when you see acclaimed 1984 film Terminator for the first time in the cinema in 2024: FINALLY some good fucking movie
#i should go to more rereleases this was gr9#the soundtrack!!!!!#too many car chases but just the right amount of character and exposition#did make me want to watch my favourite crap '80s movies though.#also there was the trailer for beetlejuice beetlejuice and i know it's the devil talking but for a moment i thought maybe i shoukd see it?#anyway for a film based on a premise i'm naturally attuned to distrust (~you're destined to be the mother of our saviour~) it was bangin
