing her during the quarantine, she officially stopped responding to my texts 2 days ago, ghosting me. I realize now that I paid a heavy price for those 15 girls. I dealt with rejection after rejection, becoming a stronger person emotionally, but at the same time, alienating old friends by refusing to hang out with them for not having similarly "successful" mindsets. I even lost my family who have very old fashioned Christian mindsets and see me as a monster for going out and banging so many girls without even one stable relationship...I'm at the very beginning again, only this time in my early 30's, still working in my accounting job that I don't really have any passion for, but now without any of my old work friends or my family's support. It's hard for me to deal with the quarantine these days because my life was so centered around approaching lots of women and trying to hook up with them that I realize I don't really have any other hobbies. But I've also changed for the better. After going on this insane hell of grinding out 15 lays, I have a lot more confidence in myself and even though it sucks to not have anyone there for emotional support, I realize that I'm more than capable of making new friends, of starting my own business. Because the only thing holding me back is myself. Now that I've gotten what I wanted initially (losing my virginity, having random sex, meeting new women), it's time to move on to a new goal: starting my own business. Hopefully this next journey won't be anywhere near as difficult as the last one!Hope everyone reading this is safe and got some value from my post. Just needed to get this off my chest before work starts up again. via /r/dating_advice

Dota 2 afk matchmaking pc
Matchmaking Stops The Dota 2 community is enormously elitist—a sign of weakness is tantamount to blood in the water.  Even if by some miracle, said wall would mutate and bend a little differently If you yell hard enough at it, the reality of reaching the point where you have the anger and urge to do said yelling means the damage has already been done.  Si vos problèmes techniques persistent et vous conduisent à abandonner, n'oubliez pas que cela gâche aussi la partie pour les neuf autres joueurs.  Scripting Invokers aside, there are a few ways to deal with this popular hero.  Although the majority of custom games will be derived from Dota's basic systems, they're not committed to that: the potential for divergent experiences is huge.  There is so much that can be done with ease to yield massive quality increases and yet Valve insists on tiny, miniscule changes, being afraid that altering something too much will cause their fancy hourly tournaments to collapse utterly because people who play the game for money professionals have only aquired the necessary knowledge to compete through rigorious repetivity rather than inhabiting any actual talent.  Every week, Chris documents his complex ongoing relationship with Dota 2, Smite, and wizards in general.
Fix report, matchmaking, abandon system Despite the warnings, however, I'm taken aback by just how important Dota 2 Reborn feels.  Also keep in mind that one man's pleasure is another man's pain which can be bent further depending on what game you are associating what kind of fun with.  К слову сказать, поиграл я только 15 минут.  Maybe even indulge us a small chat.  While I prefer Smite's assortment of skins, Dota 2 does a fine job.  Comment supprimer une pénalité de basse priorité? If you never played a Moba before and want to start with an easier dumbed down version, play HotS.
Dota 2 Reborn and why the MOBA will never be the same again Valve knows who it is and does not stop them.  It's been ten months since Valve released the Source 2 toolkit for Dota 2 custom game mode developers.  However, this information can only potentially be revealed through a request to the Steam support.  Nobody wants to admit their mistakes, everybody wants to blame somebody else.  Community This has to be the biggest problem of them all in Dota 2.  Lots of free items earned simply by playing the game.  It is free to play but there are many many things to buy.
Hardest Dota 2 Heroes to Play Against in 7.08 Normal matches shouldn't have low prio.  Во-вторых - это какой-то кривой ремейк Warcraft.  Practice 1v1 This function matches you against another player in the.  Many of the heroes are not balanced.  We talked back and forth about combos we might try, settled one, and played.  Detto questo vi consiglio di provarlo con mano e invito chiunque a scaricarlo in quanto il gioco è free-to-play.
stupid low priority matchmaking system!!!!! :: Dota 2 General Discussions This is not a game that raises spirits as even when you lose a game, you continue you to play as you are addicted, then to get abused as you are on tilt.  The exact mechanics behind banning have not been disclosed by Valve, and are changed frequently to address community concerns regarding matchmaking.  Никогда не было так приятно в зоне прямой кишки.  Similarly, the potential for negative experiences is huge.  Invoker is consistently a top pick in pubs.  Combat Structure Dota 2 places you in a team of five to battle another five-person squad on an asymmetrical, three-dimensional map.
Dota 2’s matchmaking system no longer depends on your behaviour score Summed up, Dota 2 is bad cocaine.  After 300+ hours I still haven't played I've spent hours and hours on this game, And I don't even know how.  This mode picks two players to serve as captains.  For melee characters, these images deal 33 percent of your current damage output, and take damage equal to 350 percent of your health and armor.  Not worth it in so many ways as there are only very scarce cases of people actually starting to realize what the game is doing to them: This isn't just a coincidental thing.  And like I said since everybody is so focused on the reward at the end of the game, they don't bother reporting.  If you think you weren't check the replay.
Afk system in Dota 2. :: Dota 2 General Discussions I think if someone abandons a queue, they shouldn't be allowed to find a match for the next 60 min or something.  This is on top of the stat boosts that it awards, too.  That should help account for the occasional unforeseen circumstance.  As some guy wrote before me I get it this game has legendary status.  As attractive as it is to have several football fields of content, it's not going to matter much if the people playing it are not given enough meaningful choices from all the possibilities on your football fields or if it becomes too complex for someone to learn, reaching back to the learning curve section.
Dota 2 (for PC) Review & Rating And this dichotomy is perhaps the best descriptor I can attach to Dota 2.  I just got low prio because all 5 members of the opposite team reported me for killstealing during a greeviling match.  В игре невообразимый для обычного игрока входной порог.  The statement in question can be found across the Internet but here's a link to a random article about it: 3.  This kind of fun comes in conjunction with a story.  I'm reluctant to say that Dota 2 even has a match-making at all once you look at the facts and all the people creating new accounts just to stomp down the already bullied beginners while also showering you with several people that pack 2000+ more gameplay hours when you can just have a hundred or so while also entering match-making alone.  So, before getting into the actual gameplay, I should point out the characters and matchups.
Dota 2 AFK Matchmaking app for ios Once you know what they are capable of, it will be easier to fight them if and when you face off.  Ok for some reason I see people disconnecting after hero selection almost every game.  Main Article: Priority determines how quickly the player is matched with other players.  Destroying Creeps has an equally important, secondary benefit: It weakens the enemy's defense.  Si un compte en basse priorité commet l'une des actions précédemment décrites, d'autres parties passeront en basse priorité sur ce compte.  It's already unpleasant, repetitive and boring because, as I said before, the roster of heroes is totally out of balance.  While a game's story may be weak or even predictable, a game that has a good immersion can easily make up for those faults.
Dota The game had so much hack but overwatch system is very beneficial for reports anybody get.  I really won't feel bad when the devs of Eternal crusade laugh at their office about you.  Account flags are represented as an integer value.  The downloadable file is original and it has not been modified in any way.  This feature is only available to Dotabuff Plus members.  Prepare for Battle Dota 2 has numerous items for tailoring your Hero to your liking.  I have like around 200 wins and used to have around 150 losses.

Thank you so much for posting your videos!!! It's really helpful, especially from someone also on PS4 (or console). If its ok, do you mind sharing your Overwatch stats? ^=^
Thank you for your kind message!  :D  Its really great to hear.  One of the reasons I made the blog in the first place, besides as a place to have my videos in one place, was to give advice to fellow PS4/console players.  I follow a lot of the Overwatch advice and gameplay channels on youtube, but all of them are for PC.  And I notice that while Blizzard tries to keep all versions of the game the same, there are differences between the PC and the console versions.
I have two accounts, and both are on PS4.  Feel free to send friend requests, although at the moment since the main is shared with my brother (who doesn’t use mic unless with close friends), requests sent to second account (just me) will be more likely accepted.
Main Account:  KRMalanaCurrently Level: 600+ (silver portrait)
Season One
High:  63End 62Hours played: 57Games played: 256Won: 140Lost: 116Top 5 heroes played:  Reaper, Pharah, Hanzo, Genji, Reinhardt
Notes:  Most of the competitive stats and gameplay from this season belongs to my brother.  I was desperately to finish my graduate project when the game released, so I didn’t pick it up until a couple weeks after release.  AKA he was playing quickplay and competitive, while I was learning characters in quick play.
Also note that the way competitive seasons were ranked is very different than it is now.  Rank ran from 1 to 100, and there were no ties.  I’m not sure what rank 63 translates to, but I think Kaplan said at one point 60 and above was top 10% of players?
Season Two
High: 2810End: 2647Hours played: 274Games played: 1, 288Won: 620Lost: 586Tied: 82Top 5 heroes played: Lucio, Zarya, Reinhardt, Junkrat, Reaper
Notes:  After my brother played our placement matches, both of us starting playing competitive under the same account. This is also the season that they switched from 1-100 to Bronze-Top 500 ranks, and introduced ties.  Despite how much both of us played, we never managed to get back up to our season high (which was our placement).  Blizzard finally admitted towards the end of the season that there was a problem with matchmaking, specifically that a lot of people who were placed into gold/plat should have been in bronze/silver.  This created two problems in the season:  (1) it gave people the false impression they were playing well, when they were actually poor players and more importantly (2) really screwed up the matchmaking system.  Because people who really were of the correct skill rank (for instance us in high play close to diamond) kept getting matched with teammates who while in plat were actually low gold or silver or bronze.
Also you’ll noticed that were have a high number of playing hours/games for Season 2 compared to Seasons 1 and 3.  I had been withheld from finishing grad school (through no fault of my own) in May 2016, and Season Two was primarily during the summer.  So I was home all day, and I played Overwatch during breaks and when watching for my review panel to review my grad research.
This is also where my brother and I primarily start to play/end up playing Tanks and Supports, because we’re mostly stuck in solo queue, and most players we’re teamed up with can’t play (or will even pick in first place) Tanks and Supports to save their lives -_-
Season Three
High: 3567 (Masters!)End: 3393Hours played: 123Games played: 558Won: 274Lost: 258Tied: 26Top 5 heroes played:  Lucio, Reinhardt, Soldier 76, Ana, Zarya
Notes:  I know a lot of people (I think PC players, but I’m not sure) had a lot of complaints about the beginning of the season, but neither my brother and I did.  In fact, it was a HUGE improvement we thought.  While we placed in Season 3 almost exactly where we ended Season 2, within two or three days we had already advanced into Diamond (which we had spent the ENTIRETY of Season 2 trying to get to).  And at one point broke into Masters, and stayed there for a while.  It felt to both of us that the games were more fair (more evenly matched) and that we were getting paired up with teammates correctly in their ranks.
Except for the last couple of weeks.  It feels like to both of us over the ending weeks, it almost felt like it went back to Season 2?  People who are in Diamond or Master, but they clearly shouldn’t be there/be in a lower rank?  But I’ll also tell you now:  there are dumb players in every rank.  Its not like getting into Diamond or Masters means that every single players are excellent/know what they are doing.
We both still primarily play Tank and Support.  However both of us did pick up Ana this season, since Lucio’s nerfs make it more difficult to heal (although he’s still our top pick for healer).  And with the Pharah changes/buffs and the Soldier 76 buffs, we’ve been able to play Soldier 76 more since he’s a lot more viable (and to deal with the Pharahs)
2nd Account:  Myth-and-Mischie (the f got cut off in naming)
Currently level: 88
Note:  This is my second account, not a smurf account (I hate the title/connotation).  This was only created because a good friend/mutual of mine @assassin-yuki starting playing Overwatch as well as comp around Season 3. While we were originally within range of each other SR wise, main account got pushed up / she got stuck in the new ELO Hell, and couldn’t pair up.  So I made it so I could continue playing with her.
Season Three:
High:  2604End:  2508Hours played: 27Games played: 132Won: 67Lost: 60Tied: 5Top 5 played heroes:  Zarya, Ana, Lucio, Reinhardt, D.Va
Note 2:  Since this was the first competitive season for the second account, there wasn’t the hidden MMR / no previous season data for the system to base my placement matching on.  The matchmaking for the placement matches was all over the place (great teammates one game, horrible ones the next) even though I did my placement matches with @assassin-yuki who was already placed by then (I had been trying to work the second account up to level 25 to open up comp).
I was also purposely not selecting heroes that usually reward with high SR points (DPS).  Primarily so they would be open for my friend to play.  But again, a lot of people still don’t know what makes a good comp (especially since I was playing with silver to plat players most of the time), so both of us winded up playing tank or support a lot.
