Hello queen, you just answered my ask about the Rolex watch worker gojo and Victoria secret reader, and I saw the Noni come up right when I was reading kickoff for the first time and OMG. soo I just binge read the whole series and OMG!?!?! 😈🤭 it was 4:01 AM when i caught up with the most recent chapter, and heheheh🤭🤭 this is gonna be long.

Okay so first, I LOVE THAT ITS FILM MAJOR AND SOCCER RELATED! I played Soccer in middle school and was a defense player, and I was considering being a film major, I love theater and have taken lots of theater classes so theater and film were some of my top choices for university (however I major in something else but that's unrelated to this post) so like yessss the film and soccer themes are just so 🤭😈😍 oh my I was having so many flashbacks to when I participated in those activities and it made me very happy because I really enjoyed those moments of my life.

2nd. so I first actually came across kickoff in September, before chapter 12 was posted. Like literally 1 or 2 days before it was posted ( i didn't realize it had been updated right after I added it to my lists) but it's been reblogged on my profile since then in my to be read lists. And I'm reading like 12 on- going gojo series at the time and still currently (13 now) so when I first saw it had said 11/18 chapters posted - I was like "hmm ima just wait until it's finished since it's close to being done. And with 12 other stories it's a bit hard to keep track of all the notifications and stuff" AND THIS HAD BEEN ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS TO DO BECAUSE EVERY WEEK I WOULD JUST HOVER OVER THE FIRST CHAPTER AND FOUGHT URGES TO READ IT LOL😭

Anyways then I saw that you were sick and had not been writing for a while, so I just sort of pushed it back more, because again keeping track of a lot of stories at once is a bit hectic. (I did not realize you had the story on A03 yet). But anyways it kept floating up in my mind every time I craved new gojo content 😭 but I was fr fighting these urges like "I need another story I'm reading to finish before I start a new one" anyways so this kept going on, I read some of your other one shots and drabbles, and like everyday these urges to read kickoff just grew more and more 😭💀. It also wasn't helping that the authors of the other stories I am reading were recommending kickoff so these urges really grew.

I actually like 2 weeks ago posted on my blog about how I fight urges to read new fics because I have so many at the moment😭

But about a month ago, I was like "hmm, it wouldn't hurt to just take a peak at the first few paragraphs of chapter 1" so what was was supposed to be a peak of the first paragraphs, turned into me reading the whole first chapter. And then I was like "frick now I'm really interested" I mean the last line of the first chapter had me like 😏 😏 when reader said "terms and conditions" I was like woah, what could this possibly be. I was about to click chapter 2, but then was like, "noooo I can't yet, I need another story to finish before I start this one" BUT I WAS SO INTRESTED THAT I CLOSED THE APP AND WENT STRIAGHT TO INSTAGRAM TO TEXT MY FRIEND ABOUT THE FIRST CHAPTER OF KICKOFF, like literally I could send u the ss. LMAO and after I read the first chapter I kept telling my friend about how I'm fighting urges to read the whole series.😭 like I'm not even joking, I think I mentioned it like 5 times 💀 anyways I saw that you said u were gonna be starting the next chapter soon so I quite literally did the sonic meme face😭 the one with the smirk, tongue, and hair being pushed back😭

Soooo yesterday, I was like really craving some new gojo content and finally gave into my urges, I clicked the master list and re-read chapter 1 and then read the whole series and OOP🤭🤪 I was so invested I LITERALLY SKIPPED DINNER AND SKIPED MY UNI WORK BECAUSE I COULD NOT PUT THE STORY DOWN FOR MORE THEN 5 SECONDS😈😭. (I'm so hungry but it's currently 4 am 💀😭) BUT OH MY GAWDDDDDD, as soon as I finished chapter 12 I went back to my messages with that same friend and was just going on and on about the whole series and how I'm currently in a choke hold over it, and then I literally face palmed myself and was like "I'm so dumb why did I wait so long to read this😭💀" (again I could send u the ss of it and me just ranting in the chat LMFAO.) And then I got to the bottom of chapter 12 and saw that you had a A03 for kickoff and I face plamed myself again because with tumblr I'm always jumping between all the authors accounts to check the updates and its hetic like i mentioned above, but with A03 I would have gotten the emails and I'm like "Brooooo I'm so dumb I would have read this a long time ago if I knew that" LMAO

Butttttt Kickoff is so yummy, I love this take on Gojo, probably one of my favorite takes of gojo in a fic, he's so silly and sexy at the same time, when he started to strip I was like "omg when will this type of love find me?!?!" I was giggling kicking my feet when he did all that, then I remembered he had SpongeBob boxers and had a little visual imagine of him doing this with the SpongeBob ones LMAOO. Anyways the way he helps her out in the film event and got more people to go just to make her happy🥺🩵 and then walking with her and telling her to call him when she got home so he would know that she was safe my heart literally was like 🥺🥺🥺🩵 the way he teases her in the earlier chapters and gets like sexual with her before he realized he had feelings for her was so delicious😩😋 the car accident when he showed up and stayed with her🥺, his possessiveness with her is so sexy like I need him bad, reader better then me cuz I would have slept him so long ago LMAO. Also the way he's so supportive of her and her dreams 🩵, and the way he praises her when she tells someone off, is yummy 😏😈 andddd the way she walked off when they were about to do sexy time in the bathroom, reader is a baddie 🤭😈

But yessss I literally love this series! I feel so slow/dumb for waiting so long to read it😭 2 and a half weeks into 2025 and I already have my biggest regret which is not reading kickoff earlier💀😭 I subscribed to it on A03 so now I won't miss an update! But Omg I'm literally in a choke hold over it, it's so good 🩵 I'm so excited for the last batch of chapters 🩵

Oof this got so long, but yes I needed to tell you my rant? (Idk of this is the correct word for this) basically my rant on how im a dummy for procrastinating this series is what im trying to say Lol. 22.  if you could have a superpower, what would it be: I’ve been adamant about this for several years. I would choose teleportation. Just think how much money you’d save? No more plane tickets, no more paying for cars/car insurance…. You’d also never be late to anything, ever and your commute time would be zero! And if a bad guy is near you you can just teleport away!

23.  animation or live action: Depends on the subject matter. If it’s more fantasy I’d say animation. If it’s more entrenched in drama I’d say live action.

40.  if you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life what would it be: Oh god this is hard. I don’t really listen to albums, mostly just individual songs that I like. If I had to pick one, though, at this point I’d choose Hamilton. 

41.  cinema or theatre: cinema simply because I rarely, if ever, go the to theatre. I know I enjoy it, but it just happens so rarely that I can’t really compare the two.

42.  if you could be any fictional character’s best friend, who’d you be: Yuuri Katsuki or Kuroko Tetsuya. I feel like with both we’d get along really, really well.

43.  smiling or smirking: Smiling. Smirking has a rather negative connotation, no?

Chum Drum Bedrum Ok I love this song so much. The singer completely describes how I am as a person: hella awkward, long and lanky, and flowy. He represents me on so many levels. 

2-1 by Imogen Heap Not a lot of people know about this song but I find it so intriguing and interesting. Definitely not everyone’s cup of tea, though. 

Wide Eyed by Animal Collective This song is what it sounds like if you're on LSD, I imagine. 

Five Night’s at Freddy’s Song 1 This song is very strange - it’s based off of a horror computer game - but you have to admit it’s jammin.

Seaboard Rise 49 Literally heard this song at a music museum and it’s the most lit keyboard song you will ever hear I guarantee it!!!

53. which social media platform are you most like yourself on: Tumblr in terms of personality I suppose, but since I try to not post everything about my life on here there are a lot of things missing that don’t really come through. I’d say facebook simply because almost everything about me is uploaded on there, by one person or another. I’ve had my facebook since I was in 7th grade, so it’s really documents my life almost. I’m not really into any other social media other than those two. So in conclusion, tumblr in terms of personality, facebook in terms of being able to open up more about my life.

54. What are some of your passions: I am in love with the brain. I think that it is akin to the deep ocean or the universe - there are so many things we do not understand about it. It also houses our personality, every thought, memory, emotion. Every little nuance that makes us human. Yet it really is just a collection of water, lipids, proteins, and neurotransmitters, yet somehow in all of that we have developed a complex sense of self. Are our personalities really separate entities, or are they just a complex construct that our advanced brains have superimposed to make sense of the chaotic word that we live in??? Basically I want to research some sort of neuroscience/biopsychology related field. 

I also love genetics for similar reasons… I find it fascinating that some sort of elemental coding for our functioning lives inside us. 

I’ve also found a new passion for writing as of late :)

Finally I get a chance to slide into this cockpit and fly this byrd. Doing graphics, finding content, and all the rest, means I don’t get any rest. In fact if I get to bed before 03:00 its a miracle. Between dealing with members crisis’s , the business of the Club, and then my business, there is no break and little sleep. Years ago I could go 72 hours easy without hitting the rack, these days I can last about as long as it takes Herman to spit up during mating. About 3 minutes. I need a break and a long snooze. 

Well, the weather is being kind here in Hazzard, few rain drops fell today. As such the handle on the load chain ratchet was wet and slippery. Yep you got it, right in my jaw. So Hallstead runs me into the hospital, where a tooth extraction and some heavy meds, and I was on my home here to Hazzard City from Twin Falls. Which proved to be interesting . Why they put up a speed limit sign of 45 through Murtaugh is beyond me, since none body slows down. So got home, tweaked on the TV and began to consume food. Forget that, my jaw was sore so couldn’t chew very well, add to that as much as I want to eat it don’t stay down. So here at 02:12 hours, I sit hungry on one side, pukey on the other.

 It’s beyond belief how Madison Avenue NYC loves to commercialize everything, including giving a half ass’d salute to the Apollo 11 moon landing,

which I’m all for since I was there sitting right at a viewer screen, at Mission Control in Texas. If they left it at that it’d be okay, thing is all too much garbage is on TV trying to lap up the bread crumbs. Yippee skipee. 

With that I’m horizontal. I need sleep.

So, I’m in Bergamo and yeah, it feels hard and demanding to have two business trips in 10 days.

On Friday I woke up at 3 a.m. (Italian time) andgot to Bergamo by 8:30 a.m. I had an appointment with Levy Sekgapane at 11 a.m., but he hasn’t appeared. That was a funny experience, since we agreed to meet outside, and it started raining.

I headed to Città alta to get my press tickets, but box office was closed, that’s predictable.

Levy called at 12:30, complaining that he got home at 5 a.m. and overslept, so ok, we’re all young people.

We agreed to meet at 5 p.m., before the performance.

Than Ildar Abdrazakov wrote, that will be waiting for me at 4:30 p.m. (in 2 hours) by La Scala entrace. That was a crisis. I knew I would never manage to be back even for the evening performance of Enrico di Bargogna. So I declained. And that’s the hardest moment of this trip.

The interview with Levy was very different from what we’ve got with Lisette Oropesa, again predictable. Nothing will probably be that good ;) But I managed to lead it to some relevant topics, so hopefully I’ll do it right.

And later (8:30 p.m. — hate them) I got to Teatro Sociale, took my ticket and booklet (in Italian only ;)) and after 20 min waiting for doors open under the rain, went to the performance, being absolutely exhausted.

But this production quickened me. That was a thing! The director Silvia Paoli is very young, I guess, my age. And she is exactly what the industry needs.

Her task was to revive an old and already forgotten very first (of performed) or third (of written) opera by Gaetano Donizetti. But she definitely never wanted to do just that. She put loads more sense in it. She made it relevant. Funny. Ironical. Critical. At the same time, she kept it beautiful, fairy and pleasant to perform. Wow!

Singers were also very good. My new favorite is bass-barotone Luca Tittoto (joker Gilberto). Fabulous. Big, deep, colorful voice. Another big voice tenor Francesco Castoro as Pietro. Stable and stong dramatic voice. Enrico — mezzo Anna Bonitatibus was good and kept her voice deep and loud ‘till the very end. Levy himself was quite lovely, but Bel canto tenors are definitely not my type. Sonia Ganassi ia another big voice, loved her.

Chorus did great. So did Baroque style orchestra. Alessandro De Marchi is probably a genius, otherwise I have no idea why ROH, Met, BSO and other don’t perform Enrico di Borgogna every week, so beautifully it was sung and played.

I skiped coctails for press and creator, sad, but even without it, I came home at about 1 a.m.
